After reading several people's self-driving tours, I found that many of them set out from Kunming, went to Lijiang for three or four days, and then returned to Kunming. They could play for eight or nine days before and after. I was very envious. But we only have a four-day holiday, and the only place we can go is Kunming.

About car rental:

I use Ihi Car Rental to rent a car, and I also read my travel notes. Many people use their home cars. I placed the order in advance. Because of a new user gift package, the rent was reduced by 100 yuan on the first day. I have to say that Yihi's value for money is really too high. No wonder they are the favorite of young people. Anyway, if the four of us rent it for four days, the average cost per person is about 150 yuan.

About the itinerary:

Day 1: Landing in Kunming.

Day 2: Dianchi Lake-Pedestrian Street (two hot pot meals)

Day 3: Fuxian Lake-Wanghai Park (ate super delicious fish)

Day 4: Fuxian Lake-Xingkong Town-Dounan Huashi (mainly based on local snacks in Kunming)

The whole trip was not stressful at all, and there was no need to get up too early to get up early. I have to say that self-driving travel does give you great freedom.

About accommodation:

Accommodation We mainly use B & Bs. I have to say that the Seasons Hotel was the most cost-effective B & B we stayed in this time. 179 yuan. I placed an order on November 11, and I feel so happy to live with my friends. When we were in Lugu Lake, we went to Shifang B & B. The price was relatively high, more than 580 yuan, but the room was also very good.

Day1-2: A new foursome

It was already afternoon when we arrived in Kunming that day, so we combined the first and second day's itinerary together and recorded it.

After arriving at Changshui Airport, we went straight to the parking lot, where Yihi's store was convenient to pick up the car. The staff told us that a user on the vehicle we booked did not return it as scheduled, so they upgraded us to a vehicle for free. It was a surprise!

Rented a car and went straight to eat hot pot. Just like you must eat spicy hot pot when you go to Sichuan, you must need all kinds of mushroom soup hot pot when you go to Yunnan. The set meal we ordered was slightly more expensive, for four people, and we ordered two different sets for 2 people. The portion is very sufficient and I am very full. The mushroom platter is simply too tempting, and the wild mushrooms taste quite good.

This mushroom hot pot restaurant is particularly interesting. First of all, the mushroom soup must be boiled for 20 minutes without stirring during this period. When the time comes, the staff will also take out some soup base to archive. I am very curious whether this is the right way for the doctor to prescribe the right medicine in case of poisoning. The mushroom soup hot pot is really fresh because it is mixed with chicken soup and it tastes delicious. We finally added a lot of mushroom soup to the rice.

After eating, we went to Nanqiang Market. Markets in Yunnan are different from other places. This place reveals a strong atmosphere of B & B. There are many handicrafts on the roadside. Although we can also buy them from a certain treasure, we still bought some as a souvenir as a memory of our trip.

Day3: A pot of fragrant steamed fish

We got up the next day and went to Fuxian Lake in Chengjiang. The whole journey is about an hour, which is not too far. But because the departure was relatively late, it was already 11 o'clock when we arrived at Chengjiang. There happened to be a time-honored brand steam fish next to it, and the four of them decided to eat their fill before going to play.

Steam Fish only took one photo. The fish is very big and has a lot of ingredients. It tastes really good. I thought it would take a long time. I found that after killing the fish and putting it in the pot, it was cooked in two minutes and was completely edible.

After dinner, we went to Luchong Scenic Area. The scenery along the way is particularly good, and the tickets are just too conscientious. 7.5 yuan. There is a large parking lot, which is very convenient for parking.

For me, Luchong Scenic Area is the best scenery I have encountered in Kunming. The lake is particularly clear, with towering mountains in the distance, and even a large mountain nearby. There are many small boats nearby, so you can rent a boat to row on the lake.

The lake is so calm. There weren't many people when we came, and we could shoot all kinds of blockbusters anytime and anywhere. In addition to taking photos directly by the lake, be sure to go to a higher mountain to take a panoramic view. In this way, you can see many boats docked on the lake, and the results are particularly good.

We didn't experience any entertainment here, just walked by the lake and took photos under the trees. Stunned at the endless lake. After that, I went to Wanghai Park.

The scenery in Wanghai Park is also very good. There are many flowers blooming on the roadside. I don't know the names, but they look very dreamy. I like it very much.

Walking straight from this wooden plank road, listening to the sound under my feet and blowing the sea breeze, we reached the lake. Unexpectedly, I found that many people were taking wedding photos here. It is estimated that the scenery taken will be particularly beautiful.

Stay at Shifang B & B in Fangcun Room at night. This B & B experience is still good. There is a difficult part of the road to drive between inches. It is a winding mountain road. Slow down and drive slowly. They and the other two B & Bs also have resources that they can share. Anyway, the three B & Bs can still connect with each other, which is not bad.

After taking some photos in the B & B, we went to take the sunset. The departure was late and I missed the great opportunity to watch the sunset. But fortunately, I managed to capture the last sunset. Still very content. When we were filming the sunset, we found many people with cameras and setting up tripods to start shooting.

Dinner was eaten at a nearby lake view Yuwan. There is a parking space in the store that you can drive there. We ordered beef with pickled cabbage, stir-fried meat with chili peppers and the like, and they all tasted good. My favorite thing is their potato rice. But personally, the fried wild vegetables are relatively ordinary.

Day4 starts with the Fuxian Lake Tour

Fuxian Lake actually contains several small attractions. We took a look and found that it would be nice to start playing in Star Town. So he drove to Star Town. In November, the persimmons are ripe. Persimmons in the south are also different from those in the north. The middle of the north is very wide, and this side is pointy. You can buy some persimmon from the market to eat. It tastes good.

Star Town is a commercial community. It seems to be built by Longhu Real Estate. There are some coffee shops, bars, jewelry stores and snack bars inside. We didn't go in due to time constraints, just walked around the neighborhood. The weather was not very good that day, and I still saw many people taking wedding photos here. It is estimated that the photographer's retouching skills will be tested again.

The RV in Star Town. It seems that all RV bars are driven by tourists, and there is a special RV camp. The biggest tourist discovery in recent years is that many people have started self-driving tours in RVs. I wish I could do the same when I had the opportunity. After leaving Star Town, we went to Gushan. Gushan can be taken to the island by boat, but because the weather is not very good, I feel that I can't see any good scenery even by boat, so I didn't go. The boat can seat 3 people, which costs about 100 yuan in total.

We set off for Moon Bay Wetland Park. A relatively deserted scenic spot. Tickets are 30 yuan. There is a beach in the park, and I walked on the beach. Be careful not to throw away tickets, you can directly deduct them when consuming. There are also many purple flowers here in Moon Bay. It still feels good to see it again.

The last stop was to Dounan Flower Market in Yunnan. This flower market is particularly lively and is a huge market. The key is that flowers are also cheap. People can't help but buy and buy. I bought little art daisies for only 9 yuan, which is too cheap. Then, he put together flowers such as sunflowers, found a store to pack them and take them home.

As long as you come to Kunming, you must arrange the Dounan Flower Market at the last stop. Taking the flowers on the plane made me feel much better.
