[Lijiang Ancient City] Located in the Ancient City of Lijiang City in Yunnan Province, southwest China, it is located in the middle of Lijiang Dam and located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.

Although it is located on a plateau, you can see snowy mountains all year round, and the climate is distinct all year round.

Because of its convenient transportation, Lijiang has become a necessary transit city to go to Shangri-La, Lugu Lake, Dali and other places.

The streets in the ancient city of Lijiang are built around mountains and rivers and paved with red breccia. There are scenic spots such as Sifang Street, Mufu, Wufenglou, Lijiang Ancient City Dashuichui, Baisha Residential Building Complex, and Shuhe Residential Building Complex.

The so-called ancient city of Lijiang actually refers to the ancient city of Dayan.

Every morning, a group of elderly people dressed in ethnic minority costumes gather together to dance on Sifang Street. This is also a special scenery.

The large water car at the north gate of the ancient city is the symbol of Dayan Ancient City. Even if there are not many people on the street, tourists will still line up to take photos here.

The most famous scenic spot in the ancient city is Mufu. It is said that Mufu is the common name of Lijiang Mu's Tusi Yamen. It is located at the foot of Lion Mountain in the ancient city of Lijiang and is the "Grand View Garden" of Lijiang's ancient city culture.

"There is the Forbidden City in the north and the Mufu in the south." Mufu is a glorious garden of architectural art. It fully reflects the style and temperament of the Central Plains architecture in the Ming Dynasty, and at the same time retains the simple and rough charm of the Central Plains architecture in the Tang and Song Dynasties. Facing west to east, the layout of jade ditches in the mansion and flowing water shows the spirit of the traditional culture of the Naxi people. There is a saying in Lijiang tourism: "If you can't reach Mufu, you can't reach Lijiang."

However, I have been to Lijiang many times, but I have never entered once. It's a little funny to think about it.

Small shops hidden in the streets and alleys require you to be patient to find them, and there are unexpected surprises every time.

I have passed by a few times. This store is very popular, but I don't have time to go in and sit down.

The ancient city of Lijiang is actually quite big, with every alley of the same size.

If this is the first time, it is really easy to get lost.

There are thousands of inns in the ancient city alone. If you don't know the direction clearly, it will be difficult to drag boxes on bluestone slabs.

There has always been a lot of negative news about travel to Lijiang. After all, tourism here is too mature, and every time something goes wrong, it will be pushed to the forefront. But the experience during travel depends on you. If you don't take advantage, you won't be fooled. People come and go on the Dashi Bridge, and songs come from various taverns. This is the taste of Lijiang.

Wenchang Palace is the second place in the ancient city of Lijiang besides Wangu Tower where you can see the panoramic view of Lijiang.

Many scenic inns and restaurants can also be seen, but all require a fee, while Wenchang Palace is free.

I wanted to wait for a sunset, but I didn't see it after waiting for a long time.

However, as night fell, the sky turned blue, and the lights in the ancient city were lit up one by one. Waves of singing came from the bar street, making Lijiang even more charming when the lights were on.

It seems that sleeping in Dayan Ancient City until you wake up naturally is the way to start traveling, but I want to say that you won't feel sorry to get up early and watch a sunrise trip on the roof. My friends and I got up early that day and came to the roof to watch the sunrise. Watching the sun turn the snowy mountains red, you will feel satisfied without worrying about whether the background is too explosive.

[Go to Songcheng to travel-Lijiang through the ages]

Every time I come to Lijiang, I will see the billboard on the street "Lijiang's everlasting love, a once-in-a-lifetime performance."

Although I feel that the advertisement is a bit exaggerated, the ancient situation has attracted my attention.

There was nothing to do in the inn on a rainy day. The boss recommended that my friends and I go to watch the Qiangu Qing performance and go for a stroll when we have nothing to do.

Lijiang Qiangu Scenic Area is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city, and it takes about half an hour to take a taxi.

Tickets: 280-360 yuan/ticket

Opening hours: 13:00-20:30 on weekdays and holidays will be adjusted according to circumstances

Performance times of "Lijiang Eternal Love": Two sessions on weekdays: 16:30, 19:30

"Lijiang Love Song" is 17:30 every day (Due to weather conditions, the program may be changed, delayed or cancelled without prior notice. Please refer to the announcement of the scenic spot on the day)

The scenic spot is very popular. In addition to group guests, there are also many individual guests. Tickets include scenic spots and a complimentary ticket to Lijiang Love Song.

The staff said that tourists can borrow ethnic costumes for free to enter the scenic area to take photos. My friends chose a Naxi costume and I chose a Miao costume. The two of them entered the scenic area happily.

I haven't carefully understood the ancient scenery of Songcheng before, and thought it was a place for group guests to visit. After coming in, my friends and I thought the scenic area was quite fun.

