Laohe Yunqi Qinting North Gaofeng

Mountaineering route: Laohe Yunqi - Laohe Mountain - Qinting - Jiangjun Mountain - North Gaofeng - Under the North Gaofeng Cableway
Lao He Yunqi - I think this place name is quite interesting, but I don't know what it means or how it originated; My friend said that going up is Laohe Mountain. Whenever it is cloudy or rainy, the mountain is shrouded in mist, and this is the starting point for mountaineering, which is called "Laohe Cloud Rise". It seems that from the perspective of artistic conception, it is also reasonable. On the weekend of spring, there were not many reasons, so I chose the North Peak. I remember going there before, but I can't remember clearly whether I reached the peak.

The weather is sunny and the mountain road is gentle. In the first half of the journey, there are all the steps and lush trees. Soon, we arrived at Qinting and took a rest. Looking up at the blue sky, white clouds, and clear sky for thousands of miles, we can enjoy a panoramic view of West Lake and the surrounding mountains and waters; Continuing forward, passing through General Mountain, you can overlook the Yuquan Campus of Zhejiang University. The mountain road behind General's Mountain is slightly steep or bumpy, and due to weekends, there is a constant stream of hikers on the road. The trees on the mountain covered the sun all the way, making it very cool.

It took about two hours to climb the North Peak, where there is a monument inscribed with Chairman Mao Zedong's poetry. On the North Peak, you can see the surrounding mountains of West Lake - the lake and sky are vast... There is a cable car down the mountain - the North Peak Cableway. Turn right when you go out at the foot of the mountain, and not far away, you can reach Lingyin Temple. Because it's getting late, you can't go there, just go down to the tea garden for a stroll. The villagers in the tea garden were picking tea, and it was almost dusk when the sunset slanted over the white walls of the tea garden and mountain houses. Villagers stir fry Longjing by the roadside, and the air is filled with the scent of early spring and a faint aroma of tea

Baoshi Mountain - Geling

Mountaineering route: No. 21 Beishan Street - Dashi Buddha Temple Statue - Jianpao Villa - Baochu Pagoda - Baoshi Liuxia - Geling - Baopu Daoyuan - Chuyang Terrace - Lianheng Memorial Hall - Xiaofeng Bookstore

Baoshi Mountain is neither high nor steep, but it surpasses West Lake. It stands in a circular shape on the north side of West Lake, and climbing to the top of the mountain provides a panoramic view of West Lake. The mountains are not only lush with trees, but also have numerous cultural and historical relics; The Baochu Pagoda on the mountaintop is a landmark building by the West Lake. I have been there many times, and I can climb up the mountain from Baochu Road on the east side, Qixialing Road on the west side, Huanglong Cave on the back mountain, and Geling Road on the front mountain; This spring is from No. 21 Beishan Street up the mountain.

Beishan Street faces the Broken Bridge, and there is an inn called Xixia Small Building. On one side of it, there are stone steps going up, and you can see No. 21 Beishan Street. Stop on the platform and look back at the wutong trees, Lixi Lake, Broken Bridge Baidi, West Lake, Yuanshan... It is easy to calm down when you move along with the horizon. Turning around and walking up, within a hundred meters, I saw a boulder in the shape of a satisfactory one. Legend has it that this boulder was from the location of the first emperor's cable boat back then; There is a stone tablet standing on the side called "Big Stone Buddha Temple Statue". Then turn left to reach Jianpao Villa and the mountain gate, and if you turn right to go down the mountain, it will be Baochu Road.

Almost all the way up the mountain were flat stone steps, and soon we reached the top of the gemstone mountain. The gemstone flowing on the mountain is one of the new ten scenic spots of West Lake, with a broad view from both north and south. To the south, you can see West Lake, White Embankment, Su Embankment, and the island in the center of the lake, which is the same as Gushan, Yuhuang Mountain, and Nangaofeng Lake; On the north side, you can overlook the Huanglong Hotel at the foot of the mountain or overlook the Xixi Campus of Zhejiang University from afar. The Baochu Pagoda on the mountaintop is said to have been built over a thousand years ago and has gone through various dynasties. It has been repeatedly destroyed and built, and there are currently eight solid brick pagodas built during the Republic of China era.

After passing through the gem flowing clouds, follow the signboard and slowly travel westward along the mountain path for about ten minutes to reach the Baopu Taoist Temple; The name "Geling" comes from the legend that Ge Hong of the Eastern Jin Dynasty once practiced alchemy here in his later years. On the way up the mountain, there is a pavilion for pedestrians to take a break, and in front of the pavilion, there is a cliff carving "Flowing Dan for eternity". Looking up at the high and bright yellow courtyard walls of the Baopu Taoist Temple in the middle of the mountain, as well as the lintel inside the temple with the inscription "Geling Fairyland", reflects the Taoist philosophy of escaping from the mortal world and doing nothing for nature.

Heading west from Baopu Daoyuan, you will reach the peak of Geling - Chuyang Terrace. The ancients called this high point an excellent balcony for observing the sunrise on the lake, but nowadays, due to the obstruction of surrounding trees, the view is not as wide as that of Baoshi Mountain; Looking west, you can vaguely see the Yuquan Campus of Zhejiang University. If you go down the mountain and continue to the right and west, you can go all the way to Yuewang Temple and Quyuan Fenghe; Turn left on the original road and not far down, then you can exit Geling Mountain Gate and reach Geling Road.

Turning right from the mountain gate to No. 17 Geling Road is the Lianheng Memorial Hall, located inside the restored agate temple; Lian Heng was the grandfather of former Kuomintang Chairman Lien Chan. A year ago, while visiting with my family, I happened to encounter Li Xiuping, Ji Xiaojun, and other CCTV hosts participating in the "West Lake Poetry Club - Decibels of Love" charity event. My daughter bought a small item. Go back to Beishan Street, where there is the famous Xinxin Hotel and the Xiaofeng Bookstore located on its east side.

Returning to the coffee shops on both sides near Xixia Xiaozhu, I sat down by the window on the second floor with a cup of clear water and watched the hazy light and shadow of Beishan Street outside the window at night, with people and cars coming and going; Under the moonlight, West Lake and distant mountains remained as quiet as ever.

A small isolated mountain carries a lot of cultural history from Hangzhou, Qiantang, and even China... In ancient, modern, and modern times, the most beautiful place in the lake and mountain is countless ancient and charming figures

To the west of Jia Ting in the north of Gushan Temple, the water surface is initially flat and the cloud feet are low. Gushan faces West Lake to the south and West Lake to the north, facing Ge Ling in the north. To the east, Bai Di leads to Duanqiao Lake, and to the west, Lengqiao leads to Beishan Road and Sudi. "The sparse shadows slant horizontally, the water is clear and shallow, and the fragrance floats in the moonlight at dusk." I know about the peaceful life of the plum wife and the crane son Lin, as well as the solitary mountain, living alone between the lakes and mountains, only lost and devoted to heaven and earth... Now, although the solitary mountain is far from the place where Lin Chushi returned to seclusion and comfort in the Northern Song Dynasty, it still carries the demeanor of many famous scholars in a faint and silent place

Wushan

Mountaineering Route: Fifteen Kui Alley - Yuanbao Heart - Twelve Zodiac Stones - Ruan Gong Temple - Ganhua Rock - Baocheng Zen Temple - Ruishi Ancient Cave Stone Carvings Group - Bailu Pavilion - Water Splashing Guanyin - Stone Buddha Academy - Yunju Mountain Cliff Carvings - Former Site of Sanmao Temple - Jianghu Huiguan - Zhejiang Sports Club Cliff Inscription - Zhejiang Revolutionary Martyrs Monument - Wushan Tianfeng - City God Pavilion - Yaowang Temple - Wu Gong Temple - Drum Tower

Wushan is very different from other West Lake mountains, in that it is a mountain that exudes a sense of civic life, and is the most Hangzhou people's own mountain. Early in the morning, I went up the mountain from the Fifteen Kui Alley and the Yuanbao Heart City God Archway, from the foot of the mountain all the way up. Along the way, there were children, young men, and girls, mostly middle-aged ladies, aunts, grandfathers, grandmothers, and those wrapped in swaddling clothes. Anyway, it was as lively, as quiet, and as quiet as possible -

There are several large chess and card rooms and tea rooms above the Drum Tower, almost filled with men and women - Hangzhou people like double buttons, not only the card room, but also a table under the shade of trees that can gather a circle of people. There are students who form teams, teams who carry public welfare banners to pick up garbage, teams who go to the Jianghu Huiguan to practice with rackets, fast rhythm music dancing aerobics, fast three on the middle of the mountain, play badminton players who set up a field to open up their posture, youth teams who line up to practice kungfu, big sisters and uncles who chatter in groups, and many old men who walk with bird cages in the morning... people who play Taijiquan, practice Taijijian, sit with their eyes closed and breathe breath... In any case, this kind of scene can't be seen in half of other mountains in Hangzhou.

The scenic spots and historical and cultural relics of Wushan are enough to make both ordinary tourists and literati linger and travel back and forth: the Phoenix Pavilion and the Jianghu Huiguan Pavilion are excellent places for sightseeing, with the so-called Qianjiang River on the left and West Lake on the right. However, now the Qiantang River is almost blocked by too many tall buildings by the river, and when looking west, the West Lake and the mountains in the west can be easily seen; Many cliff carvings, including Ruishi Ancient Cave, Yunju Mountain, Ganhua Rock, the former site of Chongyang Temple, Ziyang Mountain Cliff Carvings, and the Zhejiang Sports Club Cliff Inscription; And there are countless temples, pavilions, pavilions, and pavilions, including Baocheng Zen Temple, Guanyin Pavilion, Ruan Gong Temple, Wu Gong Temple, Shifo Temple, Wang Wang Temple site, Zhongxing Dongyue Temple, Yaowang Temple, Zhongcui Pavilion, Bailu Pavilion, Wanghe Pavilion, Yunying Pavilion, etc. Among them, there is also the Sanmao Temple site, where Ming Dynasty loyal minister Yu Qian studied during his childhood.

The Wushan Mountains have a gentle terrain, and the mountain paths are almost all smooth stone steps. The entire mountain walks and stops like this, and it's enough to turn around once a morning. In early autumn, Dan Gui and Jin Gui - during the season of blooming flowers, the fragrance floats along the way; And the ginkgo trees in the mountains and forests have begun to turn slightly yellow, with leaves fluttering and fluttering as the wind rises in the forest... Near the Tianfeng of Wushan and the Yaowang Temple, there are also the hundred year old maple trees and several Song camphor trees with lush branches and leaves over seven hundred years old. With the gentle breeze, one can look back at the ups and downs of the past dynasties in a silent place... And the tranquility and tranquility of Hewu Mountain House and Yunju Yayuan, if there is a cup of clear tea, it seems to be unbeatable but countless in the world

The Ming Dynasty's Xu Wei's "Eight Hundred Miles of Rivers and Mountains, Knowing the Year of Painting, and Ten Thousand Houses of Fireworks Returning to this Terrace" and the modern Qiu Jin's "Climbing Mount Wu", which "The vast and boundless atmosphere connects the rivers and seas, half of the green mountains are in the middle of the Yue", cannot fully express the patriotism contained in the thousand year cultural heritage of Chinese literati; The Zhejiang Martyrs Memorial Hall and Monument at the northern foot of Wushan Mountain add endless heroism to a small Wushanping. In the forest of steles, there is an inscription by Dr. Sun Yat sen: "The world trend is mighty, and those who follow the trend are prosperous and those who go against it are dead." And the large character horizontal inscription on the memorial archway of the gate of Yuanbaoxin at the southern foot of the mountain, "People can't forget it", seems to be reminding us all the time

Qiyun Temple Moon Rock Phoenix Mountain

Mountaineering route: Fantian Temple Scripture Building Qiyun Ancient Temple Moon Rock Jiangtai Mountain Phoenix Pavilion Zhongshan Forest Monument Lin'an City Site

It seems easier for cars to park near Wansong Academy on the side of the scripture building in Fantian Temple; Turn in at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain Road, and the parking lot you saw in advance said no parking is allowed - in fact, there are quite a few parking spots here. Just ahead, find a place to park the car, and get off the bus. The "Fantian Temple Road" bus stop is nearby.

Walk a few hundred meters along Fantian Temple Road and you will see the scriptures of Fantian Temple: it has been over a thousand years since the early Northern Song Dynasty and is now a national key cultural relic protection unit; The autumn sky in Jiangnan is azure and clear, and the gentle sunshine in the afternoon falls on the towering roof of the scripture building. It feels a bit dazzling to look at it, and the leaves of a ginkgo tree next to it have already turned yellow in half. Directly above the scripture building is a kindergarten - June 1st Kindergarten.

The road signs marked on the left turn up the mountain are very clear, heading towards Qiyun Temple and Yueyan. The mountain road is very easy to walk, almost all of which are stone steps; The trees and shrubs on both sides of the road, the yellow leaves falling on the stone steps, the fruits resembling wild chestnuts, and occasionally unknown small flowers blooming on the roadside... Along the way, there is also a yellow and gravel mountain road, which should be a mountain road that used to go up, but is now clearly abandoned.

In the valley of the southern slope of the mountain is the Qiyun Ancient Temple, where it is said that Master Lianchi once resided; The temple is not large, and the bright yellow color on the exterior walls makes it even quieter in the peaceful mountains and forests. Qiyun Temple came out, and the left hand went up not too far to the Moon Rock: a sudden stone forest between the mountains and trees, with a clear spring between the rocks. It is said that on a moonlit night, the moonlight passes through the tree tops and sprinkles on the rocks and springs, which is so ethereal and illusory that it is difficult to see in the world. Although it is not visible at this time, the sunlight slanting westward passes through the forest, and there seems to be light and shadow floating on the surface of the rocks... There are not many pedestrians on the way up the mountain, and occasionally one or two climbers are encountered; At Yueyan, I met a large group of children - elementary and middle school students who looked like they belonged to the weightlifting team and had to practice like this every day.

On the pile of stones standing at the top of Mount Tai, there are faint stone carvings called "Pai Ya Shi Shi Shi Carvings". It is said that these stones are named "Pai Ya Shi" because they are vertically arranged in two rows, north and south. It is said that they were named after the King of Wu and Yue, Qian Yi. The trees on the mountaintop are sparse, and the open ground is covered with withered yellow leaves. On such a clear autumn day, a gentle breeze brushes through the thick autumn atmosphere... Seeing these stones, it reminds me of the place where I once went up Phoenix Mountain with my friends from the Old Jade Palace. It has been many years since then.

