This year, due to Xiaoxiao's promotion from junior high school to junior high school, matters such as school selection will not be finalized until June and July, so summer travel plans have only been planned and not implemented. At the end of June, the matters of Xiaoxiao Middle School were also implemented. After the parent meeting, the school also announced the specific admission time. That's why the travel itinerary was made.

Last year, Niuniu planned to go to Guizhou and Guangxi, but Guizhou tourism is scattered around Guiyang. Relying on public transportation for free travel can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. Secondly, the weather in Guizhou is cool in summer and it is the peak summer vacation. There are many tourists. If the arrangements are not made well, it will be crowded and there will be no tourism quality.

This time, Guizhou arranged for self-driving mainly Huangguoshu and Libo Xiaoqikong, and then to Xijiang and Tianyan on the way. Originally, I drove myself from Guizhou to Guangxi and returned the car to Guangxi, but after checking, the price of returning the car across provinces and other places was very high and was not cost-effective. So it was decided that the Guangxi section would not choose to drive by car or charter a car. It only takes 2.5H by bullet train from Guiyang to Guilin, which is very convenient.

In Guilin, Guangxi, we mainly use the Lijiang River, Yulong River rafting and Dragon Ridge. Considering that Guilin had two sections of rafting and self-driving back to pick up the car, it was not convenient to pick up the car, so Guilin chose to charter a car so that I could relax for a few days. Otherwise, driving for nearly ten days would not take long to drive every day, but it would be hard.

After determining the itinerary and the key points of this trip, we set about booking air tickets, tickets, and hotels. Due to the large number of people in the tourist season and the reluctance to get up early, I booked hotels in several key places (Huangguoshu, Libo, and Longji) in the scenic area. The price may be more expensive, but you can visit the scenic area in the evening. You don't have to consider the driving time back to the hotel, you can avoid the high temperatures, and you can also avoid the peak flow of people from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Only after the end of this trip did I realize that my decision was very correct. Several of our key scenic spots were traveling to avoid peak peaks and had a very easy time, with not many people and not too hot.

We all arranged this way for Huangguoshu, Libo, Longji, and Yulong River. The reception in these scenic spots is close to its peak, and they all adopt current-limiting measures. Sometimes it takes nearly 2 hours to queue up to take the shuttle bus. The weather is hot, and it is really hard for tourists. We adopt staggered peaks so that we can have sufficient rest with fewer people.

This trip took the high-speed train from Shanghai to Guiyang, rented a car and drove for five days in southeastern Guizhou, southern Guizhou, central Guizhou and other places. Then I took the high-speed train to Guangxi and chartered a car for four days, and returned by plane, for a total of 11 days.

It has been confirmed that all chartered and rented cars for hotels, air tickets, and train tickets will be completed within one week. This year, the booking is later than before, and the relevant fees have increased, but they are still controlled within 6500 yuan per capita.

First arrival in Yelang (August 3)

Depart at 6:30 and head to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and take the bullet train to Guiyang. It has become our custom for the family to go out every summer vacation for years.

Arrive at Kunshan South Railway Station at 7:00, take the 7:30 bullet train to Hongqiao, and transfer to the 8:55 high-speed train to North Guiyang.

The G1373 high-speed railway leaves on time for Guiyang at 8:55. This high-speed train takes the Shanghai-Kunming line and still passes through our hometown of Shangrao, Jiangxi.

Along the way, the two little guys got together to play with their mobile phones. I also brought each of them an iPad without touching it. It seems that they have really grown up and can no longer wear an iPad in the future.

Seeing the intersection of the north-south railway of the Shangrao High-speed Railway, it is not far from Shangrao, but our train does not stop at Shangrao and stops in the north of Yingtan.

At 11 o'clock noon, we passed by our hometown of Shangrao, Jiangxi Province and parked in the north of Yingtan.

Arriving at Guiyang North Railway Station at 17:10 p.m., it was obviously much cooler when leaving the station. The temperature in Kunshan is 36 degrees, while the temperature in Guiyang is only 29 degrees that day. Guiyang North Railway Station is a new railway station, which is a bit away from the urban area. The construction of the railway station is very distinctive and the surrounding supporting facilities are beginning to be improved. We have no plans to stay in Guiyang, just considering the convenience of renting and picking up a car.

After walking for ten minutes from the station, it was time to check in at Home Inn Select Hotel tonight and check in. The hotel is very dry, stylish, and affordable. It is worth recommending.

I originally booked the Berman Hotel, but around noon, I received a notice that there would be a power outage and asked us if we wanted to cancel the order, so I switched to this Home Inn Collection. After checking in, I found that the environment was nice and the room was big and clean. I wanted to stay here when I returned to Guiyang on the 8th, but unfortunately we also booked the Berman Hotel on the 8th.

As a result, when we returned to Guiyang on the 8th, we received a call from Berman Hotel saying that there would be another power outage, so we decisively canceled the order. We still stayed at Home Inn on the 8th. Ctrip handled it very well and quickly changed the hotel. Because of the power outage at Berman Hotel on this trip, we changed hotels twice. Ctrip specially refunded cash back and apologized.

After resting in the hotel for a while, I was a little hungry, so I asked where to eat Guizhou's specialty sour soup fish. There is a sour soup fish shop just not far away with its unique decoration. Many hotels in Guiyang North Railway Station have coupons to get and discounts can be obtained when paying the bill.

However, there are many people in this hotel, and there is a long queue at the door. Considering that you can always try Guizhou's specialty sour soup fish, there is only a queue.

This reminds me of eating roast duck in Beijing last year, and it was also a long queue.

{data:{has_more:true,html:

Waiting for food, everyone has a machine and heads their heads. Sitting there, the cool breeze blows and a little chilly. It seems that Guizhou is still a summer resort.

This is the first dish in the world in the store, and it is full of steamed vegetables of all kinds. Except for the bigger steamer, the dishes inside are all common dishes and nothing special.

There are really many people in the store and the area is large. The smell of sour soup makes it quite appetizing.

I ordered a small bottle of white wine and tasted it by the old master who had passed the alcohol test. The wine was good and the price was not expensive.

I ordered a special river yellow croaker to make fish in sour soup, and was ready to eat together with several other specialties. The seasoning has a very strong aroma. We didn't know what it was at first, but later we learned that it was the aroma of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil. Because we rarely eat spicy food, we were not familiar with this taste. Because Guizhou is mostly karst terrain, with less soil and more rocks, it is not easy to grow crops, but it is very suitable for growing pepper.

Very Guizhou colander, fish in sour soup is very characteristic. It is not spicy, has enough acidity, and the fish is extremely tender! The wine is also good!

Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village (August 4)

I went to Tongye early the next morning to pick up my car. I originally rented a family car, but this time I upgraded it to an SUV for free. What's even more coincidentally is that our young man who provided the car pickup service turned out to be the young man I met in Tongye, Hainan in 17 years.

He said he recognized my name at a glance, and because my surname was very few, he had a special impression. His company expanded its branch in Guiyang, and he came here.

After breakfast in the morning, I started from Guiyang at 9:30 and took the highway. It took 3 hours to reach Xijiang. The entire highway was high. The urban roads of Guiyang are a bit like Chongqing. The viaduct was built for a long time, and I was really scared to see it.

The highway showed that there were still 3KM left, but the traffic jam was serious. We were stuck at the highway entrance for 40 minutes. The parking lot display board shows that there are no parking spaces in the west and north parking lots. We drove all the way inside and there were many newly opened parking lots along the way.

We drove to the west gate and were told that there was no way to park in the two large parking lots in the northwest ahead. We were asked to park in the new parking lot next to the west gate, and then walked for 5 minutes to reach the west gate.

Tickets in Guizhou are really affordable. Tickets are free for the elderly and children, half tickets for two adults, and even high-speed tolls are discounted. I charged 80 yuan for driving nearly 260 kilometers from Guiyang to Xijiang River.

From the West Gate to the check-in office, there is a commercial street with a length of about 1KM. All of them are newly built shops along the street and the business is booming. Found a restaurant and finished eating Chinese food. As we walked all the way to the West Gate ticket gate, it seemed to turn cloudy all of a sudden. The hotel owner said just now that it rained here almost every afternoon, but it wasn't long for about half an hour.

There is a bus from the West Gate ticket gate that connects to the observation deck for free, and then takes a sightseeing bus from the observation deck to No. 1 Windstorm Bridge. When we arrived at the West Gate ticket gate, heavy rain arrived as scheduled. Many tourists were caught off guard, but the staff here were accustomed to it. They comforted everyone and said: Although the rain is heavy, it will definitely stop soon. Please wait a moment. Sure enough, the sky began to dawn soon, and the sun was shining brightly on the mountain top in the distance.

There is a saying in Guizhou: Ten miles have different days, but always have different days. It means that the weather in Guizhou is changeable. We also have a deep understanding of driving on the high speed. Sometimes it rains heavily on the window for a while, but after driving for a minute, not a drop of rain can be seen.

The Xijiang River looked particularly bright after the rain. Looking down from the observation deck, we were really shocked by so many Miao villages. Originally, I thought of Qianhu Miao Village in Xijiang River, and the so-called Qianhu was just a false reference. Now it seems that Qianhu is really not a false reference.

