Day 1: Shanghai Pudong International Airport-Guilin Liangjiang Airport, check into hotel

Day 2: Elephant Trunk Mountain-Guilin Bus Station-Yangshuo West Street-Yulong River Rafting-Shili Gallery-Da Banyan Tree

Day 3: Shili Gallery-Moon Mountain-Ruyi Peak in Yangshuo

Day 4: Yangshuo Bus Station-Guilin Liangjiang Airport

Guilin's mountains and rivers are the best in the world, and Yangshuo's mountains and rivers are the best in Guilin. My husband finished his business trip there, so he planned to take my child over to spend the weekend with her husband. The most worrying thing was the weather. Every day, it rained continuously, so that we made plans for the worst. If the weather was not good, we would just take a bath in the hotel and not go out. We brought umbrellas and raincoats and were ready to set off.

Tip 1: Watch the weather in advance and make preparations accordingly

From Shanghai to Guilin Liangjiang Airport, I don't know if it was due to the epidemic that only flights departed from Pudong Airport. If I took the subway from Minhang, it would take two hours. After hesitation, the ticket for 1 p.m. was gone, so I had to book a flight after 3 p.m.., I was reminded by a friend and found that there was an airport bus, but there was no accurate departure time. After many twists and turns, I found the phone and called to confirm the time.

Tip 2: The easiest way to inquire about the airport bus is to pay attention to the "Airport Bus" public account, which contains the details and consultation telephone numbers of each line, and you can also book tickets.

Pudong Airport is relatively large, so it is recommended to leave enough time on the way.

Arrived on time. The hotel my husband booked has a pick-up service. It takes another hour to travel from Liangjiang Airport to downtown Guilin. I feel like I'm on the road for most of Friday. o()o

The driver who picked up the plane recommended eating Liu Bonang's rice noodles, saying that it was a time-honored local brand and there was one right in front of the hotel. So he excitedly went for food and ordered small portions of fried noodles (spicy), hot and sour noodles (spicy), and signature rice noodles (not spicy). They were all super delicious. The total cost was only 24 yuan. It was really a conscience price. I still have endless memories.

Most of the urban areas of Guilin are green plants and large and small caves. We live in Guilin Zizhou Sijing Resort Hotel, which is inside Zizhou Park, with various attractions within two kilometers.

Elephant Trunk Mountain is a three-minute walk from the hotel lobby. I took a few photos. Thinking about the limited time, I'd better go to Yangshuo.

The hotel itself is a Zizhou Scenic Area, which is also very beautiful. After the rain, it is foggy and has a unique artistic conception.

You can take a train from downtown Guilin to Yangshuo. There are flights from Guilin North Railway Station, Guilin Railway Station, and Guilin West Railway Station. You can also take a long-distance bus in about 30 minutes. You can check it on Ctrip for about 90 minutes.

In fact, there is a bus that runs directly to Yangshuo from Guilin Liangjiang Airport at high speed. If you have limited time and don't want to play in Guilin, you can take the bus directly to Yangshuo. But be sure to plan the time well!

Arriving at Yangshuo Bus Station (very small), I took a taxi to the hotel to drop off my luggage. Yangshuo is full of B & Bs, some in the Yulong River Scenic Area, some in Yangshuo County, and some in Xingping Ancient Town. Because we plan to travel on a bamboo raft trip to the Yulong River + Shili Gallery, we choose to live in West Street. We can rent a battery car here and the supporting facilities are relatively better.

There are three ways to visit the Yulong River: walking, cycling, and rafting in the Yulong River (the whole journey is about 15 kilometers). Rifting a bamboo raft on the Yulong River, the mountains and rivers on both sides of the river are picturesque and I enjoy it very much. The entire rafting of the Yulong River takes 4-5 hours and is usually divided into the upper half and the lower half. There are Jinlong Bridge, Yulong Bridge, Jiuxian, Jima, Shuiedi, Gongnong Bridge, Wanjing, etc. For example, choose the upper half of the Yulong River for rafting (Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian County), the rafting lasts about 1.5 hours, passing through Yulong Bridge and Rhino Pond along the way. The second half of the rafting (Chaoyang/Jima to Gongnong Bridge) is mostly tourists accompanying the group.

Because it was already noon when we arrived at the hotel, the eldest driver said that the best way to visit was to visit the first half of the bamboo raft, which is the Jinlong Bridge-Jiuxian mentioned in many online guides. We landed from Jiuxian, rented a car and rode the Shili Gallery, and then returned to the return point of Yangshuo Park on West Street.

I took a taxi to Jinlong Bridge Wharf and bought a double ticket on Ctrip. Children, pay attention, pay attention to which section of the rafting to choose when buying tickets. There are three of us, two adults and one child. Children are over 1.2 meters long. Buying adult tickets is a bit difficult, so my husband automatically gave up rafting. He walked on the shore and we took a bamboo raft. The big brother of the raft worker was instructing his husband where he should take photos of us all the way. Although sitting on the bamboo raft felt slowly drifting, I saw my husband running all the way to various downhill places waiting to take photos of us, so there was a relatively rare video, because few people traveling would follow him all the way on the shore, hahaha.

