preambular

I like the blue sky and white clouds here in Lijiang. I come here several times a year, and each time I have different feelings and surprises. As I get older, I gradually become Buddhist and no longer like to make a full schedule. Find a courtyard to sleep until you wake up naturally, enjoy every ray of sunshine in the ancient city, take photos around, and be grateful for the right good times in your life!

In 2019, I came to Lijiang again, and this time I met Lijiang, which was snowy. This travel article tells about the interesting places in Lijiang in my eyes. I hope it will help you.

Trailer!!!

Travel is like life. In order to meet better scenery, we always walk in the direction of hope. The stumbling along the way constitutes a very precious glimpse in the annual ring of life, engraved in our hearts and lingering.

There were some Buddhist traditions in 2018, and some things that happened also made me doubt myself. When standing at a high place and looking at the scenery, I feel suddenly enlightened. I put down my phone and ignore the so-called likes. It's good.

In my opinion, the Yulong Snow Mountain is the soul of Lijiang. On the snowy mountain at an altitude of 4860 meters, every breath and heartbeat feel so real.

On the first day of 2019, I met Lijiang in Yunshanping, which was snowy.

Laughing and running in the woods like a child, the warm sun keeps the temperature in your palms through your fingers, but the heat enters your eyes.

Qingxi Reservoir is not a popular check-in place, but it is hard to forget its beauty when I first saw it.

Shuhe Ancient Town is more like a condensed version of Dayan Ancient Town, but it is more secluded here. Step on the smooth bluestone slabs, listen to the sound of the flowing stream, and explore the small shops on the street. The day passes like this.

I always like to find special shooting spots while traveling, and it is unique to see Shuhe Ancient Town from a high place.

One day without a trip, I enjoyed a garden afternoon tea in the inn and wanted to say that this wasted time was so wonderful.

Fuguo Temple behind Baisha Ancient Town is a niche check-in place where you can see the snowy mountains, but the most beautiful scenery is still on the road.

I have been taking photos almost every day during my stay in Shuhe for the past few days. I have achieved the results in ten minutes on the roof of the inn. I want to say how happy I am to have a friend who can take photos.

There is a century-old ginkgo tree in the backyard of the Baisha mural. He and Xiaohe sat slumped in the yard and watched the ginkgo leaves dance in the air, and their worries disappeared.

When I first heard about Blue Moon Valley, I thought its name was so nice. Blue Moon Valley on a sunny day is like a sapphire inlaid at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

The ancient city of Lijiang is an ancient city without walls. The smooth and clean blue stone roads, earthen houses, and ubiquitous small bridges and flowing water form a lively scenery with the people coming and going.

Hua Wushuang's roof was almost trampled to pieces by guests, but your personal test experience tells you that you should try looking at Lion Mountain from this perspective.

Taking a panoramic view at Wenchang Palace, I forgot the time, and waited for the bright night of Lijiang.

A friend said that I am like a photography enthusiast and always like to try various styles of photos. Although I am a little miserable, I can be immersed in my own world and happy for a long time after taking it.

About the itinerary

Sun protection:

Yunnan is located on a plateau, has a high altitude, and has particularly strong ultraviolet rays. Your skin will get tanned without you realizing it. So remember to apply sunscreen, hat, and shawl before going out during the day. Not only can you protect you from the sun, but it will also be very good to take photos.

Climate:

Lijiang has a low-latitude, warm temperate plateau, mountainous monsoon climate. Due to the large altitude difference, there is little change in the four seasons, and the dry and wet seasons are distinct. The annual average temperature is between 12.6 and 19.9°C, and the rainy season is concentrated from June to September.

Wearing:

The so-called 18 Yunnan monsters are worn in all seasons, which is also a major feature of Yunnan tourism.

The weather on the plateau is changeable, sometimes sunny, sometimes cloudy, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. We must respond in time according to changes. In winter, the temperature difference between day and night increases, so you have to wear thick coats in the morning and evening.

Skin care products:

The weather in Yunnan is drier than you think. Hotels basically have floor heating, and the laundry can dry in one night. Girls must wear more moisturizing masks.

Because I have been to Lijiang once before, I still know a little bit about the Lijiang tourism industry. Therefore, I had to start reading the strategies early before setting off this time to find a reliable tour route to Yunnan. Coincidentally, a Ctrip friend introduced me to Duoduo, a Yunnan travel itinerary planner. He recommended attractions and itineraries to me, which made us very satisfied. The most important thing was the first-class service of the one-day tour on the Yulong Snow Mountain booked at Duoduo Tour Guide, and there was really no shopping, which was also in line with my original intention! After all, when traveling in Yunnan, if you are greedy for small gains, you will definitely suffer a big loss. Many travel things can't just look at this small discount in front of you! The quality of post-schedule is the most important thing!

a When choosing, be careful to include tickets for large cableways. Because real-name systems are required, it is difficult to get tickets online. This time, we booked a small business group with a total of 9 people. It includes round-trip fare to Lijiang, tickets and cableway tickets. It also includes a special local chicken hot pot lunch. In addition, winter clothes and oxygen bottles will be given away. Personally, I think it is still very good value, at least cheaper than what I ordered outside. And one thing worth mentioning is the first time I reported to Duojia for a local tour. I didn't expect the service to be so good. When booking, I promised to play purely without shopping. The itinerary did not include any shopping points. This experience is really awesome. Give 32 likes.

second The must-have for climbing snowy mountains are down jackets and oxygen bottles. According to your actual situation, if you feel necessary, you can buy an extra bottle of oxygen. It is still very necessary to transition from an altitude of 4506 to 4690 meters.