There were many tourists on the observation deck, and everyone picked up their cameras to take photos. After the rain stopped, a large number of tourists took buses and got off. We stopped for a while and took a tour bus to No. 1 Fengyu Bridge. This is on the east side of the Xijiang River. Outside is a large rice field, and some rice fields also have carp with fragrant rice flowers.

Fengyu Bridge, also known as Huaqiao and Fuqiao, consists of bridges, towers and pavilions. It is all built of wood. The bridge deck is covered with railings and benches on both sides, and the roof of the bridge is covered with tiles to form a promenade style corridor. Towers and pavilions are built on stone piers and have multiple floors, with flying eaves and horns, and decorated with treasure gourds on the roof.

Due to the changeable weather here, Miao people who go out to work will build these bridges along the way to avoid wind and rain for pedestrians to temporarily shelter from rain, hence the name Wind-Rain Bridge.

There are seven wind and rain bridges along the Baishui River from southeast to northwest, which is also the most distinctive scenery in the Xijiang Scenic Area.

People can sit down and rest while enjoying the beautiful scenery here. As the symbol of Miao Village, Fengyu Bridge always conveys the true meaning of dedication to people.

There are also Miao people who often return late when they go out to work, so every family will hang lanterns at the door when it gets dark to illuminate those villagers who return late from work. This is also the most primitive prototype of the beautiful night view of Xijiang River.

Nowadays, Xijiang's commerce is very developed, and you can rarely see the original Xijiang. Many foreigners do business here, and there are inns, snacks, and bars along the street. These characteristic towns cannot escape the erosion of these businesses. The original Xijiang may only be found in the Lusheng of this Miao boy.

On the east bank of the Baishui River, from No. 4 Fengyu Bridge to No. 6 Fengyu Bridge is the Xijiang Snack Street.

There are many Miao specialty restaurants along the street, and Miao girls will also sing songs to encourage wine.

This is Xijiang hair tofu. It seems that you can't see it clearly. It's not that I patted it and scorched it, but the tofu is really covered with white fluff.

The fluff is like cotton silk.

This is a Miao family silk doll. The name is very cute, but it is spicy to the taste. People like us who rarely eat spicy food can eat it, and they are simply Guizhou hot women.

Lusheng, in villages inhabited by ethnic minorities across Guizhou, is known as the hometown of Lusheng and the hometown of song and dance. Lusheng is one of the ancient musical instruments that ethnic minorities particularly love. On holidays, they hold various and colorful Lusheng parties to blow the Lusheng and dance to celebrate their own national festivals.

When you reach No. 6 Fengyu Bridge, you will return to Lusheng Chang and walk up the street. The Gada Lue above the door is Miao. There are also many Miao Wen who don't know him on the wind and rain bridge along the road.

Lusheng Field is a place where people use Lusheng as a medium and dance as a company to make friends and meet happily. It is also the place where Miao Village holds various festival activities and public sacrifices.

There are many Miao clothes rented here for taking photos. When we asked our little girl if she wanted to rent them, she looked reluctant and said: Haven't you rented them in Phoenix? She has really grown up. She used to be able to wear these clothes to take photos. She was very happy, but now she has her own aesthetic and will not compromise if she doesn't like it. This cannot be forced.

It is nearly evening, and there are much fewer tourists than in the afternoon. Walking along the stone road by the riverside, there are a dazzling array of shops on one side and the simple and trickle of Baishui River on the other. Modern and traditional are inadvertently blended together.

Today we live in Kaili, but we have to watch the night view of Xijiang River before leaving. We are going to depart from Xijiang at around 9 o'clock and arrive in Kaili in about an hour.

Near the evening, there will be song and dance performances in the beautiful Xijiang River beside No. 4 Fengyu Bridge. The performances here are free to watch in the morning and charged in the evening. People like us who can't get up early won't be able to enjoy the free show.

Since we are going to see two performances in Guilin, we have no arrangements to enjoy them here. The Xijiang River will slowly darken until nearly 7:00 a.m. and half a day. When night fell, we began to return the way we came.

At this time, the lights of the Xijiang River were first on, and there were star-like dots of light shining along the street and along the river. The lights were colorful and beautiful. It's really amazing: there is this colorful world competing in the quiet mountains.

The night view of the Xijiang River originated from the late return of Miao people from work and neighbors took care of each other and lit lights for passers-by. When was the Xijiang River not so starry? The Miao people have been farming fires for generations and lived a life without competition from the world. Nature and simplicity are the whole of life.

The harmonious coexistence of the Miao people is beyond the understanding of many foreign tribes. They are always united with their own people, but they are excluded and closed from foreign tribes due to historical and other reasons.

Perhaps it was this that created a pure land surrounded by mountains. Over time, all ethnic groups lived in harmony, which gave us the opportunity to enter the mysterious Miao Village.

Along Silverware Street on the West Bank, we walked towards No. 1 Storm Bridge. There are many tourists along the river enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Wind and Rain Bridge under the night.

No. 1 Fengyu Bridge is a sightseeing station, and it is still crowded here. Fortunately, there were many cars, so it didn't take long for us to get on the bus and come to the observation deck.

The Xijiang River at night is like a big city, with various lights shining brightly, and it no longer feels like when the Miao people returned late in the past.

Many tourists arrive with luggage along the way, and many will choose to stay here for one night. Near 9 o'clock, we took a bus from the observation deck back to the West Gate ticket gate.

The West Gate ticket gate was surrounded by a misty mist like a veil, like a fairyland.

The shops along the West Gate are different from the lively Xijiang Street below. At this time, there are very few people here.

After picking up the car, we left Xijiang River and went to live in Kaili.

After dinner, I arrived in Kaili at nearly 10:30 and checked into the hotel. The tower next to the hotel is very Miao style.

Huangguoshu Waterfall (August 5-August 6)

The hotel we stayed in was in Kaili Miao Dong Style Garden. The hotel rooms are a bit small, built on a mountain is not easy to find, and the breakfast is not good!

Because I slept late the first day, I got up at 9 a.m., finished breakfast, and rushed to the next stop: Huangguoshu Waterfall.

Huangguoshu Waterfall is located in Zhenning County, Anshun City. It takes about 4 hours to drive from Kaili Road to the highway.

At 2:30 p.m. we arrived at Huangguoshu Waterfall. Since the hotel we stayed in is in a scenic area, we had to inform the hotel of the license plate in advance so that we could pass the checkpoint and drive to the hotel in the scenic area. Huangguoshu Scenic Area consists of three scenic spots: Great Waterfall, Doudou Pond, and Tianxing Bridge.

We stayed at Huangguoshu Hotel. The hotel is right next to Huangguoshu Waterfall, 300M away from the connecting station. You can see the panoramic view of the Waterfall 200M out of the hotel.

Although the decoration of the hotel is a bit old, it is hidden among the green bamboos and has a nostalgic feeling. When I checked in, I found that the facilities of the entire hotel were not bad, but the WIFI was not very good. Everything else was very good. The hotel will book tickets for the scenic spot that day on behalf of guests. Since it is the peak season for Huangguoshu, it is generally necessary to book tickets for the scenic spot one day in advance, otherwise you may not be able to enter. Tickets for Huangguoshu and Xiaoqikong are valid for two days, and you can enter the scenic spot in two days.

Huangguoshu Tour We arrange to visit Douputang and Tianxing Bridge (first half) today, and visit Great Waterfall and Tianxing Bridge (second half) early tomorrow morning. This way we can avoid the tourist rush.

Doupotang, first half of Tianxing Bridge (August 5)

After checking in, we went to the Great Falls Transfer Station. It was crowded with people. It was nearly 15 o'clock. At this time, many people also took buses here when returning to the city. This makes people who go to Doudoutang Scenic Area have to queue up together, which doesn't seem reasonable. Fortunately, there were many cars, and after waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes, we got on the bus.

While waiting for the bus, I asked the staff about the last bus time, and the answer was very strong: there is no last bus, it is the peak season, and we have to leave even if there is a tourist. He also comforted us by saying that there were fewer people at this time, and when there were many people, the line would have to queue up to the toilet opposite.

Walking in sync with God, let's go to see the ending scene in "Journey to the West": Doudou Pond. Doupotang has this scene of four master and disciple walking on the waterfall in the theme song of "Journey to the West".

The entire Huangguoshu Scenic Area is inextricably related to "Journey to the West", such as Tupotang, Shajingshi, Gaolaozhuang, etc.

Before we saw the true appearance of Doupotang, we could already hear a loud roar in our ears. The further we walked forward, the more deafening the roar became. It is said that this is a major feature of Doupo Pond.

Its rushing torrent comes from a huge melting pool at the top, and the waterfall is formed on a calcified beach dam more than 100 meters long. When huge amounts of flood water pour past, the caves on the beach dam will emit high and mysterious roars. It is shocking. For this reason, people also call Douputang Waterfall Roar Waterfall.

Because it is in the rainy season here, the amount of water is so large that people can imagine, and the usual beauty has disappeared, but has become more spectacular, majestic and majestic. The breadth of the beach dam makes the visual impact even more shocking, and the entire waterfall is full of power and beauty!

There is an artificial curved bridge under the waterfall connecting the two sides, and the water under the bridge is rapid. We follow the bridge west to reach the West Bank Observation Deck.

Follow the West Bank Trail south and travel for 1 kilometer to reach the Great Waterfall. Along the way, there are 81 difficulties, old turtles carrying monks, drying scriptures and other landscapes, as well as the story of the large-scale stone carving "Journey to the West".

