Many people travel to Hangzhou, either to visit the West Lake, to Lingyin Temple to pray for blessings, to Qiandao Lake, etc. In fact, for me, the impression of a city is better than its hotel, because after all, this is between you and this place. One of the most intimate ways to get in touch. From touch to smell, from sight to taste, sensory and spiritual feelings will be more real experiences. Just a few days ago, I had a good experience of Hangzhou's classic luxury hotel-Diaoyutai Hotel, Hangzhou, and stayed in a luxurious river view room here. Feel another side of the city. For the first time, I didn't visit any attractions during the two-day trip. It was purely a hotel trip. I feel that staying in hotels is really not boring. Especially in a hotel with good enough service and tall enough. There are many interesting things to do.

Hangzhou, a long-standing city, calmly welcomes the rapid changes of the times with its profound and profound cultural heritage. The Diaoyutai Hotel in Hangzhou, which we stayed in this time, is located in the core CBD area of Qianjiang New City and on the bank of the Qiantang River in the new city. It is a hotel with restrained Chinese character. The hotel temperament is very suitable for Hangzhou, a city with unique cultural heritage.

Just after staying in this world was a typhoon, I still felt the viscosity of the air while walking on the streets of Hangzhou. I dragged my suitcase into the hotel lobby and instantly felt like I had entered a cool, wide and bright Chinese courtyard.

The lobby area on the first floor of the hotel is the first place for every guest. The design here embodies the layout charm of Beijing Sishuigui Hall and the Hui-style architectural style of Sishuigui Hall. Among them, this ubiquitous Chinese element and exquisite design continue the Diaoyutai. The essence of interpretation of tradition and modernity in an elegant and generous style. There are criss-crossing beam structure caisines, huge wooden doors and copper handles, towering boguge and Chinese decorations, a full-day restaurant is set up in the main house on the front, the reception area on the right, and the lobby seating area on the left.

After checking in at the hotel front desk, I started a two-day experience and slowly experienced the hotel's decoration style, cultural integration and Hangzhou flavor.

The hotel has a total of 258 rooms, 147 of which have a view of the Qiantang River. The room area ranges from 60 square meters to 315 square meters. The main room type area is 90 square meters. There are also luxury suites with 270-degree river views, with spacious bathroom space and walk-in cloakroom, and a balcony with a river view nearly 3.5 meters wide. Enjoy the various rivers at different times of the year that are either calm, broad or rough. My room is 808, and I swipe my card and take the elevator to my room.
The rooms of the Diaoyutai Hotel are all non-"standardized "designs. The first thing you see when you push the door is the potted pines and cypresses in the entrance and the chair where guests sit to change their shoes when they enter the room.

Change your shoes and walk into the room. After walking through the porch, the first thing you see is the cloakroom on the left. Yes, it's not a wardrobe, it's a spacious cloakroom with mirrors, hangers and dressing tables. This cloakroom makes me feel like I'm home at once.

Walking into the room, I fell in love with the invincible view of the Qiantang River at first glance. The 2-meter-long bed is next to the spacious and bright floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a BOSE wireless music system at the bedside, a full-definition 55-inch TV with adjustable angle, and a multi-functional line interface, mobile phones and computers can be used on the same screen as the TV, meeting the needs of modern and fashionable life.

Walking into the room, I fell in love with the invincible view of the Qiantang River at first glance. The 2-meter-long bed is next to the spacious and bright floor-to-ceiling windows. All the cabinets in the room and the retro decorations placed at the end of the bed were all specially designed and made by the Diaoyutai Hotel design team according to the overall style of the hotel.

The low-key and restrained Chinese design in the room is reflected in the details everywhere. The two sinks on the left and right. If you look closely, you will find that the sink is made of brass hand-made octagonal, which is very textured.

There is a large round bathtub in the middle. Imagine filling this large bathtub with hot water at night and enjoying the scenery outside the window while taking a bath. It is a very enjoyable time.

The bathing products are selected from Appelles, a high-end organic skin care brand in Australia, which provides guests with meticulous care.

