If I have visited so many provincial capitals in China, which one do I like best? Of course, Guangzhou is the one who does not hesitate! For foodies, Guangzhou is synonymous with the "capital of food". Dozens of trips to Guangzhou can be said to have traveled through the streets and alleys of the city, from small vendors to high-rise hotels. This time, I came again, exploring an area I had never been before-Nansha, Guangzhou. Many people may not know about this place. It is located at the estuary of the Pearl River and the geographical and geometric center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is the only sea channel in Guangzhou City. It is far away from the urban area. It takes nearly 2 hours to take the subway from Guangzhou South Railway Station. But precisely because it is far away from the urban area and maintains a better environment, it is known as the "bird paradise" and the kidney of the earth. It turns out that there are many tourist attractions worth visiting here.
[Travel Strategy]
1. Regarding transportation: Nansha is directly connected by subway. Line 4 can reach Nansha Passenger Port Station. There is also a special tourist connecting line. Of course, self-driving is more convenient. From Guangzhou South Railway Station, you can transfer to Line 7 and Line 4. It takes about one and a half hours each way. If you come from the airport and take the expressway, it takes about one and a half hours. In fact, this time is not too long in Guangzhou, so you can come over for a vacation on weekends.
2. About attractions: Nansha is far away from the urban area and each attraction covers a large area. It is recommended to reserve at least half a day for more time. Famous scenic spots in Nansha include Nansha Tianhou Palace, Huangshan Lu Forest Park, Nansha Wetland Park, Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park, Million Sunflower Garden, Shishijiu Chong Fisherman's Wharf, etc.
3. About accommodation: Nansha has developed tourism in the past two years, and there are many hotels, apartments, and B & Bs to choose from. The three hotels we stayed in this time are all worth recommending, namely Guge Accord Hotel (Guangzhou Nanshawan Branch) and Guangzhou Nansha Garden Hotel, Nansha Hotel, which will be described in detail below.
4. About the weather and dress: Guangzhou can be said to be hot in summer, especially Nansha is close to the sea. Protecting sun can be said to be a top priority. In terms of taking photos, you can wear more colorful clothes. Most of the scenic spots in Nansha are mainly original ecology, highlighting the beauty of nature.

This time I mainly came to participate in the Shawan District Cruise Music Festival, but I didn't expect to find so many delicious and fun places hidden in Nansha. Let me explain them one by one.
[The combination of cruise ships and music ignites the sleepless nights in Shawan District]
As the domestic situation improves, tourism is gradually liberalized, and cross-provincial tourism is also advancing in an orderly manner. During the hot summer vacation, going to the seaside for a vacation is an inevitable theme. It would be great if there was music to accompany it. On July 25, 2020, one of the series of activities of the "Guangzhou Welcomes You" Cultural Tourism Recovery Helping the Revitalization of All Industries Joy Week, the "Nanshawan District Shawan District Cruise Music Festival" was held at the Nansha International Cruise Home Port in Guangzhou. This is the first music festival in the country with the theme of a cruise ship home port. It is also the first offline music festival event held since Guangzhou resumed work and production during the epidemic.
The wind by the sea, the dancing notes, and the scene of excitement last from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. In addition to the music elements, we also saw the "luxury car stalls" that are very popular nowadays. The trunks of cars were opened to form a small market, selling various trinkets and handmade products, which also attracted many spectators.
Beer is of course also standard at music festivals. Drinking and singing in the sea breeze will wipe out the boredom of several months. The style of this music festival is mainly rap, electronic music, pop, punk, and hip-hop, which is more suitable for the tastes of young people. Heavy metal music echoed in my ears, and I felt like my whole person was going to jump with it.
As night fell, the music festival scene also entered the climax. The music festival invited Xu Zhenzhen, the powerful singer of "China Has Hip Hop", to settle in. Xu Zhenzhen is a famous rapper in Guangzhou and one of the earliest singers in Guangdong to engage in hip-hop music. As soon as Xu Zhenzhen appeared, she pushed the music festival to the peak of the carnival. The glow stick followed the rhythm. Although the fans were all wearing masks, they still sang loudly with the chorus.
In addition, there were more than a dozen bands, including Akano Band, Air Conditioner Band, and Domestic Newborn Vitality Punk Band, which celebrated with the audience.