The school required them to watch Journey to the West during the summer vacation so that they would have a better understanding!

We didn't follow the West Bank Trail to the Great Waterfall. When we arrived at the Sunjing Stone, we returned to the entrance of the scenic spot the same way.

There are many ancient banyan trees on both sides of the scenic area, with their crowns extending outward like several green umbrellas. Walking under the shade of the trees does not feel the heat.

It takes 10 minutes to walk along the plank road to reach the entrance of the scenic spot.

At this time, there were no tourists at the entrance of the scenic area. From here, you can take a bus back to the Great Waterfall, or you can take a bus to the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area.

We chose to take a bus to the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area. Although it was nearly 17:00, it would be dark until around 20:00 here. There should be no problem for all of you to visit the first half of Tianxing Bridge.

Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area is the farthest of the three scenic spots, about 7KM away from the Great Waterfall and about 15 minutes by car.

We arrived at the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area around 17:15. The scenic area, which had no tourists, seemed a little deserted at this time.

Today, we only play the first half of Tianxing Bridge. It usually takes about an hour to get from Sisheng Walking to Gaolaozhuang. If you walk slowly, it is expected to take 1.5 hours. The second half of Tianxing Bridge is Tianxing Cave and Yinlian Falling Pond Waterfall. These are what we will visit tomorrow. The second half of Tianxing Bridge usually takes 2 hours.

During the counting step, the two little guys searched for all the birthdays they remembered at home.

The two siblings had the same birthday, and the first one was found.

The Tianxing Bridge Digital Steps Scenic Area is mainly composed of stones of different shapes standing on the water surface, forming the feeling of a stone forest on the water, which is slightly similar to the characteristics of Suzhou gardens.

Along the trail, while looking for your birthday, while admiring the various plants and strange lake rocks on the water surface, it is really a feature of this place.

While taking the shuttle bus, I heard tourists complain that the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area was not fun and just looked for their birthdays. In fact, the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area is the largest one among the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. The second half of the trip to Tianxing Bridge takes a long time, and many tour groups are not allowed to go or give them a short time. We planned to play for 2 hours in the second half of the day, but we played for 5 hours.

This guy is so immersed in looking at the beautiful beauty banyan. Has he seen the beautiful beauty?

Gaolaozhuang on Tianxing Lake.

Eldest Brother, you are a guest at Second Brother's house.

The bamboo here is extremely tall, and bamboo shoots are still growing at this time, which is quite surprising.

After visiting Tianxing Bridge, I took a bus back to the Great Waterfall. At this time, there were no more tourists at the entrance of the Great Waterfall.

There are many tourists taking cars out of the scenic spot at the connecting station. The police reminders standing next to the station are very interesting. In fact, when queuing here is crowded and crowded, conflicts are easy to arise, and police reminders are also necessary.

Let's go to the Waterfall Observatory next to the hotel to enjoy the panoramic view of the Great Waterfall.

During the wet season, half of the hillside opposite the waterfall is shrouded in thick mist.

Although it is viewed from a distance, you can still feel its shocking momentum.

Brush your face here and enter, and you can see the panoramic view of the Great Falls 100 meters along the trail. At this time, the sky is getting late, and only those who stay here will take a walk in the evening to watch it.

After coming out of the Waterfall Terrace, the sky was getting dark, so we went to the hotel restaurant-Wisteria Garden for dinner.

This is the only place in the scenic area where Chinese and dinner are served. The price is acceptable, around 80 per capita. Breakfast is on the second floor of the hotel lobby.

I ordered 5 dishes and 1 soup, and the portions and tastes of the dishes were good.

After dinner, follow the trail back to the hotel.

In order to avoid the peak after 9 o'clock tomorrow, we will get up early tomorrow. The hotel serves breakfast at 7 o'clock. We expect to go to the Great Falls after eating at 7:40.

Go to bed early today and get up early tomorrow.

Huangguoshu Waterfall (August 6)

After breakfast at 7:30 a.m., flash check-out is supported and luggage is put in the car. You can directly enter the Great Waterfall Scenic Area from the entrance of the hotel lobby scenic area.

From the entrance of the hotel lobby scenic area is the bonsai area. You can reach the Great Waterfall after walking down the trail for 10 minutes. There are disposable raincoats sold from the bonsai area to the Great Waterfall. It is recommended to buy a set, usually 5 yuan per set, because it is now the wet season. From the Great Waterfall to Shuilian Cave, there is a lot of moisture, just like a light rain. It will get wet in a while.

Huangguoshu Waterfall. It was called Baishuihe Waterfall in ancient times, also known as Huanggeshu Waterfall or Huangjueshu Waterfall. It was named because of the widespread distribution of Huanggeshu in the local area. It is the largest first-class waterfall among the Huangguoshu Waterfall Group and one of the world's famous waterfalls. It is famous for its vast water potential. The height of the waterfall is 77.8 meters, of which the main waterfall is 67 meters high; the waterfall is 101 meters wide, of which the top of the main waterfall is 83.3 meters wide. Huangguoshu Waterfall is a typical erosion and crack waterfall in karst landforms.

We arrived at the Great Falls before 8 o'clock, and there weren't many tourists at this time. During the wet season, the amount of water is large, but the water is also turbid.

Follow the mountain road opposite the waterfall, you can walk to Shuilian Cave in the waterfall, cross the waterfall and return along the cable bridge on the opposite bank. This road is a one-way street. In the peak season, the longest queue on this road takes more than an hour.

There are few tourists on the road. We walked slowly up the mountain road.

In about 10 minutes, we arrived at Shuilian Cave. Looking back at the hillside opposite the waterfall, there is mist and mist. When we passed by just now, we really felt like we were baptized by the heavy rain.

As I approached, I could only hear the thunderous roar of the waterfall, but no human voice could be heard.

Shuilian Cave is in the great waterfall. We walked under the waterfall along the cave that is only for one person.

From time to time, you can see the water curtain outside through the gap in the mountain. Water vapor and dripping water inside. Without a raincoat, it feels like taking a shower.

We walked slowly through the waterfall and looked back at the mountain opposite. By this time, the mountain road was already crowded with tourists.

During the dry season, the water volume of the Great Waterfall is not large, but the water quality is relatively clear. Due to the small water volume, it does not have the momentum of the Great Waterfall during the wet season.

The water mist splashed by the waterfall can easily form a rainbow under the sunshine. As long as the weather is fine, rainbows will be seen during the rainy season.

At around 9:30 o'clock, we left the Great Waterfall Scenic Area, took a bus to Tianxing Bridge, and walked the second half of Tianxing Bridge.

There were not many tourists at the Great Falls Transfer Station at this time.

There were many villages about 7KM along the way from the Great Waterfall to Tianxing Bridge, but now they have all moved out of the scenic spot.

We arrived at Tianxing Bridge in 15 minutes.

At this time, many tourists leave the first half of Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, but we enter the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area in the reverse direction. At this time, the large group has just begun to arrive and will also enter the first half of Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area. There are not many people at this time in the second half.

Second half of Tianxing Bridge (August 6)

We went directly to Gaolaozhuang and then played the second half of Tianxing Bridge. We originally expected to end in 2 hours, but we didn't come out until nearly 3 p.m.

Attractions in the second half of Tianxing Bridge: Bridge on Bridge, Maoshuitan, Tianxing Cave, Yinlian Falling Pond Waterfall.

Above the Maoshuitan is Bridge on Bridge on Bridge. The name is very strange. I declare that I did not stutter.

Unlike other natural bridges, it is a complete stone. This bridge is composed of three sections. One section on the left and right is a stone protruding from the cliff, forming the left and right parts of the bridge. The huge rock in the middle seems to be a wedge falling from the sky. This wedge is just shaped like a big top and a small bottom, and the place where it falls is inserted is just the gap in the middle of the bridge. The huge rocks inserted in the middle are not all solid or hollow, allowing people to pass through, thus forming a bridge on a bridge.

Tianxing Cave is located in the middle section of Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area and is a typical karst cave. The entrance to Tianxing Cave is very small and can only be passed by one person. It has to walk along the narrow cave. At first, we thought it was nothing, just a small cave. After walking for long, there was a huge cave hall in front of us. It's really a unique world that amazes people all at once.

Several halls and side halls are naturally formed in the cave. Among the colorful and ever-changing strange peaks and strange stones, four large stone pillars reach the roof of the cave. The pillars are covered with stone flowers, like dragons and phoenixes. The color is gorgeous, the shape is unique, and it looks exquisitely clear and magnificent.

The wonders include grapes covered with calcium carbonate gel and shaped like piles in clusters; stalagmites scattered on the Liushitan Dam; brightly colored and oddly shaped dripping stones, cloud discs, and cloud discs, just like a feast in heaven;

In addition, there are shapes like lotus ponds, icebergs and snowfields, birds, insects, fish and beasts, flowers, plants and forests, as if the world's treasures are gathered here.

Xiaoxiao was also really shocked by this cave. During this trip to Guizhou, she said that only Tianxing Cave and Yuanyang Lake impressed her the most.

Maoshuitan is located in a pool in the back half of the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area. In fact, this pool is not a separate pool. It's connected to the small river. Upstream is Luanshigou. There is no water on the surface. Water flows from under the rocks to here and emerges from here. This is also the scene where the white dragon horse comes out of the water in "Journey to the West".

