Day 21st, October 29, from Shangri-La Town, Daocheng County, Sichuan to Balagezong Scenic Area in Shangri-La City, Yunnan: 261 kilometers, standard 6:30, actual 9:15-16:30.

After touring Daocheng Aden, I originally wanted to continue south to visit Liangshan Prefecture and Lugu Lake. However, the navigation shows that there are roads to be built south, and it gives a detour to Shangri-La, Yunnan, and then to Xichang. At the same time, I don't know much about the road conditions of the Luzhou-Asia Line, another road that runs directly south. It happened that a friend had just been to Balag Zong and praised it highly as a scenic spot that was not very famous. So he decided to go to Balagozon.

There are fewer cars on the way and more turns. Go north, National Highway 227, turn west to Xiangcheng County, turn to Provincial Highway 217 south, and enter Yunnan, National Highway 215 and Xijing Line. First, the plateau landform, and then the Jinsha River accompanied it all the way to the colorful world. The water in the Jinsha River is so green. It is the real green mountains and clear waters.

The altitude ranges from 2,900--4,600--2015--2,050 meters, and the temperatures experienced range from 0 degrees to 29 degrees.

Day 22, October 30, Balagzong Scenic Area, 4A, 8:20--16: 45

The original ticket is 110 yuan, the half ticket is 55 yuan, and the sightseeing bus is 60 yuan.

Balagzong Scenic Area is located in the mountains at the junction of the three provinces of Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet.

It is a scenic spot built by a man named Sina Dingzhu after building roads.

Sinadingzhu was born in 1964 in Bala Village. When he was 10 years old, he suffered an eye injury as an apprentice blacksmith. He spent 5 days walking from the village to Zhongdian County (now Shangri-La City) and missed the best treatment time. Determined to build roads.

He walked out of Bala Village at the age of 13 and started business with some beautiful stones in the mountains. He wandered in the Jianghu for 27 years and earned 40 million yuan. It took 10 years to sell out all the family assets and take bank loans to build a 35-kilometer road in the vertical mountain that reaches Bala Village. So far, 58 kilometers of roads have been built, costing a total of 850 million yuan.

A man who walked out of the mountains for the first time at the age of 10 did not wear shoes before seeing children in the outside world. He had not studied for a few years, but walked out of the mountains at the age of 13 to work and do business, and went to Kunming, Guangzhou, Shanghai, etc., earning 40 million yuan in 27 years. That was the era of tens of thousands of yuan households. The money was already a lot, enough for him to live a life like a person. But he returned to his hometown to do good deeds!

It is indeed difficult to build roads on the vertical terrain of U-shaped mountains, with more than 50 hairpin bends in 35 kilometers. The designers invited all flinched, but Sinadingzhu taught himself, designed lines, and organized construction. I really couldn't imagine it.

3. Bala Village:

The word "Bala" originates from the Tibetan transliteration and means a Tibetan village migrated from Batang.

Bala Village is located on the mountainside at an altitude of 2900 meters under the Gezong Snow Mountain in the middle of the Shangri-La Grand Canyon, and vertically upwards about 700 meters along the Gangqu River Valley.

Legend has it that more than 1300 years ago, a powerful Tibetan tribal leader, Snadoji, gave up wealth, rights, and Guangmao in order to pursue his wife, Ren said Ram, who left home with the old lama because he was tired of war. The territory was just to find a holy land on earth that was far away from war and was aloof from the world. So Snadoji led his tribe, followed the footsteps of Ren said Ram, all the way south from the distant Batang to Bala and settled down.

Since then, Bala Village has become the ideal home of the Snadoji family and has become an indigenous resident after generations of ancestors. For thousands of years, the Bala people have worked here at sunrise and rested at sunset. For generations, they have lived a life like a "paradise" isolated from the world.

4. Shangri-La Grand Canyon:

Different from the "V" shape of ordinary canyons, this one is a "U" shape, vertical landform, and a drop of 3500 meters. From high altitudes, they should belong to the cold zone, but there are many temperate plants, from cacti and palm trees to cold-temperate plucose fir, yew, and dried cedar. The Gangqu River runs through the Grand Canyon.

This thousand-year-old Bodhi tree once grew a left hand overnight. Walking closer to the root of the Bodhi tree, you can see this legendary bergamot. There is a brown tree trunk sticking out obliquely from the tree. Its fingertips reach into the interior of the rock wall. Its five fingers are clear and clear. The touch is relatively rough, as if holding the hand of an old man.

On the tree trunk, it looked like an old man's face.

