It's not convenient to take a taxi. We rented a car for fun. There was a man named Xiong Da Chuxing who could seat several people. The driver took us around all day and his attitude was quite good. I think if we were taking care of parents and children, we could charter a car. It's convenient and comfortable. My friend and I were lazy.

West Street

The West Street of Yangshuo should be the busiest place in Yangshuo. There are few people during the day and full of people at night, but it is quite lively. There are two main streets in total, one is West Street and the other is Yitian West Street. The antique building is crowded at night. There are some merchants, restaurants, bars and the like on both sides of the ancient street. I don't really recommend going here.

Yitian West Street
It is next to West Street. It is post-developed and is not interesting. Yitian West Street is more modern, a bit like Tai Koo Li in Chengdu. There is a shouting spring on the bridge leading to Yitian West Street. It costs like 10 yuan to play each time. The louder the shouting, the higher the spring spring will spray.

On the way back to the hotel, I passed the gymnasium and went in to watch the game. It was still very interesting.

I didn't know that beer fish was Yangshuo's specialty before I came here. After coming here, I found beer fish restaurants everywhere. On the principle of proximity, we went to Sister Liu's Beer Fish Music Restaurant downstairs of the hotel, and the result was surprisingly delicious. This was the first restaurant I came to Yangshuo to eat, and I had a good impression.

The entire building is filled with its restaurant. The decoration is industrial-style, taking photos is very eye-catching, and it is more suitable for checking in. One of the biggest characteristics of Guilin is that you can see green mountains no matter where you are. You can also see the scenery outside from inside the restaurant, which is really beautiful.

The two of us basically ordered all his specialties. The dishes are all pretty good, but the most delicious food is still beer fish!

After eating it once, I fell in love with its food, so I ate it several times during the few days in Yangshuo. The main reason is that his family has many branches, so it is more convenient to see them everywhere.

Beer fish must be eaten! There are many types of fish. The sesame sword we chose was mainly because the fish had no thorns. The fish is cooked freshly on the table, and you can see the entire process of making the fish. Put a whole fresh fish in the pan, add a lot of ingredients and secret sauce, and then cook it in the pan. The fish is very delicious. I think the reason why the fish is delicious is closely related to the secret fermented bean in it.

Qixianfeng tea-scented shrimp is said to be a landmark delicacy in Guilin. We ordered this dish simply because it looks good on the plate. However, it tastes good. The shrimp is fried with tea leaves, and this is the first time I have eaten tea leaves. The taste is quite fragrant.

It is said that Yangshuo has eighteen brews. I tasted two of them this time. One is handmade bamboo joint brew, which is glutinous rice filled with bamboo and wrapped in bamboo leaves. The rice is salty because it is cooked in bamboo. It has a faint fragrance of bamboo.

Handmade Camellia oleifera is very ceremonial. A pot of butter tea is served with 8 side dishes. Put the popcorn and beans into a bowl and pour the butter tea to soak for a while. It will taste better when paired with special cakes.

The name of walking ground cooing chicken sounds very interesting. This dish was also freshly cooked on the table. A whole local chicken was put into the pot and boiled out with the original fragrance of the chicken. The meat taste was very tender and would not be firewood.

The other is handmade field snail stew. After digging out the field snail meat, you put the prepared meat filling in. When eating, you can directly use a toothpick to pick out the meat filling inside. Very special way to eat.

Guilin's Eternal Love

Because I had seen Lijiang's Eternal Love before and the stage performance was particularly shocking, I bought a ticket for Guilin's Eternal Love without thinking. The ticket price was about 280 yuan. Guilin Ancient Love recommends spending half a day playing. Guilin's Eternal Love mainly has two stage performances, one is "Great Earthquake" and the other is "Eternal Love". The scenic area is divided into Yangshuo Ancient Village, Wonderful Street (inverted houses, side houses, invisible houses), haunted houses, children's playground, beach, ethnic flash show, floating flying people, Guozhuang carnival, etc.

There is a schedule for performances and other performances in the scenic area, and you can follow that schedule to watch the performances. The scenic area comes into the beach, and there will be water trapeze performances in the pool from time to time. Next to it is Wonderful Street, with inverted houses, side houses, and invisible houses where you can take photos and play. There was also a haunted house, but I didn't go in because I was afraid.

Because of the hot weather, I stayed in the indoor children's playground for a long time. It was air-conditioned and had many interactive play facilities suitable for children. One of them could play chess with robots, backgammon and chess. There are also robots twisting the Rubik's Cube. There are also children's versions of pirate ships and merry-go-round, so it is also suitable to bring children. It is a scenic spot suitable for all ages.

Guilin's everlasting love is surrounded by mountains, and the green mountains and clear waters give more of the charm and beauty of Guilin's mountains and rivers. The entire scenic area is based on the story of Sanjie Liu and traditional national characteristics. The antique ancient streets in the scenic area seem to have traveled back to the past when coming here.

When you come to Guilin for a long time, you must prepare enough time. I have seen many large-scale stage performances, and the lighting, stage beauty, and storyline of Songcheng's Eternal Love have always been among the best in the country. Guilin Eternal Love has two indoor stage performances, one is "Great Earthquake" and the other is "Eternal Love". When watching "Eternal Love", my emotions always change with the plot. The large-scale stage effect makes people feel goosebumps. It is a perfect audio-visual feast.

