The breeze is gentle and the fragrance of tea is faint.
Walking into the entrance, you will see the antique Jiangnan gardens,
Stroll by the lake, rest in pavilions,
Put on Han costumes and start this extraordinary journey through time...

Meet in Luyuquan Park

Speaking of Jingshan in Hangzhou, I have to mention the most famous Jingshan Camellia. Jingshan tea is as famous as the mountain. It was first planted in the Tang Dynasty. After becoming famous in the Tang Dynasty, it attracted the attention of tea saint Lu Yu here.
It is said that Lu Yu lived in seclusion in a hut, sipping tea from the spring, and wrote the "Tea Classic" passed down from people. The spring water he used to make tea was Lu Yuquan, which is where Lu Yuquan Park is now.
People who are far away from the National Day follow the crowd. We travel back to ancient times here, play in the garden, and deeply appreciate the culture of "tea".

Dream back to Lu Yuquan

Accompanied by the dances of beautiful women and ancient tunes, we entered Luyuquan Park. Today's park is particularly lively. There are young ladies in Hanfu everywhere. Everyone accompanied the park, as if they had started a day's journey through the country and made an ancient dream.

Entering the door of the Chinese-style pavilion, the ancient decoration, and the enchanting dance posture of the little lady in Hanfu all made us excited.

There are really surprises everywhere for the preliminary exploration of the park. The young ladies in the pavilion are playing musical instruments. This pavilion is also a photo spot for Internet celebrities in the park.

She is also an Internet celebrity tumbler

There are all kinds of Mini games you like to play in ancient times. As long as you buy a customs clearance document, you can participate in all the Mini games. Along with tourists also dressed in Hanfu, queuing up to play, it feels like ancient times.
Throw pot is an entertainment event we often see in costume dramas. This was the first time we experienced it in Lu Yuquan and it was very interesting.

Point the mother-of-pearl flower. Although I am a girl with a long hair covering her forehead, I might as well come and experience the elegant and beautiful appearance of flowers blooming between her forehead.

Shuttling through the corridors, under the high-hanging red lanterns, one, two, three, four, five... lantern riddles, as long as you are good at it, come and guess lantern riddles!

When all the levels have been passed and you have typed the cute Lu Yuquan special seal, you can exchange it for small gifts ~ it is very interesting.

A dream of traveling through

The antique and elegant Luyuquan Park is full of good places to take photos. How can you miss this journey? Quickly change into Hanfu, take elegant small steps, and enjoy the "ancient journey" in the garden. Journey ", realize your dream of traveling.

It doesn't matter if you don't have Hanfu. Luyuquan Park provides Hanfu rental and ancient style design, giving friends who are usually willing but lack strength a good opportunity to experience the ancient style.
For example, I came here specially to enjoy an ancient style styling service. The color was my favorite pink color. The chest-length skirt can show the lively temperament. The wrapped bun is matched with the ancient style accessories of dragonflies. The whole person is full of aura ~

The first stop for taking photos must be the small pavilion of Internet celebrities in the park. The pavilion is equipped with bamboo curtains. After the musical instrument performance is over, it has become a good place for everyone to enjoy the shade and enjoy the scenery. If you take a photo here, you can also take pictures of the ancient portrait in the frame.

In addition to the small pavilion, the park is mainly composed of two main buildings and a round-shaped corridor, several interesting small bridges, and a large quiet lake divided in two by a path in the middle. It's still relatively hot under the sun this season, and there is no wind here is still full of the aftertaste of summer.

The winding corridor is our favorite place. We sit for a while, chat, and spend most of the afternoon with him. The garden landscape outside the corridor has become the best background for beautiful photos.

The balcony on the second floor of Hung Chien Building holds an ancient sunshade, which was also found to be a good place to take photos. However, tasting tea in such an atmosphere will have a unique flavor!

The Jingshan Mountain where Luyuquan Park is located is full of green mountains and clear waters, surrounded by many beautiful tea gardens, which also sets off with the park with tea culture.

If you stroll carefully, you will find that there are too many scenes worth shooting. The design of the park has been careful, and even a corridor window will become the effect of a painting.

In fact, in addition to clothing rental, there are more antique products to see in the display area at the gate, which is also very exquisite.