Bridge on bridge by time, place and opportunity.

After the water flowed out of the swimming pool, it poured into a rocky beach. It was no longer as shallow as before, nor was it as deep as before. It hit various rocks, turning up waves, and chirping softly. You should know that this beach is by no means an ordinary rocky beach, but upright stone pillars and stalagmites. This scene is called the water stone forest. You have seen the stone forests in Yunnan. Those trees without branches and leaves stretch out silently to the sky, making you feel the passing of life; you have also seen the caves in Guilin. Those wet and gloomy stalagmites and stone towers sit silently in the darkness, making you feel the solidification of time. "There is a beautiful place across the bridge"-Liang Heng

When the stones are just gathering together of the same kind, no matter how they perform, they will not be cold and stiff, just like a party performed purely by men. Now green waters and blue waves are happily rushing into this stone forest, dancing with their hands and feet. We walked around the gravel and gently rolled over the thin waves. When we hit the cliff, the waves suddenly made a loud noise. The whole beach was full of laughter and mist. You realize once again that water is life. These inanimate stones also looked forward to shine at this time, transforming into an infinite immortal appearance. Tourists jumped from this stone to that quartz clock, and danced through this forest of life that had existed for hundreds of millions of years amid this cheerful accompaniment and accompaniment. "There is a beautiful place across the bridge"-Liang Heng

At the end of the water is a place called Pearl Spring. Drilled through the ground to count the living gardens, drilled out of the swimming pool, and flooded the water of the stone forest. I don't know what else I did, but I finally collected it here. The famous spring here is actually a large waterfall, but it is not a piece of cloth hanging down straight but a circle of cloth rolled into a funnel shape. The flat and soft water waves slide across the circular ditch slope with the whole stone base, rolling into pearls on the stone surface, and creating colorful colors in the sun. At this time, there is a big bucket in front of you, a bucket that keeps sucking in gold, silver and jewelry. Around the rapidly sucked pearls flew, fine waves turned around and noisy music was played. However, all of this suddenly disappeared under a huge rock. When you climb over this stone beam, it seems as if you have never seen any water or heard the sound of water. There are only the stones piled up and the green trees in the cracks between the stones. This water is a Luoshen that comes and goes without a trace. "There is a beautiful place across the bridge"-Liang Heng

Silver Chain Falling into the Pond

An elderly Buyi ethnic group selling small items along the road.

Guizhou apple and banana have thin skin and glutinous meat and are very delicious. There is also Black Brin, which is also super delicious.

After playing, take the cable car to the sightseeing station, then take the sightseeing bus to the scenic area gate, and then take the bus back to the Great Falls Scenic Area.

It was nearly 15 o'clock when we came out. At this time, the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area reminded us that it was approaching the peak of reception and that current restriction measures would be taken.

The Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area connecting station is already crowded.

Returning to Great Falls by car, the Great Falls shuttle station was lined up to the opposite toilet as the staff said that day. You can see the number of tourists.

It's 3 p.m. to pick up the car at Grand Waterfall and drive to Kedu Town, Pingtang County.

It takes a 3-hour drive from Huangguoshu to Kedu, and reaches Bianyang Exit at 18 p.m.

Recently, there was African swine fever in Guizhou, and all vehicles leaving highways must be sprayed and disinfected. China Sky Eye is a 500-meter diameter FAST radio telescope completed in Guizhou Province in 2016. Because this telescope is the largest in the world and can theoretically detect many unknown things in the universe, it is also called China's Sky Eye.

Kedu Town has also been built into an astronomical town, and roads and other related facilities have been continuously improved. It was originally thought that the road from Bianyang to Kedu would be difficult to drive, but this is not the case. This road is newly built and the surrounding small villages have also undergone new rural transformation, which looks neat and clean, giving a sense of leisure and pastoral.

Kedu Town is a small town under Pingtang County. If it were not for Sky Eye, many people might not know about it. The town is not big, the newly built astronomy town is not very popular, and there are not many hotels. We booked a hotel decorated in a European style. It was good after checking in, not very expensive, and good value for money.

After checking in, I drove out and drove along the main road in the town. I found a very popular restaurant that specializes in beef jerky pots with skins, so I had dinner here.

Guizhou's taste is still very strong. Although it emphasizes being slightly spicy, it is still very spicy.

In Kedu Town, there are fewer people after dark. Some shops along the street also close very early.

Sky Eye (August 7)

After checking out the next morning, we went to Tianyan Science Popularization Park. There are no tickets to Tianyan, just buy a shuttle bus ticket. It's a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

You can book your ticket at Ctrip first. There is an automatic ticket machine at the Tianyan Visitor Center. After picking up the ticket, you can take the bus.

It takes about 500 meters to walk from the visitor center to the bus stop.

Sky Eye took more than 20 years from preparation to completion. It took nearly 10 years to select the site. The karst pit in Dawodang, Kedu Town was chosen because of natural factors. This terrain saves the most labor and greatly reduces the cost. Second, the altitude is high, the air is transparent, and the signal attenuation is small.

There are many storage boxes outside the bus stop. Staff guide everyone to store all electronic items (such as mobile phones, cameras, iPad, headphones, etc.), which cannot be taken to Tianyan.

It takes about 30 minutes by bus to reach the Tawotai Visitor Center, where Tianyan is located, and then walk up the 978 steps to reach the Tianyan Observation Deck. Film cameras can be rented or disposable cameras can be purchased at the visitor center, and special film photography services are provided at the Sky Eye Observation Deck.

Sky Eye is currently the world's largest radio telescope. Looking down from the observation deck, the feed cabin is not big, but in fact it is as big as a small house and is towed by six traction tower cables. The telescope consists of more than 4000 reflective surface units, and each reflective surface unit can be fine-tuned to ensure that future electronic signals into space can be reflected to a point. By moving the feed cabin to this point, information can be collected.

There is a shooting service at the Sky Eye Observation Platform. Each photo is 25 yuan. After registration, the staff uses a film camera to take pictures, and then sends it to tourists electronically in a few days. Although the film camera's shooting clarity is not high, it can still leave good memories for children.

There are no electronic facilities on the Sky Eye. Even commentators are not allowed to use loudspeaker equipment, and it is impossible to install electrified equipment such as elevators. All electronic-related facilities are prohibited, otherwise the electronic radiation information of these equipment will be collected by Sky Eye, causing great interference.

We return to the visitor center at 12 noon. After ending the Sky Eye trip, we set off for Xiaoqikong in Libo, one of the key scenic spots in Guizhou.

There is a section of highway from Kedu to Pingtang that has not been modified yet. We drove along the mountain road, with many twists and turns along the way, but you can see the highway bridge being built not far away. If this section is open to traffic, it will save a lot of time.

Drive about 50 kilometers from Kedu to reach the nearest high-speed Yazhou entrance. We have been driving for nearly 1.5 hours for these 50 kilometers, and we must drive slowly on this section of the road.

Xiaoqikong Scenic Area (August 7-August 8)

It is about 200 kilometers from Kedu to Libo Xiaoqikong, and the journey takes about 3.5 hours. When driving in Guizhou, you must pay attention to the speed limit. Many highways have a speed limit of 80-100KM, and very few have a speed limit of 120KM. If you are not careful, you can easily exceed the speed limit.

There are not many boarding cars at high speeds. In fact, the roads are also very good. I don't know why the speed limit is 100KM, but it may be because there are still a lot of corners in some sections.

At 16:30 in the afternoon, we arrived at the West Gate of Xiaoqikong and got off the highway. We drove from the West Gate to the East Gate parking lot. Because the roads in the scenic area are prohibited, there is a 30-kilometer detour from the East Gate. We had to detour the Panshan Highway to reach the East Gate.

The winding mountain road from the west gate to the east gate is also winding and sloping, so driving must slow down.

Arrived at Area B of the East Gate Parking Lot of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area at 17:00. Because we live in the scenic area, self-driving cars are not allowed to drive in. After we park the car, the hotel will have a shuttle bus to pick us up to the hotel.

Soon, the hotel sightseeing bus arrived. We took the sightseeing bus to Libo Yangxin Valley Hongfeng Resort Hotel where we stayed today.

The hotel is about 4 kilometers from the parking lot and a 10-minute drive. You will pass through the Daqikong Scenic Area along the way before entering the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. There is a shuttle bus from the Daqikong Scenic Area Visitor Center to Wolongtan, the west gate of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, at 7 a.m.

Xiaoqikong is also a popular scenic spot. If the arrangements are not well arranged, it will be crowded. Our tour arrangements here are: visit the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge this evening, and then visit the Laya Waterfall. These two places were so close that we could play until dark before returning to the hotel.

The hotel is only 300 meters away from the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge, and there is no time limit for us to live in the scenic area. The latest time for tourists to enter the scenic area is 16:00, and tourists are not allowed to enter after 16:00.

Check-in at the lobby. We booked a family suite with a separate courtyard and two bedrooms and one living room.

After sitting in the car for several hours, the little guy was a little tired. When he saw the sofa, he came to lie down.

The hotel has a very good environment. It is all wooden buildings and has many special rooms such as family suites, parent-child suites, music suites, calligraphy suites, etc. Like a parent-child room, there will be a naughty castle in the living room. In the calligraphy suite, the living room has the four treasures of the study, a large calligraphy table, a tea set, and you can also write with a brush.

