This was a belated trip. It was originally planned to take the little fairy to Yunnan for the second time during the 22nd National Day holiday. As a result, when the Kunming epidemic occurred before departure, the ticket was hung up and the OPEN ticket became a must-make trip within a year. Finally, we set off at the end of March 2023. We traveled for 5 days and left on the evening of March 31 → returned on the evening of April 5.
TIPs: If you encounter force majeure and cancel travel, you can call the airline to hold the ticket OPEN and use it at any time within a year.
First stop: Kunming
On the evening of March 31, we flew from Hongqiao, Shanghai to Changshui, Kunming. Two old Kunming friends had already made a late night snack and were waiting for us to land. We landed at 9:30 and immediately set off for the battlefield "Zaozhaotong Yipin Yellow Cattle Kebabs (Xinying Store)" Get started! This restaurant is a local midnight snack resort. It has delicious spicy feet. Small benches and snacks are the feeling (^-^)V
In this era of instant messaging and convenient transportation, it is still not easy for friends to meet and have a good chat. Fortunately, everyone is rushing to the better life they hope for!
Since we will take the high-speed train to Puzehei tomorrow, we stayed at the Quanji Hotel (Kunming South Railway Station Store), which is very close to the high-speed train station, and the environment is okay.
Second stop: Puzhei
On the morning of April 1, we took the high-speed train from Kunming South to Puzhei. It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to get there. Interested friends who will pass by Maitreya can stop here and play. We went straight to Puzhei. After arriving at Houzhehei Station, it is about an hour's drive from Puzhei Village. Next to the exit is the tourist line bus, which goes directly to the entrance of Puzhei Village. If you live in Xianrendong, you can get off at Xianrendong Station. Don't take the light rail. The light rail cannot reach the entrance of the village, so you still have to transfer to this tourist line.
Above is a map of the entire Puzhei Scenic Area. The core of the entire scenic area revolves around Puzhei Village, so we stayed at the "Lanyunju" B & B Hotel near the water at the entrance of the village. I don't hesitate to praise this hotel. It is located in the best and quiet place near the river at the entrance of the village. The accommodation environment is clean and the price is affordable (the price will change depending on the prosperous situation). The boss and the landlady retired after starting a business and started a business while nursing their old age. The landlady contacted us to find out our arrival time before she came.
The hotel has breakfast, a small courtyard, a sitting area, a special laundry and drying area and a star viewing area upstairs, and a large model airplane. Not to mention, the picture above!! Highly recommend this hotel.
Puzhei Scenic Area. We visited the main tourist spots we wanted to visit, including overlooking Qinglong Mountain, walking around the mountains to the filming site of Sansheng III, riding an electric bike to the Sinkhole to watch the sunset, shopping in Xianren Cave and hiking on Swan Lake. The main ones we didn't go were It's a relatively distant grassland.
1. Overlooking Qinglong Mountain
Puzhei is a typical karst landform, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and inhabited by ethnic minorities. After walking past the famous Sijiao Pavilion from the entrance of the village, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the foot of the Qinglong Mountain walking ladder. It takes about 20 minutes to climb the mountain to the top. Photographer Xiao He went online.
2. Take the wild road around Qinglong Mountain
Following the hand-drawn map route, we took a wild road explored by the landlady to detour Qinglong Mountain to the filming site of Sansheng III (Yang Mi's Fox Cave, which was guarded by the Lost Valley, haha). Let me show you the key and easy direction of this wild road. Follow the route and first arrive at an ancient restored stone bridge. After walking through the stone bridge, there is a fork road that turns left to right. Make sure to turn left, and we will go wrong. After walking right for a long time, we turn back!
The puppy thought I was stealing chickens and warned me crazily.
3. Small electric goes to the sink
Walking through the wild road and looking at the filming site of Sansheng III. After the peach blossom season, we directly skipped the small carriage (5 yuan/person) and returned to Puzhei Village to rent an electric car (50 yuan) to go to the sinkhole to watch the sunset. The sinkhole is about 8KM away from Puzehei Village, so I have to tell the boss to choose a fully charged one to prevent the back and forth power from running out. Because it is red soil and colorful, there is a steep slope when we are about to arrive, which is suitable for taking large pictures and serving dishes!
The sinkhole is actually a hill. It was a fine afternoon. When we arrived, the weather suddenly turned cloudy. If we didn't see the sunset, we wouldn't show the picture.
4. Swan Lake
Swan Lake is actually a wetland, a typical Koster landform with tens of thousands of acres of lotus ponds. It is best to visit from the end of May to the end of June, and it is also the busiest time for Puzhei. When we went there, it was still a wild lotus. The lotus flowers that the boss had just photographed at the end of May were in full bloom. They were beautiful.