"Bodhi has no trees, and a mirror is not a platform. There is no thing in the world. Where can it cause dust?" This sentence is a famous verse in Buddhism. If you can understand this sentence, you will be greatly enlightened. Some people interpret it as Sakyamuni's state of mind when he sat quietly under the Bodhi tree. Sakyamuni is like a Bodhi tree, and his heart is like a bright mirror. If your heart is not distracted, you will naturally not be stained with dust from the outside world.

This thousand-year-old Bodhi tree has a "bergamot" sticking out from the waist of the tree. Even the body of the Bodhi tree looks like a human face has grown from a distance. The hands of this thousand-year-old Bodhi tree extend to the cliffs and firmly grasp the stone in a crack in the stone. In the eyes of many people, it is very strange, but for those Buddhist believers, this Bodhi tree It seems very effective, because the Bodhi tree is a very famous plant in Buddhism and has considerable connection with Buddhism.

I went to see it three times, and when I was about to leave early on the third day, I finally saw the "bergamot". It's amazing!

The leaves are very lush, the trunk is covered, and the divine hand is very small and difficult to find. It was the third time we went to observe carefully and discovered it.

Day 24, Sunday, November 1st, Shangri-La City, 9:45--17: 30

1. Pudacuo National Park:

5A, ticket is 80 yuan, and only one attraction is open, Duhu. The other two Bitahai and Militang grasslands are under ecological restoration.

22 kilometers away from the city and 3595 meters above sea level, it is the highest plateau tectonic lake in Yunnan.

Shudu Lake is a plateau ranch, and you can walk on a plank road. Hike 3.3 kilometers, 1.5--2 hours. Or take a boat 600 meters forward for 50 yuan.

This is the second time I came to Duhu.

Starting from Shanghai (50 meters above sea level) this time, after entering western Sichuan, it is at a plateau altitude, with a maximum of 4700 meters. Today, starting from Shangri-La City (3400 meters), passing through Jiedamu Scenic Area, Haba Snow Mountain, and Guodi Mountain (3650 meters), the lowest point reaches 1820 meters, and now we reach Lijiang Ancient City (2416 meters).

Below 2000 meters above sea level, people basically bid farewell to the colorful world and enter the green world.

After so many days on the plateau, I have become a highland person. Now that we are going to the plateau, we can't be "intoxicated"! I have to slowly go underground to the plateau.

A 12-kilometer detour took a look at the "First Bay of the Yangtze River".

The government-set observation deck is at the foot of the mountain and is free of charge. The common people set up a viewing platform on the mountain behind their houses, which costs 20 yuan to go up.

At an altitude of 1850 meters, it is between Shigu Town, Lijiang and Shasongbi Village, Shangri-La City. The Yangtze River pours down from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the roof of the world, makes a sharp 100-degree turn at Shasongbi Village, and flows northeast, forming a V-shaped bend here.

1. Yulong Snow Mountain: Admission is 105 yuan. It is the snowy mountain closest to the Equator in the Northern Hemisphere.

Glacier Park: Tickets are 170 yuan. Tickets are for the large cableway. They are purchased at the Ganhaizi Visitor Center. The lower station of the cableway is 3356 meters above sea level and reaches the upper station directly below the main peak of the snowy mountain at an altitude of 5596 meters. The cableway is known as the highest cableway in Asia and runs for about half an hour. The highest point that tourists can reach is 4680 meters, up and down for about an hour.

Baishui River: 7 kilometers away from the big cableway. It is a small river washed by melted water from the snowy mountains. It is named because of the white stones at the bottom of the river. Go down to the Blue Moon Valley attractions.

Yunshanping: The round-trip ticket is 70 yuan. It is less than 1 kilometer away from Baishui River. It can be reached on foot to Yunshanping. It is an alpine meadow surrounded by spruce forests on the mountainside. It is 3200 meters above sea level and has a wide view. You can view the Yulong Snow Mountains. Peak.

Planning to go to Yulong Snow Mountain, a ticket purchasing office was set up 10 kilometers away. Cars lined up to buy tickets, which gave people a very bad feeling.

Considering that many snow-capped mountains have been seen at home and abroad, and the snow-capped mountains and glaciers of the Yulong Snow Mountain have begun to disappear, the snow line is rising year by year, and it is about to become Yulong Mountain.

A simple village 8 kilometers northwest of Dayan Ancient Town.

Baisha Murals: Admission is 15 yuan and is the most attractive attraction in the town. Most of the murals were created in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and most of them are religious themes. It is a treasure in mural art. The 53 existing works are stored in the Taibao Palace (maintenance), Liuli Hall (maintenance), Dading Pavilion, and Dajue Palace.