DAY1: Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport-Lijiang Sanyi Airport-Visit the ancient city in the afternoon, take photos, and stay in Lijiang Ancient City

DAY2: Lijiang Ancient City → Ganhaizi → Glacier Park Cableway → Lanyue Valley/Baishui River → Pass Shuhe Ancient Town → Return to Lijiang

DAY3: Ancient City of Lijiang-Mufu-Lion Mountain-Wangu Tower

DAY4: Baisha Ancient Town-Fuguo Temple-Qingxi Reservoir

DAY5: Lijiang Sanyi Airport-Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

The Yulong Snow Mountain is called "Oulu" in Naxi. It is composed of thirteen continuous snow peaks that look like silver dragons flying, hence the name Yulong Snow Mountain. Its main peak is a steep fan at an altitude of 5596 meters, making it the snowy mountain with the lowest latitude in the northern hemisphere.

I have always wondered why the buildings in Lijiang are not tall. A friend in Lijiang told me that it is the habit of Lijiang people to take a look at the snowy mountains every day.

Scientific analysis is that because Lijiang is located in an earthquake zone, there are no tall buildings. However, no matter what, the snowy mountains are of great significance to Lijiang people.

The Yulong Snow Mountain is often ridiculed as one of the most expensive scenic spots in China, but a trip to the Yulong Snow Mountain is obviously indispensable.

The Yulong Snow Mountain has a cableway directly to the top of the mountain. This is probably the fastest scenic spot for transportation to the Snow Mountain in China.

However, it should be noted that you need to take a large cableway to reach the top of the mountain. Generally, you have to book tickets in advance and there is a limit on the number of people per day.

In fact, we set off very early and started queuing from the entrance of the scenic area. It was almost lunchtime when we reached the top of the mountain.

It's still off-season. It feels like tourists coming to the ancient city of Lijiang are crowded onto the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It's hard to imagine how congested it will be during holidays.

The cableway entrance is still a few hundred meters away from the highest point of the plank road. From here, you need to walk up the mountain. On the surface, this distance seems gentle.

However, just a few hundred meters is not easy at all. Every step I take makes my heart jump out.

On the snowy mountain at an altitude of 4860 meters, every breath and heartbeat feel so real.

The weather is very important when you come to Yulong Snow Mountain, but today is blue sky and white clouds, and I feel like my character has exploded.

We just played in Blue Moon Valley for a while.

PS: The scenic spot also passes through Yauruping and Yunshanping on the middle way of electric vehicles. You can choose a station according to your own time.

When I first heard about Blue Moon Valley, I thought its name was so nice. Because its predecessor was known as the "Baishui River" earlier.

On sunny days, the color of the water is blue, and the valley is crescent-shaped. From a distance, it looks like a blue moon inlaid at the foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain, so it is called Blue Moon Valley.

In the afternoon, the sun shines on the water, making layers of waves, which is particularly beautiful.

Keep moving forward along the plank road. The water is crystal clear, as if you are in a fairyland.

The lake water in the Blue Moon Valley is formed by melting snow. During the flowing process, four large water surfaces are formed due to the obstruction of mountains. They are called "Yuye" Lake,"Jingtan" Lake,"Blue Moon" Lake and "Tingtao" Lake.

Due to the height difference of the terrain, there are many small waterfalls in the scenic area, and the photos are also very good.

There are many ancient cities in our country, many of which are well-preserved and have a long history. But among these thousands of ancient cities, only two are listed on the World Cultural Heritage List, and Lijiang Ancient City is one of them.

But in my opinion, the soul of the ancient city of Lijiang is this Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. My repeated visits to Lijiang have made me more and more fascinated by the Snow Mountain.

My friend Xiaohe in Lijiang can always lead me to some niche shooting spots, and I am still the female man who enjoys taking photos, doesn't like the jacket, and climbs with her in a skirt.

In the direction of the Xueshan Highway into the scenic area, you will pass a shooting point with a distant snowy mountain. On the left hand side of the road, you can see that there are many wedding photography trucks parked.

Locals have planted several dead trees here for wedding photography agencies and tourists to take photos. Sometimes they are charged 30 yuan for a car ticket. If they choose to take a photo with a horse, they only cost 50 yuan. Although it is not so formal, it seems to me that it is still very cost-effective.

