Chuiyun Tongtian River is one of the must-see tourist attractions in Tonglu. It is especially a karst underground river. Due to factors such as crustal movements and volcanic eruptions hundreds of millions of years ago, a typical karst karst landform has been formed in the geographical area where the scenic spot is located. The total length of the Chuiyun Tongtian River is 4.5 kilometers, with a river drop of 380 meters, and a total area of more than 80,000 square meters.

In this 4.5-kilometer-long underground karst underground river, there are actually two relatively mature ways to play. One is to take a cruise ship and go boating on the underground river, and the other is to explore walking in the cave. Compared with Yaolin Wonderland, the Chuiyun Tongtian River is more niche. This underground river is about a thousand meters long and just wide enough for small boats to pass through. Each boat is 10 people, and staff punt the boat into the cave. The underground water source is abundant, the water quality is sweet and clear, the air is fresh, the flowing water is gurgling all year round, the river is winding and deep, forming pools, or waterfalls, and rapids. The stalactites are strange, sometimes like animals, sometimes like plants, sometimes unpredictable, and everyone can see it differently. The other children on the boat have rich imaginations, can describe it in various ways, and are very excited to play. The old people on the boat are also very happy. They keep saying that they have seen the magic of nature. The excitement was difficult to calm down.

There are many strange and mysterious landscapes in the cave. In addition to stalactites, there are also stalagmites, stone pillars, and the boatman introduces one by one while steering the boat: Underwater World, Shentan Canyon, Money Valley, Beef Island, Taizi Lin, Chuiyun Flying Waterfall and other attractions. Only by using your imagination can you discover the charm of the beautiful stalactites in the cave.

Halfway through the cruise ship, there was the only place you could disembark and visit, which was the "Dongtian Buddhist Kingdom". The large Buddha characters were reflected on the rock wall, and a natural statue of Guanyin was also presented in front of us. This statue of Guanyin was originally a stalactite, but later it was said that this was the embodiment of Guanyin guarding here. Later, the monk invited craftsmen to open his face, which gave us the appearance we see today.

There is also a ship lift hidden in this underground river. Specially designed ship lift equipment lifts tourists and boats to a second-class river with a drop of 8 meters. It is thrilling and exciting. The man and the boat flew up to the top of the rock and fell steadily into the secondary river. As the hull rose all the way, the neon lights changed, as if walking into a tunnel of time, which was cool and magical.

The 4-kilometer-long underground river is actually only half developed. One kilometer by boat and one kilometer for adventure. Therefore, if time permits, you can try this unique underground Grand Canyon adventure. This attraction requires a separate ticket to enter, not included. Including the big ticket, the end of the cruise ship is the entrance to the Grand Canyon. There is a helmet at the door, so remember to put it on. I originally thought I wouldn't hit my head, but later it turned out that there were several places inside that I needed to squat down and pass through, which was really easy to hit.

The moment I put on my helmet, I still felt like I was really a little adventurous. If the scenery of the underground river was colorful, it would feel simpler than the Grand Canyon, but at the same time, both places were unspoiled natural scenery. The water quality was still crystal clear, and I stepped into the water without paying attention, because the clarity of the stream was too high. I won't spoil the content of the adventure here. One kilometer is a long time. I should have turned back before going to the end. This attraction needs to go back.

The moment you enter the water, be sure to hold on to the kayak firmly, because water will jump into the kayak, and if you accidentally break your raincoat and rainpants, you will also get wet.

There is also a scenic spot called Langshi Jintan near the Chuiyun Tongtian River. It only takes 5 minutes to drive there. The Jintan is also known as the "tidal anti-beach".