Guangzhou welcomes you. This music festival is not only a music party, but also a symbol of the revival of cultural tourism. The collision of the combination of "cruise home port + music" is a new idea pioneered by Nansha under the new situation. The music festival also displayed the tourism resources of Nansha, Guangzhou, such as Nansha Tianhou Palace, Million Sunflower Garden, Wetland Park, Waterbird World, etc., which are all scenic spots worth visiting. Through this music festival, tourism displays will be provided to citizens and tourists to further activate the Nansha tourism market.
The country's first music festival with the theme of a cruise ship home port was held in Nansha, Guangzhou, creating new tourism ideas and stunning the audience!
[Play in Nansha and get close to nature]
The main attractions in Nansha displayed at the music festival were all visited one by one this time. There are Tianhou Palace with a profound cultural background, Nansha Wetland Park, which is a good place for parent-child entertainment, Waterbird World Ecological Park, and little sister's favorite Internet celebrity check-in. Million Sunflower Garden and Shishijiu Chong Fisherman's Wharf, which has a good place to buy seafood, are really suitable for arranging short-distance tours around the city for two or three days.
※ Tianhou Palace in Nansha is the largest in Southeast Asia
Relying on the mountains to eat the mountains, relying on the sea to eat the sea. Since ancient times, most coastal residents have made a living by fishing. The sea climate is changing rapidly."Safe entry and exit" is the greatest expectation of fishermen. As a result, many folk beliefs have evolved, and Mazu culture is one of them. Mazu is the belief of the sea god on the southeast coast of China, also known as Tianfei, Tianhou, Virgin Mary in Heaven, Niangma, etc. It is a god commonly believed by historical and modern boatmen, seafarers, tourists, merchants and fishermen.
There are thousands of temples dedicated to Mazu across the country. Recently, when I came to Nansha, Guangzhou, I saw a large-scale Mazu Temple called the "Nansha Tianhou Palace." It is close to the Lingdingyang Ocean at the outlet of the Pearl River and is located at the southern foot of Dajiao Shandong Province. It combines the style of the Forbidden City in Beijing and the momentum of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing. Its scale is the largest of its kind in the world today and is known as the "First Palace of the Queen of Heaven". It is also the largest Mazu Temple in Southeast Asia.
Standing in front of the temple, you can see the vast expanse of blue waves. On the side is the Humen Bridge. The Dajiao Mountain Battery, which resisted foreign enemies in the Opium War, is also here and you can visit it together.
Tianhou Palace in Nansha was built in the Ming Dynasty. It was formerly known as Tianfei Temple. After restoration during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it was named Yuanjun Ancient Temple to worship the Goddess Tianhou. In 1994, Mr. Henry Fok initiated and donated money for reconstruction, and held a grand completion ceremony on May 10, 1996 (the birthday day after the 23rd day of the third month of the lunar calendar), which was divided into two parts: Tin Hau Palace Square and the Palace Building Complex.
Entering along the gate, the most conspicuous symbol on the central axis is the 14.5-meter-high Tianhou statue, facing the vast expanse of green waves. It is composed of 365 pieces of finely carved granite, symbolizing that the Tianhou Goddess has blessed the country and the people on the 365th day of the year.
On the right side of the square, there are two stone tablets engraved with "Outline of Tianhou Palace in Nansha" and "Tianhou Holy Site" respectively, allowing tourists to have a general understanding of Tianhou Palace in Nansha and a clearer understanding of the deeds of the Goddess in her short life. Compared with other gods, Goddess Tianhou is a real figure in history. She was able to treat people when she was fifteen years old. She often crossed the sea to Meizhou to rescue ships in distress at sea. She died on the ninth day of September in the fourth year of Yongxi of Emperor Taizong of the Song Dynasty (987).
Behind the sacred icon of Tianhou is the palace group. The palace is divided into three rooms: the dedication hall, the main hall, and the sleeping hall. Each of them houses the sacred icons of Tianhou with its own characteristics and transcending worldly and refined. The golden glazed roof and the red brick walls have a palace-like architectural style of the Qing Dynasty. It is solemn and solemn, and has the style of a palace.