I like this dead tree very much. Its trunk has a unique shape. Against the backdrop of snowy mountains and blue sky, it looks really cool when photographed.

Although it is the end of February, the temperature difference between morning and night in Lijiang is still very large. It can reach below zero at night and soar to more than ten degrees during the day.

I love and hate the sunshine here, love the warmth it brings, and hate its ultraviolet rays for its ruthless damage to the skin, but I compromise time and time again in front of the beautiful scenery.

For friends from other places, it is not a superhuman thing that can be enjoyed all year round. Lijiang's dry season is from October to April every year, and the chance of seeing snowy mountains increases greatly during this season. The rainy season from June to July every year is not a good time.

The sky is green and the wild is vast. There are no cattle and sheep in the wind blowing on the grassland. Running at the foot of the snowy mountains gives you a kind of long-lost freedom.

There is Ganhaizi near the Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area, and there is a large pool at this shooting point. When the weather is good, the lake clearly reflects the Yulong Snow Mountain in the distance. The thirteen peaks are winding, like a white dragon leaping in the sky, ready to leap into the surging Jinsha River at any time.

Many tourists ride horses here, and it is also good to experience the feeling of riding on the grassland at the foot of the snowy mountains.

When I got closer, I found that there was still ice on the lake. I picked up a piece of ice and held it in my hand. It was as transparent as glass.

If you happen to go to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, you might as well stop here. You will be as surprised as I am by the scenery here.

The scenery along Xueshan Avenue is not bad, but this road is a one-way street. There is also a cliff on the way back to take photos.

Climbing the cliff, the scenery at the other end of the ancient city will stretch out like a picture scroll, and the mood will be suddenly enlightened.

The older I got, I began to like photos of young people, probably because I didn't want to face the decree lines on my face.

We all live in an era of likes and likes. Sometimes we really should put down our phones and return to nature, so that we may find our original appearance.

[Yunshanping] I met Lijiang in the snowy sky

Another check-in holy place in the Yulong Scenic Area is Yunshanping. Compared with the crowded Glacier Park, there are not many tourists here. It is an alpine meadow hidden in the virgin forest.

If you have already paid the entrance fee, you only need to spend 60 yuan to buy a sightseeing ticket and a cableway ticket to reach Yunshanping Scenic Area, which is regarded as the entrance to the "Jade Dragon Third Country" in the mythology and legends of the Naxi people.

It only takes ten minutes to reach the cable car station by taking the cable car at Baishuihe Villa. There was a wooden plank road laid among the woods. Walking along the plank road, I saw that there was still last night's snow in the mountains and forests.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the central meadow. There are mysterious and beautiful ancient stories here. It is said that Yunshanping was the place where the first pair of lovers of the Naxi nationality died.

Standing on the edge of the meadow and forest, there will be a sacred respect in your heart.

Snow covers the meadow, just as beautiful as a fairy tale world. The majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is close at hand, and the thousand-year glacier is clearly visible.

This meadow forms a natural barrier between the snowy mountains and the forest. The huge figure of the Yulong Snow Mountain seems to look down on it from the sky, embracing the meadow into its arms like a strict father and a loving mother.

Because Yunshanping is 3240 meters above sea level, it is easy to have slight altitude reactions, so it is recommended not to walk too fast.

Surrounded by original green spruce forests, at a glance, you can see the comfort of emerald green.

The sun shone on the woods, stretching the shadows of the trees long and long, and the ground was white. This scene was very dreamy.

I was really excited about the first snowy scene I encountered this winter and kept playing in the snow.

I held a pile of snow and asked Xiaohe to capture it for me. The snow here was really bone-chilling, but it still couldn't hide the excitement in my heart at the moment.

According to legend, the founding fathers of the Naxi people were Kaimei and Yu Lepai. Their loving love life was like bees and flowers, but it was destroyed and separated by the feudal marriage of polygamy. They longed for a free love life, so they both went to Yunshanping to die.

The story is a bit sad and beautiful, but the scenery on Yunshanping is like a fairyland, and the air quality is also super good.

Yunnan

I like the light and shadow in the woods so much. Wanban Xiaohe took me a set of steady photo photos of tourists, which is super satisfied.

Yunnan Free Travel Strategies

The first snow scene I encountered this year was actually in Yunshanping. It can only be said that Lijiang surprises me every time.

The sun in Yunnan is very strong, so even in early spring, places where sunlight is needed will not be too cold.

Then, he was severely slapped in the face while playing with the snow. The snow in his hand was slowly melting. The coldness went from my fingers to my heart, not to mention how refreshing it was.

Xiaoxue tour guide said that although it occasionally snows in Lijiang in winter, it is very rare to be able to take such snow photos and feel really lucky.

Wild fruits falling from the snow have become the brightest color in this forest.

In Yunshanping, I feel that the Yulong Snow Mountain is close at hand, and every photo is a big picture.

[Qingxi Reservoir]-The most beautiful is only at first sight

To most tourists, Qingxi Reservoir is an unfamiliar name. Very few people use it as an attraction to check in, but I love it very much.