The hotel is not very big and quiet. The occupancy rate here is very high. We booked it more than a month in advance, otherwise it would be difficult to book a room at the last minute.

Family suite has two bedrooms and one living room. The building on the left is a living room on the first floor and a room on the second floor; there is a room on the right. There is a separate courtyard between the two buildings. Each room has a separate shower room and toilet!

After putting away your luggage, resting for a while, we went to the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge.

It was almost 18 o'clock, and tourists from the scenic area were leaving one after another, and there were many people at the bus stop. When we arrived, there were not many people in the scenic area.

It gets dark here late, and it won't get dark until 8 o'clock. We have 2 hours to play at the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge and Raya Waterfall.

Xiaoqikong Scenic Area is a national-level scenic spot and one of the four major scenic areas of Zhangjiang Scenic Area. It became a world natural heritage site in 2007 and one of the most beautiful places in China.

The Xiaoqikong Ancient Stone Bridge is 25 meters long, with a deck width of 4 meters and an arch height of 4 meters. It was built in the fifteenth year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1836) and was an important bridge on the road from Libo to Guangxi at that time. The bridge is made of hemp stone strips, and the bridge body is covered with vines and ferns; under the antique bridge is an intoxicating green Hanbi pool. This bridge may seem simple, but it has stood still after many floods over the past hundreds of years. It is still intact so far, which shows the exquisiteness of its architectural craftsmanship.

Less than 200 meters inward from the ancient bridge is the Raya Waterfall, and further uphill along the road you will find the 68-level Waterfall. We only visited Raya Falls today and had to return.

Tomorrow morning, take a bus to Wolong Lake at the West Gate and then play down, passing Yuanyang Lake, Cuigu Waterfall, and Level 68 Waterfall. In this way, all the way downhill, especially for the nearly 1.6 kilometers from Cuigu Waterfall to Raya Waterfall, there is no shuttle bus and it is completely on foot. If you go from Raya Waterfall to Cuigu Waterfall through the 68-level Waterfall, you will be very tiring all the way uphill.

The most beautiful thing about Xiaoqikong is water. Although we have been to Jiuzhaigou, the water here is different from Jiuzhaigou. There are many waterfalls here. Although the water is not as colorful as Jiuzhaigou, it is still very beautiful.

When you go to Xiaoqikong to see the water, you must pay attention not to encounter heavy rain. In this way, although the water in the waterfall is large, the water will be turbid and it will not be so beautiful.

In order to shoot the water here, I also specially brought a small tripod and shutter cable. The water is really beautiful.

In front is the Raya Waterfall. The waterfall falls from one side of the road and impacts on the roadside, splashing up bursts of water mist.

Maze formation in front of Raya Waterfall

It is now 19 o'clock, and there are fewer and fewer tourists in the scenic area. Only two or three people are walking down the 68-level waterfall. I don't have to worry about taking a big photo.

It was already close to eight o'clock, and the sky was gradually getting dark! He returned to the hotel the same way he came. At this time, there were only a few tourists on the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. We sat down by the ancient bridge. The sky slowly darkened, enjoying the night view of the ancient bridge, which was quiet and tranquil, and watching the old trees of the ancient bridge and enjoying the god-given beauty.

It was getting dark and I felt hungry, so I wandered back to the hotel to use the food.

The hotel has Buyi Xiaostove for guests to eat.

Order a few small dishes, order a bottle of wine, and end today's trip. However, I still think about going to admire the ancient bridge in the morning tomorrow morning. I can bring a small tripod and shutter cable to take some good pictures of the water at the small seven holes.

After dinner, I took a walk in the hotel.

I set the alarm clock in the morning, got up at six o'clock, washed up, and went to Guqiao alone.

At this time, there was no one on the ancient bridge, making it particularly simple.

After a while, his wife called and said that she also came over to take a look. It's rare for her to get up early.

It rained a little last night, and the air was particularly fresh. The ancient bridge is no longer as noisy as it was during the day. Only then can we appreciate the charm of this century-old bridge.

In the empty scenic area, only a few early risers leisurely enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

We walked back and forth from the ancient bridge to Raya Falls.

Return to the hotel for breakfast, then check out and store your luggage at the front desk.

The hotel will arrange for a car to deliver our luggage to the parking lot when we are about to leave in the afternoon. Just call them when we get to the parking lot.

We had to take a sightseeing bus from the hotel to the Da Xiaokong Visitor Center, where there was a free bus to West Gate Wolongtan from 7 a.m. There is also a free bus to West Gate Wolongtan at the station next to Xiaoqiqiao Ancient Bridge, but there will be a bus until 11 a.m.. We want to get to Wolongtan early, so the hotel arranged a sightseeing bus to take us to the Dawaokong Visitor Center to catch the bus.

Don't forget to ask for a parking ticket when you check out, which can cover the parking fee for self-driving travelers at the parking station.

It takes a 10-minute sightseeing bus to reach the Dayaokong Visitor Center.

There is a place where you can take a boat at the Dayaokong Visitor Center. This is a big robot ship. We arranged to go to Yuanyang Lake to go boating by hand.

There is a direct bus from here to Wolongtan, which takes about 30 minutes.

This is the Daqikong Bridge we photographed when we passed by the Daqikong Bridge in a car. This ancient bridge is not as famous as the Xiaoqikong Bridge.

The bus arrived at Wolongtan Station 30 minutes later.

100 meters forward along the plank road is Wolong Lake.

The water along the way is crystal clear, and there is a green color like jasper.

The water color of the pool changes from shallow to deep under the cloudy light, turning into light green, bright green, and dark green. It is as calm as an emerald. I really can't believe the beautiful scenery in front of my eyes. A gem on the belt of the earth. This is obviously describing the water color of Wolong Pool. Boating staff on Wolong Lake.

Wolongtan, formerly known as Weng Longtan, is located in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area and is the exit of the karst underground river-Wolong River. The underground river gushed out from the bottom of the cliff, but there was no trace on the surface of the pool. I saw the avalanch-like rolling waterfalls at Wolongba and the endless flow of canal water outside the pool. Only then did I feel the Wolong River turning at the bottom of the pool.

There are many strange rocks and strange trees beside the pool, and ancient trees are dense. The sound of water outside the pool is roaring and the fog and rain are misty. The mountains around the pool are locked. The pool is like an underground abyss. Even when there is a flood, the pool surface is as calm as a mirror.

Wolong Pond is not large. It is only the source of the Wolong River. The water color will appear in different shades of green or blue in different seasons or light.

Downstream of Wolongtan Waterfall is Wolong Valley, with cliffs on both sides and uneven rock valleys. The water surges, rolls and jumps with the power of the waterfall. After flowing for a while, it stabilized again.

Wolong Valley is a section of clear flow between Yuanyang Lake and Wolong Lake. The river water is hidden in the mountains and deep valleys. The water quality is excellent. It absorbs and refracts more blue and green light, showing blue-green, as clear as a mirror, and the mountains and rivers complement each other. Beautiful scenery.

There is a rafting project here-Wolong Valley Rafting. It starts from the foot of Wolong Lake and goes down the stream until it reaches Yuanyang Lake. As you move forward, the stream is sometimes narrow and sometimes wide. There are deep green corridors on the water, a clear deep pool, and small islands in the river stand in the middle of the water like basins of super flowers and trees bonsai.

Since we had rafting twice to Guilin and wanted to allow more time for boating on Yuanyang Lake, we did not rafting here.

The lower end of Wolong Valley is Yuanyang Lake. Boating on Yuanyang Lake is one of our main tourism projects in Xiaoqikong. This is hand rowing here and there is no time limit (when purchasing the ticket, it was said that it was limited to one hour, and there would be an extra fee for overtime. I joked with the staff that I was not good at rowing and was afraid that it would be difficult to row back within a time limit. In the end, she quietly told me that it didn't matter. It would take as long as I could row and there would be no time limit).

Yuanyang Lake is composed of the upper lake of Yuanyang Lake, the lower lake of Yuanyang Lake, and four small lakes connected in series. It is a group of plateau karst lakes with dense and verdant forests, towering ancient trees, and green water.

Between the green islands, the harbors are intertwined, the waterways are circuitous, and the twists and turns meet to form a water maze.

Driving forward, the water surface shows different shades of green against the sun and shadows.

Some of us are chasing each other, and some are leisurely walking in the courtyard.

Some brought the two boats together and joked when they met us: We were rowing a duck boat on Yuanyang Lake. They are nothing like strangers we have never met.

The two little ones sit in the front to control the direction, and the two adults sit in the middle row to be responsible for rowing. My wife sits in the back row and in the middle to take photos.

The water in Yuanyang Lake is so beautiful. Enjoy it while rowing. There are a group of aunties singing to each other while rowing! When we were tired from rowing, we leaned under the shade of the trees to rest, have some snacks and enjoy our leisurely time.

Mandarin duck trees in Mandarin duck lake

Hand rowing is really fun. At first, I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to row back. In fact, as long as we cooperate well, hand rowing is much more interesting than riding a robot boat. If people don't control it well, they will collide frequently. When they want to collide, they will scream loudly and hit it. In fact, it was just the hull of the boat that hit it, but it was also dangerous. In addition, there are staff on the lake driving motorboats to patrol the lake to see if there is anyone who is not wearing a rescue suit or needs help.

