Today officially kicks off a trip to Zhejiang! After lunch at noon, we set off beautifully! Shanghai is not far from Shaoxing. It only takes about an hour and a half by train. This time is just right for studying strategies!
Arriving in the north of Shaoxing at 4 p.m., we rushed to the hotel to store our luggage, and then headed straight to Anchang Ancient Town (although the hotel was next to the ancient town). After entering the ancient town, I originally wanted to take the Wupeng Boat, but the Wupeng Boat stopped operating around 5 o'clock, so I had to visit the ancient town first. Because I made the strategy in advance, my goal was very clear. Entering from the main entrance of the ancient town, I began the "treasure hunt road". First of all, we went to find sugar, and when we saw the first one, we couldn't wait to collect it. But my mother said to move forward again, so we continued to move forward. By accident, we found Chen Ji's sugar! In fact, pulling white sugar is just pulling ordinary white sugar after heating it, and finally cutting it into small pieces of white sugar (it should look like this [bared teeth]). Then we bought another yellow wine popsicle. For some reason, it felt a little bit coffee. Flavor, there is a little glutinous rice in the popsicle. The taste is really delicious and special. Highly recommended!
Then we walked along the Anchang River and looked at it all the way, and finally found the Anchang Yin Cake! There are two types of printed cakes, one is white rice and the other is purple rice. They are not too sweet and both are delicious. We even bought them again! But eat it while it is hot!
By the way, I forgot to mention that we also ate small wontons! The name of the store is "Qing Dynasty Wonton". This small wonton is really small. It has a little lard added to the meat filling. There are seaweed and small shrimp in the soup. It tastes good. There is also a "Master Wonton" restaurant next door. I went there to eat it the next day, but it was not as delicious as the "Qing Dynasty Wonton". In addition, we originally wanted to buy wine-brewed steamed buns, but we didn't open the door (T_T). Maybe next time! My mother bought me a stir candy that I had never eaten before. It was very interesting. The top of the two bamboo sticks was soft maltose. It was said that you need to use bamboo sticks to stir constantly. It would be better if you stir it into golden threads.
In order to feel the Spring Festival more intensively, we bought wrestling guns and fairy sticks! That's right, it's the fairy stick that has become popular all over the Internet. In the evening, we stayed at Kaiyuanguantang Hotel, which is right next to the ancient town, which is very convenient. When we came back from visiting the ancient town, we put down the cannon and the fairy stick. How could we say "cool"? Overall, I think Anchang Ancient Town is better than many famous ancient towns. The strong fireworks and friendly people in the ancient town are very suitable for a stroll. Moreover, my father also said that people from surrounding cities, such as Hangzhou people and Shanghai people, like to come here to buy New Year's goods every New Year. Because the soy sauce here is particularly good, the pickled delicacy is particularly popular.
DAY2:1.30
I got up early in the morning in order to make up for my wish to take the Wupeng boat yesterday (●ˇ ˇ●). The ancient town has been shrouded in a thin golden sun in the early morning, and sporadic people walking around add a sense of tranquility to the ancient town. As expected, we are the first customers of the Wupeng boat captain today (the Wupeng boat is 40 yuan per boat, and it can seat a maximum of 3 people, including children. Life jackets must be worn, and each boat is equipped with an uncle in charge of the boat).
The boat sailed across the river, and the ancient towns on both sides moved behind us. My mother said that the Wupeng boat was the scenery in our eyes yesterday, but we didn't know that we were visiting the ancient town last night were also the scenery in the eyes of the people on the boat.
After getting off the boat, we walked back to the hotel and visited the Master Exhibition Hall. Counselor is a very special profession that has continued from ancient times to modern times, but the name has changed. Shaoxing has been a cradle of rich consultants since ancient times. There are too many wonderful stories in it that I don't want to tell in detail. If you have destiny, you must come and take a look. Let's quote the spirit of Shaoxing's master here,"Loyalty, duty, responsibility, integrity, if you agree, stay, if you disagree, go, if you go out, be a master and faithfully assist, and go home to run a private school to pass on your efforts."
