I heard from the store that his family's specialty is that it does not use MSG, but uses ham as the raw material for fresh food. When cooking, it uses ham soup to flavor it. No wonder all dishes have a unique mellow aroma of meat, and it is no wonder that after eating it once, it will be unforgettable.

This time, we ordered his family's special dish-secret cooked drunken marsh shrimp. As soon as the dish was served, a strong aroma came to our nostrils. It was the aroma of the wine! As people in Jiangnan, they will drink some rice wine to ward off the cold in winter. This dish is made with three types of alcoholic drinks: rice wine, tuyaki and Wuliangye, plus the store's own secret sauce, and marinated. No wonder it is so delicious!
