After finishing the trip to Meili Snow Mountain, I returned to the Ancient City of Lijiang to rest and rest. I took the bus early the next morning and started the first stop on the return journey: Dali Ancient City

The ancient city of Dali is simply referred to as Yucheng. It is one of the earliest cultural birthplaces in Yunnan. It was the political, economic and cultural center of Yunnan during the more than 500 years of history of the Tang and Song Dynasties.

Tea:It used to be the custom of the Bai people to entertain distinguished guests at wedding banquets, but now it is mostly used as a folk performance.
The first tea is called "Tea of Suffering", which means the philosophy of being a person: "To establish a career, you must first endure hardship."

The second course is "sweet tea". After the guest finishes the first course of tea, the owner re-uses a small sand jar to place tea, roast tea, and brew tea. At the same time, he also has to put a little brown sugar, milk fan, cinnamon, etc. into the tea cup until the cooked tea soup is poured into the full.

Diyu tea is called "aftertaste tea". The tea is boiled in the same way, except that the raw materials in the tea cup have been replaced with a suitable amount of honey, a little fried rice flowers, a few grains of pepper, and a pinch of walnut kernels. The tea capacity is usually six or seven points full.

Dali Butterfly Spring: A rare spectacle unique in the world (Butterfly Festival)

Butterfly Fair: The spring water is as clear as a mirror, and thousands of butterflies fly from all directions and fly around the spring. The butterfly is as big as a palm and as small as a copper coin. Countless butterflies are also hooked on their feet and connected to their whiskers, and they hang from the big acacia tree to the water. Colorful and spectacular.

In the hearts of Bai people, Butterfly Spring is a spring that symbolizes love and loyalty. Every year, Bai young men and women from all walks of life come here to "throw a stone to test the depth of the water" and use singing to find their loved one.

At that time, I was participating in a local one-day tour group. I just simply went to the spitting pool to check in. I didn't see any butterflies, and there were no particularly profound attractions.

In addition, there are karst caves, stalactites, dissolution lakes, natural bridges, cliff waterfalls, cone-shaped peaks, etc. Almost all karst forms in the world are concentrated here, forming a panoramic view of karst geology and landform.

Looking back at my records of my trip to Luoyang, I saw the title given by Youyoujun: Let the eyes and soul begin to travel around the world! Especially touching! At first, I just wanted to simply record my past travels and beauty, afraid that I would suffer from amnesia in the future. When I couldn't remember anything, I would still have records to review my footsteps: I have been to see this world and have no regrets!