"Great Earthquake"
There is a major earthquake performance every day, starting at 6:30 in the afternoon, and the performance lasts for half an hour in total. When watching "The Great Earthquake", the children in the front row were scared to tears because the stage effect was too realistic. The earthquake performance was adapted based on a true story. The whole performance was very shocking, and the audience had goosebumps. At the end of the performance, everyone raised their mobile phones and turned on the flash, which was like a vast sea of stars. It was very touching.

Xingping Ancient Town is very small and is full of shops. If you have been to the ancient city of Lijiang and Dali, you can avoid visiting here. However, you can still go to the 20-yuan location. It is just a kilometer away from the ancient town, and we can walk there by ourselves. Because we don't know the road, the tricycle we took cost 20 yuan a round trip, which is really close.

At noon, Sister Liu ate the rice with beer fish at the entrance of Xingping Ancient Town, and the taste was the same.

Qingjiangdu
I accidentally discovered the place. I originally planned to leave a lot of time to visit Xingping Ancient Town. Because the ancient town was too small, I quickly finished visiting it. I asked locals that Qingjiang Ferry is a place where locals in Guilin often visit around on weekends. It's a pretty niche place, but I think it's more interesting than popular attractions. You can see a panoramic view of the ancient town here, which is very beautiful.

Qingjiangdu is an agricultural ecological resort. There are restaurants, real-life cs, rock climbing, outdoor barbecue, children's playground, etc. The path at the entrance is full of passion fruit trees on both sides. You can pick passion fruits directly. Just in time to catch passion fruits recently, I just liked eating passion fruits and I was so happy. The entire resort is built on a mountain, and the first one to arrive is the restaurant.

The restaurant said that their chickens are all raised freely on the mountains, and they are truly cooing chickens. So we decided to catch our own chickens and pick up eggs and ask the restaurant to help process them. However, I regretted it as soon as I went up the mountain. The road was too difficult to walk, and the stone road was very slippery after the rain. But after arriving at the top of the mountain, I felt it was all worth it. Standing on the top of the mountain and surrounded by green mountains, grab a handful of corn kernels and sprinkle them into the air, and a group of chickens will come out and compete for them. I also ran into a mother chicken leading a group of chickens out for food.

This is a dish made with chicken we caught ourselves. The chicken cooked with clear mountain spring water and a little salt retains the delicious taste of the chicken as much as possible, and the chicken soup is also very fresh. It is even more delicious when paired with the restaurant's unique preparation of chicken dipped in water.

The restaurant here is super beautiful, just like a resort. The restaurant is surrounded by glass, allowing you to see the scenery around you directly. The restaurant also has an outdoor barbecue, but remember to spray flower dew water.

Real-life cs is also a very interesting project. It will be more fun when there are many people. The cs base has a full set of equipment, and it's super cool to wear and take photos. The gun is filled with water bombs, similar to the water elves we usually play with, but it still hurts when hit on your body, so you must not hit your body. The whole scene is very restored and full of reality. You must remember to spray flower dew water in the grass.

Listening to the falling rain beside the Li River

I accidentally found it when I went to the dock. It is said to be the only restaurant on the Li River. The location is super good. You can directly see the Li River and it is very suitable for taking photos. It is called Yadi Coffee.

It rained and came to this restaurant to take shelter from the rain before eating. To enter the restaurant, you have to pass through a staircase covered with green plants. A friend said it feels like the Wizard of Oz. The restaurant is decorated in a retro style. We sat in a scenic position, and we could see the Li River directly through the windows covered with creeper. It became more artistic after the rain, and it was very suitable for sitting here to have tea and chat with friends.

This restaurant specializes in Western food and is also a coffee shop. I ordered a black pepper steak with my friends. The steak is quite tender. I prefer his thin-bottomed pizza to steak, with a lot of cheese. Red date ginger tea is also very delicious and sweet. The red dates taste very strong. Because the weather is a little cold when it rains, it is quite comfortable to drink a cup of hot tea.

There are many bars on the West Street. The walls facing the street have all been made of glass, and all the seats sitting on the side are wine trays. The Qing Bar that I went to directly from the restaurant after dinner with friends is at the intersection of West Street. There is a singer singing in there. There is no wine tray or minimum consumption. It is called Meet An 'an, which is a very literary name.

Rice noodles:
Yangshuo's specialty is rice noodles, and snail noodles are made in Liuzhou. I went to a roadside restaurant to eat it. The snail noodles were dry-mixed and added with a few slices of meat. It didn't have much flavor. The fried rice noodles I went to the restaurant later to eat were even more delicious.
It rained in the past few days when I came to Yangshuo. When I was shopping on the west street, I caught it raining. I happened to see his restaurant and came in to eat. I ordered a portion of honey-roasted pork ribs, which was very exquisite and had a sweet taste. The golden garlic dancing shrimp is also very nice on the plate. It is heated with fire after serving. The shrimp meat is topped with mashed garlic. The garlic taste is not spicy. I, a person who doesn't usually eat garlic, find it delicious. However, the most eaten food is still fried rice noodles, a large plate of rice noodles. Because I came to Guilin to eat the rice noodles on the street, they are not very delicious and have very light taste. Moreover, locals say that authentic rice noodles are dry mixed. His rice noodles are very delicious and are basically eaten as a staple food.

Lifeng stayed on Anti-Japanese Road two days ago in Yangshuo. Hotels in Yangshuo are quite dilapidated. This hotel is newly opened and the guest rooms are all very well equipped. I stayed in Huazhu West Street for the next two days, which was very close to West Street. The rooms had a view and were quite new. There were many restaurants around these two hotels.