Drifting on a bamboo raft on the Yulong River is completely appropriate to describe it as "the boat is traveling on the blue waves, and the person is swimming in the painting." Thank God it didn't rain and it felt a little shrouded in clouds. The eldest brother of the bamboo raft said that it took several hours to queue up on the bamboo raft during the peak season. Now that it is an epidemic and it is the rainy season, there are very few people and it is quiet, with only birds echoing each other.

The place where there is a dividing line is a downhill slope that will splash a lot of water. At this time, I also recite a poem: "Beautiful mountains and clear waters, wet buttocks

", my butt will be really wet, but water fights in summer will be fun.

The eldest brother who rowed the bamboo raft said that they could only earn a few dozen yuan this trip. It was the off-season now and there was not much business. Indeed, there were more bamboo rafts parked on the shore than tourists. When the average distance was reached, the eldest brother said that it would be my husband to come and sit for a while. He had walked so much. Oh my God, it was so great, so we said to give my eldest brother a red envelope when we landed, and everyone was very happy throughout the journey.

Thank you to this photographer for running ashore to take photos. After landing, we sent a 50-yuan WeChat red envelope to our eldest brother. Everyone is happy.

There are people who rent battery cars when ashore at Jiuxian Pier. The rent is 50 yuan and the deposit is 200 yuan. The deposit is refunded when the car is returned. The battery cars are all very powerful and there is no need to worry about insufficient power.

Tip 3: Local people are selling tickets for various attractions along the street, which will be much cheaper than online, and the prices are negotiable.

Get on the battery car and set out for the Shili Gallery!

Tip 4: It is already very hot at noon in March even without the sun. You can put on a beautiful dress and take photos!

Shili Gallery is a scenic belt on National Highway 321 in the south of Yangshuo. There are rolling mountains on both sides of the road and picturesque scenery. The Shili Gallery is actually 5 kilometers in total, and the battery car can completely go back and forth.

The first attraction is the Ancient Totem Road, which shows the rough and straightforward nature of the primitive tribe. It's closed now, I can't see it.

The second attraction is the nature of nature? Butterfly Spring, the gate of Butterfly Spring is full of characteristics. It is a very big butterfly that you can take photos as a souvenir. There is a cave inside and there are also wonderful folk performances.

The third attraction is the Gongnong Bridge. You can see the Yulong River bamboo rafts on the Gongnong Bridge and take photos of the bamboo rafts.

The fourth scenic spot I pass through is the Big Banyan Tree. It is one of the attractions worth seeing in this section. Many shots of "Sister Liu" were filmed in this scenic spot.

If you ride again, you can see Moon Mountain. Moon Mountain is located at the end of the Shili Gallery Scenic Area. There is a natural large stone arch on the mountain, which connects on both sides. From a distance, it looks like a bright moon hanging high in the sky. You can return back after riding all of them, or you can return halfway.

It's past 2 o'clock in the afternoon when we landed from Jiuxian, and we didn't know much about the cycling route, so we rode in the direction of the big banyan tree. There will be battery cars selling tickets along the way to sell tickets for various attractions. Please choose to buy according to your own hobbies.

There are large tracts of rapeseed flowers along the way that have not yet fully blossomed, but they are also beautiful.

After riding for more than an hour, we arrived at the big banyan tree. We followed a big sister who bought a ticket for 20 yuan/person. The big sister entered the scenic spot with us and took photos of us.

The big banyan tree has a tree age of 1,500 years. It is said that it was planted in the Sui Dynasty. It is a thousand-year-old ancient tree of the same age as Yangshuo County. It is called the "sacred tree" by local residents, and people often burn incense and pray under the tree. The crown of the banyan tree is round. When viewed from a distance, it looks like a giant green umbrella. When viewed up close, it is intertwined and has luxuriant branches and leaves. In the movie "Sanjie Liu", the scene of Sanjie Liu and Brother Niu throwing hydrangea under the big banyan tree to tie the knot was filmed here.

There are also bamboo rafts in the Da Banyan Scenic Area, but they are rowed to the foot of a mountain on the other side. After landing, there are old ladies renting ethnic costumes for 10 yuan each. They can pick and choose randomly. I have visited many scenic spots. This is really the most conscientious place.

After coming out of the big banyan tree, I rode to the drop-off point in Yangshuo Park, which is near West Street. I thought that the pedestrian street would cost high consumption, so I really regretted eating at a restaurant opposite the park. The boss's attitude was super cold. Bamboo tube rice is white rice served in a bamboo tube. The bamboo tube is still cold. Authentic bamboo tube rice is roasted on the fire. The tofu is a little sour, making the chicken too old to bite. I spent more than 140 yuan, but I was not happy at all.

Later, it turned out that the master beer fish found on all streets in Yangshuo was not expensive (I will write later), and selling things on the pedestrian streets was not as expensive as imagined.

After eating and walking around the West Street, we once again said that the streets were full of master beer fish. Based on experience, we felt that the things promoted by the scenic spots would be expensive and not delicious, but we were really wrong.

In addition to beer fish, there are bars, clear bars, sports bars, and all kinds of styles. Because we brought the children, we didn't stop.