Turn right and head east to Fenghuang Pavilion. At the southern foot of the mountain slope, you can see a large area of archaeological relics. According to the road sign, it should be the Shengguo Temple site, but the road is closed and cannot be accessed. The foot of Fenghuang Mountain was the location of the royal palace of the Southern Song Dynasty. During the Yuan Dynasty, the imperial city was destroyed by a fire and almost completely destroyed... Fenghuang Pavilion is located on the top of Fenghuang Mountain, with two floors. Ascending Fenghuang Pavilion, you can have a broad view of the world. To the northeast, you can see Wushan and West Lake, to the south, you can see Qiantang River and Qianjiang New City, and to the west, you can see Yuhuang Mountain and the surrounding mountains of West Lake from afar: "The mountain overlooks the small world of the martial arts world, and the ancient and modern majesty of Wu and Yue.". As dusk approached, the orange sunset on the stretching West Mountain adorned the silence between heaven and earth.

Phoenix Pavilion descending the mountain, passing by: on the left side, there is the Tiger Cave and the Southern Song Dynasty Official Kiln Site - but there is a locked iron gate on the fence of the iron fence, and on the right side, there is the Zhongshan Forest Monument; In just over ten minutes, I quickly arrived at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by a simple wooden fence around the ruins of the city wall of the Southern Song Dynasty imperial city. After passing through three or two residential buildings, you will come out on Wansongling Road. The sky is gradually getting dark, and the street lights have already lit up; Groups of students in groups of three or five who were attending evening school near the road walked past the stone tablet of Lin'an City - Imperial City Site

Wansong Academy - Tiger Cave Kiln Site - Jiangtai Mountain - Laoyu Palace

Mountaineering route: Wansong Academy - Tomb of martyr Yuzi San - Jieyi Pavilion - Tiger Cave Kiln Site - Jiangtai Mountain - Laoyu Palace - North Gate of Yuhuang Mountain

Wansong Academy is located on Wansong Ridge Road at the northern foot of Fenghuang Mountain, which is also the origin of its name; The main entrance of the academy is right under the Wansongling Bus Station. The academy was first built in the Ming Dynasty and renovated in the Qing Dynasty. It is situated on the left side of the Qianjiang River and on the right side of the West Lake, surrounded by green mountains, and is known for its exceptional intelligence and excellence; As the former highest academic institution in Zhejiang Province, the academy has a long cultural heritage; During the Qing Dynasty, Kangxi and Qianlong respectively bestowed the titles of "Zhejiang Water Fu Wen" and "Lake and Mountain Cui Xiu". Numerous scholars in history, including Wang Yangming, Zhu Yizun, and others, give lectures here.

Late autumn and early winter overlap, and red maple and ginkgo are the most beautiful seasons. The garden is full of colorful autumn colors, reflecting the distant and clean blue sky of autumn; Few tourists walk quietly in the academy, follow the mountain, taste the words memorial archway, Yangsheng Gate, Mingdao Hall, Dacheng Hall, Confucius line sculpture, and near the top of the huge screen wall, write the words "Master of all ages"

On the upper left is the "Watching the Wind Occasionally Resting" pavilion, and on the lower left is the tomb of martyr Yu Zisan. Yu Zisan was a leader of the student movement at Zhejiang University. Before the liberation in 1947, he was arrested by Kuomintang spies and secretly killed in prison at the age of only 23; With the efforts of then Zhejiang University President Zhu Kezhen and others, he was buried at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Wansongling. After returning to the Dacheng Hall, turn right and pass through the Stone Forest. From a high altitude, you can have a distant view of West Lake. The view is so good that you can clearly see both the nearby Leifeng Pagoda and the slender Baochu Pagoda on the Baoshi Mountain in the distance. Continuing down, pass through Jianhu Pavilion, Guanyin Hall, and Zhengyi Hall respectively, and exit from the side gate of the academy to reach the parking lot of Wansong Academy; At this point, one can already see the Jieyi Pavilion adjacent to the north side of the academy.

On the slightly north side of Jieyi Pavilion, there is a stone step up the mountain, at the entrance of Wansong Academy on Fenghuang Mountain; Because the academy is surrounded by a fence, even though there is a way up the mountain, you will see that the door fence is locked. Keep going up the mountain road until you reach a high point and follow the signboard to the left. Not far away is the site of the Tiger Cave Official Kiln in the Southern Song Dynasty. Later, the management personnel came up to ask which gate to exit from, and said there were three gates. Originally, it closed at 4:30 pm... The original road turned back to the three forked road above, and the other direction turned west for another section of the road. When you arrived here, you found that you had passed through this intersection before coming: Phoenix Pavilion on the left east, and Paiyashi on the right west.

The afterglow of the sunset almost runs parallel to the horizon through the forest, with bright golden marks scattered intermittently on the roadside trees on both sides of the mountain path; Soon, this golden hue also disappeared - the sunset had set. Passing through the stone carvings of Paiya, heading down the mountain on the north side, you can walk for more than ten minutes to reach the Old Jade Palace in Ciyun Ridge. Heading south, you can reach the Five Dynasties Statue and Bagua Field in Ciyun Ridge. Heading west, you can reach the Jade Emperor Mountain, while heading north and down the mountain is not far from the north gate of the Jade Emperor Mountain.

Baguatian Yuhuangshan Taiziwan

Mountaineering route: Baguatian - Ciyunling Statue - Laoyu Palace - Zilai Cave - Seven Star Vase - Yuhuang Mountain - Yuebao Pavilion - Yijiang Pavilion - Hupao Road - Taiziwan

Yulong Mountain is connected to Qiongluo, with the Qianjiang River on the left and the lake on the right. Yulong Mountain is also known as Yuhuang Mountain; From the Baguatian in the south, passing through Ciyun Ridge and Cherry Blossom Land, we will climb up the mountain. Along the way, we will reach the top of the mountain, which leads to the Qiantang River on the left and West Lake on the right. Baguatian is located at the southern foot of Yuhuang Mountain and is a registered field of the Southern Song Dynasty. The so-called "registered field" refers to the cultivated land used by the royal family. In the spring, the emperor led his ministers to perform the ritual of personal cultivation, and the whole country began large-scale spring cultivation, demonstrating the importance of agriculture by the emperor in the agricultural society. Tian is known as the Eight Trigrams, which look like the shape of Tai Chi and the Nine Palace Eight Trigrams from a high place. Today, crops such as rapeseed and soybeans are scattered in the gossip fields; In the third month of Yangchun, it is the time when rapeseed flowers bloom in Jiangnan, bees fly and butterflies dance, and tourists flock endlessly.

Passing through Baguatian from south to north, go out with your right hand to Yuhuangshan Road and continue north. Approaching the south entrance of the tunnel, climb up the mountain on the right stone step to reach Ciyun Ridge. Not far up, there is a small pavilion on the roadside - the ticket office at the south gate of Yuhuang Mountain. It costs 10 yuan for adults and half a ticket for children. Moving forward, you will arrive at the Five Dynasties Grottoes in Ciyunling, a national key cultural relic protection unit. Not far up, you will reach the Old Jade Palace: keep going down the mountain until you reach the main entrance of the Jade Emperor Mountain - the north gate. Turn right on the north side to go up the mountain to reach Phoenix Mountain, and on the left side of the mountain road facing the Jade Palace, go up to the direction of the Jade Emperor Mountain.

The sea level of Yuhuang Mountain is less than 300 meters, and not far up, you can reach the cherry blossom fields and Zilai Cave in the middle of the mountain. Looking down from the south, you can see the full view of Baguatian, the Qiantang River, and the Binjiang New City on both sides of the Qianjiang River. Climbing up through the Purple Cave, on the right side of the mountain path, there is a seven star tank used by ancient people for water storage and fire prevention; Further ahead, cross the Panshan Highway (now cars can directly detour around the mountain to the top of the mountain), and when you go up, you will see a fork in the road ahead. The sign will go up to the Yuhuangding, and when you go down the mountain to the left, you will see the direction of the zoo and the tiger running. From here all the way to the southern gate of the mountain top, the green bamboo groves on both sides of the mountain path create a serene and elegant atmosphere.

Yuhuang Mountain is an important Taoist temple of Quanzhen Taoism; On the mountaintop, a group of ancient buildings have been built through generations. The Fuxing Temple and Lingxiao Treasure Hall respectively enshrine Taoist guardian deities, as well as the Jade Emperor and Queen Mother. There is also Tianyi Pool on the mountain. To the north of the mountain peak, you can see Leifeng Pagoda, Sudi, and West Lake - the lake and sky are one color; And from the South Gate, you can overlook the Qiantang River - the sky is vast. Return to the original road on the mountain and turn right to the direction of the mountain tiger running down the mountain; Passing through Yuebao Pavilion on the road, heading south to Yijiang Pavilion, one can overlook the Qiantang River Bridge and Zhijiang River Bridge, with a faint view of the Six Harmony Pagoda.

There are very few pedestrians walking down the mountain from the back. The exit at the foot of the mountain is on Lianhuafeng Road, and turning left is Hupao Road. On the left is Hangzhou Zoo and Hupao Spring; On the right hand, head towards Nanshan Road and walk for about half an hour to reach Taiziwan Park, Huagang, and Sudi. Further ahead are Leifeng Pagoda and Jingci Zen Temple. Taizi Bay attracts countless visitors every year during the tulip flowering period; Spring is the most beautiful and lively season in Hangzhou.

Jingci Temple - Jiuyao Mountain - Yiting Pavilion

Mountaineering route: Jingci Temple - Nanping Mountain - Jiuyao Pavilion on Jiuyao Mountain - Yiting - Jingxiu Academy - Lianhuafeng Road

The ancient trees of Jingci Temple on Nanshan Road cover it, and the courtyard walls are bright yellow. Occasionally, the rich and melodious sound of the bell drifts - it is the evening bell of Nanping, one of the ten scenic spots of West Lake. The temple is located at the foot of Huiri Peak on Nanping Mountain, built along the northern slope of the mountain; Originally built in the Five Dynasties period, it reached its peak during the Southern Song Dynasty. Throughout history, there were many high monks and great virtues, and Confucianism and Buddhism blended together, ranking among the five mountains in the world. It is also known as Northern Lingyin and Southern Jingci. After entering the gate, the Bell Tower, Jigong Bieyuan, the Shakya ManiHall, Guanyin Hall, and the highest Sakyamuni Hall; From a high altitude, the view is broad, and the outline of Leifeng Pagoda on the opposite side is clear.

The northeast gate of Jingci Temple follows the Nanping Mountain Trail up the mountain - in autumn, there are blue skies and white clouds. On both sides of the mountain path, there are many tall pine trees, oak trees, diseased trees, etc. The stone steps are flat and the slope is low. It takes less than an hour to reach Jiuyao Pavilion. The Jiuyao Pavilion has two floors, and the second floor platform offers an excellent view of West Lake. The interior and exterior of West Lake, as well as the Huagang Su Causeway, offer a panoramic view of Leifeng Pagoda, Geling Baochu Pagoda from afar, the lakeside, and even the radio and television tower on the northern peak are clearly visible. In addition, Wengjiashan and other people's villages in the undulating mountains of West Lake, as well as the vast green West Lake Longjing Tea Garden that unfolds layer by layer along the mountain terrain, are just like a place where immortals reside. With a cup of clear tea, one can gaze into the world of lakes and mountains, and there are no more worries in the world in an instant

There is a pavilion on the top of Jiuyao Mountain, and looking south from the pavilion, you can see Yuhuang Mountain, Jiangtai Mountain, Fenghuang Mountain, and Qiantang River; The name Jiuyao Mountain comes from the fact that there was originally the Jiuyao Star Lord Hall on the mountain, and it is said that Jiuyao Star Lord governs all good and bad fortune and misfortune in the human world. Along the way, I couldn't distinguish between Nanping Mountain and Jiuyao Mountain, but it was like a whole barrier standing on the south bank of West Lake, embracing and protecting this unparalleled paradise on earth. On the way up the mountain, there is a stone step fork road heading towards the north foot. According to the direction, it should be heading towards Taiziwan Park at the foot of the mountain.

Passing through Jiuyao Pavilion, head left for a hundred meters to reach the mountaintop, then head straight down the mountain to the right and turn right along the stone steps at a fork in the road to continue walking. It should be heading towards Hupao Siyanjing, and then continue straight along another rocky mountain road. After more than half an hour, it finally converges with the downhill stone steps behind Yuhuang Mountain, passing through Yiyiting, Jingxiu Academy, and Lianhuafeng Road. Although the road in this direction is difficult to walk, the ancient trees, peculiar stones, flowers and plants, and tea gardens on both sides of the mountain path... Especially the small white wild chrysanthemums in the grass on the roadside are so pure and small that they have an extraordinary fragrance - like this, whether you are in or not, "you see... Meijiawu Sanbifang Shifeng Longjing Village

Climbing route: Yunqi - Meijiawu - Premier Zhou Memorial Room - Shili Langhuang memorial archway - Sanchakou - Shifeng - Longjing Village

You can enter Meijiawu from north to south on Meiling Road, passing through Yunqi from south to north and passing through Faxi Temple from north to south on Tianzhu. Along the way, both sides are covered with lush greenery, and you will feel relaxed and happy all the way. I have been there a few times, the most recent time was when I went to Yunqi with my daughter and went up the ten mile Langdang Mountain. One time, I went up the mountain with my colleagues from Meijiawu to Longjing and Shuangfeng Village. The mountain path here is gentle, surrounded by green mountains, and it is the main production area of West Lake Longjing tea.

Not much south along Meiling Road in Meijiawu, you can see the "Cloud Dwelling Bamboo Path" standing on the left side of the road; Walk past the Yunqi memorial archway, and build bamboos, shade and shade all the way. Along the way, there is a pavilion called Xixin Pavilion, and on the side of the pavilion, there is a pool. The mountain spring flows into the clear and visible bottom, which is called Xixin Pool; This ethereal realm is like washing the heart and filtering dust, as if it can clear away countless distractions in the world. A straight path leads to Wuyun Mountain, where the origin of "Yunqi" is said to be due to the constant clouds and mist hovering in the valleys.

Meijiawu, also known as "Ten Li Meiwu", meanders about ten miles north and south between Meiling Road and Shanwu. Nowadays, tea houses and tea houses are almost full on both sides of the road; The name Meiwu Tea has a long history, and Premier Zhou Enlai has visited here several times to inspect and guide work. There is a Premier Zhou Memorial Hall in the village, which can be visited inside. A little north of the memorial room, opposite the parking lot, you can see the memorial archway of "Ten Mile Long Pendant -- Leshan for the Benevolent". After going up the mountain, tea trees are still planted on both sides of the mountain path below the middle of the mountain, and all kinds of trees above the middle of the mountain walk together; Looking back at Meijiawu, the view is spacious, with lush green mountains.

Along the mountain road, you will reach the Sancha intersection with a signboard. To the right is the Zhenji Temple of Wuyun Mountain, Yunqi Bamboo Path, and Jiuxi direction. To the left is Shifeng and Longjing Village; The so-called Ten Mile Langdang generally refers to the mountain path located on the ridge between Meiwu and Longjing, which used to be the route from Wuyun Mountain to North and South China for pedestrian and freight transportation. Turning left around the mountainside, it suddenly became clear that Longjing Village was right in front of us.

For tea lovers, Longjing should not be inferior to West Lake in Hangzhou; Without West Lake, one would not know where Hangzhou is, while without Longjing, one would seem to have lost their soul. Longjing tea, especially the Ming Dynasty Longjing tea produced in the area of Lion Mountain, Longjing Village, is unparalleled in various types of tea... "Lion, Dragon, Cloud, Tiger", Lion Peak Longjing is considered the highest quality. A cup of new tea is placed on the bookshelf, with a green and slightly yellow color, light and clean, and clear lines. The aroma is refreshing and the aftertaste is sweet; The various cultural symbols associated with tea are not inferior to calligraphy and painting among Chinese literati.

Go out of Longjing Village and walk for about half an hour to reach the famous "Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter" restaurant at the foot of the village entrance. The environment is quiet and elegant, and the inside and outside scenery seems to be integrated with the surrounding mountains and waters. Turn right from Longjing Road outside the restaurant to Shuangfeng Village, and continue straight ahead to Yanggongdi and West Lake.

Yunqi Bamboo Path - Wuyun Mountain - Jiuxi Xu Village

Mountaineering route: Yunqi Bamboo Path - Xixin Pavilion - Douyun Pavilion - Wuyun Mountain - Zhenji Temple Site - Jiuxi Xu Village

After the rain, the air in the mountains is filled with quiet and misty moisture; Especially a few days ago, Hangzhou just had a first snowfall this winter, and the mountain streams appeared even cleaner and clearer. There is a small parking lot at the entrance of Yunqi Zhujing, which is empty with only a few cars. At the entrance of the "Cloud Dwelling Bamboo Path" gate, several maple trees around the inscription still have colorful autumn leaves, but after rain and snow, the stone slabs under the trees are also covered with yellow leaves. Along the way, the maple trees that have been around for centuries and thousands of years have already withered their leaves. Accompanied by the bamboo trees on both sides of the road and the sound of flowing water in the streams, it feels even more cold and peaceful in this place.

Wuyun Mountain has an altitude of over 300 meters; After encountering three forks in the Yunqi Bamboo Path, turn right past the tomb of the late Ming Dynasty monk Lianchi Master and reach the starting point of mountaineering - Douyun Pavilion. The mountain path is almost entirely paved with flat stones, making it very easy to walk. It takes over half an hour to reach the top of the mountain. At the mountaintop, there was originally Zhenji Temple, which enshrines the Shiyi Dao and various wealth gods, hence it is also known as the Wealth God Temple, which has a great influence among the people; But after going through various dynasties, repeated destruction and construction, it is now the only remaining site.

In front of the Zhenji Temple site, there is a ginkgo tree with an age of over 1400 years, which is said to be the oldest surviving ancient tree in Hangzhou; The tree has descended over thousands of years, enduring countless disasters such as lightning strikes and fires, and still stands quietly on the top of the Five Clouds Mountain to this day. Looking at the dark and mottled trunk from afar, I feel like I am in the midst of heaven and earth; Many times today, we forget where we come from and the humility our ancestors had when facing nature.

Heading north from the back of the mountain is the Wanlinbei Mountain, which leads ten miles through Langdang and leads to Meijiawu, Longjing Village, Tianzhu, and other places; And turn left and head towards Jiuxi. The downhill mountain road is smoother, with few steps, but more twists and turns; Along the way, when looking to the right in the distance, the Qiantang River appears and disappears. Jiuxi Xu Village at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by tea gardens; The houses in the village are still monochromatic with white walls and black tiles, faintly visible in the mountains and forests.

The sky is dusk, the street lights are dim, and there are not many pedestrians on the road, most of whom are villagers returning home; You can see exquisite homestays on the roadside. Go outside the village, pass the "Wuyun Mountain" memorial archway, Jiuxi Road is the entrance to the village, turn left and go up to Jiuxi Yanshu, Yangmeiling, and turn right not far to Jiuxi Bus Station; On one side of the road, the clear blue-green stream flowing down from the confluence of nine streams and eighteen streams upstream joins the Qiantang River not far ahead and flows eastward with the water of the Yiwan River.

Liuhe Pagoda - Ma'er Mountain Hill - Jiuxi Shiba Jian

Mountaineering route: Liuhe Pagoda Toulongtou Dahua Mountain Maershan Gang Jiuxi Yanshu Xishan Trail Jiuxi Shibajian Jiuhongting Longjing Village

After the zigzag turn of the Zhijiang River here, thousands of hectares of river water flow eastward, day after day... The Qiantang River Bridge, Zhijiang Bridge, Liuhe Pagoda, and the Hangzhou Liberation Monument - the statue of martyr Cai Yongxiang - freeze frame images, it seems that one can vaguely hear the Qianjiang River tide rising against the current, like ten thousand horses breaking through mountain peaks, layer by layer, rolling and surging like a thousand pounds... The Qiantang River water has been fluctuating like this for thousands of years, but lamenting that life is different from generation to generation

The cold and dazzling sunlight at noon in winter passes through the forest tops and towering iron towers, presenting a hazy color in front of the eyes; Standing at the top of Dahua Mountain, stepping on the Ma'er Mountain, gazing at Wengjia Mountain from afar, looking up at Guiren Peak, and overlooking the undulating mountains in the north... Under the vast and deep light blue sky, among the mountains, the valley and forests are silent with the chirping of birds, and occasionally mountain travelers pass by

Nine Creeks and Eighteen Streams - Holding a handful of sweet and clear stream water in my mouth, it seems that the essence of heaven and earth condenses in this cold and transparent stream and pierces straight into my heart... The smooth and winding West Mountain Trail travels through this quiet and tranquil valley, where the clear stream water is inexplicably produced upstream, sometimes disappearing, sometimes following the stream, sometimes flowing through the pebbles on the road without a sound... Such repeated movements ultimately cross the tangible or intangible and merge into the river

The mountain path is scattered with various well-known and unknown old trees and ancient trees, most of which have fallen leaves, leaving only black and sturdy tree trunks and branches stretching into the air; And most importantly, between the high and low mountain valleys, the tea gardens on both sides of the small and large stone paved walkway are scattered and continuous along the mountain terrain. Strolling along the lush green valleys, the path leads all the way to Longjing Village.

Xiaokang Village - Guiren Peak - Hupao

Mountaineering route: Jiuxi Linhaiting Xiaoxiaowu Hupao Houshan Guirenge Hupao

After passing the Wuyun Mountain memorial archway at the entrance of Xucun Village, you can walk up Jiuxi River and soon arrive at Linhai Pavilion, an open pavilion built at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China for tourists to sit and rest. On the way, passing by the tomb of Chen Sanli, Chen was the son of Chen Baozhen, a prominent official of the late Qing Dynasty and the father of Mr. Chen Yinke, a master of modern Chinese culture. Along with Tan Si, he was known as the "Fourth Prince of the Reform" in the late Qing Dynasty and was a participant in many important events in modern Chinese history; In his later years, after the Lugou Bridge Incident and the successive occupation of Beiping and Tianjin, he died of hunger strike due to his refusal to accept the Japanese.

I have been to Jiuxi with my classmates more than once during my college years, and my previous memories have become blurred; I only remember back then, there weren't so many houses or households. The stream was equally clear, with tea gardens on both sides. Inside, the stream had a big bend, and on one side, there was a wide area with many scattered stones on the blue stone beach. I picked up dead branches around and had a picnic there. At that time, Jiuxi felt even more distant and tranquil than it is now. It seemed to be the westernmost part of Hangzhou, far and far from the city center. Going further out was the countryside of Fuyang... I never flipped over until I recently learned about the smoke trees in Jiuxi. In the past, I passed through Li'an Temple and Yangmeiling, and could reach Nangao Peak, Manjuelong, and Hupao Road.

There is a large tea garden diagonally opposite Lin Haiting, and the mudslide road on one side leads up to Xiaokang Fortress. "Wu" refers to the concave area around the terrain - Xiaokang Wu. Along the two mountain valleys, the terrain is getting higher and higher. The entire valley and the slopes on both sides are filled with scattered and connected Longjing tea gardens. This season is the peak flowering period for tea trees - green tea leaves, small white flowers - white petals, yellow buds... Along the roadside or in the tea garden, stone lined ridges are covered with dark green moss and colorful ivy... Several isolated and straight old trees are scattered in the mountain valley. From afar came the crow's cry of "wuwa, wuwa"

Walk up for about an hour to reach Guiren Peak - Guiren Pavilion. Along the way, take a fork in the road to the south and head towards Dahua Mountain. Then, take a downhill walk to the north towards Li'an Temple and Jiuxi; The mountain paths are all stone steps, making them easy to walk. There is a journey in the middle on the ridge, downhill and uphill, and it is uncertain whether it is Ma'anshan; Turning around a mountain, suddenly I saw a large tea garden stacked high and low in the southern valley and on the hillside... Not far away was the Qiantang River, and the tea garden extended from a high altitude on the mountain to a deep autumn color with red and yellow leaves. To the north, one can see from a distance the Wengjiashan Village hidden in the opposite mountain valley and the tea mountains surrounded by layers of terraced fields.

The weather is cloudy, and although the view is not very good, the Guiren Pavilion still offers a distant view of the surrounding mountains, including the North Peak, the southeast facing Jiuyao Mountain, and Yuhuang Mountain, while West Lake and Qiantang River are actually framed together. Going south from the Guiren Pavilion leads to the back mountain of Hupao. The mountain path is all paved with green stones, which is steeper than when going up the Xiaokang Fortress. It takes less than half an hour to reach Hupao.

Hu Pao has been here for a long time, and I vaguely remember that when I entered the mountain gate, there was a high monk lying on the side of the cliff, and Hu Pao's spring came out - today, when I walked inside, I almost had no impression; Tiger running spring water brews the Lion Peak Dragon Well - a legendary masterpiece in the world. Hupao Temple is the place where Li Shutong, Master Hongyi, became a monk. His life was short and his years were long - the ends of the earth, the corners of the earth, and his acquaintances were scattered; A pot of turbid wine fills my heart with joy, bid farewell to my cold dreams tonight

Mountaineering route: Jiuxi Yanshu - Xizhongxi - Li'an Temple - Yangmeiling - Manjuelong - Wumendong - Nangao Peak Chengwang Pavilion - Xueyuan Site - Faxiang Tang Zhang - Huiyin Goryeo Temple - Yuqian Tomb - Yuzhong Su Temple

On a cloudy day after rain, it's perfect for traveling; Although on weekends, partly due to weather conditions, and also because this route itself is not a popular travel route in Hangzhou, there are not many pedestrians along the way, and there are even fewer people on the south peak.

The nine streams converge between the mountains, shrouded in mist. After the rain, the water in the mountain stream becomes even more abundant, immersing oneself in the scenery. The name "Nine Streams Smoke Tree" cannot be more fitting. Along the winding stream, passing through Xizhong Creek, Liansi Temple, and Yangmeiling Village, the ancient road is lined with spruce, pine trees, and tea gardens, lush and lush; And the houses in the mountains are almost always white walls and black tiles.

Ma Shiyong wrote "The Mountains of Hangzhou": The original name of Lian Temple was Yongquan Zen Temple, also known as Fayu Temple, named after the famous "Fayu Spring" inside the temple; Later, it was renamed "Li'an Temple" because Emperor Lizong of Song came here to offer incense and pray for the prosperity of the country and the safety of the people. During the Five Dynasties period, the renowned monk Zhifeng practiced here, and the King of Wu and Yue built a temple for him. Legend has it that at that time, tigers roamed the mountains and disturbed the mountain people. Master Zhan fed the tigers with meat, and in the end, the tigers also believed in Buddhism and no longer harmed people. Therefore, the high monk Zhifeng was revered by later generations as the Tiger Subduing Zen Master.

Yangmeiling is the source of Jiuxi and Shibajian, named after its abundant production of yangmei; Now it is also the main production area of West Lake Longjing tea. The memorial archway at the entrance of Yangmeiling Village turns right and goes down for hundreds of meters, which is Manjuelong. Osmanthus fragrans trees are planted on both sides of the mountain path and in front of and behind the villagers' houses. In golden autumn, osmanthus fragrans are fragrant, and the osmanthus flowers are falling like drizzle when the breeze rises. The whole mountain is filled with a faint fragrance of osmanthus fragrans, which is one of the new ten sceneries of the West Lake, "Manjuelong rain"; Turn left and head up. There is a mountain path on the left nearby where you can climb up the mountain with steps. At the entrance, there is a gate and a stone carved "Qianlong Ancient Road". Keep going along the mountain road at the village entrance and not far away until you reach the South Peak.

After the rain in the mountains, there are many mosquitoes who have been following you, constantly spinning and roaring in their ears. So they almost half ran up the mountain, and soon arrived at the open area halfway up the mountain. At this point, the mosquitoes finally disappeared; Looking closer, there are green tea gardens scattered around my feet, and looking up at the undulating mountains in the distance, while looking south, the Qiantang River hangs like a silver chain in the sky.

On the southern peak, there is the "Chengwang Pavilion", which overlooks West Lake and Qiantang River to the east and south. There are several cave carvings in the mountains of Nangao Peak, among which the more famous ones are Shuile Cave, Yanxia Cave, etc; Ascending the mountain from the south slope, passing through an unmarked cave, the Ming Dynasty stone carvings inside the cave are well preserved and exquisitely carved. Perhaps due to its secluded and dangerous location, it has been preserved from damage throughout history.

The altitude of the South Peak is only 257 meters, and it quickly descends from the top of the mountain to the bottom; There is a fork in the road when you go down the mountain and pass the "South Peak" memorial archway. You can reach the Tea Museum and Longjing Village on the left, and Liutong Hotel and Santaishan Road are not far away from you on the right. At the foot of the mountain, there is the "Fa Xiang Tang Zhang" tree, which is over 1000 years old. It is said to be the oldest recorded ancient camphor tree in Hangzhou, but it seems to have almost withered. On the way down the mountain, we passed by the Blood Garden Site, which was the cemetery where the fallen soldiers of the Northern Expedition rested.

The tomb of Yu Qian and the Temple of Yu Zhongsu are located at the foot of Santai Mountain, where they turn left after going down the mountain. Yu Qian was a native of ancient Qiantang, now Hangzhou. He was a famous minister of the Ming Dynasty and held the position of Minister of War and Grand Tutor Shaobao. He was an honest and upright official; The most important historical achievement was to vigorously fight and take orders in the defense of the capital after the "Civil Engineering Incident", ultimately defeating the Waci army, but being wrongly killed after the restoration of Emperor Yingzong. After Ming Xianzong ascended to the throne, he was posthumously recognized and reinstated as an official by Yu Qian, and his grievances were settled and he was posthumously honored as "Zhongsu" in later generations; The fiery autumn wind is unparalleled, and later generations will compare its historical status to Yue Fei of the Southern Song Dynasty: "Lai Youyue is in Shuangshaobao, and the world begins to feel the importance of West Lake.".

Shiwu Cave Shuile Cave Yanxia Cave Wengjia Mountain

Mountaineering routes: Shiwu Cave - Shuile Cave - Yanxia Cave - Wengjiashan Village - Longquan Ancient Well - Longjing Hall Area of China Tea Museum - Huanhua Pond - Longjing Spring - Qingxu Jingtai - Fenghuang Pavilion - Guoxi Pavilion - Dixinnuo - Longjing Wencha - Xijia Tower - Zhejiang Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall - Lijilangshan

The Yanxia Three Caves - Shiwu Cave, Shuile Cave, Yanxia Cave, and the southern peak, Manjuelong, move upwards in sequence. Although Shiwu Cave is located at the foot of the mountain, its environment is the deepest and most secluded; The cave stone carvings and statues are almost all modern reconstructions, with rigid lines. However, seeing the statues in the old photos before, I can only sigh and cry inexplicably... The sound of the spring in Shuile Cave is murmuring, and I don't know where it comes from. The cliff stone carvings - a blessed land in the world, high mountains and flowing water... The ancient Yanxia Cave is at the highest point, which should have been there before, but I have no impression at all; The statues of the Five Dynasties in the cave were unfortunately not seen due to drainage repairs. There are couplets on the pillars of the Hu Song Pavilion - there are clouds living in the Empty Pavilion in the mid air, and in June, the deep pine leaves without the heat; Go up the mountain behind Yanxia Cave towards the southern peak.

Wengjiashan Village is scattered along the mountain terrain and slopes, with Manjuelong Road passing through the village; The fiery red persimmons on the persimmon trees in front and behind the house are adorned with shiny branches. Wengjiashan is known to more people for Yu Dafu's "late osmanthus", but even the peak of the late osmanthus has long passed this season. Occasionally, scattered stamens on the osmanthus tree are not as fragrant as before, but emit a faint fragrance, which is more pleasant... Near the Wengjiashan Village Committee is the Old Dragon Well, and the deep grooves on the stone well railing are engraved with memories left by time for future generations

The mountains in Hangzhou are almost devoid of tea, or in other words, devoid of tea. Wengjia Mountain is no exception, with tea trees and tea gardens everywhere in the village. Halfway down the mountain is the China Tea Museum Longjing Museum Area, and then down the mountain passes the memorial archway at the entrance of Longjing Village. There are trees in the mountains, pavilions and pavilions in the forest, and Longjing Spring under the forest is also called Longhong. It is said that Ge Xuan of the Three Kingdoms and Ge Hong of the Eastern Jin Dynasty used to make pills here. In the mountains and forests, one can spend the night at Jialou. Amidst the lush green pine and cypress trees, there is the Zhejiang Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall, which features Mr. Sun Yat sen's handwritten inscription - The Immortal Soul of the Nation.

Linhaiting - Shililangdang - Shangtianzhu - Beigaofeng

Mountaineering route: Jiuxi Yanshu - Linhaiting - Tangjiawu - Wuyunshan - Zhenji Temple Site - Wanlinbei Mountain - Shili Langdang - Wangwang Pavilion - Sanchakou - Fanyin Pavilion - Faxi Temple - Zhongyin Temple - Yongfu Temple - Taoguang Temple - Beigaofeng - Under the Beigaofeng Cableway

The colorful colors of late autumn, even right in front of me, feel somewhat unreal. With the warm sunshine and deep blue transparent sky of autumn, everything dazzling is real here; What you will experience and see along the way may be roughly known as before departure, but once you arrive, it is still hard to imagine the stunning mountain scenery and autumn scenery unfolding before your eyes today: the colorful Nine Creeks and the white clouds and blue sky reflected in the streams, the ancient ginkgo leaves of Wuyun Mountain fluttering and drifting in the autumn breeze, the peaks of Wanlinbei Mountain spanning a thousand years, the Meijiawu in the distant mountain valleys just like the outside world, looking down from a different angle on the sunny autumn afternoon of Langdangling. In Longjing Village, you may repeatedly ask yourself where this is, can you really believe that the beautiful scenery that you see layered and bustling in the mountains and fields is real?

From Tianzhu to the North Peak, Faxi Temple, Zhongyin Temple, Yongfu Temple, and Taoguang Temple - each of these temples has been built for over a thousand years. The clean or plain white or bright yellow towering courtyard walls in the mountains and forests seem to quietly return everything to tranquility and peace. Finally, when climbing the North Peak to see the Xiyang West, and looking down at the West Lake of Hangzhou and the eight hundred mile mountains stretching southward, one can see the continuous ups and downs of the mountains

Jiuxi is familiar but unfamiliar, watching the mountains, forests, streams, and streams drifting past the years that have gone far; The smoke trees of Jiuxi follow Jiuxi and arrive at Linhai Pavilion in about ten minutes. Although it is not a holiday, there are still many tourists on the road. Turning north from Linhaiting, there is a mudslide road that leads up the Tangjiawu mountain valley through dry creeks, with few pedestrians; There are tea gardens on both sides of the mountain valleys, and occasionally tea farmers work on the mountains. About an hour after coming up from Lin Haiting, it merges into the Shijie Mountain Road that comes up from Xu Village, and then goes all the way back to the North Peak. Except for the section of the road that is accessible to vehicles, it is almost always a flat Shijie Mountain Road. Ascending Mount Wuyun, looking south in the forest, the Qiantang River and the Zhijiang Bridge can be seen and seen from time to time.

Wuyun Mountain, formerly from Yunqi Bamboo Path up the mountain to Xucun; The site of Zhenji Temple is almost covered with falling yellow leaves. Sitting under the thousand year old ginkgo tree for a while to rest and tidy up, with thousands of forests backed by mountains and ten miles of Langdang all the way north, there is a long section of walking on the ridge line. On the left is Meijiawu and Meiwu Tea Garden, and on the right is the Tea Garden, as well as the distant West Lake, the surrounding mountains, and Qianjiang New City. After passing through the observation pavilion and the ridge line, you can reach the three forks: Meijiawu on the lower left, then turn right and head up to reach the Lion Peak before quickly reaching Langdangling, forming a embrace around Longjing Village below. If you pass through the tea garden, you can go down to Laolongjing, Longjing Wencha, and 18 Imperial Tea Trees, until you go out to Shuangfeng Village. Langdangling passes through the Fanyin Pavilion and is not far down the mountain to reach the Tianzhu Faxi Temple. I remember in college, passing through Lingyin Temple, Shangtianzhu, halfway through the mountains, and then down through Longjing Village

Passing through Faxi Temple at around 3:30 am, I thought of catching the last cable car down the mountain at Beigao Peak - at 4:45 am, and consciously quickened my pace. Under the deep and clean blue sky, the bamboo forest and mountain forest, the Beigao Peak - at an altitude of 313.7 meters - was almost always above the front all the way. After passing through Taoguang Temple and Jinghui Pavilion, you will soon reach the North Peak. It took about fifty minutes to climb from Faxi Temple. The afterglow of autumn sunset falls on the Mao Zedong Poetry Stele Pavilion on the northern peak and the mountains surrounding West Lake

Dongyue Temple - Meiren Peak - Tianzhu Mountain - Jiqing Mountain

Mountaineering routes: Dongyue New Village - Dongyue Temple - Fahua Temple - Yifeng Yuliting - Meiren Peak - Longmen Pavilion - Longmen Mountain - Shiren Pavilion - Tianzhu Mountain - Fanyin Pavilion - Yangfeng Ridge - Qipan Mountain - Tianma Mountain - Jiqing Mountain - China Tea Museum - Shuangfeng Village

At noon in Dongyue Xincun Community, it was almost 7 pm when we finally arrived at Shuangfeng Village. However, we didn't want to rush any time anyway. The Dongyue Temple enshrines the Dongyue Emperor and is a Taoist school; Passing through Dongyue Temple and not far upstream, turn left and cross the bridge to reach Fahua Temple. Then turn back and turn right to climb the Xishan Trail. Fahua Temple is located on the back mountain of the North Peak, and there is a climbing step that allows you to directly climb the North Peak, which looks very steep; The mountain gate of Fahua Temple was inscribed by Zhao Puchu, the former president of the Chinese Buddhist Association, and its spiritual pagoda was also placed behind Fahua Temple.

The steps of the Xishan Trail are winding and gentle, with many tall pine trees rising on both sides of the mountain path. Walking through the shade of the forest, although it is still hot in Mengxia, there is still a cool breeze passing by. On the ridge line, turn left to reach the North Peak, then turn right to Beauty Peak and Longmen Mountain. Yifeng Yuli Pavilion offers a panoramic view of the Xixi Wetland to the north, while Longmen Pavilion overlooks West Lake and the mountains surrounding the lake from north to south. Many journeys are along the ridge line, with continuous peaks and occasional pauses. The sound of woodpeckers tapping on the trunk of pine trees can be heard from the treetops

Passing through Longmen Mountain, there are towering rocks on the cliffs. Climbing onto the rocks, you can overlook the thousands of valleys between the mountains. The slopes are dark green and light green, with scattered heights and slopes extending towards the distance... The highest peak in the upper left, Tianzhu Mountain, is right there. Along the mountain and among the trees, the clear breeze brushes past, leaving the world as ethereal as all things; On the road, there were occasional climbers who turned around and chatted briefly before moving forward separately

After passing through Shiren Ridge and Shiren Pavilion, continue forward - turn left at Shiren Pavilion and head towards Maple Ridge and San Tianzhu - until there is a road sign indicating that the entrance to Mount Tianzhu is to climb up the mountain on the left towards the direction of San Tianzhu. The mountain path of Tianzhu Mountain is indeed not easy to walk - it is just a mudslide road, with no stone steps at all. It often passes through the trees, and it rained yesterday. The mountain path, especially downhill, is a bit slippery. Tianzhu Mountain, also known as Tianmen Mountain, has an altitude of 412.5 meters and is the highest peak in the mountains surrounding West Lake, but the view from the summit is not very good; The Gaode map is still very useful, reaching the mountaintop and heading northeast along the mountain path to Longjing Village and Fanyin Pavilion.

From the foot of Tianzhu Mountain to halfway up the mountain, it suddenly became clear: Longjing Village and Shifeng are right now, West Lake and Qiantang River are far away... Not far down, the exit is Langdangling, near Shifeng Mountain Tea Garden, turn right and head straight towards Wuyun Mountain; After taking a short rest, turn left towards the direction of the Fanyin Pavilion and continue along the mountain path through Shimen Mountain, Qipan Mountain, and Tianma Mountain... To the north of the mountain range are the Three Heavenly Zhu and the Lingyin Temple under the North Peak, and to the south are the Wengjia Mountain and the Qiantang River and Zhijiang Bridge further away. Although the weather is not very good, you can still see West Lake and the surrounding South Peak Chengwang Pavilion, Leifeng Pagoda, Wushan Phoenix Pavilion more clearly on Tianma Mountain

At dusk in Shuangfeng Village at the foot of Jiqing Mountain, there are only patches of Longjing tea gardens scattered throughout the mountains and fields; The location of the China Tea Museum (Shuangfeng Museum Area) here is a suitable place

The gate of Chen Jinglun Sports School on Shuguang Road is directly facing the entrance of Huanglong Cave Scenic Area. There is a landmark building in Hangzhou nearby - Huanglong Hotel on the east side, Huanglong Sports Center on the west side, Zhejiang University Xixi Campus on Tianmu Mountain Road on the north side, and the former Hangzhou University on Tianmu Mountain Road. Heading south is the Baoshi Mountain Trail - heading towards Huanglong Cave and Qixia Ridge. In winter, two rows of tall and quiet wutong trees stand beside the broad path of Huanglong Tucui, and withered and yellow leaves are scattered on the lawn. In the distance are citizens who get up early and exercise in the morning

Passing through Huanglong Cave to Baisha Spring, this section on both sides of the mountain road is covered with lush bamboo, tranquil and tranquil, and then up the Qixia Ridge Ancient Road; In early winter, the mountains and forests are scattered with colorful and dazzling autumn colors. Along the way, there are still Purple Cloud Cave, Qixia Cave, Buddha Rock, Crescent Spring... Caves and cliffs, clear springs on stone walls, high houses and deep courtyards... Perhaps due to the weekend, there are many people who climb the mountain. Many of them are old enough to exercise their climbing skills, and there are also groups of people gathered around tables on stone benches under the forest to play cards. Although they are far less lively than the early morning in Wu Mountain, they are truly calm and peaceful. However, in this way, Zen Master Hui Kai wrote a poem: "In spring, there are a hundred flowers, and in autumn, there is a moon, and in summer, there is a cool breeze, and in winter, there is snow. If there is no such thing, there will be a hundred flowers in spring, and in autumn, and in winter Worrying about idle matters is the best time for people

Hangpai Mountain Crescent Spring is located on Qixia Ridge Road. Heading east, you can reach Geling Baopu Taoist Temple. Heading south, you will find the May Fourth Constitution Historical Materials Exhibition Hall and the Huang Binhong Memorial Hall. Heading down Beishan Street and turning left, you will find Yue Temple. Yue Temple has been here more than once before. I remember when I was a child, I would sit on a stool early under the small loudspeaker at my doorstep after dinner, waiting every day to listen to Mr. Liu Lanfang's "Yue Fei Zhuan". The Qingshan Mountain is fortunate enough to bury loyal bones - the Yuewang Temple, located here, has added another atmosphere to Hangzhou: "Strong and intense. Thirty achievements and fame, dust and earth, and eight thousand miles of clouds and moon." After thousands of years and generations, its majestic aura endures, and heaven and earth endure forever.

Yue Temple has passed through Beishan Street, opposite to Su Zhu Yuan and Qu Yuan Feng He; Then head west at the intersection of Yanggongdi and Yugu Road, and soon reach Qingzhiwu. Qingzhiwu has a long history, and its location is favorable today, making it a popular village in Hangzhou. To the north is the Yuquan Campus of Zhejiang University, and to the south is the Botanical Garden. Passing through Qingzhiwu to the west is the north gate of the Botanical Garden. Not far from the garden is the Lamei Park and Lingfeng Plum Exploration.

Laohe Yunqi and Xiaohe Mountain head towards the northern peak, and on the way, they pass through the Sancha Road towards Yuquan and Botanical Garden; Lingfeng explores the plum blossoms and goes up. Not far from Heting, you can reach this fork in the road at the top of Lingfeng. Turn left to reach the northern peak, then turn right to go up to reach Meimei Mountain. The middle platform faces southeast to overlook West Lake, and there is a newly built pavilion on Meimei Mountain. To the north, you can see the western urban area of Hangzhou City, and you can vaguely see the Xixi Wetland from afar.

Pine path with flying clouds descending the mountain, halfway through Caiwu, to Baoxian Temple. Along the way in the mountains, I encountered people carrying hoes and shovels and baskets on their shoulders. At first, I didn't understand, but suddenly remembered that today is the winter solstice night, and it should be going up the mountain to sweep graves and worship ancestors... Although the places are not far away, there can be different customs. For example, many of us sweep graves during the Qingming Festival, but in the end, we always have similar intentions: to remember the past and pray for the living. The candlelight sways gently, the Sanskrit sound curls up - the incense in the furnace remains as ashes, and the soul on the stone lives on for a lifetime; Time is fleeting, but we must cherish the present and live up to our past

Shitangwu Daqing Valley Zhugan Mountain Santianzhu

Mountaineering routes: Meijiawu - Shitangwu - Daqing Valley - Xia Tongshan Memorial Hall - Daqing Village - Qingyin Pavilion - Lingyin Mountain Head - Zhugan Mountain - Jiuqu Ridge - Shiren Pavilion - Fengshu Ridge - Zhongyin Temple - Shangtianzhu Faxi Temple - Zhongtianzhu Fajing Zen Temple - Santianzhu Fajing Temple - Feilai Peak - Lingyin Temple

In the morning in Meijiawu Mountain, open the window: the green tea garden on the hillside behind the house is shrouded in the mist, and the mountain villages are scattered in the distance. The fresh and slightly wet spring breath in the mountain is floating in the air... Ten mile long pendant - the benevolent Leshan memorial archway goes up the mountain, that is, to the three branches, Lion Peak, Longjing Village, or to the south to Wanlinbei, Wuyun Mountain Zhenji Temple; In the early morning, on the streets of Meijiawu, children carrying backpacks to school, elderly people leaning on crutches, and the morning market on the roadside

Following the clear stream and murmuring spring water, heading south, Meiling Road runs through Meiwu in the valleys. From afar, I watch a bright yellow pickup truck occasionally pass by tall cedar trees - recently gone away, not in the lush tea garden at the foot of the mountain... In my vague memory, I seem to have met a scene like this - a young trip, before reaching the age of school. Sitting on a minibus, winding and winding through the valleys and ravines of the road, the car window repeatedly repeats the speeding trees and fields on both sides, feeling that the road is good. Long

In the middle of Meijiawu and Yunqi Bamboo Trail, there is a stone step path on the right side that leads up the mountain slope. In the valley, there are still layers of Longjing tea on both sides. The mountain path continues on and after a short walk, it reaches the ridge line. According to the road sign, if you follow the ridge to the south, it leads to Baizijian and Songcheng, and to the north, it leads to Dingjia Mountain, Yanjia Mountain, and Zhugan Mountain. After crossing the ridge, you will reach Daqing Valley, passing through the Zizhi Tunnel and passing through the Shitangwu Mountain Pond.

The scattered rapeseed flowers, winter jasmine, apricot blossoms, camellias, and other unknown small flowers, as well as the tender green buds and leaves of Longjing tea, bloom in the tea ridges of Daqing Valley, creating a spring like atmosphere in this mountain. They have already picked the tender buds of Longjing and hung them on the plaque in front of the house. They stir fry this batch of new tea with tea oil in the machine, and the faint fragrance lingers for a long time

Daqing Village is as beautiful as other mountain villages that have been passed through before in the mountains of Hangzhou; After passing through the village, it is not too far from Lingyin Mountain, but the climb is obvious; Then, on the ridge line, there is a long way up towards Zhugan Mountain - passing through the top of Zhugan Mountain. The ridge behind is relatively flat, although there is still a downhill and uphill slope behind Jiuqu Ridge. The view on the ridge is broad, and it may not be very good to overlook or have a slight haze, but the sky is blue and white clouds.

There are many types of fire water pools set up on the mountain road; Wild azaleas grow intermittently on both sides of the mountain path, with red or pink flowers in full bloom or in bud. Going down to the Stone Man Pavilion, you will pass through the entrance to the Tianzhu Mountain, and from afar, you can hear young climbers shouting and echoing from afar. After passing the Stone Man Pavilion, you can go down to Yongxing Temple on the left, pass through Longmen Mountain, and head towards Fahua Temple and Dongyue Temple. Turning right and down, you will see San Tianzhu and Lingyin Temple.

Chaiyao Village - Lingyin Mountain Head - Dingjia Mountain - Meiling Road

Mountaineering route: Meiling Tunnel South - Chaiyaoli - Jiuquling - Zhugan Mountain - Lingyin Mountain Head - Yanjia Mountain - Beichewu - Dingjia Mountain - Shitangwu - Meiling Road - Meijiawu

Lingyin Road goes up through the exit of the Santianzhu and Meiling Tunnel, and enters Meiling South Road with a bridge. After crossing the bridge, turn right and walk down. The tea garden is the hiking trail; There are no parking spaces nearby. Just go a little further and pass by Xiaoyawu to reach Meiwu Village. Parking spaces are painted on both sides of the road. Park your car and then turn back.

There is a vertical sign in the tea garden, roughly indicating who owns this tea plantation. Suddenly, I saw the inexplicable and friendly feeling of "Lakeside Residence West Lake Longjing Tea Base" - universities usually pass by Lakeside Residence when going to Lakeside Sanlian Bookstore. The hiking trail follows a creek, with various wild flowers or fruits along the roadside and by the creek. There are three or two tea farmers picking tea in the tea gardens on both sides; At first, the mountain path is gentle, but gradually becomes steeper afterwards. At the Jiuqu Ridge on the ridge, turn right to Lingyin Temple, head towards Hejiayuan on the opposite side, and turn left and head upwards towards the ridge line to Zhugan Mountain.

A little over a month ago, the wild azaleas on both sides of the mountain path had just bloomed or had just begun to bloom, but today they are mostly in full bloom, at most pink. From half the mountain slope to the mountaintop in the distance, the green is mixed with this brilliant and rich spring color - the so-called "most beautiful April sky on earth". From Zhugan Mountain to Shitangwu, passing through Yanjia Mountain, Dingjia Mountain, and so on, one has to climb several hills, repeatedly going up and down, with undulating mountain paths. However, the entire journey is on the ridge line, and with good weather, the view is very good - on the right, one can see the mountains and villages in the western suburbs of Hangzhou, and on the left, due to dense trees, one can see the houses in Meiwu Village below.

In the afternoon, after going up the mountain, it was over 2 o'clock. After passing through the "Green Huangshen" pavilion at Jiuqu Ridge and the "Green Valley Qingchuan" pavilion at Beichewu, we rested separately. It was already around 5 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at Shitangwu. Instead of heading towards Baizijian and Songcheng, we chose to turn left and head straight down to Meijiawu. Going down the mountain valley, tea farmers are using saws to repair tea trees in large areas. The entire valley is filled with the fragrant fragrance emitted by the pruned tea branches and buds.

Dongwushan Village - Tofu Skin Ancient Road - Dadun Ridge - Bailongtan

Mountaineering route: Dongwushan Village - Dayangwu Reservoir - Tofu Skin Ancient Road - Dadun Ridge - Wuchao Mountain National Forest Park - Bailongtan Scenic Area - Longmenkan Village

Wuchao Mountain National Forest Park is located in Zhuantang, west of Hangzhou City, near Fuyang, and belongs to the remaining branch of the Tianmu Mountains. Dongwu Mountain Village is located in the southwest of the mountain. People in the mountain follow the clear stream below Dayangwu and flow up along the two sides of the mountain stream. In this narrow valley, there are scattered water and mountains on both sides. Almost every household in the village is a building. In early autumn, the fruit trees in front and behind the houses are covered with persimmons, dates, and kiwifruit... Walking into the village gives people a feeling of peace and prosperity, similar to many other mountain villages in Hangzhou today.

Along the mountain stream in the village, there is Dayangwu Reservoir. The reservoir is not big. The water in the reservoir is light green and blue under the pale blue sky and white clouds. Looking at it, you will naturally think of the beautiful Haizi in Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area. The entrance of Dayangwu Ancient Road is located on the north side of the reservoir. The most famous specialty of Dongwu Mountain Village is the tofu skin, which has a production history of over a thousand years. In the past, the villagers carried goods and crossed mountains along the Dayangwu Ancient Road to deliver tofu skin to various temples along the way. Therefore, the Dayangwu Ancient Road is also known as the "Tofu Skin Ancient Road".

I asked two villagers one after another, and they both enthusiastically said, "Oh - is it mountain climbing?"? Going to Bailongtan? Well, follow the ancient road there - the Tofu Skin Ancient Road all the way up, turn left and down at the platform above, then turn right at the bottom, and continue right until you reach Bailongtan... Is it enough for two or three hours? Enough... Well, in fact, basically according to this, at a normal speed, it takes two hours to leave Bailongtan and reach Longmenkan Village.

Nowadays, there are very few people walking on the ancient path. Originally, many hiking trails in Hangzhou were significantly remote. Today, only hikers and hiking enthusiasts occasionally cross them, and the journey was peaceful. About half of the way, there were stone steps on the mountain road, and many sections of the road were only high and low stones. However, it is a reminder that in the future, when crossing mountains and mountains like this, you may still need to bring some basic outdoor spare items, including insect repellents. At first, there were many mosquitoes along the way, but when you were about to reach Bailongtan, you encountered a large white snake heading towards the grassy and sandy land

Crossing the Dadun Ridge and descending the mountain leads to the Wuchao Mountain forest area, where towering cedars, pine trees, and vast bamboo groves... The refreshing breeze brushes past, and from time to time, the yellow leaves of the trees drift leisurely. Unexpectedly, a touch of autumn in the mountains and forests is already in sight. Turn right along the mountain road that is currently under construction and it's not much further down to reach the Bailongtan Scenic Area. This time, I was originally thinking about the morning tide mountain, where there was a noon tide well and a noon tide pavilion. However, flipping over along the ancient road like this, I don't know where the noon tide mountain is located; I don't have time this time, I can only leave it for another day.

The Bailongtan Scenic Area has a boardwalk built along the creek. On one side of the boardwalk is a cliff, while on the other side, the cool spring water on the mountain converges into a murmuring stream. The trees in the valley block the sun, making it cooler than half the mountain. There is Bailong Temple beside the Bailong Pool at the exit. Cigarettes curl and the Zen sound is far away... Longmenkan Village is just past the memorial archway of Bailong Pool Scenic Area. There are also large green tea gardens scattered on the hillside, while the village is surrounded by beautiful and exquisite western-style houses. Many people have made homestays, and clusters of rose red bougainvillea are in full bloom in the just right sunshine

Baoshou Temple - Dragon Roar and Lion Roar - Wuchao Mountain - Shangchengdai Village

Climbing route: the foot of Xiaohe Mountain - Baoshou Temple - Xishan National Forest Park - Jinlian Temple - Dragon Singing and Lion Roaring - Wuchao Mountain Massacre Site - Feast for the Eyes memorial archway - Wuchao Pavilion - Jixi Lane - Tianda Mountain - Dade Mountain - Feifeng Rock - Huangmei Pavilion - Guangming Temple Reservoir - Longwu Tea Town - Shangchengdai Village

The appearance of Baoshou Temple at the foot of Xiaohe Mountain is not very eye-catching, but it was originally built in the early Tang Dynasty and is located on the Hanghui Ancient Road. It is said that Hui merchant Hu Xueyan would enter and offer incense every time he passed by his hometown of Jixi in Anhui; The small stream in front of the temple gate spans a small bridge towards the tea garden at the foot of the mountain. The bridge, named "Baolong Bridge", was bestowed by Emperor Qianlong during his travels. Under the autumn dawn, the temple is bright yellow and clean, surrounded by the singing of morning classes and the sound of wooden fish, but it appears particularly cold and quiet.

The entrance of Xishan National Forest Park - Xishan refers to the mountains west of the West Lake, such as Beauty Peak, Longmen Mountain, and Zhugan Mountain, which are also included in it - passing through the Fayu Xiangyun memorial archway, the bamboo path is deep, and it can not go far up to the Xiaohe Peak Jinlian Temple - Buddhism and Taoism are integrated, and it was once one of the three major temples in the suburbs of Hangzhou, and the incense is flourishing; It was destroyed in the 1950s and is currently undergoing renovation.

From Jinlian Temple to Wuchao Mountain and Wuchao Pavilion, the mountain path is paved with blue stones, which is relatively flat and easy to walk. However, after crossing the Wuchao Pavilion, the mountain terrain drops sharply, and most of it is a primitive wild road. After reaching Dade Ridge, the stone steps are restored. Walking through the mountains and forests all the way, one can quietly hear the sound of fallen leaves tapping on branches and oak fruits falling on the fallen leaves - white, yellow, purple wild chrysanthemums with a faint fragrance on the roadside, squirrels jumping over the trees, and birds chirping in their ears from time to time

Under the Longyin and Lion Roar Pavilion, one can gaze down the hillside at the entire tea garden, where three or two tea farmers work inside; And the clusters of red and yellow mixed with deep or light autumn colors corresponding to the green coverage in the tea garden, embellished by the mountains, highlight the brilliance and splendor of this autumn forest. The memorial archway climbs steeply up the mountain; Wuchao Mountain has an elevation of 494.7 meters, with a Wuchao Pavilion on the mountaintop. To the north, Xixiyuan Village is located at the foot of the mountain, overlooking the urban area of Yuhang in the distance.

The Wuchao Mountain Massacre Site is located in the quiet valley below Wuchao Mountain. It was built to commemorate the Wuchao Mountain Massacre - on March 1, 1938, the Japanese invaders swept and massacred hundreds of innocent people who took refuge in the afternoon temple of Wuchao Mountain - to remind future generations not to forget national shame - to remember history not for hatred, but to know where we come from today, and to learn from history

The Wuchao Pavilion descends the mountain, crossing the classic ridge line of the Wuchao Mountain - rugged and steep rocks, with numerous mountain valleys stretching under steep cliffs... Leaving forward, it crosses Jixi Lane and Tianda Mountain, passing through Dade Ridge to Sanfuri - turning right leads to the Dayangwu Reservoir and Dongwu Mountain Village - previously, it went up the mountain via the Tofu Pi Ancient Road to reach Bailongtan and Longmenkan Village, and turning left leads to Shangchengdai Village. Shortly after passing three forks, a turn suddenly opened up, and down the mountain was Longwu Tea Town. Looking at the horizon, the Qiantang River hung like a silver chain in the sky

Under Huangmei Pavilion is Longwu Tea Garden - said to be the largest West Lake Longjing Tea Protection Base in Hangzhou; Underneath the tea garden is the Guangming Temple Reservoir, shimmering with clear water under the autumn afternoon sunlight. The reservoir is surrounded by brilliant autumn colors. The tea garden leads to Shangchengdai Village.

Tanshan Lujialing Gongguanshan Xiaodongyue Temple

Mountaineering route: Tongjian Lake Lihu Parking Lot - Tanshan Park - Yiqi Pavilion - Zhu Xi's Tanshan Inscription - Huashan Trail - Hubu Village - Lujialing - Chenxi Pavilion - Lihu Park - Dingnan Mansion - Gongguan Mountain - Gongguan Corridor - Huju Corridor - Shilongshan Street - West Lake University - Xiaodongyue Temple

On the west side of Tongjian Lake, there is an inconspicuous small mountain called Tanshan. Zhu Xi, a Neo Confucian scholar of the Southern Song Dynasty, inscribed it on the cliff north of the Yiqi Pavilion at the southeast corner of the mountain. It records the practice of Zhu Xi's dismissal and his return to Tanshan with various disciples: "On the tenth day of the leap from Jiayin in Shaoxi, Zhu Zhonghui's father returned to the south and revisited Zheng Jun's second mountain garden pavilion. The victory of the Zhou Wangyan Gully was long remembered by Pei. Lin Shizhi, Yu Fangshu, Zhu Yaoqing, Wu Dingzhi, Zhao Chengfu, Wang Boji, Chen Xiuyan, and Li Liangzhong." "Yu can come from both sides."

People from the Six Dynasties and above did not hear of the beauty of West Lake. Before the Tang Dynasty, the most famous lake in Hangzhou was Mingsheng Lake, which is also known as Tongjian Lake here. Tongjian Lake, along with the surrounding Fengshui Cave, Lingshan, and Shilongshan, all belong to Hubu Village - the village is backed by mountains and water. In addition to the ecological green tea Longjing, it also produces black tea - Jiuqu Red Plum, as well as water shield vegetable - one of the most authentic famous dishes in West Lake; The village environment is very good, with homestays and rural restaurants. Shilong Mountain produces limestone and Hangzhou gray marble. Although the mining industry is currently abandoned and shut down, the damaged mountain is no longer difficult to recover

To the east of Hubu Village, climb along the Lujialing Mountains and reach the Tongjian Hulihu Park at the foot of Gongguan Mountain. At the foot of the mountain on the east side of the lake, there is the Dingnan Mansion - built in the Tang Dynasty. It used to be a post station for guests and officials, roughly equivalent to a guesthouse in earlier years today; The name Gongguan Mountain also originates from Dingnan Gongguan. From the top of the Gongguan Mountain, you can enjoy a distant view of the Xishan Mountains and Ruyijian. Crossing the east side of the Gongguan Mountain and heading down to the exit of Shilongshan Street is Yunqi Town and West Lake University.

Before Hangzhou, there were visits to Dongyue Temple in Dongyue Village and Dongyue Temple in Wushan Zhongxing, while Dongyue Temple at the entrance of Shizi Village is commonly known as Xiaodongyue Temple; Inside the main hall of Dongyue, there are deities of Dao and Shi enshrined, and outside the main hall, there is also a small side hall with a kind and charming land. Xiaodongyue Temple, also known as Chaowang Temple, is adjacent to the provincial-level cultural heritage unit - Hangzhou Haitang. On the remaining seawall, there is a stone lion, a stone pillar - Zhizhu Huilan, and in the year of Swan, an ancient camphor tree over 400 years old; To the southwest of Xiaodongyue Temple is Lion Mountain, also known as Dingshan.

Mountaineering route: Fengshui Cave - Lingshan Fantasy Land - Lingshan Giant Buddha - Qingxu Tower - Canghai Pavilion

The Lingshan Scenic Area in Hangzhou is located in the southwest of Qiantang, near Fuyang. The Fengshui Cave and Lingshan Cave in the scenic area have gone through countless millions of years, forming a towering giant bell milk and exquisite stone flower and velvet balls; Both caves are unusually spacious and vast. The Feng Shui Cave is not far from the entrance of the scenic area by walking - "The cave is huge, with endless flowing water, and there is another cave on top, with a gentle breeze rising, hence its name."; Lingshan Cave is also known as Lingshan Fantasy Land. It takes about five minutes by shuttle bus to the tourist center.

Li Zhiting from the School of Humanities at Zhejiang University provides a detailed overview of the historical development of the Lingshan Fengshui Cave in Hangzhou. The location of Fengshui Cave is called Yunquan Mountain, so the cliff stone is carved with "Yunquan Spirit Cave", and the stone memorial archway is called "Yunquan Wonderland" - the starting point of Ruyijian Mountain Climbing Trail. In the history of Feng Shui Cave, especially during the Tang and Song dynasties, many celebrities visited here: Bai Juyi, Lin Hejing, Fan Zhongyan, Zhao Bian, Su Shi

Fengshui Cave was formerly known as Ende Cave in the Tang Dynasty, and there is Ende Temple nearby; Bai Juyi served in Hangzhou and became familiar with Master Huiri of the Ende Temple (also known as the Ciyan Academy). He visited this place several times and wrote a poem:

Clouds and water bury the cave of virtue, and hairpins bind the body of the ruler.

I will temporarily stay and return to the state, but I will be called a layman by the mountains.

Feng Shui Cave - Song Dynasty, Lin Bu

In the past, I often heard of Feng Shui Cave, where mountains and rivers go endlessly.
By chance, I entered Yunquan Road, and under the forest, I heard the bell for receiving guests.

The immortals have been gone for thousands of years, and the Qin people cannot return them.

The Four Great Masters have always been full, so there is no doubt about feng shui here. Therefore, please send me a new poem. The fragrant streams and valleys are filled with flowers, and the cold algae dance on the ripples.
Borrowing two armpits from Yuchuan, immortals may not necessarily miss each other. Sending people back with flowing water. At the top of the layer, the sun has set, and the grass and dew have soaked their clothes.

Lingshan Fantasy Land: Lingshan Cave continues to rise, and as we approach the summit and exit, suddenly the sky and earth become vast and clear. Looking back at the mountain gate, it reads "Clear and Void Cave Heaven"; Moving forward is the Lingshan Giant Buddha, with nearby Qingxu Tower and Canghai Pavilion. Looking into the mountains, forests, and empty valleys, one can vaguely see the distant world of Peach Blossom Land

Fengshui Cave - Goutou Mountain - Ruyi Jian - Shuangling Village

Mountaineering route: Lingshan Scenic Area in Xishan National Forest Park - Fengshui Cave - Jiangtiankuang Pavilion - Xishan - Goutou Mountain - Yeshantou - Ruyi Pavilion - Ruyi Jian - Shuangling Village

Ruyijian, with an altitude of 536 meters, is the highest peak in the urban area of Hangzhou, located in the west of the city. After passing Zhijiang Bridge, you can reach Lingshan Scenic Area of Xishan National Forest Park -- many strategies say that it is the east entrance of Fengshui Cave, which is about the same, but in fact, don't go to Fengshui Cave, just go up the mountain according to the map of Gaode -- you can see the memorial archway of Yunquan Resort on the west side of the karting site.

Many people go hiking on weekends, even in the relatively remote suburbs - just as they set off from the mountain not far away, they see a girl in the hiking group with a pale face, or maybe she didn't rest well the night before. Climbing mountains has its own benefits for one person, but if there is any possibility, it can be difficult; And the team always feels that it's not easy, with so many people varying from person to person, and ultimately going up and down the mountain together, the leader is really in a difficult position - so it's probably better to participate in some outdoor activities for hikers than before.

There are many forked roads on the Ruyi Peak mountain road and in different directions where you can get up and down; This route passes through Goutou Mountain and Yeshantou, reaching Ruyijian and then descending to Shuangling Village, covering a total distance of about ten kilometers - not including climbing high. On the mountain, it can be said that the river is vast and picturesque, and you can swim up the Fuchun River. Just as you climbed the mountain early in the morning, you can still see a sea of clouds floating between the Fuchun River and mountain valleys in the distance. On the way to the summit, the Ruyi Pavilion on the Ruyi Peak is always faintly visible in the distance ahead.

The first half of the journey up the mountain is through the mountains and bamboo forests, almost all of which are steps. There are several stone forests, which look somewhat like those on Phoenix Mountain or Jiangtai Mountain; After passing Goutou Mountain in the latter half, it is basically on the ridge line, with several sections of rocky roads, but the view is even wider. The autumn colors in the mountains and fields rise and fall one after another. Although there are no large patches, they are still as red and yellow as bright and unrestrained.

An old man from the Banbi Mountain Reservoir walked on the mountain ridge, watching him calmly but with a chubby dog named "Cola". He spat out his tongue in front of him, panting incessantly... Ruyi Jian also met two young mothers, each with only four or five year old children coming up from Shuangling Village... A group of about seven or eight hikers and I occasionally went up and down the mountain, and the leader pinched the time, saying that they would go to the direction of Wuchao Mountain after going down, and then they would hurry down the mountain before sunset at 5:03 pm

Shuangling Village is also surrounded by tea gardens in the mountain valleys. Suddenly, I thought to myself, is there a mountain village like Hangzhou that doesn't plant tea trees? Hangzhou is rich in green tea Longjing, but here Shuangpu Town produces a unique treasure of black tea - Jiuqu Red Plum. The mountain village is clean and quiet, even without the barking of dogs. In front of the three or four story buildings, there are spacious courtyards with stone walls and clusters of golden and purple chrysanthemums blooming under the walls. In the corners of the courtyard or in the tea garden on the hillside, the persimmon trees are adorned with ripe persimmons

Mountaineering route: Laohudong Village - Lianhua Ancient Temple - Laohudong Mountain - Shanhe Village Committee - Chengshan Square - Yuewang City Ruins - Ancient Yueting - Yuewang Temple - Ancient City Wall - Lingyun Pavilion - Sleeping Salaries and Tasting Gallbladder - Xindachen Temple - Sanshan Bridge - Cross Lake Bridge Ruins Museum

The old village committee bus stop in Laohudong Village - The village is located along the river, at the foot of the southern side of Laohudong Mountain. It doesn't seem like other mountain villages in Hangzhou are as colorful and prosperous, but it looks comfortable, peaceful, and prosperous. From the platform, you can see the Lianhua Ancient Temple halfway up the mountain. Follow the mountain road and pass through the Tiger Cave Tea Plantation and Sanjiang Pavilion, where the Fuchun River and Puyang River converge into the Qiantang River.

The exact time when Lianhua Temple was first built is unknown, probably during the reign of Emperor Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty. It was destroyed and later rebuilt by villagers at the foot of the mountain. It is said that the villagers went to Mount Putuo, but during a boat trip, a family member fell into the sea. Although they couldn't swim and survived, they made a vow to rebuild the Lianhua Ancient Temple - after years of unremitting efforts, they finally achieved their grand wish. The temple is located on the sunny side of the mountain, built along the mountain terrain and overlapping with each other. The view from south to the foot of the mountain is very broad. The confluence of the three rivers and the stretching mountains on the opposite bank of the Qiantang River in the distance create a vast and diverse atmosphere, making the sky clear and the heart calm.

Not far up the back mountain of Lianhua Temple, you can overlook the panoramic view of Xianghu Lake at the foot of the mountain, and even further away, you can vaguely see Xianzhao Temple on the West Mountain. Along the way, there were rocky mountain roads without stone steps, and the downhill section was very steep. I was used to carrying hiking sticks, so it was okay, but always this way, the mountain path was not suitable for rainy days or coming after rain. I originally thought I would go to the top of the mountain to the right towards Lion Mountain and then towards City Mountain, but there were no obvious signs and no obvious right turning mountain road. Unconsciously, I turned left and went down the mountain to reach Yaojiawu Cemetery Area. The exit of Shanwu is the Shanhe Village Committee Shanhe Village Cultural Hall.

Chengshan Square is close to the north bank of Xianghu Lake - there is Xianghu Xiaofeng Posthouse on one side of the square, where coffee, tea, ice drinks, fresh juice can be taken for a rest... There is a memorial archway of Chengshan nostalgia by the lake; Up the mountain, there are the ancient Yue Pavilion, the Yue King Temple, the ancient Yue King City, and the Yue Ancient City Wall. It is said that about 2500 years ago, after the defeat of King Goujian of Yue by King Fuchai of Wu in the late Spring and Autumn period, he lay in the city mountains, tasted courage, and worked hard to govern. He also valued Fan Li and Wen Zhong, and finally "lived together for ten years and taught a lesson", ultimately restoring the country and destroying Wu.

The Cross Lake Bridge Site is a Neolithic relic dating back approximately 7000 to 8000 years, spanning between the Shangshan Culture and the Hemudu and Majiabang cultures of Zhejiang Province; The Cross Lake Bridge Site Museum boasts a collection of the first Chinese canoe - the cross lake bridge canoe from around 8000 years ago - as well as the earliest discovered canoe in the world, the primitive and remaining stone tools that embody the simple wisdom of our ancestors, as well as finely crafted bone needles and more

Xiaoran Mountain - Beigan Mountain

Mountaineering routes: The First Peak Climbing Pavilion - Overview Pavilion - Xianzhao Temple - Diamond Pagoda - Jinxi Pavilion - Baihua Pavilion - Chailing Mountain - Xishan Park - Wenmei Pavilion - Martyrs Memorial - Yuding Pavilion - Wangjiang Pavilion - He Zhizhang Statue - Ji Zhenxuan - Biyun Pavilion - Beishan Overview - Astronomical Observation Station - Meteorological Popularization Park

The first pavilion hiking trail near Xiangyun Road leads up, passing through Guanyi Pavilion, Xianzhao Temple, Jinxi Pavilion, Baihua Pavilion, and passing through Chailing Mountain... The stone step mountain path has a sunny day, and climbers come in a continuous stream of three or two. When asked, it is possible to go straight to Xishan Park - Xiaoran Mountain, now known as Xishan, but the road is slightly difficult to walk. There are several observation platforms along the way. To the north, there are clear Xianghu Lake and Chengshan, with distant rivers and Fuchun River faintly visible. To the south, there are towering high-rise buildings in the urban area of Xiaoshan, with high-speed trains passing by in the distance

Xiaoran Mountain - "Goujian fought against Fuchai and was defeated. He stationed his remaining troops here and looked around at Xiaoran," hence the name Xiaoran Mountain - and this is also the direct origin of the name Xiaoshan; Xiaoran Mountain and Beigan Mountain almost cross the urban area of Xiaoshan from east to west, forming a natural barrier between Xiaoshan and Qiantang River. The north side of Xiaoran Mountain is next to Xianghu Lake -- the sisters lake of the West Lake, and Xianghu Lake is also one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization, during which the cultural relics of the cross lake bridge proved the beginning of Zhejiang civilization.

Shiyan Mountain First Illuminates the Temple - "The light of the rising sun first illuminates this temple". The ancient path of Zen tea, the cultivation of bamboo and bamboo groves, and the double eaved pagoda, as well as the ruins of the original Ming Jiajing Pavilion and the renovated Pavilion on the mountain path, "stand a thousand miles away from the fairyland Buddha's field in the mortal world; gaze at the picturesque scenery of rivers, tides, and lakes"... Watching the tranquility of the mountains and rivers, and the vastness of the mind adding to one's mind... There is no leisure in life. "White tea and clear breeze have nothing else to do, and I am waiting for the wind, waiting for you too"

On the western foothills of the Beigan Mountains, there is the Wenmei Pavilion at the mountain pass, and on the way is the Martyrs Memorial Monument; Traveling eastward along the ridge line, you will reach the highest peak of Beigan Mountain -- Yuding Peak, on which there is Yuding Pavilion -- now you can't see the Qiantang River no matter Yuding Pavilion or the River Watching Pavilion behind it. Looking north and south, you can only see modern urban high-rise buildings in rows... Think how many years ago when you went to the south bank of the Qiantang River in Xiaoshan by bus or bicycle during college, you just couldn't see the marginal mudflat and farmland. The little crabs in the mudflat roamed freely, and the distance from Tianlong was dotted with small western-style houses with red roofs and white walls

Tang Dynasty poet and calligrapher He Zhizhang, with the courtesy name Ji Zhen, was born in Yongxing, Yuezhou - now Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City. He left behind many timeless masterpieces and has been famous for thousands of years; On the Beigan Mountain, there is a statue of He Zhizhang and the Ji Zhenxuan Pavilion, which are commemorated by the descendants of the village.

Mountaineering route: Fangjiatang, Gujiaxi Village, Daicun Town - Yongfeng'an - Fangxi Village - Jiuqu Shiba Pan - Xiangtian Bamboo Wind - Yunshi Mountain Villa - Xiangtian Ridge Reservoir - Xiaofu Ancient Road - Xiangtian Ridge - Gouchongling - Xiaofu Boundary - Chuanwu Mountain N ü wa Stone - Xiaohuangling - Baiyun An - Laoying Stone - Tongtian Tu - Haohanpo - Yunmen Temple - Magu Village - Qingshan Village

The entire journey is about a circular route, as a new road has been built between Yuqingling and Desperate Slope, resulting in two less sections of uphill and downhill travel. The step count shows more than 30 kilometers; The solar term is already white dew, but the weather is still hot. After bringing two bottles of water, it is obvious that there is too little to hold on until the end.

Fangjiatang started hiking, passing through Yongfeng'an in Fangxi Village, and then heading towards Louta Ancient Town at a three-way intersection; Along the nine curves and eighteen plateaus, the Yunshi Mountain Villa is located near the Xiangtianling Reservoir. Construction began in 1969 and was completed in 1975. Four villages, including Jianshanxia, Gujiaxi, Fangxi, and Fengqiao, raised funds and labor, all of which were built manually, benefiting one side today; I remember when I was a child with adults, watching the scene when men and women on the construction site worked from morning to night, and shovel dustpans were working hard to dig a new river

Behind the reservoir, the Xiaofu Ancient Road rises, with streams trickling down and trees covering the sun; Crossing the valley of Gouchong Ridge and crossing the ridge leads to the direction of Caijiawu Village in Fuyang. On the left side, head down the mountain towards Luojiashe Village and continue until you reach the highest peak of Xiaoshan, Shipwu Mountain, which is 744 meters above sea level. There are stones on the mountaintop, with "Shipwu Mountain" and "N ü wa Stone" inscribed on both sides. Down from Xiaohuang Ridge, deep in the white clouds, lies the Baiyun Pavilion and Baiyun Temple. The couplet at the mountain gate reads: "The sun shines brightly through the clouds, and the moon shines brightly." The Baiyun Pavilion also has a couplet: "In June, deep in the mountains, the light wind and cold attack the clothes.".

After the Eagle Stone and Tongtian Tu, they head towards the direction of the Billion Year Volcano and the Despair Slope. After descending the Hero Slope, they continue along the road to Yunmen Temple. There is a wild kiwi tree on the side of the mountain road behind the boundary between Xiao and Fu. Although it is only partially ripe after picking two, it is extremely thirst quenching and delicious. However, on the way back, I paid attention but never saw a second tree again. There is a group of hikers from Shanghai on the way, and the team is very long. If they arrive at Baiyun An, they will not go back; There are also quite a few other mountain climbers, as well as those who ride bicycles and motorcycles. Near Yunmen Temple, smoke has already risen from the village in the valley below the mountain. Occasionally, a mountain eagle spreads its wings and hovers between the cliffs

Yunmen Temple is located at the top of Yunmen Mountain, with an altitude of 597 meters. There are two ginkgo trees in front of the ancient tea garden, which are 300 years old. There are three ancient and simple branches with lush leaves nearby. The autumn sunset outside the distant mountains spreads golden afterglow in the tea garden, and a tea farmer silently works in the distance. The master of the temple said that Yunmen Ancient Temple was founded in the Ming Dynasty, and there are also legends that it began in the Tang Dynasty; The gate inscription "Yunmen Temple" was written by the abbot of Fuyun in the 20th year of the Republic of China. Under the wall of the mountain gate courtyard, two osmanthus trees were actually full of red osmanthus in full bloom, and the rich fragrance of osmanthus wafted through the forest

From the back of Yunmen Temple, go down the mountain and take the signboard to Magu Village or Qingshan Village. Pass through two mountain gates, a pavilion, or take the winding mountain road. Follow the road down the mountain and hear the sound of chickens crowing and dogs barking from afar in the village below; It's already dusk, and many villagers on the road have taken a walk in the mountains together after dinner. They think it's because they used to walk on mountain roads in their childhood and walked so far. Take bus route 737 from Qingshanqiao Bus Station to Gujiaxi South Station and get off at Fangjiatang. At night in the mountain village, people gather to enjoy the cool breeze and chat on the Pingshan Bridge in the creek

Banshan and Gaoting Mountain are the northern gateway of Hangzhou, and throughout history, countless national and global events have occurred here. Banshan National Forest Park is located on the west side of Gaoting Mountain Scenic Area; At an altitude of 283.9 meters in the middle of the mountain, the main entrance of the Provincial Cancer Hospital passes through Cuifeng Pavilion and soon reaches Wangchen Pavilion near the mountaintop. There is the ruins of Banshan Niangniang Temple on the mountainside: Banshan Niangniang Temple was formerly called Lady Sasha Temple. According to different legends, one legend said that the golden army invaded in the late Northern Song Dynasty, and the well-off king, namely, Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty, fled to Banshan. The civilian women had made great contributions to the protection of King Kang, and Zhao Gou, Emperor Gaozong, was destined to build a temple statue on the mountain after he ascended the throne.

Descending the mountain, passing through the Mid Mountain Church of the Hangzhou Christian Church and the newly built Mid Mountain Niangniang Temple at the foot of the mountain, not far from Longshan Reservoir and Hushan Reservoir, passing through the tomb of Mr. Chen Shutong's family; From the Immortal Valley to the Tiger Mountain, passing through the Kuzhulin Forest, passing through the observation deck, to the Qianlin Liusu. Qianlin Liusu comes from the Ming poet Li Liufang's poem "Passing through Gaoting, Longju Bay, and staying at Yongqing Zen Academy, the same Liancheng heart can always reach all above."

Every time I travel from multiple sources, I will remain the same as before when I see a monk.

Under a bright niche, the night is long and deep.

I don't know that on the mountains and on the moon, a thousand forests have already turned green.

Go out to search for the old stream, love to step on the path of pine shadows.

Qi and emptiness are clear, and the cold soul is like spring dew.

Go to the temple without counting the martial arts, and look back with astonishment.

The deep spring washes my heart, and the faint bell fades away without a trace.

The first snow of this winter in Hangzhou, walking on the mountain path of Gaoting Mountain after snow, listening to the rustling sound of snow falling from trees, the clean stone steps, the gray sky, and the red leaves covered in white snow, all in silence

Legend has it that the immortal prince An drove the Yellow Crane over this mountain and was named Yellow Crane Mountain. Today, there is a statue of Prince An on the top of the mountain; At the foot of the mountain, the Hangzhou Ring Expressway passes through the Huangheshan Tunnel. Wang Meng, one of the Four Families of the Yuan Dynasty, once lived in seclusion in Huanghe Mountain for many years and called himself Huanghe Mountain Woodcutter; The Shameful Spring Pavilion is a memorial to the leader of the Eight Eccentrics in Yangzhou during the Qing Dynasty, a Jinnong from Qiantang who was skilled in calligraphy and painting and was buried at Huanghe Mountain.

Gaoting Temple - It is said that ancestors already worshipped the Gaoting God, and it reached its peak by expanding the temple from the Sui, Tang, and Song dynasties. However, it is difficult to find a trace today, and only later generations built Gaoting pillars as a memorial. Gaoting Mountain is located at the north gate of Hangzhou, and has been associated with various historical events or figures for less than a thousand years - the invasion of the Jin Dynasty, the Taiping Army, Wen Tianxiang, Zeng Guofan, and so on

Crossing over Gaoting Mountain, passing through Gaoting and Xiangu Cave, heading towards the foot of the mountain, Longju Temple is undergoing major repairs and reconstruction, but there is no way to follow, so one must descend from Fori Temple.

Linping Mountain, also known as Qiushan, is named after Qiu Dan who lived in seclusion on this mountain during the Tang Dynasty, seeking immortality and enlightenment. Today, there are still relics and scenic spots such as Qiushan Xianyin and Qiushan Wencha on the mountain; As soon as you enter the East Gate, you will see a statue of Gu Kuang. It is said that Gu Kuang did not meet his friend Qiu Dan when he visited the mountain and left behind fourteen miscellaneous poems from Linping Fortress:

Shishang Teng

There are no birds on the empty mountain, nothing is as pleasing as one's heart. Writings with twisted knots and cursive script on the robe.

The new tea has been roasted, and the old shelf is full of worries. Spinning and continuing new smoke, whistling and splitting cold wood.

Playing Qin Valley

Who plays the qin in the valley, the sound of the qin makes the valley silent. Because of your deduction of commercial notes, the grass and insects startle the dark wall.

In the first year of the Duan Gong reign of Emperor Taizong of Song Dynasty, a town was built in Linping; The origin of Linping's place name is said to be named after the presence of Linping Lake. After passing through the mountains of Gaoting in the northeast of Hangzhou and passing through the Linping Mountains, there is a flat river; The poem by Yuan Wu Jingkui goes: "After the boat passed through Linping, there were no green mountains at all, the great river swallowed up the two Zhejiang provinces, and the plains entered the three Wu regions." It goes like this: looking west from Xijia Pavilion, half of the mountain is visible to the left, Gaoting Mountain - Wangchen Pavilion is faintly visible, the first mountain in China to observe plum blossoms - Chaoshan is visible to the right, and the other three directions look around the thousand mile plain.

When Su Shi served as the judge of Hangzhou, he bid farewell to his colleague and friend Chen Xiang (styled Shugu) until Linping, leaving a farewell message:

Nanxiangzi. Sending a Tale of the Ancient - Su Shi

Looking back at the chaotic mountains, without seeing the residents, only seeing the city. Who seems to be facing a tower or pavilion on a flat mountain, welcoming and seeing off guests from the west.

On the way home, the evening breeze is clear, and a pillow full of early cold dreams cannot be realized. Tonight, at the slant of the residual lamp, the screen is flickering, and tears are not clear when the autumn rain is clear.

On the mountaintop of Linping, there is a Xili Cave, also known as the Dragon Cave, which is unknown; However, there is also a cave near the Daoqian Pavilion, which is very far from the entrance and feels extremely cool with the wind blowing out from inside, as if it is far from the depths of the mountain. The Daoqian Pavilion faces the pine pavilion above, and in front of the pavilion, the mountain path is filled with pine needles and fallen leaves. "The empty mountain path is about to be cut off, but some people know where it is."; Going over to Qiushan to ask for tea, tea gardens are scattered among the pine forests on both sides of the mountain slopes.

Spring should be the most vibrant season in Linping Mountain - Linping Park, with pine waves flowing and blooming flowers. You can imagine the world of blooming flowers, with azaleas, hydrangeas, peonies from different seasons... There are also Donglai Pavilion, a combination of sun and moon, broken mountains and snow, and Yuhang Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Monument on the mountain. There is a circular electric scooter in Linping Mountain, which can be waved, stopped, and walked at will; This is not seen on other mountains in Hangzhou, but it is very convenient.

Chaoshan

Mountaineering route: Shuimo Rongzhuang - Daming Hall - Wu Changshuo Memorial Hall - Chaofeng - Entrance to Chaoshan Dongyuan Scenic Area

The sky is beautiful - cloudy but not rainy, with few visitors; When I entered the park, I asked the staff how Song Mei and Tang Mei got there, and how to get up the mountain. They said it would take about half an hour to reach the North Park, all over there - indeed, it's just "five steps, one clump, ten steps, one slope". It takes much more time to appreciate flowers and scenery along the way. The route signs in the park are very clear, just follow the direction shown in the diagram. After entering the park, the spring atmosphere is full, the intensity is suitable, and the fragrance is fragrant. After passing through Shuimo Rongzhuang, Shili Meilin, and Xiangzhang Avenue, you arrive at Daming Hall and Wu Changshuo Memorial Hall.

