South of Caiyun, 7 days trip
Dali Lijiang Shangri-La
There is a blue sky within reach, layers of white clouds, and dazzling rainbows. There is my favorite warm sun there all year round...
There is an old tree there with crisscrossing roots and branches, surrounded by flower beds, and old people of the Naxi nationality are sitting on the flower beds. They sat with determination, as if they were doing work in meditation. The sharp blade of time turned invisible on them, like rain falling on mud, moistening the soil and whitening the hair...
Summer has arrived, and all parts of the country have become big stoves. There is only one place with flowers as blooming as spring and sunshine as summer, but it is not so hot and not so rushed. If you happen to have 7 days in this summer, you may as well come here to escape the heat, escape the heat and rush, and stay clear and leisurely in the sun to leave the most beautiful scenery and memories.
Accommodation:

Shangri-La Dream Seeking·Meet Inn
Equipment Chapter:
1: Mobile phone, ID card, wallet (Yunnan Mobile is very convenient to make payments and you don't need to bring too much cash), charging treasure, charging cable
2: Backpack: Remind everyone that the ancient city of Lijiang, Lugu Lake, and the ancient town of Shangri-La are full of stone roads. Trolley boxes are not recommended unless you only stay in one place without changing the inn. Fortunately, I carried a backpack. All the equipment for the 7th trip was a backpack of about 40L.
3. Clothing: The temperature in Lijiang in June is 15-28℃, while the temperature in Pudacuo in Shangri-La will drop by about 10℃. If you only walk in Lijiang and Lugu Lake, you don't need to bring a thick coat. During the 7-day trip, I brought 7 sets of clothing, including 2 short-sleeved T-shirts, 2 medium-sleeves, 1 sun-proof clothing, 2 dresses, and 1 windproof and rainproof thick coat. Short sleeves are suitable during the day, and only need to wear a thin shirt at night. The thick coat was only worn for half a day in Pudacuo, Shangri-La. I regretted it all the way because I rented warm clothes in Pudacuo. In addition, shoes are very important. The stone roads in the ancient city are difficult to walk on. If you need to hike Tiger Leaping Gorge and Pudacuo to go to Shangri-La, it is best to wear sneakers. I brought an extra pair of sandals.
4: Cosmetics and toiletries: I brought a small bottle (30ml) of shampoo, body wash, and Shiseido's sunscreen (must-have). The ultraviolet rays are very strong and must be used when going out. Is it too exaggerated to bring facial cleanser, makeup remover oil, back cover liquid, loose powder, and lip balm? If you don't pay attention to MM, it is not recommended to bring so many cosmetics, because they are really heavy. Since I can live in an inn, I bring 2 towels and 1 quick-drying towel, which is a must for long hair.
5: Drugs: balsamic oil, berberine, caritane. Each medicine is packed separately in a fresh-keeping bag and can be used in an emergency. I am prone to allergies, eat a bad stomach, and be bitten by mosquitoes. I think how troublesome I am.
6: Dry and rainy umbrella: It is basically used to block strong ultraviolet rays and occasionally can block rain. The rain in Lijiang falls at will, and the raindrops in showers are very heavy.
We have long wanted to go to Yunnan for a ride, but the transportation from Nanning to Dali and Lijiang is really inconvenient. Either the direct air ticket is too expensive, or the transfer from Nanning to Kunming and then to train is too troublesome. However, this year! Dali has opened a direct train to Nanning! It takes more than 7 hours to cross South China directly to Dali! Super happy! So we just left ~~~
After getting off the train on Day 1, Didi hitched a ride directly to Youth Travel, and the trip to Yunnan started in the light of the journey in Dali ~~~
After checking in and cleaning up, it was past 5 o'clock in the afternoon. At the suggestion of the boss, we found a very delicious cold chicken rice noodle shop to fill our stomachs, and then started to visit the ancient city.
Dali ancient city
The ancient city of Dali is located at the foot of the beautiful Cangshan Mountain and was the capital of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom and Dali Kingdom. This is a place suitable for living. The local people work at sunrise and rest at sunset. In their spare time, they raise flowers and plants to bask in the sun. It is very comfortable.
Fuxing Road is the most prosperous pedestrian street in the ancient city. There are many shops on both sides of the street, selling local specialties such as marble carvings, ethnic costumes and local specialty foods. Walking through various shops, you can find some small things with ethnic characteristics. When you are tired and hungry, you can also eat special local snacks in the roadside snack bars. Or stroll into the open courtyard doors of local people and chat with the Bai elderly lady who is doing handicrafts; attractions such as Wuhua Tower and Dali City Museum are also worth visiting.
Night life in the ancient city at night, you can gather in the area of Foreign Street and Renmin Road like people mixing in the local area. There are many specialty bars and small cafes here, and some stores also have impromptu performances by resident singers or tourists. It is very lively.
Ps: In recent years, Dali is undergoing renovation, and sewage pipes are being built everywhere in the ancient city, so some roads are difficult to walk, but they will not affect travel and play.

