It was noon when I arrived in Kunming, so I specially chose the Aduo Hotel, which is close to Kunming South Railway Station. The hotel can provide free pick-up service. It has been an ancient ferry port famous in central Yunnan since the Nanzhao Dali Dynasty period. The Tang and Song Dynasties have been a large market town on the east bank of Dianchi Lake.