It is hard to forget the surprise when we first met. The lake reflects the distant Yulong Snow Mountain. The outline of the snow mountain appears very clear in the water. A gust of wind blows, the reflection disappears, and the whole heart calms down.

The fast-paced urban life seems to have diluted the impression of the four seasons. Lijiang is in early winter, but it is still the scenery of autumn. The touch of gold surprises me from the changes in the seasons.

The golden willow trees, rustling with the wind, danced in the air one by one, and finally landed on the water. The scene was really beautiful.

Qingxi Reservoir is one of Lijiang's drinking water sources. The dam in the morning is full of people exercising in the morning. They are envious of the locals living nearby.

Lijiang's blue skies and white clouds are always pure, and even the air is filled with a comfortable peace.

The sun shines on the water, creating layers of waves, as dazzling as diamonds.

Sitting on the dam with Xiaohe and Xiaoxue, we chatted. The two of them seemed to be good friends who had known each other for many years. Before leaving, Xiaoxue specially took some photos of tourists checking in for me.

Xiaohe said that locals like to come to Qingxi Reservoir on weekends to soak in the sun. It is also a good sunrise viewing point. I think they will come to Qingxi Reservoir often in the future.

[Shuhe Ancient Town]

Compared with the hustle and bustle of the ancient city of Lijiang, I prefer the quiet ancient town of Shuhe. Every time I come to Lijiang, I always choose to come to Shuhe to live for a few days.

PS: The inns I stayed in were all booked by many tour guides. I originally wanted to book the Tinghuazhu series I stayed in before, but I had no room, so I was arranged to stay in the inn next door.

The antique environment of this store is very integrated with the overall tone of Shuhe. The yard is huge and the boss has planted all kinds of flowers.

Shuhe Ancient Town is called "Shaowu" in Naxi. Because the Baoshan Mountain behind the village is shaped like a pile of peaks, the village is named after the mountains and is spread and mutated. It means "the village under the peak". It was one of the earliest settlements of Naxi ancestors in Lijiang Bazi, and it is also an important market town that is well-preserved on the ancient tea-horse road.

Shuhe in the morning is like a quiet girl, awakened by the warm light of the ancient city, slowing down and feeling the leisure of Shuhe Ancient Town.

Shuhe also has a Sifang Street, which is only more than 30 meters long and wide. As the commercial center of the ancient town, there are four roads leading to all directions, surrounded by water. It is one of the oldest markets in Lijiang Bazi.

In ancient times, there was a night market on Shuhe Sifang Street. People stroll around the night market with torches and walk along the banks of the Qinglong River, like fireflies on summer nights, becoming a scenery called "night market fireflies".

The Qingshi Bridge in the ancient town is always the place with the most people. This bridge is 25 meters long, 4.5 meters wide and 4 meters high. It is all built of stones and is listed as the largest ancient stone bridge in Lijiang. This shows that Shuhe River plays an important role in the history of Lijiang. The economic and cultural pattern.

Not far from Sifang Street is the only tea-horse ancient road museum in China, which tells the hardships and glory of the tea-horse ancient road. Friends who are interested in tea culture must not miss it.

Shuhe Ancient Town is more like a condensed version of Dayan Ancient Town, but it is more secluded here. Step on the smooth bluestone slabs, listen to the sound of the flowing stream, and explore the small shops on the street. The day passes.

Jiuding Longtan in the northwest corner of the ancient town is the water source of streams in the ancient town. The water in Longtan is not deep, it is not muddy in summer, and it is not shallow in winter. You can see the "reflected snow-capped mountains","broken monuments knocking" and "fish and water relatives" in the eight scenic spots of Shuhe River.

There is a small path next to Jiuding Longtan that leads to Jubao Mountain behind. Not only can you see the panoramic view of Shuhe Ancient Town, but also a few strange-shaped tree trunks. I thought I would come and take photos if I had the opportunity.

Xiaoxue, Xiao and I went up to Jubao Mountain from the other side of the ancient town. On the top of the mountain, Tibetans hung prayer prayer flags and fluttered freely in the wind.

There are almost no tourists here, and the road up is not very easy. A dog climbed to the top of the mountain and looked very cute while panting.

The top of the mountain is an excellent location to take a panoramic view of the Shuhe River. The dense old buildings are unfolding in front of your eyes, which is truly spectacular at a glance.

Yunnan Free Travel Strategies

From the west to the end of Sifang Street, there are two best viewing inns up a small alley. The inns have an average environment, but they have become a favorite shooting spot for wedding photography agencies.

The charge is 20 yuan per person. There is a sky mirror installed on the roof. Maybe there are too many people on the mirror and there are flowers on the mirror. I borrowed a blanket from the boss and took some favorite photos with my friends.

When I returned to the inn, I encountered a pink sunset. I quickly took out my camera and took a picture, but the picture now was not as beautiful as what my eyes could see.