(There are many kinds of packages to choose from for travel photography. We chose a four-person group. The other two young ladies with us are students from the art school, which is super eye-catching ~)
PS: Four people in a car, and the driver takes part time to take photos. You can choose a dress for free (you can also bring your own clothes. There is a place to change clothes on the road. Girls who need skirts provided by Youth Travel Service must get up early and choose skirts. There are many young ladies, and beautiful fairy dresses are served on a first-come-first-served basis ~)
When traveling to Dali, most people choose to rent a car, carpool, or rent a battery car to travel around the Erhai Lake. However, the entire journey around the Erhai Lake is more than 100 kilometers. It is very unsafe to rent a battery car in a circular shape. You can't enjoy the scenery while driving, so you choose to fight hard.
Chartered tours are still very good. They are both worry-free and safe, and you can also harvest a set of super beautiful photos.
We gathered at 9:00 in the morning that day, set off at about 9:30, and drove to the place where the big photo was taken
Super cool, cool team ~~~

Day 3
Cangshan
On this day, I slept until I woke up naturally, and then at the suggestion of my youth travel brother, I started my trip to Cangshan.
Cangshan Snow, one of the four most beautiful scenery and snow in Dali, naturally cannot be missed. Buying tickets at the Ancient City Visitor Center is cheaper than buying on site. There is also a car transfer, which is very cost-effective. It costs about ten yuan to take a taxi. If your physical conditions permit, it is recommended to buy the Ximatan Cableway and transfer the cableway to Qilongnu Station. It is recommended to transfer directly to visit Ximatan first, because the scenic spot will determine the closing time of the Ximatan Cableway according to the weather conditions every day. The morning we went was closed at 1 p.m. at short notice on the morning of our trip. After getting off the cableway, we continued climbing.
Arriving at the altitude of 3966, the scenery is even more beautiful. The vegetation along the way is lush, blue sky and daytime, remember to protect yourself from sun. When climbing the mountain, walk slowly, rest and breathe well. If you feel uncomfortable, you can absorb oxygen. We didn't see snow that day, but it was still worth it. We saw the mirror like Xima Pond. The white clouds were reflected on the water. It was beautiful. After the visit, we took the cableway to Qilongnu Station and visited Qilongnu Pond. The scenery was beautiful, because we had to go down the mountain and climb the mountain. If you don't have the physical strength, you can buy a battery ticket, which is still worth seeing.
After going down the mountain, I went to Jizhao Nunnery, the "most beautiful nunnery in China" recommended by my little brother. There is a lot of meat here. My best friend likes it the most. She keeps taking photos. I heard that vegetarian food is also good, but unfortunately we didn't catch it. If we came early, we could borrow a tea set here to drink tea. It was very comfortable.
Three days passed in a hurry, I visited the ancient city several times, saw the beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountain in Erhai, leaving the most beautiful images, and ate Xizhou Baba Grilled Meat and Ersi Chicken Hot Pot. This is time to bid farewell to Dali. The next stop is Lijiang.