The shops here are unique. There are almost all the specialty shops in Dayan Ancient City. If you come early, you can still stroll around.

The Ancient Tea Horse Road is one of the most spectacular natural scenery and the most mysterious culture in the world. It is popular among many outdoor hikers. Starting from the Dai Village in Xishuangbanna, we pass through Lisu Village, the Ancient City of Tea Horse, Mosuo Village, the Horse Gang Camp, and the Wa Village, and finally reach Nacuozhai, the end of the Tea Horse Ancient Road. Today, the eternal feeling has condensed all the essence of this route on the road we have taken, taking us back to that prosperous years.

A group of staff dressed in ancient costumes walked over happily, making us feel like we had traveled through time.

I came here in the afternoon, but the original Lijiang Love Song performance had to be cancelled due to rain. Fortunately, there are many specialty shops to visit in the scenic area.

You can experience traditional vegetation dyeing in the tie-dyeing room, and learn to dye tablecloths and T-shirts yourself.

There are also Xishuangbanna style buildings in the scenic area, which is very good for taking photos and checking in.

When entering the scenic spot, you can grab a program list at the door. Different areas have different performances. The top ten outdoor performing arts shows are mainly concentrated in Ma Gang Square, Qianguqing Cultural Square and Dai Village. The top ten performing arts shows include the laughter capture of Liu Yidao, street acrobatics, life hanging on a thread, street singer performances, climbing the mountain and descending the sea of fire, Mufu recruiting a son-in-law, flash mob through, Wa village happy singing, shadow puppet shows, and Wa people spitting fire in the scenic area. It seems that we missed something while playing in the small shop.

I previously saw a large-scale live-action performance "Lijiang Love Song" in other people's travel notes and thought it was very good. The performance tells the tragic and tragic love story between a Tibetan boy Abda and a Naxi girl Gajimi. But I felt a little regretful that it was cancelled because of rain.

Qiangu Qing's afternoon performance is 4:30. Seeing that it was almost time, Qiangu Qing and his friends lined up to enter. It seems that all tourists from Lijiang are here, and the huge theater is full of tourists.

"Lijiang Eternal Love" is the core product of Lijiang Eternal Love Scenic Area. Lijiang Qianqing Scenic Area is built by Songcheng Performing Arts, China's first listed performing arts company. With Lijiang's ethnic and regional culture as the theme and the large-scale song and dance "Lijiang Eternal Love" as the core content, it shows Lijiang's thousand-year culture and historical customs.

Ancient road and current style

Generations of caravan continue to grow. The Ancient Tea Horse Road, known as the "Southern Silk Road", is a civilized road for economic and trade exchanges between ethnic minorities in southwest China and foreign countries. Today, Lijiang, as a unique transit and distribution center on the ancient tea-horse ancient road, welcomes the gathering of Han and Han dynasties and merchants, with silk and bamboo orchestras and folk dances everywhere.

The Naxi nation is a nation that advocates freedom of love. In the process from the original walking marriage system to "parents 'orders and matchmaking words", they paid a heavy price for love. American scholar Locke said: In history, 30,000 young men and women from Naxi sacrificed their lives for love; for love, they rushed to the clean "Jade Dragon Third Country" without hesitation.

After watching the performance for more than an hour, I still haven't finished. For me, the experience of the ages far exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the story frame and the stage design or the wonderful performances of the actors, they were impeccable.

As soon as I walked out of the interpretation hall, I felt like I had entered a grand festival. The actors led the tourists to dance around the bonfire. The scene was very spectacular. He and his friends were also drawn into it by enthusiastic staff. After the bonfire dance in the square, the small theater next to it staged performances such as the Lugu Lake walking wedding. There were too many tourists who could not take photos and could only record the wonderful performances with their naked eyes.

Lashihai is located in the middle of Lashiba, 10 kilometers west of Lijiang City. It is the first nature reserve named after "wetland" in Yunnan Province.

There are now many clubs next to Lashihai, where you can take one-day trips such as horse riding and boating. This is the set meal for a one-day trip to Lashihai in the ancient city.

Many people have a bad impression of Lashihai, mainly because of the news that tourists were slaughtered on horseback.

Yunduanbi Club is very famous in Lijiang. It was an eye-opener for me to come here with a friend. It turns out that this is how everyone's trip to Lijiang is. The club package includes horse riding and kayaking, and seems to include a full meal. In fact, it is still good to come here for a day on a regular trip.

The Lashihai that surprised me was not a clubhouse, but a small place at the entrance of the Wetland Park.

Driving to Lashihai Wetland Park, we were stopped far away. A handsome guy told us that we needed to park the car outside.

After parking the car, I walked for half an hour to arrive at the ticket office of the scenic spot. This big brother asked for a parking fee and said it clearly. This was a mistake.

After buying tickets, the scenery inside was average, but when I walked out of the door, I found many people taking wedding dresses.

Only then did I realize that the most beautiful scenery is right at the entrance of the scenic area. No tickets are needed.

Zhiyun Zen Temple]

Lijiang Zhiyun Temple is located at the foot of the western foothills of Lashiba, 18 kilometers west of the ancient city of Lijiang. It was built in 1727 and is one of the five largest Lama temples in Lijiang.

Lijiang Yun Temple is located on the edge of the Lashi Sea, which is like a plateau mirror. Zhiyun Temple surrounded by green mountains and green forests adds a bit of mystery to the footprints of the lotus ancestor in the Shuishui Cave.

There is a big ginkgo tree at the entrance of the temple. When the leaves are completely yellow, it should be very beautiful.

Zhiyun Temple originally has 13 courtyards, and currently has 1 courtyard and 5 courtyards. The courtyard is a two-entrance courtyard, with a gate building, a passage hall, a wing room, and a main hall. The entire building is exquisite in shape. The inner courtyard has five ancient trees, including Yanmulberry, locust tree, ginkgo, naozhimei and Yunnan cherry trees, planted two or three hundred years ago. Famous art, the environment is quiet and simple.

The main hall is a three-eaves pavilion with tiles on the roof and carved beams and columns. It is obviously different from the blockhouse style buildings in Tibetan areas, reflecting the blending characteristics of Han, Tibetan, Bai and Naxi architectural arts.

[Qingxi Reservoir]

Qingxi Reservoir is located in the northern suburbs of Lijiang City. It passes by every time you go from Dayan Ancient Town to Shuhe. It is also one of Lijiang's drinking water sources.

I came here last autumn and took a photo I like very much. I never thought I would come here by visiting a scenic spot. This is not a scenic spot, but it is more surprising than any scenic spot, so I recommend it to everyone.

The Qingxi Reservoir Dam in the morning is full of people doing morning exercises. Ordinary tourists will not come here, but you can feel the atmosphere of Lijiang local life here.

The lake reflects the distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. There has been no snow recently, and the snow mountain has not been completely dyed white.

A gust of wind blew past, and the reflection disappeared, and then slowly appeared again.

The willow trees turn golden in autumn, the wind makes a rustling sound, and the scene of leaves falling on the water is very beautiful.

Every time I come to Lijiang, I will have some new harvests, and this time Qingxi Reservoir is also a surprise.

On the way to travel, luck and regret are often accompanied by each other, so I cherish every unexpected gain.

[Yuhu Village]

More than ten kilometers north of the ancient city of Lijiang, there is a village called "Wuluken" at the southern foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain, which means the village at the foot of the Snow Mountain.

It is said that there are legendary deer farmers living here, people who retain their traditional lifestyle and enjoy the blessings of the snowy mountains.

I have been to Lijiang many times, and Yuhu Village is a place I often miss.

It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, the summer palace of the Mu family's Tusi in the past. Yuhu Village is simple and natural, retaining its charm thousands of years ago.

The houses in the village are all made of stone, and the roads are also winding paths paved with stone. Only one car can pass through the narrowest part.

There are no strong traces of business in the village, and locals dressed in Naxi costumes can be seen.

[Baisha Ancient City]

There is another place in Lijiang that I like very much, which is Baisha Ancient Town.

Baisha Ancient Town is located ten miles north of the ancient city of Lijiang, bordering the Yulong Snow Mountain in the north, Longquan in the south, and Zhishan in the west. Locke's Lijiang was written about Baisha and Yuhu Village.

When I first came to Baisha Ancient Town, there were not many tourists here, but I saw many foreign friends from time to time.

The ancient town is not big, and you can visit it in half an hour. It has ancient archways and streets in all directions. Most of the stores here are opened by Naxi locals, lacking the commercialization of the ancient city of Lijiang.

With white walls and gray tiles, the white sand looks very quiet without the crowded tourists in the ancient town of Lijiang. I think this is probably what Dayan Ancient City looked like many years ago.

The chicken bean jelly on Sifang Street is 5 yuan each, and there are two potatoes added to it, which has become a favorite snack for my friends and me.

I heard that the younger generation of Naxi people no longer learn how to make it. If you come to Lijiang, remember to give it a try.

Street shops sell some handmade embroidery pieces and batik costumes, but the workmanship is very exquisite but the price is a little expensive.

There are several batik cloth workshops in Baisha Ancient Town, with prices ranging from tens to hundreds, and I like to take pictures of these colored dyed fabrics every time I come here.

[Corner of Paradise]

There is a place called Paradise near Shuhe Ancient Town, which is very suitable for taking photos. My friends and I like it very much.

Tickets are 20 per person, and you can take a taxi here for one afternoon at night.

I heard that this place used to be very beautiful, but it was privately contracted out as a small scenic spot. Few tourists know about it, but the various small scenery suitable for taking photos here are indeed popular places for wedding photographers.

The scene itself is very ordinary, but because of the blue sky and white clouds accompanying it and the distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, any photo can be seen in a large area.

When taking photos in Lijiang, it is recommended to take photos early and late, from 9 to 10 o'clock, and from 4 to 6 o'clock, because this suitable light is soft and will not be too dazzling, and the photos will look good when taken.

There are many small scenes suitable for taking photos here, which are the best for us who like photography. The stone walls are the original buildings of Lijiang, and there are also several corners of heaven.

[Shuhe Ancient Town]

Shuhe Ancient Town, known as "Shaowu" in Naxi language, is called "Shaowu". Because the mountains behind the village are like peaks, it is named after the mountains and is spread and mutated. It means "village under the peak". It is one of the earliest settlements of Naxi ancestors in Lijiang Bazi. It is an important market town that is well-preserved on the ancient tea-horse road.

Shuhe Ancient Town is relatively quiet, so it would be best to stay for a few days if you have time.

Shuhe also has a Sifang Street, which serves as the commercial center of the ancient town, but many shops sell silverware.

I have been to Shuhe many times, and each time I have a different scenery. The stone road on this big stone bridge has been polished and slippery by tourists coming and going, and sometimes they will fall if they are not careful.

Compared with Dayan Ancient City, Shuhe River is not very big, and many distinctive shops are worth taking the time to visit slowly.

The Tea Horse Ancient Road Museum is an integral part of the "Shuheyuan" building complex of Mu's Tusi in the Ming Dynasty. It has six murals inside. Like Baisha murals, it is the only remaining model of Ming Dynasty murals in Yunnan and is listed as a provincial cultural relic.

The Ancient Tea-Horse Road Museum set up inside the building is a special museum with the theme of the Ancient Tea-Horse Road culture, local customs in Shuhe and Pu 'er tea culture.

For an illegal and delicious restaurant, you must make an appointment, otherwise the queue will take a long time! The signature small pot rice is worthy of its signature. It has potatoes and sausage grains, coupled with crispy rice, and has a crisp, glutinous and glutinous taste. It is so fragrant. Pu 'er tea braised pork braised pork is so delicious. I don't know if it's the reason why the pork quality is good. With the aroma of Pu 'er tea and the sweetness of braised pork, the portion is not small, and it is very satisfying!

[Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley]

The Yulong Snow Mountain is called "Oulu" in Naxi, meaning silver rock. Its thirteen snowy peaks are endless, like a "dragon" leaping and dancing, so they are called "Jade Dragon". Because its lithology is mainly limestone and basalt, with clear black and white, it is also called the "Black and White Snow Mountain".

I have been to Lijiang several times, but this is the first time I have visited one of the most expensive scenic spots in China.

In fact, many travel agencies and inns in the ancient city offer one-day tours, which is also the most convenient way to get to the Yulong Snow Mountain.

Prices for day trips range from 400-600 and include tickets, fares, cableways and a lunch.

I went to climb the Aden Milk Sea in October last year and felt that it challenged my limits. Yulong Snow Mountain has a cableway directly to the top of the mountain, which is simply great.

In fact, we set off very early. We started queuing from the entrance of the scenic area, and lined up again at the entrance of the cableway. It was almost lunchtime when we reached the top of the mountain.

It's still off-season. It feels like tourists coming to the ancient city of Lijiang are crowded onto the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It's hard to imagine how congested it will be during holidays.

These people who built the cableway are really amazing. A glance at the small mountain is probably the scene in front of them.

The weather is very important when you come to Yulong Snow Mountain, but today is blue sky and white clouds, and I feel like my character has exploded. The snow wind blew so hard that my face ached, and the clouds on the top of the snowy mountain were running away by the wind. Travel agencies will issue oxygen bottles and coats, and it is recommended that oxygen bottles should not be used easily, otherwise you will have to take a sip after walking a few steps.

The afternoon itinerary for a one-day trip to the snowy mountains is to go to the Blue Moon Valley under the snowy mountains.

When I first heard about Blue Moon Valley, I thought its name was so nice. Because its predecessor was known as the "Baishui River" earlier. On sunny days, the color of the water is blue, and the valley is crescent-shaped. From a distance, it looks like a blue moon inlaid at the foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain, so it is called Blue Moon Valley.

There are several such waterfalls in Blue Moon Valley. Some people say that Blue Moon Valley is a small Jiuzhai. The water quality is clear and it really looks like Jiuzhai at a glance.