Nanling Tower is located at the highest point of Tianhou Palace, with a total of 8 floors and a height of 45 meters. Climb to the highest point, you can overlook the entire Eastern Development Zone, the panoramic view of Tianhou Palace, the Pearl River Estuary, Lingdingyang and other beautiful scenery.
Tianhou Palace in Nansha also has cultural and creative souvenirs around it, such as this small parasol that is quite cute and has a good omen of "blessings from Mazu".
At present, the Tianhou Palace in Nansha is not open yet. You can visit the seaside after visiting the outside. The scenery is also very good. Every year, in addition to pilgrims and pilgrims, it also attracts many tourists to check in to visit. The ticket is only 20 yuan, which can be said to be a relatively conscientious scenic spot.
※ Nansha Wetland Park is the right time to enjoy the lotus
For parent-child tourism in Guangzhou, many people choose to go to the Chimelong Wildlife World, but when talking about Guangzhou's plant paradise, we must mention the Nansha Wetland Park in Nansha. It is the largest wetland park in Guangzhou City. It is one of the important stopping places for migratory birds to migrate. It is also a good place to watch lotus and lotus leaves in summer.
The Nansha Wetland Scenic Area has two major parts: a cruise ship area and a wilderness pedestrian area. Although it is far away from the urban area, there are still many tourists found in the scenic area. Many adults bring children to experience the atmosphere of nature. June and July are also the best time to enjoy the lotus.
After entering the park, we first took a cruise ship, which took about 40 minutes. There are bicycles that can be rented in the park for tourists to quickly reach the viewing area. You can also take a boat and walk to see it. Since bicycles and others can only circle around the edge of the park once, only by boat can you better appreciate the scenery of the three districts. It is more cost-effective to purchase ticket tickets directly.
The weather is hot, and you can feel the cool breeze while sitting on the boat. Walking through the mangroves is really a scene step by step, which is very pleasant. You can see a variety of birds perching or flying in the woods, but the camera in your hand cannot record the beautiful scenery in front of you, so you give up taking photos and concentrate on enjoying the peace and tranquility.
The cruise ship will also pass through the lotus pond and walk among the lotus leaves. Looking at the lotus flowers blooming on both sides, you will think of the famous poem "The lotus leaves are infinitely green, and the lotus flowers reflect the sun are very red."
After landing, you can walk all the way to Haijing Garden along Rongyin Avenue. Both sides of the avenue are blocked by dense banyan branches, so it will not feel hot even in summer, but it makes people feel very relaxed. (Of course, you can also choose a battery car or rent a bicycle for this section of the road.)
The end of this Rongyin Avenue is Lingdingyang, which is the only sea passage in Guangzhou City. There is a viewing building here that allows tourists to climb and look far away. They can not only see the endless sea in the distance, but also overlook the entire wetland park from a high place.
Climb to the highest point and look into the distance. The nearby wetland park is divided into oases by the water system, and waterbirds pass above from time to time. In the distance is the mouth of Guangzhou into the sea. The endless sea makes people feel open-minded.
At this time, many tourists come for the lotus pond in the park. Thousands of acres of lotus flowers are planted in the Nansha Wetland. The lotus flowers swaying in the wind dance among the endless fields and lotus leaves. They are extremely beautiful and constitute an intoxicating summer scenery. The lotus is long and fragrant, making people feel relaxed and relaxed and lingering.
I didn't expect that there would be such a beautiful scenery in Nansha, far away from the city. It was intoxicating. After visiting the Wetland Park, the Waterbird World Ecological Park is nearby, and these two scenic spots can also be purchased online to visit together. It is recommended to arrange it in one day.
※ In the world of waterbirds, enter the bird paradise and appreciate the beauty of bamboo
Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park is a good place for parent-child interaction. These ribbon cranes at the gate are the first stop for tourists to check in. They are made by well-known Hong Kong designer Mai Sheng. They have a flexible appearance and eight bright colors. Color, like a crane descending from the world, full of childlike fun.