There is an underwater forest inside, and we also did a lot of challenges, such as walking around the trees and passing through the gaps between the trees. Everyone had a great time. Some people who can't row well will really get stuck between trees or be hung to the hull by vines on the shore and cannot move.

Butterfly that does not recognize life...

class=fgpe_input Yuanyang Lake Scenic Area

We rowed for nearly 3 hours and walked twice. Very recommended place.

Mother and son trapped by silk spirit

After rowing, we can take a sightseeing bus to Tianzhong Cave, but we have been to Tianxing Cave in Huangguoshu and were not interested in it, so we took a bus to Cuigu Waterfall.

Go to the Tianzhong Cave waiting area

When we arrived at the Cuigu Waterfall Visitor Center, the sky suddenly darkened, and soon it rained heavily.

This was the heaviest and longest rain we had encountered in Guizhou, lasting an hour and a half.

The water in the stream beside it rose and the water began to mix. Many people who haven't had time to go to the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge have begun to worry that they will not see the clear water and beautiful scenery of the ancient bridge.

When the rain subsided, we braved the light rain to experience the water-friendly plank road of Cuigu Waterfall.

Wearing a pink raincoat makes me feel like walking. Due to the heavy and long rain and the large number of tourists, all umbrellas and raincoats were sold out. Even the enlarged garbage bags were sold as clothes, at 2 yuan each.

The water potential of Cuigu Waterfall has become very large, but the water quality has become unclear.

Instead of going to the forest on the water, we walked the forest on the stone, walked downhill for 1.6 kilometers, and enjoyed the 68-level waterfalls along the way.

Shishang Forest

This heavy rain brought a lot of water to the waterfall here, which is a waterfall with a broken bridge.

Walking 1.6 kilometers is not an easy task if it is uphill. If you are exhausted, you can choose to sit on a slide pole.

The water volume of the 68-level waterfall is also much larger.

By the time we arrived at the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge, the water here was much turbid by this time, and it was no longer what we saw in the morning.

We went to Xiaoqikong Guqiao Station and took a bus to the parking lot, then picked up the car and returned to Guiyang.

Arriving at the ticket purchase point of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, it was already dark. There are Dicos burgers here. I bought a few and dealt with them on the way. Now I am leaving for Guiyang and it is expected that I will not arrive until 10:30 p.m.

When we returned to Guiyang, we would take the Sanli Expressway from Libo east, and bypass the Panshan Highway from West Gate to East Gate when we came. This would be much safer.

The car was returned to the Tongye Car Rental Point at 11 p.m., and only charged an extra 50 yuan for the evening return fee.

Guilin (August 9)

The next day, I took the bullet train to Guilin after 9 o'clock. When I arrived at Guiyang Station, it really looked like Spring Festival travel.

Fortunately, we live close to the train station, otherwise there is a real possibility that we will miss the train with so many people.

Arrive at Guilin West Railway Station at 11:30. It obviously felt very hot when I got off the bus. The weather was still cool in Guizhou. Guizhou is really a good place to escape the heat.

We have rented a seven-seater commercial vehicle in Guilin these days. The driver said that Guilin has been so hot these days, and the temperature is similar to our Suzhou temperature.

We only stayed for one night in Guilin. We stayed at the Vienna Hotel next to Twin Towers Park. This hotel can see Twin Towers Park on one side and Elephant Trunk Mountain on the other side. The hotel also upgraded us to a business suite upon check-in and gave us a coupon for the observation deck coffee bar.

Hotels in Guilin and Yangshuo deliver fruit platters every day, and all food and drinks in hotel rooms are free of charge.

The suite is much larger in size, and has a floor-to-ceiling glass window facing the Twin Towers Park. You can see the Sun and Moon Twin Towers not far away from the room.

When the two children entered the door, they were fascinated by the little elephants folded with towels on the bed. The two of them studied for a long time, but they took apart the four little elephants in the two rooms but did not learn how to fold them.

After packing our luggage, we went out for lunch. We walked through Twin Towers Park and found a local pork belly chicken restaurant for Chinese food. The Twin Towers of Sun and Moon are located on Shanhu, the central axis of Guilin City, adjacent to the Xiangshan Water Moon. Xiangshan is the city emblem of Guilin, while the Twin Towers are the symbol of new Guilin.

The Sun Pagoda and the Moon Pagoda, the Puxian Pagoda on Xiangshan and the Shoufo Pagoda on Tashan echo and set off each other. There is a saying that the four towers are of the same beauty. It is a beautiful night view destination for Guilin tourism. Among them, the sun tower is 41 meters high and has nine floors. It is decorated with pure copper and consumes 350 tons of copper. It is splendid and has elevators for tourists to take for sightseeing. All components of the copper tower such as Tash, tile surfaces, angled corners, arches, bird sets, doors and windows, columns and beams, roofs and floors are completely decorated with copper murals.

The Moon Tower is 35 meters high and has seven floors. It is a glazed tower. The carved and painted doors and windows on each floor imply different themes and are rich in traditional Chinese charm. They are connected to the Sun Tower through an 18-meter-long underwater aquarium. In its underground palace, there are large murals of Guilin's Ming Dynasty blue and white plum vases. The Shanhu Sun and Moon Twin Towers have become a resort to enjoy the essence of Guilin's city.

The hotel coffee bar has two viewing platforms, one facing Twin Towers Park and the other facing Elephant Trunk Mountain. After lunch, I went to the coffee bar to rest. The freshly ground coffee here was very suitable for Xiaoxiao.

After resting for a while, I asked the driver to drive to Xiangbei Mountain Park. After entering, I was very disappointed that the water was gone and the water quality was not good. The driver said that this is often the case in Elephant Trunk Mountain now. So we also gave up the idea of going to Diecai Mountain, went back to the hotel to rest, and went to the two rivers and four lakes for a night tour.

Our ferry ticket was at 19 o'clock. After dinner, the driver picked us up to the dock. It was only a few hundred meters from the hotel where we stayed to the Fisherman's Wharf. We boarded the boat from Fisherman's Wharf, and the driver picked us up at Wenchang Bridge Wharf where we disembarked at 21 o'clock.

The night view of the two rivers and four lakes is really worth seeing. At night, all the clutter by the lake and riverside is invisible, and is replaced by colorful colorful lights.

Guilin only felt that this place could be recommended. Everything else is average. No wonder they say that Guilin's mountains and rivers are the best in the world, and Yangshuo's mountains and rivers are the best in Guilin. Yangshuo is the focus of our trip to Guilin.

The two rivers and four lakes connect the Li River, Taohua River, Shan Lake, Rong Lake, Gui Lake and Mulong Lake in the central area of Guilin City to form a tourist water system around the city, namely the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Project. This is a passionate and imaginative project and the largest environmental protection project in Guilin's history.

The two rivers and four lakes have made Guilin's mountains and rivers the best in the world icing on the cake, and are tourist attractions that make Chinese and foreign tourists linger.

The two rivers refer to the urban section of the Lijiang River and the urban section of the Taohua River; the four lakes refer to the Shanhu Lake, Ronghu Lake, Gui Lake and Mulong Lake in the center of the city.

It can be seen from the map of Guilin that the two rivers and four lakes constitute the main water system of the urban area. The two rivers and four lakes are one of the important projects in the upper reaches of the water in Guilin City, and the night view is particularly good.

The Four Lakes were originally Guilin's moat in the Tang Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, as the city expanded southward to the Taohua River, the original moat gradually evolved into connected lakes.

The Guilin ring-city water system composed of two rivers and four lakes is the most beautiful ring-city scenic belt in the center of Guilin.

In order to reproduce the prosperity of Guilin Water City at that time and restore the urban tourism model of Guilin's upper reaches of the Song Dynasty, the concept of Guilin's Two Rivers and Four Lakes Project was conceived. After more than 1000 days and nights of hard work by the builders, Guilin's Two Rivers and Four Lakes were opened in 2002. Navigation was achieved on the morning of June 2.

Liu Kezhuang, a famous poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, praised Guilin's dream of standing around thousands of mountains and wild fields and carrying the city with a single river, which has since become a reality.

Night tours of the two rivers and four lakes are the most popular tourist attractions in Guilin. The whole journey takes about 2 hours by boat and is equipped with special guides. There is a gap between the lakes, and ships need to be navigable by ship locks and elevators similar to the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. The Twin Towers of Sun and Moon under the Night

Today, we are going to Longji, finish our breakfast at the coffee bar observation deck, and also admire the Guilin city emblem and landmarks in the morning light.

Longji (August 10)

We will stay in Longji for one night today to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the terraced fields in the mountains.

It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from Guilin to Longji. Longji Terrace refers to the terraced fields developed on Longji Mountain. In a broad sense, it is called Longsheng Terrace and in a narrow sense, it is called Longji Terrace. Located in Longji Mountain, Ping 'an Village, Longji Town, Longsheng Autonomous County, Guangxi, 22 kilometers away from the county seat. 80 kilometers from Guilin City.

The Longji Terrace is divided into Jinkeng (Dazhai) Yao Terrace Scenic Area and Ping 'an Zhuang Terrace Scenic Area. Longji terraces in the usual sense refer to the Longji Ping 'an Zhuang terraces, which are also terraces developed earlier. The terraces are distributed between 300 meters and 1100 meters above sea level, with a maximum slope of 50 degrees. Almost all the way to the terraces are winding mountains, rising to an altitude of more than 600 meters, and reaching 880 meters when reaching the terraces.

