Before the New Year, she said that she would travel after the New Year, and the time and place were to be determined. In view of the scattered tourist attractions in Yunnan and the fact that both of them were tired of traveling long distances by train, after several discussions, they finally chose the destination-Lijiang. After determining the destination, we began to book air tickets and hotels. Ctrip booked a low-cost round-trip flight from Chengdu to Lijiang half a month in advance. However, three days before departure, Ctrip received a notice that the flight from Chengdu was changed from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.. After thinking about it, I felt that it was inappropriate, so I contacted Ctrip to change flights and re-booked Air China's direct flight to Lijiang. The extra cost was only 200 yuan, but there was 20 kilograms of free checked baggage allowance, including lunch. In contrast, Xiangpeng Airlines not only has 5 kilograms of free checked baggage, and does not include in-flight meals. It is really a big hole. I guess I will never fly Xiangpeng Airlines again in my life.
Our itinerary is from August 3 to August 9, and the official time to visit Lijiang is only 5 days and 6 nights. Because I was not sure about the itinerary to Lijiang, I temporarily booked a room for 2 nights out and 1 night back.
When the plane flew over the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, it was already shocked by the undulating mountains.
Travel PS:
Sun protection:
Yunnan is located on a plateau, has a high altitude, and has particularly strong ultraviolet rays. Your skin will get tanned without you realizing it. So remember to apply sunscreen, hat, and shawl before going out during the day. Not only can you protect you from the sun, but it will also be very good to take photos.
Climate:
Lijiang has a low-latitude, warm temperate plateau, mountainous monsoon climate. Due to the large altitude difference, there is little change in the four seasons, and the dry and wet seasons are distinct. The annual average temperature is between 12.6 and 19.9°C, and the rainy season is concentrated from June to September.
Wearing:
The so-called 18 Yunnan monsters are worn in all seasons, which is also a major feature of Yunnan tourism.
The weather on the plateau is changeable, sometimes sunny, sometimes cloudy, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. We must respond in time according to changes. In winter, the temperature difference between day and night increases, so you have to wear thick coats in the morning and evening.
Skin care products:
The weather in Yunnan is drier than you think. Hotels basically have floor heating, and the laundry can dry in one night. Girls must wear more moisturizing masks.
I had to start reading the guide early before setting off this time, wanting to find a reliable tour route to Yunnan. Coincidentally, a Ctrip friend introduced me to a Yunnan travel itinerary planner. Duoduo tour guide recommended attractions and itineraries to me, which made us very satisfied. The most important thing was that the one-day tour route booked by Duoduo tour guide was excellent, and there was really no shopping, which was also in line with my original intention! After all, when traveling in Yunnan, if you are greedy for small gains, you will definitely suffer a big loss. Many travel things can't just look at this small discount in front of you! The quality of post-schedule is the most important thing!
Day 1 First encounter in the ancient city
When I first arrived in the ancient city of Lijiang, I felt that every brick and tile were scenery. This is a small city of literature and art. The simple buildings tell the story of a long time, and flowers surround every corner of the ancient city. Time seems to slow down from now on. There is no need to rush here. Just stroll slowly through the paths made of bricks and stones in the ancient city, listen to the gurgling running water, and be intoxicated in this paradise outside the world.
Simply, we decided to start measuring this magical land with our feet.
Climb up Lion Mountain to get a full view of the ancient city.
Touching the Naxi characters on the wall, it seems to have traveled through thousands of years.
Wandering by the stream, intoxicated and unaware of the way home.
One evening, when I returned to the inn from Shuhe Ancient Town, I didn't want to go out, so I simply ordered a takeout and delivered it to the inn. After I didn't want to submit the order, I realized that I had to pick it up myself. Helpless, he hurried through the alleys to the Lion Rock to pick up dinner. After dinner at about 9 o'clock, I began to wander around the alleys. It doesn't matter if I don't know the way. In order to experience this kind of unprecedented thrill and excitement, I accidentally came to the observation deck in front of Wenchang Palace and bird's eye view of the ancient city. The night view is really beautiful, but unfortunately the photos do not perfectly show what you can see.