There is a tavern in the inn. You can experience the petty bourgeoisie of Shuhe without going out at night.

The singer is a young man of the Naxi nationality who is good at singing folk songs. I don't like the noise of the bar very much. It's also good to order a glass of wine and listen to folk songs.

I didn't have time to have dinner after coming down from the mountain. The tavern still sold snacks and rice noodles. I ordered the signature local chicken rice noodles, which was so delicious that I cried ~

I heard from the sister of the inn that the dancing in Shuhe Ancient Town took place at 8:30 p.m., and she was curious and asked her to accompany me to listen to the music in the four directions.

Shuhe was very quiet at night, and he slept almost all night.

--Enjoy a garden afternoon tea

On a day when you sleep until you wake up naturally, you don't have to visit scenic spots. It's also a good choice to go to the Xiangyao restaurant where you stayed last time for afternoon tea.

The last time I came to Shuhe, I fell in love with this courtyard full of flowers. The flowers in winter are much fewer than in spring, but the sun in the courtyard is still as warm.

I recommend rose afternoon tea. The price of 68 yuan/set can only be said to be super conscionable. A cup of coffee is only more than 20 yuan. Compared with the city, this price is really touching. Even if you don't live in the store, you can come and enjoy a garden afternoon tea.

The sound of the fountain makes the courtyard very lively, and the strong American rural style is very popular.

There was a cute big bear in the yard, and she was excited to give the big bear a hug first.

On this pleasant afternoon, in this peaceful corner, avoid worldly troubles and enjoy a soft time.

In the time of the prime years and brocade, carefully appreciate the tranquility of the years.

[Fuguo Temple] The most beautiful scenery is on the road

Duoduo took us to Fuguo Temple, a niche attraction behind Baisha, but the most beautiful scenery was still on the road.

Passing through Baisha Village, there were almost no vehicles along the way. A commanding height on the roadside gave you a panoramic view of the entire ancient city. I stopped the car and took a few photos.

Xiao He's white hat and this sweater are very mixed, and warmth is also very important while taking photos.

The last time I followed Xiaohe in Dali, I also checked in various niche secret realms.

A mountain depression on the roadside was discovered when she took guests to take photos last time, and she could take a photo with the Yulong Snow Mountain.

Looking at Baisha Ancient Town from above, it is still very original Naxi-style buildings, pastoral cottages, and a scene of paradise outside the world.

This antique temple is Fuguo Temple. It was built in the Ming Dynasty. It was the family temple of the Mu family Tusi and later became a Tibetan Buddhist temple. It was the "mother temple" of the Five Great Monastery in Lijiang and the largest Kama Kagju Temple in Yunnan.

The building of Fuguo Temple is exquisite and huge, and there are few tourists. You can not only feel the cultural heritage of the ancient temple, but also see the Yulong Snow Mountain.

The forest opposite the temple is also highly recommended. The noon sun shines on the forest, revealing mottled light and shadow, which is very interesting.

Sitting on the ground basking in the sun and taking a nap is also super comfortable.

After returning to Shuhe from Fuguo Temple, the sun had not set yet, so Tong Xiaohe became very playful and ran to the roof of the inn to take photos.

The sky view on the roof of Tinghuatang has a good view. Under the decoration of a few blankets, the sky mirror has a different flavor.

He repeatedly praised Xiaohe for buying a good blanket, saying that he was really happy to have a friend who could take photos and felt like he was taking photos every day.

The sun at sunset is particularly warm, and I feel lazy.

Traveling is not only about relieving stress and seeing better scenery, but also about finding an opportunity to empty yourself.

[Baisha Ancient Town] What Old Lijiang looks like in my heart

Baisha, not far from Shuhe Ancient Town, is also one of my favorite places in Lijiang.

It is about ten kilometers from the ancient city of Lijiang to the ancient town of Baisha. Locke's Lijiang was written about Baisha and Yuhu Village. Tourists here can see many foreign friends from time to time.

Historically, Baisha Village was the birthplace of the Mu's Tusi family and the earliest settlement where the Naxi people entered Lijiang Bazi. In the early Ming Dynasty, the Naxi Tusi moved the ruling government from Baisha Village to Mufu in Dayan Town.

The ancient town is not big and can be visited in an hour. The ancient archways and bluestone streets are more simple and natural.

I personally like to visit Baisha's store very much. From time to time, I can see some old handmade embroidery pieces and antiques. I often like them and can't move my feet away. However, the price of these handicrafts is always not cheap, so I became the kind of customer that bosses hate.

Most of the stores here are opened by locals in Naxi, which is less commercial than Dayan Ancient City.

After coming to Baisha several times, I almost recognized the faces of the old grannies on Sifang Street. They set up a stall selling vegetables in the same location every day. Every time I passed by, I couldn't help but take a camera and take two photos.

A friend asked me why I like Baisha, probably because I came to Lijiang 10 years ago, and Baisha is what I imagined old Lijiang would look like.