Fully automatic toilet, three-dimensional massage spray, intelligent sensing room control. The humane design style gives people the feeling of home.

There are "mysteries" everywhere in the room. This wooden cabinet that looks like a wardrobe turns out to be a minibar when opened. There are palace Pu 'er, English morning tea, West Lake Longjing tea, and Earl Black Tea. There are also canned drinks, bottled wine, etc. You can enjoy happy hours with friends without leaving the hotel.

Both the room and living room have separate balconies facing the Qiantang River. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, or watch the surging tide of the Qianjiang River, and enjoy the intoxicating river view at night.

Villa Hangzhou is located on the 18th floor of the top floor of the hotel. The 260-square-meter exquisite private room is connected to the 680-square-meter Chinese outdoor sky garden, which is particularly elegant.

After checking in at 2 o'clock, the afternoon is just right, so go down to the first floor for a delicious afternoon tea; Fangfei Garden on the first floor, at 10 pm, there is a large area of lush green outside the huge floor-to-ceiling window, which is very eye-catching. It is a great place to meet your best friends and enjoy an afternoon tea set meal to spend the entire afternoon amidst the aroma of coffee.

The desserts are very exquisite and taste good. I like the new summer fruit set meal most, which is delicate but not sweet.

Fangfei Court All-Day Restaurant serves delicious buffet breakfast and exquisite afternoon tea!

Speaking of food, the elevator in the main building of the hotel reaches up to the 18th floor. If you want to go to the [Imperial Garden] private room on the 19th floor for dinner, you must take an elevator dedicated to the 19th floor on the right side of the 18th floor. The "Imperial Garden" on the top floor of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant mainly composed of private rooms and can serve famous Hangzhou dishes. Suitable for entertaining distinguished guests and hosting formal family dinners and banquets.

At Pinju Leisure Chinese Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, I tasted authentic Hangbang cuisine and Shanghai cuisine.
Walking into Pinju Hangzhou, the space in the dining area is flexibly equipped with life-filled decorations such as bluestone slabs, bamboo poles, old porcelain slices, old elm wood, elegant linen and linen, and painted rocks. Walking into the restaurant to eat is like walking through the streets and alleys to collect delicious food. It is as comfortable as it is.

The oil-fried shrimps here, Dongpo pork, signature Jigong children's chicken, Xiaolongbao... Each dish is presented simply and tastes authentic. After flipping through the menu, I found that the price was really much lower than I expected. No wonder guests staying in the hotel next door came to eat here. We could eat all the famous Hangzhou dishes without leaving the hotel ourselves.

Recommend her family's Dongpo meat: fat and thin, red and clear. When you pick it up and taste, it will be soft but not rotten, fat but not greasy. Oil-fried shrimp: The shrimp meat is strong and full, and the shrimp cream breaks through the skull and strikes the taste buds.

There is also a Western restaurant on the other floor, mainly serving steak, chicken and other Western restaurants. The decoration style is fashionable and generous, and it is a good place for dates and dinners!

After eating delicious food, you can go to the gym to work out or take a swim. On the B1 floor of the hotel, there is an indoor heated swimming pool (20 meters long) and a gym. The swimming pool and fitness center are separated by glass walls. Looking out from the gym, you can see a green plant wall in front of you, and you can slowly enjoy the relaxing time. The lighting design at the spa spray massage pool is very ingenious. With the help of the sloping roof design and the lighting, guests feel like they are in an outdoor swimming pool and completely relax.

Although I have written so many words, I still don't think that a hotel that is destined to be extraordinary in past and present can be written in a few words. There is actually only one sentence that I want to say to you most: Come to Hangzhou, a beautiful place all year round, eat authentic Hangbang cuisine, and experience this style of Diaoyutai Hotel.

Address: No. 65, Wuxing Road, Jianggan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang
Subway: Line 4 Civic Center Station Exit J, walking about 870 meters
Public transportation: Hangzhou East Railway Station is about 6.6 kilometers away from Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi
