Today is really lucky. We encountered such beautiful blue skies and white clouds during the rainy season in the south of the Yangtze River, which also helped us drift. Although we arrived in the morning and visited the rafting site ourselves, we were still looking forward to it.
In the afternoon, the rafting in Huxiao Gorge starts on time. Remember to bring your own rescue suit and helmet when you leave and get on the bus ~ This is the most important equipment.

The shuttle bus staggered to the starting point at the top of Huxiao Gorge, where many tourists had already arrived in line to get into the water. In fact, most girls wear swimsuits, and it is okay to wear ordinary clothes and change them later ~

The 10-kilometer-long Huxiao Gorge rafting has a drop of 260 meters. It will be exciting for a while and gentle for a while, allowing you to experience the fun of rafting in alternation. The whole journey will take about 1.5 hours, or 1 hour if it is fast.

Although everyone was very calm when the rafting started, when they first boarded the boat, it was like getting on a "thief boat", a very long and exciting rafting path. They rushed downhill, and there were really screams and daily pressures were called out at once. It was refreshing!

The natural beauty of Huxiao Gorge

In fact, Tonglu is really a good place to escape the summer. When the wind blows at night, it is still very cool.

Huxiao Gorge itself is also a Tonglu Canyon. When you can't drift, you can also take a walk by the stream to breathe fresh air.

Up the mountain road, canyons, streams, and villages coexist. Today's new countryside is full of artistic atmosphere, and there are small literary and artistic scenes everywhere for people to take photos.

In the second half of the rafting, there are the most residential villages in the relatively stable stream, and the peaceful atmosphere is just like drifting here can be a comfortable water fight.

This self-driving trip starts from Shanghai, so the self-driving routes and self-driving tips are for starting from Shanghai to Tonglu ~
1. Self-driving route:
Shanghai-Shenjiahu Expressway-Hangzhou Ring Expressway-Changshen Expressway-Fuchunjiang Lower Expressway-Xuqi Line-Huxiao Gorge Rapids Adventure Scenic Area
(Alternative routes can choose to take Shanghai-Kunming Expressway + Changshen Expressway)
However, the first route is still recommended. The Shenjiahu Expressway has more highways and will be easier to drive.
The journey takes 4-5 hours.
2. Charging problem:
Basically, every service area has electric piles for charging. However, during the busy day, charging is very slow, and it usually takes 50% to charge in an hour. The Shanghai-Kunming Expressway is really a very busy highway! Shenjia Lake will be better ~
Tonglu B & B has no electric piles for the time being, nor does the scenic spot, so everyone calculates the power and distance. The nearest charging station is in Tonglu County, which is not very far away.
3. Practical information:
Nowadays, the high-speed service areas in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai are really star-rated service areas. We ate two dinners in the service area. There are all kinds of delicious food, including Star Dad. It is a blessing for city people!

If it is difficult to get to the mountains, you must live among the mountains and rivers and feel the beauty of the natural mountains and rivers. Not far from Huxiao Gorge, there is such an interesting B & B, and you can fully experience the fun of "playing outside".
This B & B also has a name that is closely related to the environment-Heyun B & B. The B & B is not only surrounded by mountains and rivers, but also full of idleness with a rural atmosphere. I hope everyone can better feel the rural charm.
B & B is a village-like feeling, with a slightly European design, which makes us feel similar to urban living conditions. The semicircular staircase leads directly to the second floor, increasing the experience of the B & B.