Lu Yuquan Benquan

It was mentioned earlier that Lu Yu lived in seclusion here. Because of the good water quality, it was suitable for making tea, and this water came from the spring in the park.
Lu Yuquan, commonly known as "Lujiajing", is named after Lu Yu, the tea saint of the Tang Dynasty, who lived here in seclusion to study tea affairs. He is known as the "third spring in the world". The ancient well has a history of more than 1200 years and is accompanied by towering ancient camphor trees.

The spring is divided into two ports, one large and the other small, and the large well is rectangular. Stone slabs are paved in Quan Beiping, and a well-shaped hole is built with stone slabs at the bottom of the spring in the south. The water depth is 0.5 meters, slightly lower than the level of the stone slabs. The water from the big well is used to wash Chu, and the water from the small well is used to make tea.

"Lu Yuquan" is located in an arch on one side of the park. Due to the high density of greenery, it is full of mystery. Of course, this is also the source of the park's name.

When the tourists disperse and the sunset shines sideways, Lu Yuquan Xiaoyuan will also become a very quiet photo resort, not losing the style of the big garden and giving it a more profound tone.

"Tea" culture

Lu Yu, a tea scientist in the Tang Dynasty, wrote the world's first monograph on tea, ushering in an era of tea. He was praised as the "Tea Fairy" and the "Tea Saint", and was worshipped as the "Tea God", so the park is in the center. There is a statue of Lu Yu.
China has had a culture of sacrifice since ancient times, so before learning tea culture, first recite the "Three Character Sutra on Tea" to pay homage to the "tea god".

Hongjian Building not only has several ancient teahouses, but also is the most important museum of "tea culture". The small venue popularized tea knowledge from all aspects of history.

The museum begins with Lu Yu and Lu Yuquan, introducing Lu Yu's life and places he visited. It tells the story that Lu Yu traveled through many tea areas in China to collect various materials in order to write the book "Tea Classic", and finally completed this book here. book.

He once lived in seclusion here twice, calling himself "Mulberry Weng", and wrote "Tea Classics" next to Lu Yuquan. The spiritual meaning in the "Tea Sutra" also deeply penetrated into the Jingshan Zen culture, and later traveled to Japan and went to the world.

The "tea ceremony" of Jingshan Temple was also transformed into a "tea banquet" based on the "Tea Classics". The tea banquet has special rituals: offering tea, smelling fragrance, observing colors, tasting taste, discussing tea, and talking. This culture first began in Jingshan.

The exhibition hall on the second floor talks about tea and the most famous tea varieties in various places. On closer inspection, we have indeed come into contact with many good teas.

Lu Yu's "Tea Classics" is divided into ten parts: "One Source","Two Tools","Three Tools","Four Tools","Five Tools","Six Tools","Six Tools","Eight Tools","Nine Tools", and "Ten Tools". From this, we can learn how people in the Tang Dynasty understood the origin and history of tea, as well as how to grow tea, pick tea, make tea, cook tea, and drink tea. Lu Yu also customized a set of tea sets and tea utensils in the book to present the cultural and aesthetic meaning of tea drinking, and spawned various "tea ceremonies" in later generations.

On the first floor of Hongchien Building, there are also products and teahouses with the theme of "Lu Yu's Tea". We have drunk them and say they are very delicious ~

Cooking tea in the Tang Dynasty, tasting unique tea ceremony

In the history of Chinese tea, there is a saying that "the Tang Dynasty was boiled and the Song Dynasty was brewed". These are the elegant things about tea. In Luyuquan Park, learning "tea" is a very good experience, and the teahouse specially set up for "tea" in the park is full of ancient charm and makes us love it!
Let's learn about making tea in the Tang Dynasty first!

There is an antique girl at the entrance who is making tea for guests. Everyone can taste it first and relieve the heat.

The tea room for lectures is full of ancient style. There are not many people in a class. Each person has a table to learn the skills of making tea. Our class is arranged in the afternoon, but we also listened to it in the morning ~

The entire room has comprehensive wooden floor-to-ceiling windows, and outside the window there is a small beautiful scenery of mountains and rivers, which calls from the inside and from the outside, just like in an ancient building.