After leaving the ancient town, I took a bus to the Wang Xizhi Exhibition Hall. There are many calligraphy works by literati and literati in the exhibition hall, such as Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi, Su Shi, Xu Wei, Wen Tianxiang... Although the original work of Wang Xizhi's "The First Book in the World" and "Preface to the Collection of Lanting" is no longer there, there are still many copies in the exhibition hall. The museum has rich content and stories, which is well worth a visit.
After leaving the Wang Xizhi Exhibition Hall, we passed by a Shengjian Bao shop. It looked quite lively, so we went in and tried it. Personally, I felt that the Shengjian Bao in Shaoxing was not as good as Nanjing and Shanghai Shaoxing Shengjian Bao. Then we took a bus to the East Lake, which is located in Yuecheng District. In 490 BC, King Gou Jian of Yue moved the capital and built the city here to get its name. The East Lake is located at the foot of Ruokuo Mountain. It was originally a bluestone mountain. Qin Shihuang once stationed here to drink horses during his eastern tour, so it was called Ruokuo Mountain. After the Han Dynasty, Ruokui Mountain became a quarry in Shaoxing. After thousands of years of chiseling and axing, and using special stone extraction methods, half of the green mountains were removed and cliffs more than 50 meters high were formed. Walking along the East Lake, it's amazing to see the picture formed by the lake and the mountains cut into vertical cliffs.
Then we went to Lu Xun's former residence, Lu Xun's ancestral residence, Sanwei Bookstore, and Baicao Garden. When Lu Xun was a child, his family was rich, with tens of thousands of acres of fertile land and more than ten pawnshops. Unfortunately, Lu Xun's family fell into trouble later because he was involved in an imperial examination fraud incident. When you mention Sanwei Bookstore and Baicaoyuan, what is the first reaction in your mind? My first reaction was a book written by Lu Xun. Yes, it is "Picking Flowers in the Morning and Evening"! "There is no need to mention the green vegetable beds, the smooth stone wells, the tall locust trees, and the purple-red mulberries, nor the chirping cicadas singing in the leaves, the fat wasps lying on the cauliflower, and the light call the emperor (lark) suddenly darted straight from the grass to the clouds." (*^-^*) There, we saw Lu Xun as a young man.
Shen's Garden is opposite Lu Xun's former residence and is just walking distance. Shen Shiyuan records the love story between Lu You and Tang Wan during the Song Dynasty, as well as the well-known "Huang Toufeng"!
We left Shenyuan and arrived at the meal, so we walked for about ten minutes to the famous Xianheng Hotel! (~ ̄ 丨 丨), Kong Yiji's credit sign is still hung in the lobby of the store. We have tasted rice wine and fragrant beans one by one, but the one that impressed me the most was the braised pork with plum vegetables, which requires two large bowls of white rice to match.
At night, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the tallest hotel in Shaoxing!
DAY3:1.31
We will leave for Ningbo at ten o'clock this morning!φ(л *)♪ Because my father's friends are in Ningbo! So we were invited to taste two extremely rich Ningbo dishes. I thought the hairtail for lunch was already delicious, but my uncle and the others actually said that the fish was not good enough because it was not from Zhoushan Fishing Ground. I have long known that Ningbo's fish (especially the fish in Zhoushan fishery) are famous far and far, and they are indeed not bad. At this time, while eating lunch, I was already fantasizing about what dinner would be like? In the afternoon, we visited the Ningbo City Exhibition Hall, which had a strong sense of technology. In addition, there are some smart devices in the exhibition hall that we can interact with! There are answers, some are purely for people to play with, and so on.
Then we went to Hankyu Shopping Center, a Japanese mall with many Japanese shops in it, but the mall was always similar. Finally it was dinnertime and we were together again. The local fish (fish from Zhoushan Fishing Ground) at night is really more delicious and extremely tender. We also ate blood shells, which are very special and can be tried (but I still can't accept that there is blood in them). My mother bought homemade yellow mud snails at a restaurant and took them home. It is said that Ningbo's yellow mud snails are the most famous, but many people are not used to eating them. (q We stayed at the Hilton Hotel. After dinner, we strolled back to the hotel together and then sat around the round table to make tea and drink coffee. Even if I can't understand the "Shanghainese" my uncle and others speak, it won't stop me from having a good day. The adults drank Maotai at noon, Wuliangye and rice wine at night, but I was allowed to take a small sip, hahaha, record it.