Baisha is most famous for its Baisha murals. Xiaohe said that there is a century-old ginkgo tree in the Baisha murals, which aroused my interest.

Although the Ancient City of Lijiang has cancelled the ancient Wei fee for inspecting tourists, it costs 30 yuan for admission and 80 yuan for ancient Wei fee to enter the Baisha murals. It is a little sad that the wallet is real.

Entering the park and heading straight to the ginkgo tree in the yard, I was still amazed when I first saw this four-hundred-year-old ginkgo tree.

They all say that "the fall of a leaf tells the autumn of the world." I feel that I came a few days late. But the golden color on the ground at this moment is probably the best interpretation of the end of autumn.

The cold wind blew past, making a "rustling" sound, and the leaves danced in the treetops like golden butterflies.

Baisha murals are an integral part of Lijiang's world cultural heritage. They are unique in embracing various religious cultures and art schools. Its drawing lasted for more than 300 years from the early Ming Dynasty to the early Qing Dynasty. Friends interested in history should not miss it.

[Ancient City of Lijiang]

Everyone has a Lijiang in their hearts, which represents different meanings.

I like the slow pace of Lijiang very much. I used to dream of opening an inn here. This dream has gradually been forgotten. Every time I come here, I always get used to finding a favorite courtyard to stare in the sun.

The Ancient City of Lijiang is located in the Ancient City of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, southwest China. It is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Although it is located on the plateau, you can see snowy mountains all year round, and the climate is distinct all year round.

Because of its convenient transportation, Lijiang has become a necessary transit city to go to Shangri-La, Lugu Lake, Dali and other places.

The streets in the ancient city of Lijiang are built along mountains and rivers. The so-called ancient city of Lijiang actually refers to the ancient city of Dayan.

Sifang Street is the heart of this ancient city. The entire street is rectangular. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, people from all directions would come here to do business. It can be said that this was also the commercial hub of ancient people and the trading center on the ancient tea-horse ancient road.

Today, Sifang Street is still the most charming downtown area in the ancient city. It is surrounded by small shops and delicious food, making people dizzying and bustling with tourists.

Every morning, a group of elderly people dressed in ethnic minority costumes gather together to dance on Sifang Street, which is also a special scenery.

Next to it is a bar street, and a wooden bridge connects the street and the bar door. Many people say that Lijiang is a place that only wakes up at night. However, the bar street in the early morning has a different taste. There is a lot of sunshine here, and it is written everywhere that it is the main store, so it is always silly and confused.

The large water wheel at the north gate of the ancient city is the symbol of Dayan Ancient City. Tourists often line up to take photos here.

There are two large waterwheels. Some of the local people call them "mother-son waterwheels" and others call them "lover waterwheels". Anyway, they are both images.

The corridor next to the large waterwheel is filled with wish wind chimes. Accompanied by the moving sound of the breeze, a sincere wish is recorded behind each wish wind chime.

In the square in front of the water wheel, many Naxi people are often seen "dancing". Different from square dances, their dance movements integrate daily life, such as weaving, farming, etc. The movements are relatively simple and easy to learn, and many tourists also follow the dance.

There are not many scenic spots in the ancient city. I like to walk around the alleys at will without doing strategies. Maybe I can meet my favorite scenery at the next intersection.

In the ancient city, you can always hear the gurgling sound, and the stream flows slowly from top to bottom, covering every corner of the ancient city. Every holiday, flowers are placed on both sides of the river, which is also a special scenery.

There are thousands of inns in the ancient city of Lijiang, and tourists can easily get lost while walking in the ancient city.

Sanyan Well, as the name suggests, is a neatly arranged three wells. It is very particular about its use, because this was a unique water use method used by the Naxi ancestors and can be said to be unique in the world.

The first sip is the source of spring water, and the water is clear, so it is the drinking water used by residents. The second well is mainly used for washing vegetables and washing cookware. The third well is dedicated to washing clothes, and water will eventually be discharged from the third well into the ditch.

This special well-making method reflects the ancient concept of water conservation and environmental protection of the Naxi people.

Walking into the solemn red gate of Mufu, you can see Wanjuan Tower, Dharma Hall, Guangbi Tower, Yuyin Tower, Sanqing Hall and other buildings along the central axis, all of which are exquisite.

The Tianyi Liufang Archway is located on the road leading to Mufu. The four words "Tianyi Liufang" are the homophonic of "go to study" in Naxi, and they are also very interesting.

Mufu is the residence of wood-style tusi over the past dynasties. It is a place that must not be missed in the ancient city of Lijiang.

"There is the Forbidden City in the north and the Mufu in the south." Mufu is a glorious garden of architectural art. It fully reflects the style and temperament of the Central Plains architecture in the Ming Dynasty, and at the same time retains the simple and rough charm of the Central Plains architecture in the Tang and Song Dynasties.

There is a saying in Lijiang tourism: "If you can't reach Mufu, you can't reach Lijiang."

However, I have been to Lijiang many times, but I have never entered once. It's a little funny to think about it.