Because there is no specific itinerary arranged, most of the time is spent wandering in the ancient town. The above are all taken while wandering.
Of course, when wandering around, you can't avoid scouting for delicious food. However, because of the three-day group of individual tourists who went to visit, they didn't taste much local food.
Chicken bean jelly, water poplar flower, steamed tofu, apo pork ribs, steamed fish, fried bait nuggets, and rice enema are all good delicacies.
The next day, I originally planned to go to Yulong Snow Mountain, but it turned out that it was too late to find money and sign up for a tour. I had to go to Lashihai for horse riding and Migratory Bird Bay for photos and play. Riding horses through the fields and mountainous forests to experience the local folk customs. However, the scenic area is still under construction and there is no attractive place, which has become a major regret for this trip. Migratory Bird Bay amuses seagulls, and taking photos can finally make up for some shortcomings.
On the third day, we finally climbed the long-awaited Yulong Snow Mountain. The sanctity and majesty of the snowy mountains cannot be described in words, and a visit will be worthwhile. Standing on the top of the snowy mountain, look down on all things, and feel the beauty of spiritual purification. At the foot of the mountain, I looked up at the towering snowy mountains and realized how small I was. Driving through Ganhaizi, the shock of the alpine meadow comes to your face. This pure and sacred land cannot be defiled by anyone. At this moment, I just want to use this pure land to wash away this mortal heart that has fallen into the world.
Under the snowy mountains, Blue Moon Lake is like a pearl falling from the world, and the crystal clear lake shines with a faint blue-green light.
On the fourth day, if you have nothing to do, you will continue to visit the ancient city, shuttle through the streets and alleys, and feel the charm of the ancient city.
Day 5 meets Shuhe
On the fifth day, I didn't sign up for the one-day commercial bus group in Tiger Leaping Gorge, so I decided to visit Shuhe Ancient Town. The day before, I went to Yulong Snow Mountain and passed through Shuhe, so I was familiar with the road. Compared with the blooming flowers of Dayan Ancient City, Shuhe was more tranquil. Wandering among the streams all the way, with blue skies and white clouds overhead, it couldn't be more pleasant. I think that if I had the opportunity, I would find a small hotel in Shuhe and stay for a few days, watch the sunrise and sunset, bask in the sun, stroll on the stone road, shuttle through the paths and alleys, quietly in the gurgling water, and forget myself in time.
Day 6 Jinshajiang River-Tiger Leaping Gorge
After walking through Shuhe Ancient Town, we enter the last day of this trip, and we will go to the Tiger Leaping Gorge in the Shangri-La section. The Tiger Leaping Gorge is suitable for walking on foot. The rocks penetrate the air and the water is surging. The river flow is like a thousand troops and horses galloping forward. Even a hundred meters away, the water vapor from the rapids hitting the huge rocks is still coming to your face. It is not enough to feel the majestic momentum of the surging river. If it is summer, this feeling will be even stronger. Because of the one-day trip, arrangements were made for rafting across Sanchushui of the Jinsha River in the morning. Flowing down the river, willows and willows on both sides of the river stretch endlessly. Sitting on the rubber dinghy, he felt that the river suddenly became smooth. It seemed that he had already restrained his violent temper and humbly welcomed tourists and friends from all over the world.

Returning home, nothing.
Still complaining about Xiangpeng Airlines and struggling to check in luggage. When checking in for the boarding pass, I asked the staff if they could carry the 20*40*55cm luggage onto the plane, and was told to go to the security checkpoint to confirm it. Maybe I came early, but in short, I was very lucky. I actually carried my luggage all the way to the plane without any obstacles. My friends who were traveling with me were still very curious and surprised to ask us why we passed the security check. The two of them, who were exactly like us, actually paid a baggage check fee of 240.