Lijiang is home to well-known scenic spots such as Yulong Snow Mountain and Lashihai. After we set up an inn in the ancient city and checked in, we went to the Internet celebrity scenic spot-Lashihai Yunduan Club.
Yunduanbi Club
Including rowing in Lashihai, riding on the ancient tea-horse road, eating local chicken hot pot, taking photos in clubs and other events.
Lashihai is the first nature reserve named after "wetland" in Yunnan Province. Although it has "sea" in its name, it is actually a water area in the Yulong Snow Mountain Lower City Dam. Since Lijiang is an inland area where the sea cannot be seen, a slightly larger lake is accustomed to calling it a sea. There are large and small horse farms around Lashihai, with a very wide view. You can experience the thrill of riding on the grassland of the horse farm and see the infinite scenery under Yulong Mountain.

Visiting the ancient city at night, Lijiang, Yunnan, was once the dream of many people to travel. In recent years, it has been criticized for its commercialization and reputation as the "capital of love encounters". However, it is still very beautiful. The beautiful scenery is still, it is just that what people see is different. When I stood on the observation deck at night and looked at the panoramic view of the ancient city, I couldn't help but sigh deeply. I immediately put away my prejudice against Lijiang and accepted this beautiful place.
I think there are a thousand Lijiang in the hearts of a thousand people. Lijiang is noisy, partying all night long with people from different cities and sleeping drunk; Lijiang is gentle, containing your happiness and sadness, and melting your shackles; Lijiang is quiet, with small bridges and flowing water, and the sun shines through the clouds in the ancient city...
Life here is very simple, but very rich... Day 5 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
Yunnan Free Travel Strategies
The Yulong Snow Mountain is called "Oulu" in Naxi. This snow mountain, which combines various natural landscapes in the subtropical, temperate and cold zones, is said to be the embodiment of the Naxi protector god "Sanduo", so it has always been regarded by the Naxi people. regard it as a sacred mountain in their hearts. The cable car will take you to a height of 4506 meters, and the rest of the journey is to climb it step by step until you reach the highest point of 4680 meters. Standing on the observation deck and looking out, the snowy mountains and ice peaks standing in the sky are particularly spectacular. In addition, you can also come into contact with ice and snow at zero distance.
Tips for playing:
① After arriving at the entrance of the Yulong Mountain Scenic Area, you can take an eco-friendly vehicle to the parking lot at the large cableway; if you want to go to the snowy mountains, you must take the large cableway.
② The entrance fee is not the same as the large cableway fee. Be sure to queue up early to buy tickets for the large cableway! It is best to book tickets for the cableway one day in advance, otherwise the next trip may be affected due to delays in queuing. Generally, if you choose a one-day trip, you can save a lot of trouble. You can go directly to the cableway and line up the mountain the next day, which can free up a lot of time for sightseeing.
③ There is no place to provide meals during the uphill journey, so it is recommended to bring your own dry food in case of emergency needs.
④ If there is a lot of snow from November to March, you can also go to the ski resort. This is also the most fun time in Glacier Park.
[Blue Moon Valley]
Lanyue Valley is a famous love shrine and contains four lakes: Yuye Lake, Jingtan Lake, Lanyue Lake and Tingtao Lake. When overlooking the entire scenic area, it really looks like a blue lake like gem lying in the mountains. The scenes and people taken here are all super amazing. There is no need to add in any later stage of the surrounding green and yellow laminated forests, as well as the snowy mountains high above to cover each other... The mysterious colors of Blue Moon Valley will make you unforgettable for the rest of your life.
Tips for playing:
① After coming down from the Yulong Snow Mountain, you can take an eco-friendly vehicle to the Lanyue Valley Scenic Area. The environmentally friendly vehicle will pass through Yunshanping first. If you want to visit Yunshanping, you can plan the visit time first. The visit time in Yunshanping is about 1-2 hours. If there is not enough time, it is recommended to go directly to the Lanyue Valley Scenic Area.
② There is a battery car you can ride between every attraction in the Lanyue Valley Scenic Area, but an additional 50 yuan is required. Generally, there is no need to ride a battery car (similar to a sightseeing bus), and it is generally about 40 minutes 'walk.
③ There are many restaurants in the Lanyue Valley Scenic Area to eat, usually hot pot or stir-fried vegetables.
Lanyue Valley was formerly known as the "Baishui River". It is located in the valley north of Ganhaizi at the eastern foot of Yulong Snow Mountain and south of Yunshanping.·After the ice and snow from the snowy mountains melted, it flowed down the cliffs and continuously gathered into mountain streams and streams, and finally formed a clear and extremely sweet river in the deep valley in the upper reaches of the Blue Moon Valley.·On sunny days, the color of the water is blue, and the valley is crescent-shaped. From a distance, it looks like a blue moon inlaid at the foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain, so it is called Blue Moon Valley.·During the flowing process, four large water surfaces were formed due to the obstruction of mountains, known as "Yuye" Lake,"Jingtan" Lake,"Blue Moon" Lake and "Tingtao" Lake.
One day is enough to visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The total cost is about 500 yuan. You need to prepare equipment such as winter clothing and oxygen tanks.
After getting off the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, I booked a bus ticket to Shangri-La at 5:10, so I went to the inn to pick up my luggage and rushed to the passenger terminal. This is the last bus to Shangri-La every day. It takes nearly 5 hours. On the way, you will pass through the Tiger Leaping Gorge Scenic Area and you can see a very spectacular scenery.
It was late to arrive in Shangri-La on Day 6. I started playing the next day and went to Songzanlin Temple first.
Gadan Songzanlin Temple