We are going to the Jinkeng (Dazhai) Yao Terrace this time. It was developed late and there are relatively few tourists. However, it is understood that it is also crowded now. I heard that it takes nearly 2 hours to queue up for cable cars during the peak season.

We booked a hotel near the Xishan Shaole Observation Platform on Tiantou Village of the Yao Terrace in Jinkeng (Dazhai). Tiantou Village, large carts cannot enter. Naturally, there is no team and there are fewer people.

On the No. 2 Observation Deck, I saw Mr. Li Yashi's tomb. He used a camera to bring the Longji and Jinkeng terraces to the world. At noon, he had lunch at the Dazhai Terrace Visitor Center. The owner mentioned to us this photographer who used photography to help the poor., Longji people will never forget him. And he proudly said that Longji is a normally cultivated terrace with a history of 800 years. Unlike terraces in other places, it just releases water for everyone to see that there are no crops. As he spoke, he took out a brochure about the dragon's spine and pointed to the beautiful scenery of the dragon's spine in the four seasons and proudly introduced it to me.

Jinkeng. There are three viewing points in Dazhai Hongyao Terrace, namely Xishan Shaole, Dajie Thousand Layer Ladder, and Jinfoding. Our hotel is located in Xishan Shaole.

Tiantou Village was developed very late and still looks very primitive, but there are already some inns and hotels. You can only walk from Tiantou Village to the hotel. There is a potholes and uneven dirt road. If you walk up the steep slope, you will find a blue stone road about one meter wide.

Climbing the mountain along the stone path takes about 30 minutes. This was really too much for us. Although we had put unnecessary items on the car the first day, we only brought some belongings with us up the mountain.

After walking for a while, I asked the roadside store how far it was to Guanjinglou Hotel. It was not far away, and it would take another 15 minutes to walk. This is the answer from the store several times. After turning a corner, I finally saw several hotels standing on the high mountain.

It was a hard journey uphill. Fortunately, there were several wind and rain pavilions and observation platforms to rest.

Some people choose to ask a porter to deliver their luggage to the hotel, which usually costs about 50 yuan. We walked all the way, admiring the beautiful scenery of the terraces. Halfway up the mountain, it became dark and a heavy rain fell unexpectedly for half an hour.

The terraces that clear after the rain have a different scenery. Only by giving can you gain something. That's the case. The hotel we stayed in was the second tallest hotel in Jinkeng, which was higher than the Golden Buddha Top and was the most beautiful scenery to see.

After more than an hour of hard work, we reached our destination.

After the rain, Jinkeng told everyone about the hard work of the Yao people here in the afterglow of the sun. We were panting even when we climbed up empty-handed. They would still work here for years all year round.

The hotel room faces the terraced fields and has a small balcony with a view. The entire hotel is made of wood, and the first floor is the lobby and restaurant. The second floor is a standard room with a view, and the third floor is a queen room with a view. Because I booked late, I couldn't book two standard rooms. I booked one standard room and one queen bed room.

At the Xishan Shaole Scenic Spot, you can see Maoer Mountain in Xing 'an and Fupingbao, the highest peak at 1918 meters above sea level in the Longji Scenic Area of Longsheng County. You can see a terraced landscape of 40 to 50 square kilometers.

Make a cup of coffee on the balcony, sit down leisurely, and see layers of terraces like stairs built straight into the clouds, like ladders to the sky, or scales covering the hillside. A small number of tourists living at the foot of the mountain will come to us along the stone road, but most of them only go to the observation deck on the mountainside.

After taking a break, we walked to the terraces and enjoyed the pastoral scenery outside the world. Looking far into the distance, you can see the cable car and the Golden Buddha Top opposite.

There are many foreigners in Longji. I don't know which country's girls are so happy that they dare to play handstands on such a narrow ridge.

We also saw a foreign guy walking around the terraces alone.

Watching the sunrise in the early morning, the terraces are winding and flowing like dancing notes, opening the day's movement amidst the noise of birds, insects, cows and sheep, guarding the vicissitudes of the years here.

Jinkeng Terrace is located in Dazhai Village, which is named for its gold production. The terrain of Jinkeng is not only a huge sinkhole, but also a small plate of land covered in a round place like a palace house. Standing at the bottom of the pit and looking around, the terraces of thousands of meters high rise one after another, running straight into the sky.

The ringed mountain body that stretches for four to five miles looks like a crooked dragon when enclosed. Different from Ping 'an Terrace, it presents a rough beauty that is shocking. In addition to the legendary two landscapes of Double Dragons snatching treasure and Double Lions Jumping Bar, the Jinkeng Terrace Scenic Area also has the newly named three landscapes of thousand-layer ladders, Golden Buddha Top and Xishan Shaole, which constitute another remote attraction on the dreamy Dragon Ridge.

The ancestors who carved mountains and cultivated fields in Longji did not expect that the terraces they built with blood and sweat were actually a great masterpiece of art. The charming and elegant curves of the terraces attracted the world.

After eating morning rice, we began to go down the mountain, and we felt much easier all the way down the mountain.

In order to share the weight, this little brother became a horse bag brother.

My brother always adored his sister so much. He surrounded her and talked about everything along the way.

It was really much easier to go down the mountain, and we were halfway up the mountain shortly.

Looking up from the bottom, unlike the terraces in the gloomy weather when we went up the mountain yesterday, the sun is shining now and everything looks so fresh and bright. Although the sun is shining high, it is not very hot in the mountains.

When we arrived at Tiantou Village at the foot of the mountain, the driver had been waiting for us for a long time. It took me more than an hour to walk and watch.

Near noon, we left Longji and went to Yangdi for rafting. I will pass by Huangluo Yaozhai, which is known as the world's largest Changfa Village. There are more than 300 Hongyao people living there. The Guinness World Record has been set for having more than 60 women with hair above 1.4 meters.

Although it is going down the mountain, it is still tiring. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive, so you can have a good rest in the car.

Lijiang River Rafting (August 11)

There are many sections of the Lijiang River rafting. Today we are going to the section from Yangdi to Xingping. This section of the Lijiang River is the most essence of Guilin's landscape. Along the way, you can pass through Jiuma Painting Mountain, Huangbu Reflection (20 yuan shooting location) and other important attractions.

I arrived in Yangdi Township at 2 p.m.

Yangdi Wharf is the starting point for bamboo raft rafting. After arriving at Xingping, you can return. The tour time is about 2.5 hours. We went to Mashan Wharf one way to take a sightseeing bus to Yuanbao Mountain (Yellow Cloth Reflection), and then walked along the river to Xingping Ancient Town.

Due to the strong waves on the Li River, mechanical boats or large ships are used. There is no way to ensure the safety of real bamboo rafts. However, I will go to the Yulong River for rafting again tomorrow, where the essence of Yangshuo's landscape lies.

The Li River is like a beautiful lady from a family, while the Yulong River is a beautiful girl from a family. The two have completely different charms.

Nine Horses Painting Mountain: I can see that nine horses can win the top prize. Jiuma Painting Mountain is a cliff on the edge of the Li River. It is criss-crossed with vegetation and strange rocks, like nine horses leaping on the cliff, hence the name Jiuma Painting Mountain. Legend has it that if you see nine horses, you can win the top prize. There is a folk song that says,"Look at the horse, look at the horse. How many pairs of horses are there?" If you can see that seven horses are in the runner-up, you can see nine top scorers. It is said that Premier Zhou saw 18 horses that year.

Here is a plastic bamboo raft, with four people on one boat. If the boat is chartered, 30 yuan will be paid for each empty seat to the boatman. Five of us chartered two boats and paid 90 yuan to the boatman.

When we arrived at Mashan Wharf, someone wanted to experience the water of the Li River firsthand, so we went down to the river beach by the wharf and waded through the water. The water quality of the Li River is still very good, clear and translucent.

After playing for a while, we took a car to Yuanbao Mountain (Yellow Cloth Reflection).

Everyone has seen the reflection of the yellow cloth. Pull out a 20-yuan note, and the scenery of the Li River on the back is the reflection of the yellow cloth; It is said that this was the first place in the Li River that attracted photographers and was photographed as early as the late Qing Dynasty. The best angle to view the reflection of the yellow cloth is at the Huangbutan Pier, not on the bamboo raft on the river, because the reflection requires a certain angle to be seen. But this is not something that everyone can see. It needs to be done at the right time and place.

We were not interested in the ancient town, so we went directly to Yangshuo County and checked in first.

We will stay in Yangshuo for two nights. The hotel is Zhenmei Holiday Inn (Yangshuo Aiyuan Branch) on the edge of Yangshuo Pedestrian Street-West Street. You can see West Street from the balcony of the hotel.

Eternal Love in Guilin (August 11)

After dinner, we went to Guilin Qiangu Love Scenic Area. We booked tickets for the Qiangu Love performance at 9 p.m. After watching it, I still feel good and worth recommending it.

The large-scale song and dance "Guilin Eternal Love" is called a must-see performance in a lifetime. There are large-scale stage beauty and high-tech lighting here, which have brought us from Guilin 1300 years ago to modern today in the shocking stage effect. From ancient and mysterious moving mythological stories to the beautiful scenery of Guilin, from the sad story of Lingqu to the moving singing voice of searching for Sister Liu... Director Huang Qiaoling led the team to clear the fog of history, find dusty civilization, and feel the long past of Guilin's years.

