Day01: Fly to Lijiang

The plane I took this time took off in the afternoon and arrived in Lijiang at 6:30 p.m. The airport has a direct shuttle bus to the ancient city of Lijiang, which is right at the gate of the ancient city. The transportation is very convenient. The ancient city of Lijiang, also known as Dayan Ancient Town, is one of the four most well-preserved ancient cities in our country. Lijiang is the home of the Naxi people. In order to experience the customs of Lijiang's ancient town more closely, I booked the hotel in the center of the ancient city, whether in the morning or evening, You can walk out and stroll in the ancient city at any time.

Lijiang is brightly lit at night. Due to the restrictions on the scope of activities of tourists, the ancient city seems to be more lively than during the day. Eating in restaurants, dancing in the square, singing in KTV, and hawking in the night market, mixed with the gurgling water in the ancient city, the ancient city suddenly became a city that never sleeps, filled with happiness and happiness.

Day02: Visit Lashihai Wetland Park, Shuhe Ancient Town

I walked around the ancient city a few times last night. The ancient city is quite big. You may get lost when you come here for the first time, because you will feel that all the streets are the same and you can't tell where they are. The sunshine here is really different. The sun shines warmly on the ancient city early in the morning.

The first stop I am going to today is Lashihai, a wetland park not far from the ancient city. The scenery is good and you can also boating.

The bus to Lashihai is usually parked at Zhongyi Market next to the ancient city. This is where I found a van and carpooled it with others. The fare is 5 yuan per person. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Lashihai Visitor Center. After getting off the bus, I was taken to several open rooms. It turned out that I had to choose the ticket package here.

I feel that the package is quite expensive, and the staff will also recommend it to you. Of course, they are all more comprehensive and expensive. There are sightseeing buses, horse riding, boating, boats and other types. Anyway, it's just to maximize profits. It's not easy for you to go once, and it's also a rare opportunity for him to earn you a return.

I really didn't want to ride a horse. I said that my skin would be allergic when riding a horse, so I could only row, so I chose the manual rowing package, hehe. I heard that you can actually walk in the section at the entrance by yourself, but in order to allow tourists to spend by sightseeing buses or horseback riding, you are intercepted at the visitor center and buy the set package first before entering. It is not compulsory consumption, but you choose it yourself, hehe.

The weather is relatively good, and it feels good to boating in the lake. The sun shines warmly on the body. The lake is blue. There are many water plants and small flowers on the sparkling lake. The smell of the lake is mixed with the fragrance of flowers and plants, and the breeze blows in your face and feels the most beautiful enjoyment brought by nature.

There are also many boating tourists, and I greet them from time to time. When you are tired from rowing, you will lie in the boat, bask in the sun, and take a nap. The surroundings are very quiet, but sometimes you will hear the sound of rowing in the distance. The rowing time is 2 hours and ends around 1 p.m.

Then I walked back along the trail built by the lake bank. The weather changed as usual. It was sunny just now, but suddenly dark clouds came over, and it looked like rain was going to rain.

Lijiang is not only the ancient city of Lijiang, Dayan Ancient Town, but also several other ancient towns. Shuhe Ancient Town is also the more famous one. Although the ancient towns are all similar now, I still want to truly experience this place of Internet celebrities. In the afternoon, I arranged to visit Shuhe Ancient Town.

Shuhe Ancient Town is located in the northwest of the Ancient City of Lijiang. Compared with the Ancient City of Lijiang, Shuhe River is relatively quieter and has relatively few tourists. It is most suitable for tourists who pursue a daze and slow life. The weather suddenly changed in the afternoon and it started to drizzle. Fortunately, it was not big, but there were fewer tourists in Shuhe Ancient Town. The cultural activities that were about to start in the square were also suspended due to the drizzling rain.

Strangely enough, the weather changed constantly. In less than a quarter of an hour, the weather cleared up again, and the blue sky and white clouds showed their smiles again. My mood also improved and I continued to stroll in Shuhe Ancient Town.

I feel that the scenery here is more distinctive than the ancient city of Lijiang, and some places are particularly contemporary. This is also a paradise for photographers. I have met many people taking wedding photos, but the scenery is indeed very unique.