According to data, there are a total of 48 species of national first-and second-class protected animals in the Nansha Waterbird World, integrating waterbird breeding, science popularization, viewing and sightseeing. In addition to watching waterbirds and animals, I accidentally admire the beauty of bamboo here. The 2018 Guangzhou Nansha Southeast Asia Bamboo Culture and Art Festival and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and ASEAN International University Construction Competition were held at the Nansha Waterbird World. Student teams from many architectural universities in Thailand, Indonesia and other countries competed with domestic universities to meet friends through bamboo. The various bamboo houses constructed at the time of the competition were also well preserved and became a sight in the park.
Walking through Swan Lake and embarking on a smooth sailing bridge, a big swaying thing walked in front of us. It was actually a pelican, which made children like us who grew up in the city feel fresh. As one of the largest birds in the world, it has an enchanting figure and a huge mouth, making it particularly eye-catching everywhere. The big guy on the bridge is called Kang Kang. At first glance, he can tell that he is a "big bird" that is "knowledgeable". Not only is he not afraid of people, but he is also quite enthusiastic. He waddled over to meet and swallowed it first. In the midst of the screams, the friends started competing to take photos.
This stupid and cute guy really wants to try everything. He opens his mouth and lifts his skirt every time (it is said to be a male pelican, well, it is understandable), and even wants to taste your arms. But in fact, it is really just a "mouth addiction". It has become an Internet celebrity in the waterbird world.
Walking through the smooth sailing bridge, two West African crowned cranes are walking leisurely on a green space in front of them, and they are almost in unison. Are they a couple? The "West African crowned crane" is the national bird of Nigeria and a second-class national protected animal. Countless khaki velvet threads radiate around the occipital to form a beautiful pompom. This is also its most beautiful place. The elegant and moving figure and light dance steps make tourists linger here.
Swans are the ones you see most in the waters of the park. There are walt-nosed swans and black swans introduced from the Netherlands, and black-necked swans from South America. They are paired in pairs. They can be said to be models of love in the animal world.
In a corner, I also saw a mother peacock resting under a tree with several little peacocks. The little peacocks were fluffy like chickens, ugly and cute.
The entire park is surrounded by green trees, and the bamboo frames dotted between them are naturally harmonious, showing the beauty of the ecology, making people pay attention to environmental issues while pleasing to the eye.
The entire scenic area is divided into six small islands: Rainforest Island, Huashu Island, Palm Island, Maze Island, Treasure Island, and Qianhe Island. Many nationally protected animals are raised in the form of stocking. Here, you can enjoy the fun of nature and interact with birds. Close interaction, you can also appreciate the beauty of bamboo charm, which can be said to be a good parent-child playground.
Unexpectedly, at the southernmost tip of Guangzhou, there is a waterbird world hidden, where you can interact with ostriches, pelicans, swans, etc. The lush trees in the park also make people feel in a good mood.
※ Million Sunflower Garden, a good place for Internet celebrities to take photos and check in
There is a kind of flower that always faces the sun, no matter whether it is hot or hot. Therefore, it has the reputation of "sunflower". What you often see are yellow disk-shaped tidbits, which are full of vitality and make people feel good. If it is a large sea of sunflower flowers, there is a desire to rush in and check in. In Nansha, Guangzhou, there is such a large area of Internet celebrity check-in. There are a million sunflowers here. Does it sound spectacular just by listening to it?
Million Sunflower Garden is the first park in China to use sunflowers as ornamental plants and design them into a super-large themed garden. It is located in Xinken Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City. It was completed and opened to the public in April 2002. One million sunflowers are planted, becoming the first ornamental sunflower park in the country to use all imported seeds (mainly Japan).
Coming to Million Sunflower Garden is not only to enter the ocean of flowers, but also to check in various Internet celebrity check-in spots such as Ocean Europe Castle Hotel and Ferris Wheel. It can be said to be a good place to take photos. In Million Sunflower Garden, no matter when you come, you can always see sunflowers in full bloom. Sunflower Garden has introduced a total of 18 ornamental sunflower varieties from Europe, Japan, etc., and has selected and cultivated a number of varieties suitable for subtropical planting and growth. Through the introduction of genes, sunflowers with special colors such as red and purple and strong fragrance are cultivated, and after scientific planning and planting, 200,000 sunflowers are kept in full bloom every day.
The background of the East Sunflower District is the Flower Love Hotel. The colorful exterior wall of the hotel is like a dreamy fairy tale castle, attracting many tourists to take photos here. There are special channels to walk into the sunflower sea (of course, don't pick it at will), it will be beautiful if you take it casually when the weather is good.