5. Dinner
Puzhei's catering is average. Don't have too high expectations. As recommended by the boss, we went to Walu Restaurant (Tofu Chicken) and Huijing Farm. Everyone can choose freely according to their own tastes, and there is no need to pursue local characteristics.
Puzhei OVER, on the afternoon of April 2, our high-speed train will go to the next station, Fenghua Xueyue-Dali.
Third stop: Dali
"Xiaguan wind, Shangguan flowers, Cangshan snow, Erhai moon", collectively known as "wind, flowers and snow". This time we mainly made a complete tour around the Erhai Lake. Although we visited Lugu Lake last time, we were still attracted by the vast scenery around the lake in Yunnan!
We chose to visit the West Line around the Lake of Erhai Lake first and then the East Line around the Lake, so we stayed at the Yamolan B & B Hotel in Longkan Wharf. Dragon niche is an excellent place to enjoy the sunrise. I suggest that people living along the lake do not have to be close to the dragon niche. Because it is not far away, it is more important to choose a good hotel environment.
1. Dragon niche sunrise
Everyone check the sunrise time online and arrive according to the sunrise time. However, there are many people gathering in Longniche in the morning to watch the sunrise. If you occupy a place, you need to come early. If it is cold in the morning, remember to put on a blanket.
2. Watching the moon on the dragon niche
The technology is not good and the moon is not good, so I'd better take two stars for observation (④_④)
3. Cycling on the West Lake Line
Ride all the way down the lake from Longkan Wharf to Caicun, Swan, and Yangjiadeng, check in and stop all the way.
4. Xizhou Ancient Town
Yang Jiadeng locked his bicycle and took a taxi to Xizhou Ancient Town, which is about 8KM. Only when I arrived did I realize that Xizhou Ancient Town was the location of many filming locations in "Go to a Windy Place". It has tie-dye, rice fields, and delicious food, which were the highlights of my trip to Dali.
For sightseeing in the town, it is recommended to check in the blue tie-dyed scenic windows to provide real scenes all year round. Originally, we wanted to buy ready-made tie-dyeing, but it was actually fast for about half an hour. It was worth experiencing any tie-dyeing shop in the town, so we can bargain! It is recommended to visit the Yan Family Courtyard for scenic spots. Listen carefully and explain many humanistic stories ~
Xizhou Dining recommends "Xunwei Dali Private Kitchen Restaurant", which is the most satisfying meal.
5. Self-driving on the Huanhu East Road Line
Yihi rented a car from the ancient city of Dali, passed by the Three Towers of Chongsheng Temple, and reached the parking lot of Shuanglang Ancient Town in about an hour and a half. Then it went all the way down to the Luwo Mountain Ruins, Xiaoputuo Feeding Seagulls and Wenbi Village.
1. Shuanglang Ancient Town
By driving, you can directly navigate and park in the Shuanglang Ancient Town Parking Lot. Get off the car and walk straight in the direction of Nanzhao Style Island. You can go to the island or walk along the lake. The highest point is the "Yang Liping Sun Palace Art Space". You can make a free reservation through the public account to visit, but the number of places is very small and you must make an appointment in advance.
For lunch, we had lunch at a restaurant near the entrance lake,"Dali Ba Pork Er Si Local Chicken Rice Noodles", which tasted good.
2. Luwo Mountain Site
The Luwo Mountain site needs to be stopped on the winding mountain road and there is a path down to the lake. There are no clear signs. Everyone follow the navigation and observe it. There are mainly several Internet celebrity check-in spots for landscape creation at the Luwo Mountain site. Everyone can come or not. I happened to catch a small bird looking for food and gained an unexpected reward.
3. Xiao Putuo
Xiaoputuo is a place where seagulls gather, and a specially built place for seagulls to rest. Seagulls generally fly from the north in October and November every year and fly away in March and April. It happened that in early April, some seagulls were greedy for tourists 'food and had not yet flown away.
4. Wenbi Village
Wenbi Village is a village built along the mountains along the road around the lake, with a panoramic view of the Cangshan and Erhai Lake. Nowadays, due to development, many literary and artistic buildings have been stationed, such as Haizhi Auditorium, Qianshanji, and Huazui Art Space, which are must-see holy places for taking wedding photos!
I highly recommend "Qianshanji". Keep going up a little bit. The environment is quiet, the building is beautiful, and the drinks are excellent! Suitable for a leisurely and quiet afternoon, because you can still watch the sunset on Haixi!
For my second trip to Yunnan, I flew back to Shanghai from Kunming on April 5. Everyone is waiting for the next episode of Xiao He's footsteps (^-^)V