This time, the person who lives in the ancient city of Lijiang is called Hua Wushuang. The roof can see the full view of Lion Mountain and Yulong Snow Mountain.

It seems that sleeping in Dayan Ancient City until you wake up naturally is the way to start traveling, but I want to say that you won't feel sorry to get up early and watch a sunrise trip on the roof.

I saw my friend's roof coming to pull grass. The roof is right above the flower pool. It's easy to get up, but you still have to pay attention to safety and be careful not to step on the tiles.

It is recommended to take photos early and late. There is a crystal ball on the roof to sit and wait for the sunset. If you are lucky, you can also encounter a pink sunset.

Yunnan

I took a few photos on the roof of the inn before dark, and I still like it a lot.

Next to the inn is Dayanhua Lane, Xinjin Internet celebrity Street in the ancient city. The alley is not long, but the small shops here are all very distinctive. Each room has a theme, which is willful and pure and unique.

At the corner, bougainvillea is in full bloom, gurgling water, and colorful wishing signs form a sultry scenery.

--Live like a local

The ancient city of Lijiang can be said to be surrounded by mountains and rivers. This ancient city has a strong atmosphere of life and exquisite and simple buildings, making people yearn for life here.

Escape from the smog, ignore all kinds of troubles, and learn to live like a local.

I have been to Lijiang several times and accidentally walked into the Zhongyi Market next to the ancient city one morning. This vegetable market under the snowy mountain is the place where Lijiang has the strongest flavor of life.

Zhongyi Market is the only existing farmers 'market in the ancient city of Lijiang. The market is full of vendors who buy vegetables and local specialties. It is also the place with the largest concentration of Naxi locals.

The prices of fruits and vegetables here are very cheap, which makes me want to buy vegetables and cook.

The stalls selling fried corn cakes in the market are crowded with people, and each is fragrant and crispy for 2 yuan.

Ali's mother's candied fruits have been sold on this street for many years. She is a little surprised that Lijiang people actually have chili candied fruits in the brain of making candied fruits. If you want to bring some specialties home, you might as well visit Zhongyi Market.

Every Internet celebrity fruit cutter in the ancient city has a good business, but the price is several times different from here.

--Best location for panoramic view of Lijiang

There are thousands of inns in the ancient city. Finding a place to enjoy the ancient city of Lijiang is also an indispensable part of travel.

Wenchang Palace and Wangu Tower are both excellent locations for panoramic views of Lijiang Ancient City.

Many scenic inns and restaurants also have very good scenic views, and Wenchang Palace is free.

"Wenchang Palace" was built in the first year of Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 280 years. It is the largest temple park in the ancient city of Lijiang, integrating the three religions of Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism in one hall.

In the early winter of Wenchang Palace, several ancient trees in the yard gave me a big surprise. The leaves turned golden yellow, even more beautiful than ginkgo trees.

The ancient city of Lijiang is surrounded by Xiangshan Mountain in the north, Lion Mountain in the west, and Kuanguang Pingchuan in the southeast. The east wind comes slowly in spring, the south wind is smooth in summer, and the northwest cold wind is blocked in winter. It can be said to be warm in spring and cool in summer. Three mountains are screens, three rivers run through the city, water is the veins, and nature follows the situation. It is this site selection and layout characteristics that make the ancient city of Lijiang have the appearance of both a mountain city and a water town, and it is known as the "Plateau Gusu" and "Oriental Venice".

--Night Lijiang

As night falls, the sky becomes blue, and the lights in the ancient city are lit up one by one. Waves of singing came from the bar street, making Lijiang even more charming when the lights were on.

As night falls, the sky becomes blue, and the lights in the ancient city are lit up one by one. Waves of singing came from the bar street, making Lijiang even more charming when the lights were on.

Lijiang at night has become another world, with tourists from all over the world composing different carnival songs.

Sifang Street extends in all directions, and a small alley next to it is covered with colorful oil-paper umbrellas, which is especially romantic at night.

Only at night will you find that there are more tourists in the ancient city of Lijiang than you think.

The crowded streets and laughing shops are stacked in every place in Lijiang. Lijiang stories are piled up, which can be silent and carnival.

Lijiang doesn't need to chase the moon at night like a meteor. You just need to slow down and feel the unique charm of the ancient city at night.

There are lanterns selling beside the Dashi Bridge every night. I pass by many times, but I forget to buy them every time.

It only took about 3 minutes to walk back from Dashiqiao Bridge, and he and Xiaohe ran to the roof to take photos of the night scene.

Lion Mountain is even more charming at night. Several songs come from afar, giving Lijiang a fireworks atmosphere at night.

food recommendation

I don't know much about Lijiang's delicacies. Xiaoxue took me to eat most of the delicacies. As a local, he really knows everything about Lijiang like the back of his hand. I strongly recommend that everyone find him when you go to Lijiang.