In addition to the sunflower sea, there is also a large area of purple lavender and rows of arched Roman column flower columns, carefully carved by Han white stones. The arc surrounds the lavender sea, as if coming to Provence.
In addition to taking photos and checking in, it is also a playground for many children. There are many entertainment facilities such as large water worlds, sliding slides, balance beams, etc. in the park, giving children a good place to play in the hot summer days.
The cartoon figures that can be seen everywhere excite friends, big and small, and compete to take photos, full of childlike interest. You can walk into the dream castle of the seven dwarfs and Snow White, or you can take a photo with the romantic white swan.
The transparent glass bridge is also the preferred amusement facility for many tourists who like excitement.
The Ferris wheel can be said to be a must-check in for couples. Looking at the tens of thousands of acres of flower fields with their loved ones from high altitude, the romance index is bursting. Moreover, each Ferris wheel has air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about the hot summer, and it can also be used as a good place to cool off and rest.
After visiting Million Sunflower Garden, you can also taste the unique sunflower chicken at the restaurant in Flower Love Hotel. It is raised freely in sunflower gardens and grew up eating sunflower seeds, so chicken is rich in vitamin E. The way to eat this chicken is also very particular. It is divided into three steps. When served, there will be a wooden sign to introduce it, and the delicious food section is described in detail below.
Since the completion of Kuiyuan, it has attracted many tourists to check in, but it should also be reminded that there will be mosquitoes in the park, and anti-mosquito measures must also be taken. The best check-in points to take photos are the East Sunflower Garden with the Flower Love Hotel as the background and the lavender flower field with the Ferris Wheel as the background.
※ Shishijiu Chong Fisherman's Wharf, the southernmost seaside in Guangzhou
Wherever there is a seaside, there are fishing boats and docks. The most famous fishing port in Nansha is Shishichong. Now it not only has the function of a fishing port and dock, but also has become a scenic spot. Every weekend, many urban residents also drive themselves or take the subway. Come here to enjoy the sea view and eat seafood. Because it is located at the southernmost tip of Guangzhou, Guangzhou is also called "Antarctic".
When we got off the bus and saw this large archway, not only did we feel a little familiar. Now the full name of the scenic area is "Nansha Nineteen Blows Fisherman's Wharf". You can directly enter the scenic area by driving a car, and neat parking spaces are planned on both sides of the road. After entering the scenic area, there is the harbor on the right hand side, and you can see many fishing boats, large and small, docked on the shore. Different from ordinary seaside scenic spots, there are no beaches on the beach here, only stone embankments. The first to 19 surges were built by reclamation from the sea and embankment.
Seafood in Shishung Chung is mainly sold to Hong Kong and Macao, and its freshness can be completely guaranteed. In addition to eating fresh and delicious seafood here, you can also take a cruise ship to sea.
After upgrading and development in recent years, it has now built a unique seafood market, seafood shops, restaurants, fruit markets and local specialty vegetable markets. It is a comprehensive tourist attraction integrating shopping, catering, accommodation and leisure. As you walked in, the first thing you saw was the dry seafood market. There were a wide variety of seafood products. The owner warmly greeted them and tried them out. The fresh seafood that you couldn't take could be preserved in this form of finished products and brought home the delicious food.
Further inside is the fruit market. Nansha is rich in papaya, star fruit, bananas, sugar cane and other fruits. Cheap and delicious seasonal fruits can be found here.
The core is of course the seafood market, which is also the most lively place in the entire scenic area. Looking at the crowd, it shows that it is extremely popular. The fat omelette crabs and the huge and plump oysters make people drool just looking at them.
I actually saw live silkworm chrysalis, a relatively scary "dark dish" here. It is said that the demand is not small, but it's a big tonic. Eating habits really vary from person to person.
Purchased seafood can also be processed on-site at nearby seafood stalls. This model is the same as the Sanya Seafood Market, and it is also convenient for tourists who want to try it. If they are locals, most will choose to go home and process it.
