The Stone Forest Scenic Area, also known as the Yunnan Stone Forest, is located in Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. It covers an area of 350 square kilometers. It has a rich scenery and rich customs. The Stone Forest is the hometown of Ashima.

The stone forest was formed 270 million years ago. It is the essence of the world's karst landform. It has the Palaeozoic karst landform community with the longest history of karst landform evolution, the widest distribution area, complete types and unique shape in the world. Dali ancient city

Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is located in the west of central Yunnan Province, at an altitude of 2090 meters. It is adjacent to Chuxiong Prefecture in the east, Pu 'er City and Lincang City in the south, Baoshan City and Nujiang Prefecture in the west, and Lijiang City in the north.

The land spans the east longitude of 98°52 '~101°03' and the north latitude of 24°41 '~26°42'. It patrols the Erhai Lake in the east and reaches the Diancang Mountains in the west. The most representative attractions in the territory are Huidiquan, Cangshan, Erhai, Dali Ancient City, and Chongsheng Temple Three Towers.

Shuhe ancient town

Shuhe Ancient Town, known as "Shaowu" in Naxi language, is called "Shaowu" in Naxi. Because the mountains behind the village are like peaks, it is named after the mountains. It means "village under the peak". It is the earliest settlement of Naxi ancestors in Lijiang Bazi. Shuhe Ancient Town is located at 26 degrees 55 minutes north latitude and 100 degrees 12 minutes east longitude. It is at the core of all scenic spots in Lijiang and is the hub for visiting the Ancient City of Lijiang, Yulong Snow Mountain, Lugu Lake, the First Bay of the Yangtze River and the Three Parallel Rivers Scenic Area. Shuhe Ancient Town is an important well-preserved market town on the ancient tea-horse road. It is also a living specimen of the transition of Naxi ancestors from farming civilization to commercial civilization. It is a model of market town construction formed by opening up to the outside world and horse gang activities. Shuhe is an important part of the ancient city of Lijiang, a world cultural heritage. In 2005, it was selected as CCTV's "Famous Charming Town in China".
