Unlike other rice banquets, fish soup rice has a dedicated stove and a total of 7 iron pots, cooked by more than 20 chefs. More than 3000 pounds of freshly caught ecological fish were cooked into a variety of delicious dishes with a perfect combination of color, aroma, and taste, catering to over 1700 visitors on site.

There are many young and energetic girls among them, dressed in red and yellow clothing, playing gongs and drums, full of vitality, presenting the most down-to-earth atmosphere of Xiazhu Lake to the audience.

The most memorable performance of that day was the dance fan performance, with a group of middle-aged female actors in the performance team.
