Uncle went to an organic farm a few days ago,

Having experienced two days of farmer life,

It was discovered that "fields" can also become the main theme of vacations.

The one hour living circle in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, a homestay in a field, and a truly organic farm, have provided a unique vacation experience.

Today, the "Field Vacation" that Uncle shared with everyone is the Liangren Organic Farm, which was edited into an article after three visits.

Many friends who follow Uncle Bo's article will definitely say, "Hmph? How could it be Liang Rang again!" This is because there is so much content about Liang Rang that can be written, and the gameplay and price range are also slightly different. I believe that after reading this article, you will surely exclaim, "So Xitang can still play like this!"

Liangliang Organic Farm is divided into three areas. The first one is called Liangrong Flower and Vegetable Garden, which mainly focuses on homestays and experiential activities, including picking and handicrafts; The second piece is a 500 acre farm, planted with roses, aquatic plants, and vegetable crops (organic vegetables can be purchased online in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai); The third piece is Liangran Manor, which focuses on the aesthetic of landscape life.

At present, the organic farm has not been officially opened and is only partially open to guests staying at the Xitang Liangrang Hotel and Xitang Lemuer Homestay.

Le Mu'er, hailed by netizens as the "most beautiful homestay in Xitang"

Those who have previously learned about the Xitang Liangyang Hotel should know that its price does make some people hesitate and feel powerless to go on vacation. However, now there is no need to worry. This Le Muer homestay can allow many people who love the countryside to embark on their vacation journey.

For those who are new to homestays, they may be slightly disappointed when they see its appearance, but what they don't know is that it is a local protected building, and its appearance cannot be changed without permission.

When you check into this "most beautiful homestay in Xitang", you will realize that it is full of love. The guest rooms are crafted into a dreamy and exquisite princess style, comfortable and cozy. Some rooms also have invincible river and field views, and such rooms only cost a few hundred yuan per night.

The first floor of the homestay has a large living room where guests can relax and chat.

The courtyard is divided into two areas. One area is a place for guests to work by hand, where they can participate in the production of organic fruits and vegetables, organic dried flowers, Dim sum, coffee and other courses. At the end of the trip, they can also take a piece of their own labor achievements.

Another area is the courtyard with a wide view, with a white atmosphere, green fields, and dotted lights that reveal an elusive little romance. You can enjoy organic afternoon tea here, or enjoy a captain's table banquet in the evening, showcasing all the beauty of the countryside.

On the nearby lawn is a small car that makes meals, coffee, and tea, serving various snacks. The feeling of vacation makes you feel that you have left the urban life circle but are still enjoying the status of urban petty bourgeoisie.

2. So this is truly organic

When it comes to organic farming, many people may have grown tired of it and feel that it's just a concept. After all, there are many places in Jiangsu and Zhejiang that focus on organic ecology. So, what's the difference between Liangliang Organic Farm and Liangliang Organic Farm? Uncle, come and talk to everyone.

After obtaining such a large area of land, the first thing Liangliang needs to do is to adjust the soil structure, making it not only fertile, but also rich in minerals and vitamins. However, as a former land of water, the soil was too saturated due to rice planting, which led to the rotting of roots when planting other crops. To solve this problem, farmers made local rape flowers into rapeseed cakes and threw self-made compost into the soil to adjust the structure. Finally, after two or three years of winter and summer rotation and recuperation, they have now high-quality soil.

Perhaps some people think that having high-quality soil is organic! If you think so, you are wrong.

For most countries and regions around the world, as long as the soil meets the standards (without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, auxins, or artificial additives during cultivation), it can be called an organic crop. However, our country has the strictest organic certification, and it is not enough for the land to meet the standards. The air, sunlight, and various microbial elements rich in the soil also need to be certified, and even each plant and vegetable planted needs to be certified separately. Only when all of them meet the standards can they be considered organic.

So, there are many "fake" organic foods on the market now, such as those that dare not allow you to visit the farm or those that cannot obtain every plant certificate, all belong to "fake organic".

You don't have to worry about these things when enjoying delicious food at Liangren Organic Farm, which is why their vegetables sold so well during this year's epidemic. Liang Rang's dietary philosophy emphasizes "not eating from time to time", which means not eating vegetables that are not in season.

Even the head chef of the Japanese restaurant hidden in the Liangyang Hotel in Xitang, Master Chen Jiajin, who has cooked for big shots such as Lee Kuan Yew and Jack Ma, also chooses seasonal ingredients here for cooking.

Looking at the fertile land in front of me, the farmer said that doing organic farming in China requires a lot of emotion. Not only do they have to face strict challenges, but they also have to spend higher costs. When Uncle learned about the value of this land, he was particularly willing to share their difficulties and gradually improving beauty with an article.

3. So there are so many other sayings about roses

What is most worth visiting in a 500 acre farm? That's an organic rose garden that can be talked about well!