There are also people selling Hanfu everywhere, which are cheaper than what I saw online and of good quality.

You will see many people buying mangoes on the road here. Locals say that mangoes are produced in other places. They bought a golden mango, which is very delicious, 8 yuan a catty.

Kumquat is a local specialty. It costs 5 yuan a large pot and weighs about 3 kilograms. I bought 4 pots and took them back to Shanghai, because Shanghai costs more than ten yuan per catty, wahaha

I stayed at Yangshuo Yiou Tea House Hotel. The owner was very kind, the service attitude was good, and the bedding was very comfortable. I first stayed on the top floor. I was awakened by the sound of the engine at six o'clock in the morning and kept ringing until after seven o'clock. We guess it was because this B & B is next to another house, and it was the sound of another air conditioner chassis.

I changed the room on the third floor, but the bathtub leaked seriously and the water could not be stored. Finally, I moved it to the next door. It was always, very troublesome.

Take a bath and go to bed at ten o'clock to recharge for the next day.

We had a free breakfast at the hotel the next day, with rice noodles for three nights, fried eggs and sweet potatoes.

In Yangshuo in the off-season, the West Street in the morning is particularly quiet, completely different from the bustling lights at night.

Crossing the West Street from the hotel to the Li River, the water is very clear and urgent.

Walk to Yangshuo Park to rent a car and ride the Shili Gallery for the rest of the way.

First, we came to Gongnong Bridge, which is the lower reaches of the Yulong River. Bamboo rafts were rowed to the shore, neatly stacked on large trucks by a special transfer machine, and then transported upstream. It was quite interesting.

Then there is the Moon Mountain, the Heavenly Axe Divine Skill. There is a round cave on the mountain. From a distance, it really looks like the moon. You don't need to buy a famous ticket, just look across the Moon Mountain.

Along the way, you will encounter big ladies riding a battery bike selling tickets for scenic spots. It is indeed much cheaper than buying tickets online.

There is also Julongtan (Karst Cave) along the way at Shili Gallery. We have been to Karst Cave in other places and didn't like the stuffy feeling, so we didn't go there. Prepare to go to Ruyi Peak, where you can both see the scenery and climb mountains.

On the way to Ruyi Peak, we met an old lady who asked us to go to the restaurant for dinner and could buy tickets at a low price, so we stopped here.

Bamboo tube chicken is chicken soup served in bamboo tubes and then boiled over the fire. There is wolfberry in it, which is super delicious and cannot be eaten by three people. Bamboo tube rice is glutinous and fragrant, and wild bamboo shoots are super tender and very delicious. In short, I can buy low-priced tickets when I am full of wine and food.

Guilin Yangshuo Ruyi Peak Scenic Area is positioned to build Guilin's first mountain-top sky park. Through creative landscapes such as cableways, suspension bridges, glass plank roads, walks in the forest, and Ruyi Yunding, visitors can overlook the peak forest, travel through the forest, and enjoy the "Sky City" and experience the "Guilin New Peak View".

1.2 Children with rice need to buy a half-price ticket for 130 yuan.

do firstcablewayUp the mountain, the total length of the cableway line is 1728 meters, with a relative height difference of 242 meters.

thensuspension bridge, as you can see from the photos, there are still many mountain roads to travel. I suggest you judge whether you want to visit this attraction based on your physical condition.

thenCreative landscapes such as Ruyi Yunding,It was two o'clock in the afternoon at Zhengzheng, and it was extremely hot. I thought it would get colder as we went up the mountain, but everyone was sweating profusely in the Yunding landscape.

To get on the glass plank road, you need to rent cloth shoes for 5 yuan per pair. It is not very high below and it is not so scary.

There are many steps to walk up and down the mountain, and my legs are shaking.

There are two sections of the glass plank road. This is an unexpected gain. The first section is not very high. After returning the shoe covers, I walked a mountain road. There is another section of glass plank road that runs along the mountain and looks a little steep.

The tour time of the entire Ruyi Peak Scenic Area is about two hours, and you still take the cable car down the mountain.

Riding back to West Street, I returned the car to Yangshuo Park. Tonight was the last night in Yangshuo. I really couldn't resist the temptation of the master's beer fish. I bought a 99-yuan set meal on the ** group purchase. No wonder other restaurants were cold and deserted because they couldn't compete with the master's beer fish. Not only was the store large, the environment was beautiful, the service was enthusiastic, the taste was also very good, and the quantity was also large. While eating, there were also resident singers who could order songs or sing by themselves, 30 yuan a song.

The kitchen is very big and has many workers, so the food is served very quickly.

Beautiful photos taken on the decorative wall inside the hotel

Big tree at the entrance of the hotel

So far, the trip to Yangshuo in Guilin has come to a successful conclusion.

Take a taxi from the hotel to Yangshuo Bus Station, and take a bus from the bus station to Guilin Liangjiang Airport.

Tip 5: Watch the departure time of the bus in advance and bring good food. Because Guilin Airport is very small and there is little food. Our flight happened to be late and we bought instant noodles for 15 yuan per barrel.

Happy times are always short. Goodbye Yangshuo and look forward to meeting you next time!