Mr. Wu Changshuo, a modern art master, loved and painted plums, and loved the plum blossoms of Chaoshan the most. He left behind a poem that said, "In less than ten years, the fragrant snow sea, the plum blossoms remember me and I remember the plum blossoms." He was also buried in Chaoshan. There are five ancient plum trees in the Chu, Jin, Sui, Tang, and Song dynasties, and there are two in Chaoshan: Tang plum and Song plum. The ancient plums of the Tang and Song dynasties are all located in the Daming Hall, also known as the Baoci Temple. Faced with the new flowers and leaves scattered on the vigorous old tree branches, the world and time travel and flow in a daze; It seems that suddenly I can understand why Chinese literati have always been so fond of plum blossoms, and after being demoted for thousands of years, their dynasties have changed. Naturally, there is a humble and arrogant demeanor, "Don't praise the color, just leave a clear air to fill the universe.".

Without leaving the Great Hall, there is a mountain climbing entrance in the back, with only one road. Follow the stone steps all the way up; There is a stone pavilion on the road, and the bamboo and forest on both sides of the mountain path are quiet. Up to the peak, there is a stone carving by calligrapher Zhang Zongxiang with the inscription "Chaofeng" and the Yuxi Temple (also known as the Shangsheng Temple), which was rebuilt during the Ming and Qing dynasties; Looking down from the peak, the urban area of Yuhang suddenly becomes clear. The saying goes, it is easy to climb up the mountain but difficult to descend, but the super mountain trail is also relatively smooth.

It took about two hours to go up the mountain and down the south slope exit, then back to the entrance of Dongyuan Scenic Area; If the speed is fast, about an hour is enough. Coming out of the mountain, there is a pool of clear water in front of me. The willows and plums on the water bank are green, and the rapeseed flowers in the distance have already bloomed golden... Traveling is always beautiful, especially in the spring of March.

Dongming Mountain

Mountaineering route: Mengxi Dongming Mountain Residence Jinshan Hangxian and Wukang County Water Boundary Stake Kengmen Jiuduling Pass Likengmen Village Dongming Temple

Dongmingshan Forest Park is located in Yuhang District, adjacent to the north side of Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park. There are many boundary markers of Liangzhu Ruins standing on the mountain.

Dongming Mountain is different from other mountains in Hangzhou - there are no large tea gardens or neat climbing stone steps, except for a long section of unintentional stone steps when we first climbed the mountain - we started from Dongming Mountain Residence in Mengxi, and there are almost all dirt roads behind, but most of them are still relatively flat; However, the large section of the mountain slope that leads down from Kengmen to Jiuduling Pass suddenly becomes steeper. Some are similar to the highest peak around West Lake, Tianzhu Mountain, but it feels steeper and more difficult to descend; But the weather is always fine, just don't come on rainy days.

With the rise and fall of height and different mountain ranges, the mountain path is flanked by tall Chinese fir trees and various pine trees, while the most abundant bamboo grove in Dongming Mountain is still a large area - Xiuhuang Hsinchu, which covers more than half of the slopes; A large section of the road is covered with withered yellow leaves. There are many fallen bamboo mixed in the bamboo garden - probably bent by the heavy snow in winter - and along the way, I occasionally met mountain people who were chopping and trimming bamboo.

On the mountain ridge, there is a boundary post that says "Hangzhou County and Wukang County are separated by the Dazhu Mountain Hill" - Hangzhou County is roughly equivalent to the current urban area of Hangzhou. Wukang is now Deqing County, and the Jiuduling Pass is also a crucial point for ancient land transportation between Hangzhou and Wukang. There seems to be a deserted tea garden near the boundary between Hangzhou County and Wukang County. Turning left and descending the mountain should take you to the Qunxian Temple site - we had planned to get there too - there is a ginkgo tree over three hundred years old, but walking straight down the mountain ridge leads to Jiuduling Pass, and not far away is Likeng Village.

Likeng Village is similar to most mountain villages in Hangzhou - with white walls, Dai tiles, ancient tea gardens, clean and serene air that is pleasant and sweet. The mountain streams and clear springs converge into clear streams flowing through the village... I asked an old man in the village, how can I get to Dongming Temple? It takes about half an hour to turn right up the mountain from there... "The wind is tighter as we pass through the forest, gradually no chickens or dogs leave the dust." Turning over the bamboo mountain, we can see that the Dongming Zen Temple is right at our feet... "It is said that Emperor Jianwen fled here when the rising sun began to rise, with the inscription" Dongming ".".

"Climbing Dongming Mountain" by Dong Penglai from the Qing Dynasty

Mang shoes step on the frozen mountaintop, and the road is covered with plum blossoms and snow. In front of the ancestral pagoda, the clouds and shadows are faint, and the mirror on the Jianjun Hall is round.

A thousand peaks protect a dust-free land, and ten thousand fingers surround to say a feast. Here, let go of the tired dream eyes, deep in the bamboo shade and sleep high.

Jingshan

Mountaineering route: Jingshan Village - Jingshan Ancient Road - Banshan Pavilion - Mingpinju - Xixinting - Wangjiang Pavilion - Dongpo Xiyanchi - Jingshan Temple

Jingshan, Jingshan Temple, and Jingshan Tea have been heard of for a long time. Jingshan Village is located in the valley of Jingshan, and almost all the households in the village are built along the south slope of the north slope. After getting off the car, follow the signs and walk along the village road for about ten minutes to reach the Jingshan Ancient Road; The entrance to the ancient mountain path is right next to the village road, which used to be the starting point for kings, nobles, generals, and even today's villagers or tourists like us to climb the mountain trail.

About three kilometers from the entrance of Jingshan Ancient Road to the mountaintop; The mountain road is gentle, with the majority paved with stone slabs, but there are some sections covered with soil on top, making it difficult to climb up and down the mountain on rainy days. Both sides of the mountain path are covered with bamboo forests and tea gardens; The bamboo shoots in the bamboo forest are uneven in height, while the spring tea in the tea garden is tender green with a slight yellow hue. Walk and stop up the mountain, passing through Banshan Pavilion, Xixinting, Mingju, Wangjiang Pavilion, Dongpo Xiyanchi, Yubeiting, etc., and reach the top of the mountain in just over an hour. Climbing high and overlooking the distance, the green color of late spring fills the eyes. As the mountains rise and fall, it also undulates and unfolds from near to far

The Jingshan Temple on the mountaintop has a magnificent atmosphere, with the mountain gate facing the wall and the inscription "The world's Jingshan, the double paths return to the hall". Several ginkgo trees over a hundred years old stand on each side. According to the "Chronicles of Jingshan Temple", the Tang monk Faqin was stationed at Xijing Mountain and was given the Dharma name "National First Zen Master" by his ancestors. He issued an order to start the construction of Jingshan Temple; Emperor Xiaozong of the Southern Song Dynasty visited Jingshan and wrote the imperial inscription "Xingsheng Wanshou Zen Temple on Jingshan", which is now preserved in the Imperial Stele Pavilion. During the peak period of the Jingshan Temple in the Southern Song Dynasty, it was known as the first of the five mountains and ten temples in Jiangnan, with "a million cedars and pine trees covering the double paths and three thousand pavilions and five peaks cold."; After the Ming Dynasty, it gradually declined. Jingshan Temple has gone through more than 1200 years of damage and reconstruction due to fire, war, and other factors. In the late 1980s, the Zhejiang Provincial Government approved the reconstruction of Xingsheng Wanshou Zen Temple again.

Returning from the original path down the mountain - the so-called "dual path returning to the hall", there is also a mountain road behind the mountain that leads to the village of Xiajingshan. The distance is longer, and the road sign shows five kilometers; Now the back mountain is accessible by road and can be driven directly to the top of the mountain, but it is not open to general private vehicles from outside. In the village at the foot of the mountain, it was evening and I saw someone picking tea on the opposite mountain. So I climbed halfway up the mountain along the stone steps of the mountain path... The view from a high place was spacious, with a refreshing breeze blowing in the face. The houses in the valley were scattered, with green tiles and white walls. In the distance, there was smoke rising from the kitchen, and the large tea garden in front of me was the Jingshan tea functional area in the village.

The Chinese Tea Classic records that Jingshan tea has a fine, tight and even appearance, a tender green and bright soup color, and a pure, fresh and refreshing taste... It was first produced in the Tang Dynasty and became famous in the Song Dynasty. It was still renowned during the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. In the "Yuhang County Annals" of the Qing Dynasty's Jiaqing reign, it is recorded that the monk Faqin, who opened a temple on Jingshan, "tasted several tea trees planted by hand and collected them for worship by Buddha. Over the years, they spread throughout the valley, and their taste was fresh and fragrant, making them unique to other cultures. Today, Jingshan tea is also famous.". Jingshan Tea not only has a long history, but also traveled across the ocean with Japanese monks who came to Jingshan Temple to study Buddhism during the Song and Ming dynasties. The Jingshan Zen tea culture was introduced to Japan and evolved over the years. Today, it is considered the origin of Japanese tea ceremony.

Niangniang Mountain

Mountaineering route: Niangniangshan Farm - Waiwutang Mountain Pond - Lihutang Reservoir - Dayu Valley - Niangniangshan Sightseeing Tower - Tribute Tea Garden - Muxin Valley - Pond Forest Wonder - Changle Forest Farm - Yuzu Pavilion - Ganling Reservoir

Niangniang Mountain is located in Jingshan Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. According to folklore, King Yu was trapped on the mountain by floods, feeling extremely hungry and tired. A village girl in the mountain couldn't bear to see this and provided the rare grain that was kept for household use to satisfy King Yu's hunger, saving him. King Yu continued to command and manage the floods in various places; When he finished managing the flood and specifically returned to the mountains to visit the life-saving benefactor, the village aunt starved to death in the mountains due to lack of food. King Yu was deeply moved and immediately bestowed upon the village aunt the title of "Holy Mother", which gave Niangniang Mountain its name.

Legend has it that before ancient times, it was inexplicably true or false, but there were places in the mountains such as the Great Yu Valley and the Yu Trail Pavilion related to the King of Yu, which may also be commemorated by future generations; Climbing up the mountaintop sightseeing tower and looking down from around, Niangniang Mountain is truly located between the lake and the mountains. Starting from Niangniang Mountain as the central starting point facing east on the map, it rotates clockwise in the following order: Yuhang South Lake, Wuchao Mountain, Ruyijian, Qingshan Lake, Daqing Mountain, Jingshan, Luniao Mountain, Wangwei Mountain, Mogan Mountain, Dongming Mountain, Liangzhu, and so on. There are also reservoirs of various sizes scattered between the mountains

Starting up the mountain and following the Dayu Valley to the end, there was no way to follow, and as we retreated, we could hear the occasional noise of people on the right ridge. So, not far from the mountain slope, we could see an uphill rocky mountain road. The road signs indicated that we should continue until we reached the mountaintop. Niangniang Mountain is not high, with an altitude of about 400 meters. However, the slope of the section that reaches the top of the mountain is indeed quite steep; Halfway up the road, I saw a hiker pushing a bicycle up the mountain, and a girl with a little dog wearing slippers kicked and kicked up, saying that these slippers were non slip

The Niangniang Mountain Area Changle Forest Farm has a long history, with its predecessor being the Hangbei Forestry and Animal Husbandry Company founded by Mr. Zhuang Songfu in 1910; Lihutang Reservoir, Ganling Reservoir, and other reservoirs are built by local villagers to store water for irrigation of thousands of acres of farmland below the mountain. However, they have created a unique lake and forest scenery of Niangniang Mountain with the surrounding forest farms. Especially in late autumn, the fallen leaves around the reservoir, such as fir, water fir, ginkgo, and maple, are red and yellow, and the sky and earth are colorful

Mountaineering route: Fengtou Village, Moganshan Town, Deqing County - Guanyin Hall - Shanggaowu Village - Zhujiatou Head - Dianbing Platform - Wangweishan Ancient Road - Bamboo Sea Floating - Yuhang Wangweishan Village - Muyun - Wangweishan Peak - Qinlao Village

On the rural road in the Mogan Mountains, along the creek, the raft head village is surrounded by light green and clear water, with occasional bridges and several fish scale dams on the creek, attracting many tourists to play in the water; Turn right at the Hekou Village Reservoir (also known as Mogan Lake), winding up along Township Road 104, passing through the merger of Beihu Village, Shanggaowu Village, and Lanshukeng Village, all the way to the end of the township road - Zhujiatou - where the car can continue to move up, but seeing the winding mountain road, the car stops on this side of the road - and continues along the ancient road

In the Guanyin Hall of the village, the main contributors are the Xuan and Wang surnames, which should be the two major surnames in the village; On both sides of the village road, there are many high piles of brooms made from bamboo shoots in the mountains, which are said to be the main source of income here. Many years ago, bamboo was valuable, but now a single bamboo is not as valuable as a broom. There is a broom workshop at the bus stop above the head of Zhu's family. Standing there for a while, I chatted with a few villagers and saw the simplicity and sincerity of the mountain people.

Wangwei Mountain, also known as Huanghui Mountain, with an altitude of 730 meters, is said to have a connection with Huang Chao, the leader of the peasant uprising in the late Tang Dynasty; From the thatched pavilion under construction near the top of the Zhu family's head, climb up the mountain along the stone steps of the ancient path, with long and dense bamboo forests on both sides. On the highest mountain beam, it is suggested to go straight down the Wangwei Mountain ancient path and continue to Qingshan Village in Yuhang. Turn right at the three-way intersection below and go up, passing through Dianbing Terrace, Fengyuan Twin Waterfalls on both sides, and floating bamboo sea. The mountains and fields are still covered with bamboo forests.

In addition to bamboo forests, there are also tea gardens near Wangweishan Village, which is also the main production area of Jingshan tea; The village is not big, but a quiet one halfway up the mountain with a ginkgo park. The villagers inquired and said to go up here... pointing to the mountain path leading back from the village... In the large tea gardens along the mountain slopes, the tea farmer and his wife were working hard to water the tea trees. In this hot weather, the old man was wearing a cool straw hat and his forehead was covered in sweat beads

The view from the mountaintop is very broad, with verdant mountain tea gardens, villages in the valleys below, winding winding mountain roads between the mountains and forests, and the peaceful reservoir in the distant mountains of Duhekou Village... I took a free ride on the throne flying down the mountain, and the master said that the people have already dispersed at this point - the two peaks where the sunrise is seen in the early morning are full of people

Living in the raft village at night - the mountain village under the night is so quiet and peaceful. Looking up at the night sky, it's been an unknown time since I've seen such a starry sky. The bright full moon, as bright as a white jade and silver plate, gradually appears from behind the dark mountains... At night, fireflies flicker and disappear into the grass by the stream