Midsummer in June and July is a good time to eat lotus roots. Newly reclaimed lotus roots are a specialty of Nansha and a product born of the unique geographical environment. Most farmland in Nansha is a typical "wetland" landform. The alluvial silt soil is deep, the soil is fertile, rich in organic matter, and is particularly rich in potassium. Coupled with the warm and humid climate, the quality of the lotus roots grown is unique. After long-term artificial and natural selection, lotus root varieties suitable for the unique local ecological environment have been gradually formed.
Seeing the dried fish being dried on the dam is particularly tempting under the sunshine, giving a very fishing port style.
Fishing boats of all sizes are docked on the shore. The breeze blows, bringing a slight fishy smell. Perhaps this is the taste of the "sea"!
※ Huangshanlu Forest Park, Guangzhou's largest free forest park
If you have time, you can also check in, Guangzhou's largest free forest park, because it was nearly noon when we arrived. We rushed to check in for a short period of time and felt the lush flowers, plants and trees, and the air was particularly fresh.
Huangshan Lu is named after the main peak of Huangshan Mountain and Lushan Mountain. The main peak is 295 meters above sea level and is the highest peak in southern Guangzhou, overlooking the panoramic view of Nansha. The little friend brought a drone, and from the high-altitude perspective of the drone, you can see the whole picture of Nansha. To the east, you can overlook the Humen Bridge and watch the Nansha Golf Course; to the northwest, you can see various construction projects in the Jiamen River City Center Start-up Area.
The recommended tour route is to enter from the West Gate and exit the East Gate. After the East Gate, you can also visit Miaowang Village to feel the living atmosphere of the local villagers.
[Eat in Nansha and feel the charm of the city of food]
Nansha is located at the southernmost tip of Guangzhou, with tens of thousands of acres of sandy bay. It has beautiful fruits and flowers, and abundant fish and soup. There are newly cultivated lotus roots here and authentic farm dishes. Nansha's food can only be described as sumptuous. From land to sea, every place presents a different taste. During this trip to Nansha, we also checked in to 4 local specialty restaurants to see what we ate?
※ Liuge Pot Farm: Eat three chicken, and play new tricks with kale
This is the first time I came to Nansha, Guangzhou. After paying homage to Tianhou Palace, I came to this six-pot farm. The name is very unique and several specialty dishes are impressive! The address is next to the archway in Dongjing Village, Yingdong Avenue, Nansha District.
It has a relatively simple style. There is a seafood pool at the door, and Nansha is also a place where seafood is produced. There is a large box, and one table can accommodate 15 people.
A mouthful of sweet Huazhou chicken is a specialty in the store. Huazhou chicken can be said to be the representative of Guangzhou sesame oil chicken. The so-called sesame oil is a kind of white-cut, but its unique "sesame oil sauce" makes the chicken taste more tender. Here, we actually eat more chicken. In the middle part, we wrap the chicken in powder and squeeze it, and in a circle is surrounded by sesame chicken steamed with ginger slices and sesame oil. The chicken rack was stewed with bitter gourd to make cold melon and soybean chicken bone soup. It was perfect to drink it in summer to clear heat and relieve heat.
Brine platter. Guangzhou's brine must be ordered. Goose gizzards, goose feet, five-flower brisket, etc. I like five-flower brisket the most. It is fat and thin, and has a strong stewed aroma!
Cantonese people eat everything made by secret plateau rabbits. Of course, rabbits are also a delicacy on the table. My favorite rabbit skin is chewy, elastic, full of collagen.
Xiangjian one-night stand is actually yellow croaker. After a night of marinating, it is simply dry fried. The taste of the fish is relatively crisp and has a light pickled taste.
The three pieces of golden fragrance are shrimp cake, cuttlefish cake, and fried milk, which can taste the original flavor of the ingredients.
Dianbai Laofan is actually a staple food in Maoming, Guangdong, and the powder is very Q. I should specifically mention that the sauce was made with leek juice, but it did not have a strong leek flavor. A large portion was quickly divided, which shows that it is very popular!
Special stir-fried kale. stir-fried kale is actually very common, but the method here is very unique. The cabbage stems of the kale are separately sprinkled with home-cooked oil, while the mustard leaves are cut into fine pieces and fried, decorated with dried shrimp on top, which is a bit like seaweed.
The boned pot is poured with lotus root. Cantonese people pay attention to making soup. The seasonal lotus root is stewed with ribs. The soup is thicker and has the pink taste of lotus root.