You can see its golden dome outside the temple, which feels resplendent. If it is illuminated by the sun, it will feel particularly dazzling. The commentator told us that the first part of the money Tibetans generally earn is donated to build temples, and Tibetans are also proud of their families becoming monks, so Songzanlin Temple was still very well built. The temple guide will remind you about the taboos after entering and visiting, and I think after listening to the guide's explanation all the way, you will also have a general understanding and understanding of Tibetan Buddhism, which is worth listening to. Therefore, I remind everyone to try not to make a loud noise after entering the temple, not to take photos everywhere, and listen to the explanation. Maybe you will have different gains. Although you may not be a believer, respect and understanding are still necessary. If you need it, you can also light a butter lamp and add a stick of incense.
Visiting the ancient city of Dukezong at night is quieter, leisurely and unique Tibetan cultural atmosphere than the ancient city of Dali and Lijiang.
On the second day of Day 7, our main itinerary was to visit Pudacuo National Forest Park. We arrived at the observation deck of Shudu Lake and enjoyed the lake view.

After that, we drove through the original deep forests and pastures. The guide would explain the way for you, and the main attractions would also stop for tourists to take photos.
In the end, we chose to walk at the Bitahai Scenic Spot, where we could see the beautiful scenery along the way. If we were lucky, we could also feed the little squirrels. We felt that we had enough physical strength. If you have elderly people and severe altitude sickness, it is recommended to take a boat for a short journey. The boat fee is 50 yuan, which is also an acceptable range.
After visiting Pudacuo National Park, we ended our two-day trip to Shangri-La to all the attractions. Finally, we visited the Tibetan houses and felt that the people who could own the Tibetan houses were really like local tyrants, with all-wood structures and oversized living rooms. It really costs tens of millions of houses in the city. (Wow, forgive me for being so ignorant of the world hhh)
After six o'clock, I took the bus to leave Shangri-La, went to Dali and took the bullet train back to Nanning. Time was limited and I didn't want to rush too much, so I had to give up some of the attractions I also longed for. For example, I didn't go to Lugu Lake, and I didn't see the grasslands of Shangri-La well. It was a small regret, but it also gave us a reason to come again.
Colorful Yunnan, looking forward to goodbye ~
