In addition to the Tibetan-style pastoral houses transformed into villa rooms, the remaining buildings are used as a lobby book bar and souvenir shop, restaurant, SPA fitness and physiotherapy center, and room service center. In addition, the surprises in the yurt will be decrypted by you yourself, so I won't spoil it. Another warm reminder: Ren 'an Banyan Tree is not open all year round. The winter weather conditions in Tibetan areas on the Diqing Plateau are relatively harsh, so the hotel has a winter break for several months every year.

You don't have to get up early and go to Dabao Temple to turn the prayer wheel; you don't have to go to Tibetan homes in the afternoon to visit your parents 'relatives; tourists are still scarce at night, and the bonfire for dancing has not yet been lit.

During the day, walking around in Tibetan costumes provided free of charge by the hotel; at night, covering a thin quilt and looking at the stars in the lounge chair in the yard, facing the poverty directly and being simple and optimistic is enough.

The morning in Ren 'an Valley is quiet and peaceful. The river becomes dense with water vapor under the sun, covering the village like fairy gas, and the clouds and mist flow ethereal. In the morning light, the Tibetan herding houses stacked far and near are surrounded by snow-capped mountains, as if walking into a paradise. Here you can stay away from the impetuous hustle and bustle of the city and find your true self.

Drink a bowl of mellow butter tea and have a bite of sweet tsampa at Zuixuan Bar Restaurant. Of course, there are also delicacies from all over the world here. The latte prepared by a Tibetan boy is also very international.

(4) Dinner

Obtaining ingredients requires extremely long hard work and patient waiting. This rule also applies to Dashan. When you are in Shangri-La, of course, you must taste the ultimate delicacy given by nature-matsutake.

At Ren 'an Banyan Tree, you don't have to go to great lengths to obtain ingredients. You just need to call the front desk and book an hour in advance to enjoy a Tibetan-style yak hot pot set meal at Zuixuan Bar Restaurant that brings together many natural ingredients from the Diqing Plateau.

Put the black-bone chicken and wild fungi in a specially made black clay pot made in Nisi Village, supplemented by special Tibetan spices, simmer slowly over charcoal fire, wait until the soup boils, and then add yak meat, matsutake, black pork, wild river fish, etc. Fresh ingredients, paired with the hotel's chef's secret hot pot dipped, and then eat until you support the wall.

Today, unprecedented abundance of food and unprecedented resource difficulties coexist. If we look for answers in the wisdom of our ancestors, they may warn us that in our short life, we only need six feet to sleep at night, our families are rich, and we only need three meals in the sun.

What I miss is this Tibetan-style yak hot pot set meal.
