I went to Hangzhou on a business trip this time and finished my work. I just happened to catch the weekend. Of course, I had to go around for a while, so I drove the newly launched BYD·Yuanchun electric vehicle to make a quick, green and environmentally friendly trip.

When I came to Tongxiang, I had to bite Qiang mutton and taste it. Going to Tongxiang to eat a bowl of mutton is definitely not crazy. Because the boss is particularly charming when biting the mutton that he has been roasted. The taste of his mutton cannot be stewed in small pots or gas stoves. The mutton is crispy and rotten, the mutton belly is chewy, and the soup is particularly delicious. After eating mutton, eating a few chopsticks of noodles, and finally drinking all the soup, I was very satisfied.

According to the boss, Yao Qiang, the mutton is fed with large Hu sheep using farm forage, and it must be rams between 12 and 16 months old. During this period, the sheep are in the growing period, and the rams are aggressive and the meat quality is relatively stronger. Strong; the mutton is never washed with clean water in the store, and the delicious flavor will be gone once it is washed. Staying in Wuzhen at night is like visiting another beautiful paradise on earth. Wuzhen at night is different from the day. The day is peaceful and graceful, and the lights are beautiful and charming at night.

After breakfast the next day and wandering around Wuzhen for a while, we decided not to waste a minute and drive back to Hangzhou. After a busy week, I haven't seen Hangzhou, a beautiful city. Although I have been here many times, there are always some places that I have never set foot in.
