Summer is here, and a friend wanted to take advantage of the reopening of cross-provincial tours to visit Guilin. He asked a lot of questions about visiting Guilin, such as what is it like: Is it hot? Was it fun? Is it delicious? My answer is, it's hot, fun and delicious.
Of course, they always automatically ignore the answer to the first question and start preparing to come to Guilin. In other words, the high temperature does not stop people from traveling.
After arranging the itinerary, a new question led them to find me,"What can I do? It's as short a time as possible? It's not very rushed. It's just a very casual tourist route in Guilin."
After berating him with alpaca thousands of times in my heart, I suddenly remembered... it seemed... there was indeed a way!

At around 7:30 a.m., guests are picked up by major hotels in the city, making Yangshuo a must-see place for self-help tourism. Yueliang Mountain Tourist Scenic Area is also located in Shili Gallery. Along the road, there are beautiful peaks and pastoral scenery. Many rocks and rocks have unique shapes that give people daydream and are picturesque. They are called Yangshuo Shili Gallery. When U.S. President Carter visited Yangshuo, he learned from the bodyguards at Daqian Station that there were many interesting small scenes in the Shili Gallery that would be passed by by car. After hearing this, Carter temporarily proposed to the receptionist to change the tour plan and borrowed several bicycles to tour the Shili Gallery. To this end, in 2000, the government specially built a nearly 10-mile bicycle path, observation deck, rest pavilion, etc. for tourists to freely enjoy the scenery along the way. Local people call it the Carter Scenic Trail. The main landscapes of Shili Gallery include peaches to sacrifice their lives, dolphins coming out of the water, nuns going down the mountain, Huoyan Mountain, Bajie drying their bellies, golden cats coming out of the cave, horse elephant and strange stones, Longjiao Mountain, monkeys and people worrying, camels crossing the river, Qinge scenery, beautiful scenery of ancient banyan trees, beautiful women dressing up, etc.

[Jinshui Rock] is located in Licun, Yueliang Mountain Scenic Area, Yangshuo. Opposite Moon Mountain, about 5 kilometers from Yangshuo to Shili Gallery. Jinshui Rock is Yangshuo's largest, most distinctive, most enjoyable and exciting underground river crystal cave. It crosses three mountains and is about five kilometers long. The "Jinshui Rock" scenic spot mainly consists of dry cave areas, underground river crystal area, mud bath area, and cave hot spring area. The stalactites in the cave are majestic and abrupt, crisscrossing, like a "dragon palace". Arrive at the Yulong River Scenic Area for hiking. The Yulong River is known as the "Little Li River". There are no artificial attractions in the entire Yulong River Scenic Area. As a pure natural landscape garden in Guilin, it has been praised by Chinese and foreign tourists. The pastoral scenery on both sides of the Yulong River and the calm and elegant river surface are like a big mirror that reflects all the mountains on the bank in front of you. It is really hard to tell which mountain is the real mountain and which is the reflection. It is pleasing to the eye!
Of course, it is not too realistic to (leisurely) visit Guilin in just one day.
But you can pay attention to me! Information about visiting Guilin is updated from time to time ~
Taoyuan Travel Special: Camellia oleifera Wenshi
The production of Camellia oleifera is quite particular. First of all, the water is made of Lijiang River water, the tea leaves are fried with an old iron pot, the tea filter is a filter made of bamboo, and then the heating is done with firewood to slowly boil. This is the authentic Camellia oleifera production method.
The experience process is to make it together with the Yao eldest sister. First, use a spatula to stir fry the tea leaves in a large iron pot, and then add ginger and garlic to stir fry together. During the process, use a wooden hammer to smash the ginger and garlic and squeeze out the juice. Come on.
After that, the way to eat Camellia oleifera is to selectively add local glutinous rice, crispy soybeans, fried peanuts, and chopped green onion according to your personal preferences, and you can taste the salt. It is worth mentioning that the taste of Camellia oleifera is changeable. Adding salt is salty, adding sugar is sweet, which is very special.
The cooked Camellia oleifera has a sweet fragrance and sweet aroma, which can protect against cold and disease. It also has effects such as promoting saliva and quenching thirst, refreshing the mind, and relieving fatigue. Especially for people who like to eat midnight snacks, Camellia oleifera is a good helper for strengthening the spleen and stomach and helping digestion.
Eating Camellia oleifera is basically similar to traditional tea drinking. You also observe its color first and then smell its flavor.
The color of the oil tea soup is as shiny as amber, and there is a faint layer of oily luster floating on the surface of the soup. The tea taste is appropriate, and the tea taste is vague but constant. It is not like new tea or old tea. It can be seen that only wild local tea has such a unique taste.
