Go to Shilin again! This time I bought a joint ticket for Shilin Scenic Area and Shihai Hot Spring. You can visit both scenic spots in one day. The weather has been hot recently, so I went to the Shilin Scenic Area in the morning to avoid the hottest time of the day and went to the hot spring in the afternoon. This was the perfect day.

1ˇ Stone Forest Scenic Area

I have been to Shilin Scenic Area before, but it is worth coming back. The Stone Forest Scenic Area is divided into large and small stone forests. We visited the Big Stone Forest first. The stone pillars of the Big Stone Forest are very spectacular. Each stone pillar has a different posture, and some are very tall. Looking at the forest from a high place is particularly imposing. If you take pictures, you need to find the angle. If you have the right angle, you will see a large film full of natural wildness.

There is Ashima in Little Stone Forest, which is a famous attraction that many people know about. You must check in when you go to Stone Forest. In addition, there are Bushao Mountain and Liziyuan Qing, where there are many places to see.

It's interesting to soak in hot springs when the weather is hot. Shihai Hot Spring in Xinglin Grand View Garden is said to be a medical hot spring, and the water quality is indeed very good. The air in the open-air hot spring is very good, and it is not suffocating even if you soak in it. When we went there, the staff first changed the water to clean the pool, and the water was quite clean.

The Shihai Hot Spring in this joint ticket also includes tickets for Heishiqing, another scenic spot in Xinglin Grand View Garden.

Heishiqing is a karst landform scenic spot covering an area of 180 acres. There are many naturally formed sinkholes and stone pillars. It is called "Heishiqing" by the local Yi people. There are many plank roads and waterfalls in the scenic area, and more than 1000 Chinese medicinal materials are planted to showcase the classic stories of my country's famous traditional Chinese medicine culture.