Unexpectedly, in an insignificant farmhouse restaurant in Nansha, one chicken was eaten three times and a new trick was played with broccoli. It can be said to be a very unique food experience.
※ Mingliyuan Farm: Recommended by Nansha veterans, a good place to eat fish
When I came to Nansha, Guangzhou, I lamented how big Guangzhou is. This Mingliyuan Farm is also a time-honored brand with its own fish ponds for breeding, so it must be right to come to their house to eat fish.
The address is directly at the intersection of Shengke Kindergarten at the bottom of Jinling South Road Viaduct in Dayong Village. I arrived at the store late and didn't look carefully around. It is said that there is a fish pond behind the restaurant. Their family promised to refund if the fish smelled earthy, which shows that they are confident in their own products. The dishes are all farm specialties, with real portions and high cost performance!
The chicken is picked up in the wind and water. It is the most domineering thing in the whole table. It is dressed in a bamboo dustpan. The chicken has been torn into thin strips and then placed like a whole chicken, surrounded by 7 kinds of mixed vegetables. Before eating, the waiter will help you mix the ingredients. The chicken is still tender. Add the mixed vegetables and eat them together. It has a refreshing taste in summer.
Steamed mountain creek fish is the store's signature dish. It is said that the fish is raised in my own pond. If there is a smell of earthy, a full refund will be made. You can choose your own size and sell it by weight. The steaming method maintains the original flavor of the fish, but Anhui fish has more bones, so be careful when eating!
Wang Mei is also sold by the catty, wrapped in bread bran and fried until golden yellow, so it is also called a yellow goldfish. Wang Mei is a fish that is more common in Chaoshan, Guangzhou. It basically only has a hard thorn in the middle, making it more convenient to eat. Under the crispy exterior, there is white and tender fish, which is also a must-order when entering the store!
Iced lychee cold melons are a good starter in summer. The cold melons are bitter gourds. They are cut into small pieces and placed at the bottom. There are bean sprouts, peanuts, etc. on top. The icy taste is particularly refreshing and cooling down.
Roast goose in lychee wood. Roast goose is also done well. The goose meat is fat and you can see its thickness from the side. The heat is just right, and the goose meat has juice, which is full of color, aroma and flavor!
Soy sauce Haifei duck, Haifei duck is actually a free-range duck, that is, the ducks grow naturally in a wild environment with flat terrain and long grass and birds flying, developing a strong body, intelligent temperament and agile movements. This kind of duck meat is more nutritious and has a better taste. Here, you can simply fry it with oil and then add soy sauce to taste. It will be original.
When I picked up the big Mo fish, I thought it was a coprinus mushroom at first, but only after I tasted it did I realize that it was cuttlefish. The method should be simply boiled and cut into thin strips, mixed with onions, green peppers and other ingredients and a special sauce. The overall taste is still relatively refreshing!
The fried rice with lychee meat and fish sauce is the signature staple food. With cuttlefish sauce added, the rice is black and has a light aroma of cuttlefish. One serving is quite large!
There is also lychee wine in the store. The homemade lychee wine does not feel very strong and has a fruity flavor. Pair it with a table of delicious dishes to wash away the fatigue of the day.
※ Tan family sister, Tan family food that Chen Xiaoqing never remembers
The Tan family makes a living by fishing, and there is no one more familiar with seafood practices than they do! This "Tan Family Sister" in Nansha uses the family traditions of the Tan family to cook and pay attention to the seasonal food. Chen Xiaoqing, the director-in-chief of "A Bite of China", has never forgotten it, and has become a must-check-in place for tourists when they come to Huangsha!
There is a large parking lot at the entrance, and Nansha is still a more suitable place for self-driving. As soon as you enter, there is a seafood area on the left hand side with a clearly priced price. The lobby is very large, can accommodate hundreds of people, and there are also private rooms. The inside and outside have the style of the Tanjia family, the ceiling is like a fishing boat, and even every lamp inside has the traditional Tanjia style.
There is a season to eat, and Tanjia girls pay attention to different dishes at different seasons. The season in June and July is a good time to eat Yanzai crabs and rice worms!