Shuhe Ancient Town bought a ticket to enter, and there was a battery car riding in and out. The last trip out was at 5 p.m., and I had almost finished shopping, so I took this bus and came out, returned to the ancient city of Lijiang, and climbed in the sunset. Wenchang Palace took a panoramic view of the ancient city of Lijiang.

Day03: Visit Qingxi Reservoir, Yuhu Village

Lijiang is a tourist city. Although the city is not large, public transportation is particularly developed. Almost all sightseeing places can be reached by bus. Even if you need to walk, the distance is not far. The bus is one-yuan pass, with not many passengers and not crowded.

To the north of the ancient city of Lijiang, there is a Qingxi Reservoir. Next to the reservoir is a park. You can see the Yulong Snow Mountain from afar. It is a good place for free sightseeing and leisure.

I went in the morning, the sun was good, and the breeze blew, and the blue lake rippled. The Yulong Snow Mountain in the distance is particularly majestic under the sunshine.

A trail and a white stone arch bridge were built in the middle of the lake connecting the two sides of the trail. There is a row of big trees on each side of the trail. Standing under the big trees, the breeze blows very cool. The stone bridge is also very distinctive. I happened to meet a couple taking wedding photos on the bridge, and their faces were filled with happiness. Trees were also planted around the lake, rustling under the breeze.

The reservoir is not big, so it is almost enough to stay for an hour or two after taking photos. In the afternoon, I plan to go to a very distinctive stone village-Yuhu Village.

Yuhu Village is located more than ten kilometers north of Lijiang Ancient City. It can be directly reached by taking Bus No. 17 from Xiangshan Market. It takes about 1.5 hours by car.

The village is almost at the foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain. You can see the towering snowy mountains when you look up. The houses in this village are all made of stone. Every household has a small yard. Horses are tied to the gates of some yards, and the roads are also paved with stones, which is very special.

Yuhu Village has always had many tourists coming to visit, so the villagers are very hospitable. Several of them asked me if I wanted to ride a horse. I said I had ridden it and wanted to take a walk. A fellow villager even pointed to a road and told me that it would take about a quarter of an hour to reach a lake. So I did what he said and walked over.

Walking to the lake, I saw that the lake was clear, with blue sky and white clouds reflecting the tall jade dragon snow peaks reflected in the lake, as if nature had settled at the bottom of the lake. This is Jade Lake. It is said that this lake was dug before the Ming Dynasty and has a history of hundreds.

After seeing the Jade Lake, I returned to the village to take a walk around. By 3:30 in the afternoon, I took the bus heading for the ancient city of Lijiang and returned to the ancient city of Lijiang. Not far from the ancient city of Lijiang is a Red Sun Square. It was a square built by the people of Lijiang to commemorate Chairman Mao. A large waving statue was also built for Chairman Mao, which is particularly imposing.

Day04: Visit Baisha Ancient Town, Lijiang to Dali

Today is my last day in Lijiang. I plan to go to Baisha Ancient Town in the morning and take a train to Dali in the afternoon.

In order to avoid the crowd and take better photos, I got up early today, walked around the ancient city of Lijiang, and took some photos everywhere.

The most unique thing about Lijiang is the ancient town culture. There are many ancient towns here. I have visited Dayan Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town in the ancient cities of Lijiang before. Today, I am going to another ancient town of Baisha that is a little further away. This is the first settlement of the Naxi people in Lijiang Dam. It is also the birthplace of Lijiang Mu's Tusi and the earliest political center of the Naxi people.

Baisha Ancient Town is located about 12 kilometers north of Lijiang. It is an ancient town and very close to the Yulong Snow Mountain. Bus No. 6 from Lijiang Ancient City goes directly to Baisha Ancient Town, making transportation quite convenient.

It feels smaller in scale than other ancient towns, with relatively few tourists, because it is almost at the foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain, and you can see the towering snowy mountains when you look up.

There are many dyeing workshops here, as well as many hand-dyed fabrics for sale on site. They are not only beautiful, but also very local characteristics.