[Yun Xueli Restaurant]

Per capita consumption: 60-100 yuan per person

Address: No. 108, Xingwen Lane, Qiyi Street, Ancient City, Lijiang

Yunxueli Restaurant is a well-known Yunnan restaurant in the ancient city of Lijiang. The dishes here can be said to be very authentic and the decoration environment is also very good.

Recommended spring water tofu, kimchi snow mountain fish, beef copper hot pot, matsutake mushroom chicken soup, sauerkraut stir-fried soil

[Apo preserved ribs]

Per capita consumption: 40-70 yuan

Lijiang's pork ribs are local specialties. I recommend the Apo pork ribs near the Ancient City Administration Bureau. The price was affordable and the portions were large. We had to queue up when we went late that day.

[Jianshui Chicken Foot King]

Per capita consumption: 50-70 yuan per person

There are several Jianshui Chicken Foot Kings in Lijiang, and the taste of each branch is similar. They are not far from the ancient city. It is recommended to choose dinner or late snacks. The chicken feet are marinated first, and one person suggests 2-3. The chicken feet served on the table are scorched on the outside and glutinous on the inside, which is super delicious. Barbecue served with stewed rice noodles overnight, and you instantly burst into happiness.

? Recommended Jianshui roasted tofu, roasted chicken feet, chopped fish, pork belly, potatoes, and melons

[Tiantian Fresh]

Per capita consumption: 30-40 yuan per person

Address: No. 47, Wangjiazhuang Lane, Wuyi Street, Ancient City, Lijiang

This is an authentic Yunnan restaurant in the ancient city, and there is often a queue. It is said that the chef is a local Naxi aunt, and the price of the dishes is so low that the price is touching.

? Recommend Naxi barbecue, Naxi grilled fish, fried tea tree mushrooms, and old milk potatoes.

[There is a pot]

Price: 70-120 yuan/person

Address: No. 23, Xinyuan Lane, Ancient City, Lijiang

This store is located in the ancient city. It was recommended by a friend. I came to Lijiang this time.

The specialty of their home is soup pot, and the restaurant door is a bit off the side, but the dining environment inside is not bad. Soup pots range from 98 to 138 yuan, and the portions are a little small for two people. The chicken mushroom soup is very fresh and can be cooked. There are also barbecues and vegetarian dishes next to it.

Miscellaneous Vegetable Stewed Restaurant]

Per capita consumption: 80-120 yuan

Address: No. 16, Group 6, Dongkang, Kangpu Lane, Shuhe Ancient Town

Many celebrities have visited an Internet celebrity shop in Shuhe Ancient Town. The decoration is antique, and the dishes in the store are very exquisite. The taste is light and suitable for all ages. The price is relatively expensive.

? Recommended dishes, mixed vegetable stewed, stone pot steamed tofu, pot snow mountain fish tofu, colorful shredded potatoes.

[Kangba Tibetan Food]

Per capita consumption: 80-100 yuan

Address: Next to the Tea Horse Ancient Road Museum, Zhonghe Road, Shuhe, Lijiang

I and my friends found a great Tibetan restaurant in Shuhe Ancient Town, with rich Tibetan decoration, authentic practices and ingredients, which made people forget to leave.

In winter, several friends sat in front of the fire pond, cooking yak hot pot and drinking butter tea, chatting about interesting things during their trip, which was probably the most beautiful thing.

? Recommended dishes: yak hot pot, Tibetan pork, butter cake, butter tea, and home-brewed rose wine.

[Dumb Mom's Food]

Per capita consumption: 60-100 yuan per person

Address: Next to Qinglong Bridge, Group 1, Renli Community, Shuhe Ancient Town

Dumb Mom Food has several branches in Shuhe, but Renli Store has the best business. You can see Dashiqiao from the restaurant, and the dining environment is great. The dishes are mainly local dishes, and the price is medium to high. It is not very cheap but it is not exaggerated.

[Shujia Yulu]

Per capita consumption: 80-110 yuan per person

Yulu's restaurant is also open to the public. Whether you live here or travel to Yuhu Village, you must not miss his vegetable juice hot pot.

The soup base made with vegetable juice and green pepper tastes super good. Before the hot pot, come with a bowl of soup. It is spicy and warm and appetizing.

? The Chinese food here is also good. It is all made of fresh local ingredients and is cooked in a home-cooked manner. We recommend ribs, scrambled eggs with jasmine flowers, steamed snow mountains, and home-made tofu.

accommodation recommendation

Accommodation is also recommended a lot, and I heard that it is much cheaper.

Shuhe Ancient City: Tinghua Building Inn

This store is located in Shuhe Ancient Town. I used to stay in the village next door to them, but this time I had no room and stayed in their shanty shop.

The shanzhai shop is larger in area, the rooms are also very comfortable, with antique decoration, and the overall environment is very quiet. There is also a tavern in the store. You can experience the bar atmosphere of Lijiang without leaving the inn at night.

Chinese decoration is very textured

Living in a duplex room

Traveling is not only about relieving stress and seeing better scenery, but also about finding an opportunity to empty yourself.