DAY4:2.1
"If you want to compare the West Lake to the West, it is always appropriate to put on light makeup and heavy makeup." Today we finally arrived at the West Lake! We live in the West Lake State Guesthouse, which is located at the southwest corner of the West Lake and is part of the Yanggong Causeway. The West Lake State Guesthouse is very big, and you have to take a shuttle bus from every building to another building! And the West Lake State Guesthouse is very beautiful. I would like to call it the "Little West Lake". The West Lake State Guesthouse has flowers and leaves, lush forests and bamboo trees, clear streams, strange mountains and rocks, secluded roads, and ancient pavilions... Oh, by the way, did you know? Chairman Mao and leaders of many countries stayed here.
After leaving our luggage, we went to Huagang to watch fish, where we ate Hangzhou cuisine, including West Lake vinegar fish, Longjing shrimp, and Dongpo pork. I found that the rice vinegar they have here is particularly good. Not only do shrimp need to be dipped in it, but I also dried all the remaining rice vinegar into my stomach before leaving. After that, we went back to the hotel. I spent the whole afternoon shopping around the hotel. The West Lake State Guesthouse is so big that it is enough for me to stroll around the entire afternoon! The dinner was particularly good. We enjoyed Hangzhou food again at the hotel. The dishes were not only beautiful and delicious, but they were really worth our wait in line. Special praise should be given here to the Ziwei Hall. The service is particularly good. The waiter can accurately meet your needs before the customer even asks for them. It is really worth giving full marks.
DAY5:2.2
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we continued to tour the hotel. Today was cloudy again, but it didn't matter. We sat on the wooden plank road by the West Lake and looked at the Leifeng Tower, stood on the stone bridge in the West Lake to take photos, and lay on the deserted motorway and looked at the willow trees with all their leaves...
After checking out at noon, we arrived at the Drum Tower in Hangzhou. There is an ancient street next to it, which is said to have been the location of the "Lin 'an" city in the Southern Song Dynasty. We found a shop specializing in lotus root flour on the street. It has two floors. The first floor sells lotus root flour, and the second floor is antique. You can taste the lotus root flour freshly made by the boss. Each of the rock sugar osmanthus flavor and the West Lake Longjing flavor are sweet and fresh. It fills the entire mouth. It is very recommended, and the lotus root flour is also served with lotus root juice!
Finally, we came to the Wuling Hall of the Zhejiang Museum. The main content on the first floor is the evolution of Chinese civilization and the development of the State of Yue. Here I learned that Zhejiang was the State of Yue during the Spring and Autumn Period, while Jiangsu was the State of Wu during the Spring and Autumn Period. The Zhejiang Museum has a particularly rich collection. There are eight pieces of national treasure level cultural relics in the exhibition hall on the first floor alone. We spent three hours shopping around, so that we didn't have time to visit other floors. It is understood that the Zhejiang Museum has three floors in total. It is very, very worthy of recommendation. I believe I will come again.
Not far from the museum, I found a very delicious noodle shop. Hangzhou Pianchuan is noodle soup, Pianchuan is dry mixed noodles. I ate pig liver mixed Sichuan. The delicious fried pig liver is matched with the rich noodles. It is really a perfect match.
Get on the bus and go to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. I also recommend one of Ctrip's services to everyone, which is to search and send luggage. Staff can pick up luggage at the hotel at the required time, and guests do not have to wait. Then we will deliver it to the airport at the required time, which will save half a day and avoid the embarrassment of dragging luggage. Then, we returned to Chengdu smoothly!
In the end, we ended the journey perfectly amidst the beautiful scenery of Zhejiang. Old habit, go home and rub the cat!