The performance mainly consists of: Legend of Guilin, Flying Songs from the Earth, Ancient Lingqu, Love Songs on the Lijiang River, and Searching for Third Sister Liu. The duration is about 1 hour.

According to Guilin, a beautiful legend has always been circulating in the land of Bagui. Guilin, with green mountains and green waters, attracts evil black dragons in the sky because of its beautiful scenery, causing people to be devastated and people to suffer. In order to protect the people in Guilin, General Fubo and Fairy Diecai fought against evil forces and turned them into Guilin's mountains, rivers and mountains, protecting this beloved land alive and dead.

The songs flying from the earth allow us to experience the grand song and dance performances of ethnic minorities in a joyful rhythm. Guilin is a place where many ethnic minorities live, mainly Zhuang people, live here. They can sing and dance well.

The ancient Lingqu has the Great Wall in the north and the Lingqu in the south. As the world's earliest artificial canal, the Lingqu once guided countless boats and ships from south to north. After Qin Shihuang unified the Central Plains, he sent troops to Lingnan. In order to open up channels for transporting troops and grain, Qin Shihuang ordered the construction of the Lingqu. After going through thousands of obstacles, the Qin soldiers finally built the Lingqu and opened up traffic for the Xiangjiang, Pearl and Li rivers. Guilin's ancient experience is the stage effect of sound and light, just like when we show the construction of the Lingqu, The sad and touching story that happened here.

The Lijiang River is in love with rivers and mountains like screens. The Qixiu Lotus Peak is famous in ancient times. It is a winding Lijiang River with a total length of 164 kilometers. Here, there are many soul-stirring stories of Guilin sons and daughters. On the rotating skirt, in the smiling faces, they are also on the stage of Guilin's eternal beauty.

Looking for Sister Liu. Sister Liu is a Zhuang figure in folklore. She is smart and resourceful, her songs are like a spring, beautiful and moving, and she has the reputation of a song fairy. She has become a business card for Guilin tourism. Come to Guilin to find Sister Liu in her heart. The endless loud singing expresses her longing and yearning for love and a happy and beautiful life.

Yulong River Rafting (August 12)

I originally wanted to go to Xianggong Mountain to watch the sunrise, but it might be difficult for people like us who can't get up early. The hotel we stayed in Longji was a viewing platform so that we could see the sunrise.

But to see the panoramic view of the Li River in Yangshuo, Xianggong Mountain is still a good location. Originally, we arranged to go rafting on the Yulong River after coming down from Xianggong Mountain, but when we arrived at the dock, there were no tickets, so we asked us to come back in the afternoon to have a look.

So I went to the Shili Gallery for a ride. But riding at Shili Gallery was really not very good. There were hawkers along the road and there were not many attractions worth visiting. I hurriedly ended the riding and returned to Jinlong Wharf to wait for tickets.

Rafting on the Yulong River was the top priority of our trip to Yangshuo. The Yulong River is known as the Little Li River and is the essence of Yangshuo's landscape. It is famous for its beautiful mountains, green waters, green bamboo, green bridges and strange villages. It is a rare beauty in Guilin's mountains and rivers and the best reflection of Yangshuo's scenery.

The Yulong River originates from the Guli River in Lingui District, but most of the basin is in Yangshuo. It finally merges with the Jinbao River at Qingzuan Ferry (Gaotian sunrise), then flows into the Tianjia River together, and then flows into the Li River from the Tianjia River. In ancient times, the Yulong River was called Anle River. Later, a stone arch bridge was built on the river named Riyulong Bridge. Later, people simply called this Anle River the Yulong River.

The Yulong Bridge was built in the Ming Dynasty and began in the Ming Dynasty. This bridge can be regarded as the largest ancient stone arch bridge in Yangshuo County. It is about 60 meters long, 5 meters wide, 9 meters high, and has a single-hole span of 18 meters. In the ninth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1870), a stone railing was added. The railing was decorated with flowers, birds, fish and insects, and dragons and dragons were auspicious. It was very exquisite.

Looking from a distance, this Yulong Bridge is strong and tall, wrapped in ancient vines and decorated with wild flowers. It is majestic and magnificent, and it has the demeanor of a man. Yu Long Bridge, where the opening scene of the movie Third Sister Liu was set.

When you rafting on the Yulong River, you can not only see the condensed landscape of the Li River, but also see ancient villages and ancient bridges with different shapes.

The mountain, the field, the water, and the tree are like works on the sand table, arranged in order on both sides of the strait. The sun shines on the water, forming a straight line, as if opening a golden zipper for the Yulong River. The sparkling golden light in the water is much like a golden dragon swimming.

The Yulong River is a painted scroll. The mountains on both sides of the river are in various shapes, green bamboos are piled on the river, banana forests are evergreen all year round, and the color of the rice fields along the coast is constantly changing all year round. The fields are full of vitality, and the poetic and picturesque scenery are fully displayed.

The water of the Yulong River is as clear as the bottom and as clear as blue. The cloudless blue sky is reflected in the water, and the water surface is as calm as a mirror.

On the riverside, there are bamboo tubes and water trucks that divert water and irrigate fields, farms hidden by ancient banyan trees, village girls washing clothes on stone steps, old men fishing on hanging wheels, ducks and naked playboys playing on the green pool, forming a wonderful picture full of local customs!

Turning around and looking downstream, there are surging mountains, dotted villages, and rice fields. The mirror-like clear water reflects the village. On the bank of the ancient banyan trees, the farmhouse with white walls and blue tiles, and the undulating Xiushan mountains are all visible.

The clear water, ancient banyan trees, villages, green bamboos, and the ancient bridge on the Yulong River are the best portrayal of small bridges and flowing water.

There are many sections of the Yulong River rafting. The most classic is that today we have to take a ride from Jinlong Wharf to Jiuxian Wharf. When we came in the morning without tickets, we were told to take the round-trip rafting from Yulong Bridge to Rhinoceros Pond, but I still insisted on taking the section from Jinlong Wharf to Jiuxian Wharf. Even if it's just another trip in the afternoon.

There are 9 steep slopes from Jinlong Wharf to Jiuxian Wharf. Every time the bamboo rafts rush down, the water will overflow. The first downhill slope is also the highest one. We have no experience and don't know how to lift our feet, but our shoes are all wet. The kettle placed on the bamboo raft almost floated into the river.

Our insistence is correct. It can be as close as 2 hours from Jinlong Wharf to Jiuxian Wharf, and it is the best section of the Yulong River.

The naughty boatman in front asked us if we wanted to add some ingredients when we were taking pictures. When we said yes, he took a bamboo pole and made a splash.

The boatman also took a group photo for us very kindly and explained that a boat drifting here costs 260 yuan and can seat two people. We are all chartering boats for sightseeing, so we recommend not to carpool boats.

Give a tip to the boatman and he will last slowly so that we can slowly enjoy the beautiful scenery along the river.

It took us nearly 2 hours to drift all the way to reach the Jiuxian Wharf.

Return to the county to find a beer fish shop and have a good meal.

I ordered a local fish, sesame swordfish, and cooked two fish. It tastes good. After eating, I went back to the hotel to rest, and went to see Impression Third Sister Liu in the evening.

We booked the ticket for 9 p.m. After resting, we rushed to Liu Sanjie Water Park.

"Impression·Sister Liu" is a large-scale Guilin landscape performance."Impression·Sister Liu" is the core project of China's Lijiang Landscape Theater. The country's first real-life landscape performance lasts about one hour.

There was a sea of people here, and many people came here because of their fame, and there was a long queue when entering the venue.

The entire performance had no theme or climax, and the rhythm was slow.

Some viewers left halfway through the scene. There was still a big gap between the actual performance and the promotion of "Impression of Third Sister Liu".

Compared with Guilin's Eternal Love, the Eternal Love performance is better and more cost-effective.

After reading the impression of Third Sister Liu, I went back to the hotel to wash up, and went for a stroll on the West Street.

Yangshuo West Street is a pedestrian street in Yangshuo County. Located in the center of Yangshuo Ancient Town, it is about 8 meters wide and nearly 800 meters long. It runs slightly east-west, reaching Binjiang Road in the east, Pantao Road in the west, and intersecting Xianqian Street and Chengzhong Road in the middle.

West Street was once the place where Mr. Sun Yat-sen gave speeches. Art master Xu Beihong also lived here. Leaders from more than 150 countries left their footprints here.

Nowadays, it is also full of bars, shops and restaurants. It is very lively every night.

Many tourists come here for fun, but for people like us who are not lively, it's okay to take a quick look.

I tasted some local fruits and snacks on the pedestrian street. It was getting late at night and there were fewer people.

We flew to Hangzhou at 9:50 a.m. on the 13th. It was estimated that it would take 1.5 hours from Yangshuo to Guilin Liangjiang Airport. After breakfast at the hotel at 7 a.m., we checked out in a flash and left Yangshuo.

During this trip, we enjoyed the most beautiful mountains and rivers in Guizhou and Guangxi. It was an unforgettable trip. After this trip, we will often hear Xiaoxiao singing folk songs by Liu Sanjie. She really likes the mountains, rivers and humanities there.