In the eyes of most people, roses are an exotic species, but in reality, they originated from China!

Liangren Organic Farm has a large area of rose gardens, divided into edible rose gardens and ornamental rose gardens. Among the 30 types of roses, only one is used for consumption, called the double petal red rose. Uncle came twice a month in a row, just not wanting to miss the most beautiful season of the year.

In order to cultivate this rose garden that makes the people of Liangrang proud, farmers have invested thousands of days of time and energy. In the early stages of the construction of the rose garden, it was heavily eroded by aphids. Without the use of pesticides, how to remove these aphids became a challenge. Someone has suggested buying the natural enemy ladybugs to eliminate aphids, but the big data of nature and humans can never be calculated. How many ladybugs should we buy?

So, the attempt failed.

So the experienced farmer suggested giving up the first year's rose and letting it grow full of aphids, which naturally attracted ladybugs. However, relying solely on attracting ladybugs was not enough. Therefore, the farmers planted the purple magnolia next to the rose garden, attracting the natural enemy of another aphid, the golden wasp. After three years of maintenance, the rose garden formed a natural ecological chain.

This time it was successful.

During the visit, I was overwhelmed by a series of questions from the farmer.

What is the economic value of roses? Rose essential oil.

So how many roses can extract 1 milliliter (one drop) of rose essential oil? Ten thousand flowers.

What does this mean? A dozen drops of essential oil can buy tens of thousands of yuan.

Think about it, would you dare to buy such cheap rose essential oil on the market?

Due to the economic value of rose essential oil, places around the world that grow roses, regardless of the type, will first extract the essential oil when it is harvested in order to create the highest economic value.

So, the extracted roses have no taste, and where does the rose flavor of the rose tea we brew come from? The answer is chemical essence. So when the rose flavor in the tea you drink is very fragrant, it's actually the taste of chemical essential oils The rose soap used for bathing is also made in this way.

Now I can imagine your surprised face, after all, we have all been tricked.

I asked the farmer, since the economic value of essential oils is so high, why don't you extract them?

He said that our large rose garden has an annual output of only 20000 kilograms. If allocated to 12 months and calculated at 50 grams per bottle, we can only supply less than 1000 boxes of production per year.

No wonder the hostess of Liangrang Hotel keeps reminding me to drink the rose tea in the guest room when staying at their hotel, because this organic rose tea is not easy to come by. Careful friends will see a passage from "The Little Prince" on the box of rose tea: "It is the time you spend on roses that makes your roses incredibly precious."

At the end of the visit to the Rose Garden, the farmer shared with me another knowledge point that you must know.

Why do the imported roses we buy not bloom until they are inserted into our home vase two or three months later? This is because of growth agents and preservatives. Growth agents can keep it upright, while preservatives allow it to have freshness. When you insert it into water, preservatives and growth agents start to release, and the flowers naturally bloom and last for a week. Therefore, the air in your home will definitely emit the smell of preservatives and growth agents And true organic flowers can only maintain a flowering period of 2-3 days in a vase.

The installation art that cannot be missed in the 4 estates

As is well known, the most famous thing in the Xitang Liangrang Hotel is the artworks scattered throughout it, but there is also an artistic atmosphere in the Liangrang Manor.

Entering the manor, the first thing in sight is a huge bamboo pavilion, which is the work of Taiwanese landscape art master You Wenfu and is named "San Yuan Pavilion".

The name "San Yuan" comes from the three solar terms of the lunar calendar, woven by 11 local uncles and aunties who touched over a thousand bamboo pieces, incorporating sweat, life, vitality, and land. In the afternoon, the sunlight scattered in, and stepping into it felt like walking into a tunnel of time and space, one could stay and feel the feeling of time solidification.

Stepping out of the Sanyuan Pavilion, you see a sea of flowers in front of you, but this sea of flowers is a different kind. Do you see it? They are all vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers that we usually eat, and this place is known as the organic and edible landscape of good soil.

How many vegetable flowers do you recognize in these pictures? There are flowers blooming with scallions and celery, didn't you expect that seasonal vegetables can also be very brilliant.

Continuing forward, you will see several clusters of wild roses that are over fifty years old. This was a chance encounter by the farmer in Li Bai's hometown of Jiangyou City, Sichuan. When she smelled the fragrant and fragrant flowers of these roses, she begged the villa owner over there for a long time and finally sold them to this place. After several years of cultivation, they settled down and took root again.

Further ahead, you will see the most luxurious chicken coop in the world, commonly known as the "chicken villa", which was tailor-made by architect Li Yirely. The chickens that can live here are also extremely wealthy.

Uncle has visited Liangliang Organic Farm three times in a row within six months, encountering roses blooming, hydrangeas blooming, and mulberries blooming. I believe that in the near future, when this place officially opens, no matter which season you visit, you will encounter various beautiful things unexpectedly.
