I didn't regret climbing through the window after eating, but I regretted wearing a hip skirt. It didn't burst when I climbed in, but I felt like I almost lost my life when I climbed out.



I originally thought the boss was probably a male version of Rapunzel, who was extremely charming. Later, I realized why many gourmets climbed through my window! These days, the restaurant doors are getting more and more sophisticated, and old Shanghai food cannot be found all over the street.



White-roasted large intestine, white-roasted shredded eel, white crab, salty chicken... clear and refreshing.

The Liangzhu local white cut chicken here is indeed a well-deserved and fragrant chicken.

I just entered this old store that has been open for more than 20 years, and the Chinese version of "Seagull Canteen" comes to my face, with the beauty of an exquisite private restaurant in the 1990s.



Night flowering is a romantic name for catkins. It has been stir-fried freshly peeled razor clams and smells of sesame oil.



Steamed swimming crab with distiller's grains of pork ribs allowed me to eat a high-end version of the "bad bones" that were smashed into pieces. Almost every piece was a small rib with cartilage. Although it costs 200 yuan per plate, I think it's worth it.



There is no pepper in the Ning-style shredded eel here, only the clear oily aroma of leeks and leeks.



The clam seafood soup is flavored with celery grains. I thought it was Chaoshan, but it turned out to be Ningbo.

Because of the delicious Laohang cuisine made by iron, there are regular customers in the restaurant who line up from noon until evening. Here, big shots still queue up, and queuing is not necessarily famous for good food. Just like Michelin, booking fees are charged, and of course there will be no refund if you don't come. It has been popular for many years and has the capital to rely on old sellers.



The expensive dishes here generally have a long tail and may not be chased.



I was lucky to borrow the light of a table and help from Ji Lai to order a glutinous rice fish, a treasure in autumn and winter.

The three-fingered tofu fish (called dog rabbit fish in Cantonese, which sounds like "nine-belly fish") is deboned, crispy fried, and made into hot and pepper salt, dipped in the oil-soaked mullet roe sauce brought by President Yao Runlian. This version is the best I have ever tasted before. Behind it is the classic plot of "Eat Hot Tofu in a hurry", where the tongue and teeth enthusiastically "pass the ball", hip-hop whoosh,"outer crisp" and "inner tender" become a mixed ball, upside down...



When the scene was awkward for a time, I saw three beautiful women next door eating tender eggs stewed with dragon pig liver and dragon pig white seeds. They continued to "tackle the tackle" vigorously. Their movements were surprisingly fierce, and I finally understood what feasting meant. I actually, at first, felt at ease.



I should have known about this store earlier, so that I wouldn't have to eat other fried whitebait (called white rice fish in Cantonese). The one here will still be quite crispy after two hours.



The pickled fresh salmon is off menu and has the aroma of lemon and olive oil, but it does not have the smoky flavor common in Switzerland. I like it.



The key thing is that after meals, there is also desserts taken out by "Apricot Garden", which makes my stomach feel so comfortable after eating it.

Fat Zaixia's shop is Cyberpunk (apprentice of Master Lin Zhenguo) of Macau catering. Only 5 minutes after I posted my last message, n friends asked me for the true appearance of the pot rice.



Well, although I admire the "pot rice" and "Shenzhou Thirteen Pot" a little bit of technology, I personally think that their home is the most charming "hanging needle chicken."


That chicken has a realistic, sad literary flavor. The raw chicken stock is hung into the chicken body and steamed through a high-sealed divine pot, allowing the juice to flow from the inside out, allowing the chicken to move from tender to smooth, curling and enchanting.



Those previous sorrows were just the foundation for the peak experience at the final entrance, which was thought-provoking.

Although it is not the bamboo shoot feast season, the Chaoshan new leeks have just entered the new season, and I am lucky enough to catch up. The rice cakes of freshly cut leeks warm the stomach with the early rising sun in the south.



In Jiangnan, leeks are late, and stone olives are rare. This is not the first time I have eaten stone olives and old duck soup, but I realized that stone olives are not placed according to the tree. They have to be placed according to the handle to have their signature aroma.



Jieyang's kway teow is thinner than Shantou's. It is fried with bamboo shoots and entangled in the mouth. It is a double tender baby.



The red-footed kale is sweet and delicious, and the paper-wrapped tofu and the fish crispy are both crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. They are recommended by the boss. But he repeatedly told me not to add any more dishes!



Teacher Yama came an hour's drive and brought olive stone wine, which was developed by Teacher Li Yitian, a food brewing expert at Jiangnan University. How can I not increase it?



Salt and pepper pig foot wine, lamb roasted sweet taro grains to relieve hangover, all seamlessly connect. It's really a land and a fat person. However, the roast goose promoted here is really average. If you have the opportunity, you can try the stewed goose.

When I was eating chicken in Shenzhen at night, I was so happy that I wanted to crow.



The 240-month-old Zhanjiang Anpu apricot skin chicken has crispy and yellow skin, and the meat is slightly tough and has enough water head. The more you chew, the more fragrant it becomes. It is considered the golden phoenix level in the chicken nest in the hot pot world.



I usually don't feel anything about meatballs. But the coriander dace balls, pig's head balls, shrimp balls and beef balls here are not table tennis, but the nephrite feeling I like. One pill is impossible to determine a relationship, so it takes many pills.



In addition, two sommeliers and face waiters are mixed into the table full of high-end foodies. They light, stir up the dishes and add wine. The professional posture is touching and a tip is needed!



The reason why these restaurants are called "blind boxes" is because I didn't have much hope when I went there. They are all a bit remote, non-mainstream, and mysterious.
