Making camellia oleifera is a traditional delicacy in many places in northern Guangxi. People in Guanyang, Pingle, Gongcheng, Rongshui, Sanjiang and other places like making camellia oleifera.

In the 5th Guangxi Chef God Competition, in the 5th Chef God Competition, a piece of oil tea carefully made from Nanning Zhaozhoufu Restaurant attracted all the guests of the day and won the first prize in this Chef God Competition.