Before the lecture started, the elegant event of tasting tea was worthy of being the best scene for taking photos, and the atmosphere of the props was all in place ~

The Tang cooking that we can learn today is based on Lu Yu's tea cooking method recorded in the Tea Classics, which simplifies the operation.

Of course, the explanations given by the lecturers on the spot will not be simplified at all. They took the recently restored "Twenty-Four Tools" and Lu Yu's Tea Cooking Method to lead us into the fun of Tang Dynasty tea making.

The utensils used for making tea are also restored versions of the tea sets unearthed in Famen Temple. Wind stoves, tea bowls, tea mills... various tea utensils and tea artists will introduce them one by one.

The tea we make ourselves will be relatively simple, starting from baking tea cakes, to three-boiling tea soup, cultivating the essence, adding rock sugar, orange peel, red dates, crushed walnuts and other condiments according to our preference, and drinking it while it is hot. The most important thing is to add salt when boiling water. This is the most special step in making tea in the Tang Dynasty!

Experience the fun of ordering tea in the Song Dynasty

Ordering tea in Jingshan originated from the Jingshan Tea Banquet.
The tea-ordering method was popular in the Song Dynasty. Tea was pressed into powder, put into a teapot, poured with water, and stirred vigorously to mix the tea into a milky before drinking. The Japanese Matcha Dao originated from the Song Dynasty.

Skills classes on ordering tea in the Song Dynasty were held in the tea room on the second floor of Hongjian Building. We arrived at the teahouse early, and we immediately liked the small and lovely layout. The indoor furniture is mainly wooden in color, full of the charm of the Tang Dynasty. The calligraphy and paintings on the wall are also full of Zen. Sitting here, my heart gradually calms down.

The tools simply arranged on the table are the protagonist of today's tea ordering!

A cute little lady wearing a Han costume was our tea ordering instructor today. Her exquisite skills and detailed explanations made us very fascinated.

Tea ordering in the Song Dynasty was often used to order tea with the "Seven Soup Tea Method" created by Huizong of the Song Dynasty. It paid attention to the strength and techniques of injecting water and beating the tea soup with the tea cane to achieve the degree of blending of tea and water.
Seeing the tools and techniques seem a little familiar. Yes, the Japanese matcha making method is a skill passed down from China.

A child learned how to order tea with us, and there was also an ancient lady next to him to assist him in making tea soup. After all, the requirements for the strength of the technique are very high, and the children's strength is a little insufficient ~

When the milky tea soup is completed, draw your favorite pattern on the tea soup. Because the tea soup produced is very thick, the pattern after ordering tea will not be deformed and will be stably maintained on the tea soup!

Mid-Autumn Festival night tour has a unique flavor

The sky is gradually getting dark, and the lanterns in the garden are gradually lighting up. Today is the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Mid-Autumn Festival night tours are really an ingenious experience, especially the ancient version. Among the countless costume films I have seen, I was envious of the Lantern Festival on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, but now it is in front of me.

The gradually darkening sky does not affect the classical beauty of Luyuquan Park at all. The lake reflects everything more calmly. The years are quiet. We cool off in the lakeside pavilion and wait for the garden party to start!

The Internet celebrity pavilion is worthy of being a popular treasure place. A casual photo at night is still so beautiful that it makes people linger.

The highlight of the Mid-Autumn Festival garden party is that everyone makes a lantern for themselves. We are all novices, and we carefully study the mystery of lantern making on a tipsy night!

None of the ancient beauties showed weakness, as if they had transformed into small handicrafts, studying various forms of lantern making.

We unanimously evaluated the young lady with the most charm of Tang Dynasty. She was full of Yang Yuhuan's aura and led everyone to make lanterns.

With everyone's unremitting efforts, the first batch of lanterns have taken shape and will soon succeed!

The highlight after making the lanterns is to put on the lanterns to pray, light the lanterns, make good wishes, carefully put them into the water, and let them float quietly into the distance...

The night is always wonderful. In the slightly tipsy tune, everyone is enjoying the garden, guessing lantern riddles, making lanterns, and praying for blessings. Perhaps this is the beautiful Mid-Autumn Festival with Chinese characteristics.