Originally, only steamed Yawzai crab, which is an unmated female meat crab. The crab paste of Yawzai crab is rich and fat, but the meat is also very full and sweet. Steaming is the most appropriate.

[Living in Nansha is suitable for both business and vacation]
Nansha now has a wide range of accommodation options, including leisure hotels suitable for parents and children, high-end resort hotels suitable for Internet celebrities to check in, and business-style apartments available at various price points. Moreover, most of the hotels in Nansha can help you plan your vacation route, which is more suitable for relaxing.
※ Nansha Guge Accord Hotel
This was my first time in Nansha and I chose to stay in the Guge Accord. The location is convenient and the decoration is relatively new.
Exit A of Nansha Passenger Station is only 800 meters away on foot. If it is too hot, choose to take a taxi and the starting price is available. It is the first Accord hotel opened by Australia Accord Hotels Group in Guangzhou, positioning itself as high-end business travel services. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel for convenient parking
Stayed in a room on the 9th floor with a good view. The twin-bed room has two queen beds measuring 1.5 meters. The first thing you enter the room is to see the entrance of the sink. The layout of the entire room is relatively refreshing.
In terms of catering, the buffet breakfast is on the second floor and is served from 7:00 to 9:30. There are still many things to eat, and I prefer wonton. I chose the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel for dinner. The dishes were good. I especially recommended the crystal chicken. The chicken was very tender, smooth and tender, suitable for summer.
※ Nansha Garden Hotel: A place for Internet celebrities with strong design sense
When staying at Nansha Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, I was surprised by its design. As the most luxurious hotel in Nansha, it also created 12 major Internet celebrity check-in spots.
Recommended photo spots:
Rainbow Lobby: When we walked in at noon, we were surprised to see a rainbow spot on the floor of the lobby. Looking up, there was a set of irregular transparent prisms. 1618 transparent prisms are used to hang in the seven-story atrium to refract and reflect the natural light entering the hotel, blooming rainbow-like spots, reflecting the echo of the sun's rays traveling to the earth, like an art space with flowing light and shadow. It is amazing.
The artistic embossed of the front desk background wall uses its irregular geometric finishes with different textures and colors to perform secondary reflection through natural light and built-in light sources to create a visual effect like the flow of time.
Honeycomb smallpox uses the honeycomb smallpox shape to build a polyhedral metal net, presenting different textures and shadows, which is pleasing to the eye.
The lobby observation deck is also a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. In fact, it is a great place to watch no matter what time you come. You can sit in the lobby bar while reading and enjoying the beautiful scenery outside, or you can order a cup of coffee and sit on the outside terrace to enjoy the breath of nature.
The hotel has 365 full-view rooms that can enjoy the beautiful scenery from different angles. From the perspective of the drone, the overall shape of the hotel is like a butterfly. The rooms have balconies and are also a good viewing platform. Each room can see a corner of the "wings" arc. The sea view room on the seaside side can enjoy the vast blue waves of Lingdingyang and the busy scene of Humen Bridge on the side.
The interior design of the entire room is also simple and fashionable, without too much complicated decoration, which is clear at a glance. A large bathtub, viewing sofa, LCD TV, desk, etc. are fully equipped to meet different needs of the residents.
Moving the rainbow indoors, Nansha Garden Hotel not only meets the accommodation function, but also is a good place to take photos and check in. All kinds of facilities are available, making the vacation extremely comfortable.
※ Nansha Hotel: An old luxury hotel
Nansha Hotel can be said to be the oldest luxury hotel in Nansha. It opened in 2005. The most eye-catching thing was that on November 10, 2012, Guo Jingjing and Huo Qigang's grand wedding in the mainland was held here.
The style of the entire hotel is traditional Chinese, facing Lingdingyang and backing Puzhou Mountain. The Humen Bridge spans your eyes, and you can see the beautiful scenery from the room.
It is more business-style. There is a large writing table in the room and two matching chairs to make it convenient for two people to work at the same time. This is very thoughtful.
The bathroom has a bathtub and is fully equipped.
If you have time, you can also taste the delicious food in the hotel. The hotel has Nansha's premier restaurants with full sea view. Guests can enjoy the exquisite dishes while enjoying the blue sky and blue sea, and enjoy the supreme taste of Eastern and Western cultures.
