I have long planned to visit Yunnan. After making arrangements for free travel, Jingjing finished the Guzheng exam on August 9. On the 11th, we took a train to Kunming and returned to Shijiazhuang by plane. The train took more than 30 hours. We were very excited along the way. The scenery along the way was very beautiful, especially after the train arrived in the south. The terraces, blue skies, rivers, etc. made people feel that time passed quickly and unknowingly arrived in Kunming.
As soon as I entered Yunnan University, I saw several little squirrels jumping around in the trees. Pedestrians were pacing leisurely on the quiet Ginkgo Avenue. The little squirrels seemed to be in the forest and were not influenced by pedestrians.
When we went to Xiamen the year before last, we also went to Xiamen University to visit and play. Compared with Xiamen University, Yunnan University is much smaller and has fewer scenic spots. However, Yunnan University is characterized by its campus buildings, which are more famous. Like Yingqiu Garden, Huize Garden, etc.
Many people come to Yunnan University because of their fame and visit the building designed by Lin Huiyin, a talented woman from the Republic of China, and her husband Liang Sicheng.
It feels very comfortable here. Many tourists come to Yunnan University and stay here for a quiet day and enjoy their comfortable time quietly.
Outside Yunnan University is Kunming's well-known Cuihu Park, where local ethnic minorities are dancing at the entrance of the park. Yunnan is the province with the largest number of ethnic minorities in China: there are more Bai, Yi, Hani, Dai, Lisi, Naxi and Mosuo people.
Coming out of Cuihu Park, we came to the Yunnan Army Martial Arts School again.
On the second day of our trip in Kunming, we decided to stay in Jiuxiang. In the Kunming tourist attraction list, Jiuxiang was not as famous as Shilin, but in the locals and comments, everyone said that Shilin was more fun, so we chose Jiuxiang.
It is not convenient to travel from Kunming City to Jiuxiang, and you need to change buses twice, so be sure to get up early in the morning.
In the past few days since we came to Yunnan, we have forgotten what sweating means. Yunnan is too suitable for summer vacation. It is cool, refreshing, and very comfortable. It will be very dry in the sun, but it will not sweat because the air here is very cool!
Everyone must have seen the movie "The Myth" starring Jackie Chan. The cave in Jiuxiang is the location of "The Myth".
This is the place where "Myth" was filmed. The mobile phone cannot capture the effect inside. The hole is very big.
The whole cave is very large. It takes about one and a half hours to visit. There are three different caves inside. However, since it was photographed with a mobile phone, the effects are not good. I can't feel the shock at the time. It feels great!
A waterfall formed by an underground river in the cave!
Male and female falls! Better feel it yourself, there is really no shock in the photos!!!
I took a train to Dali last night. After getting off the train at 4:20 in the morning, I took a taxi to my residence. It was about half an hour's drive. Everyone who has been to Yunnan knows that because the accommodation here is very unique, and every family has a romantic atmosphere. It's so beautiful that it's too beautiful to want it! Today's main itinerary is to visit the famous three pagodas in Chongsheng Temple in Dali!
By the way, Dali is famous for its beautiful scenery. Do you know why? It's because when you come to Dali, you need to see the wind at Xiaguan, the flowers at Shangguan, the snow at Cangshan, and the moon at Erhai Lake. Together, you can see the wind, flowers, and snow.
It is divided into 3 floors, and you can see Cangshan Mountain on the platform!
This is the room we stayed in. Isn't it very cozy? And it's very clean. I checked the bedding carefully. They are all new, no dust, only the aroma of the sun! Toiletries are all branded, use them with confidence!
After lunch, we passed by the ancient city of Dali and took a bus to Chongsheng Temple.
The majestic three towers stand amidst the smoke! Does it look like a fairyland?
The reflection of the three towers is a bit cloudy today, but sunny days will be more beautiful!
Coming out of Chongsheng Temple, we came to the ancient city of Dali. It was really crowded here. The buildings in the ancient city were very characteristic.
African tambourines. We just looked at them in Dali. Later, we bought tambourines in the Ancient City of Lijiang and learned simple drum techniques.
The Foreign Street in the Ancient City of Dali
The weather is very strong today, and the sun has leaked out early. We will pick up the car after breakfast at 7 o'clock. Today's route around the Erhai Lake is: Xizhou Ancient Town-Haishe Park-Diucose-Xiaoputuo-Huanhai East Road-Tianjingge-Treasure Island-Erhai Wetland Park-Xiaguan-Back to the Ancient City of Dali. The only pity is that the double corridors are under renovation, so you can't see the view of the double corridors!
We drove to these attractions all day (from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.). The scenery on the east coast is the most beautiful. We can see the scenery of Erhai Lake from different angles along the road, especially against the backdrop of Cangshan Mountain. It is so beautiful! But the recent Erhai Lake is not as good as before. I hope tourists can protect the Erhai Lake and not become the second "Dianchi Lake"!
Compared with the ancient city of Dali, Xizhou Ancient Town is much simpler and has fewer tourists. Most of them are local people selling things, and the people are very friendly. When I come here, I recommend everyone to eat Xizhou Baba. It looks somewhat similar to our pot helmets, but the taste is different. Xizhou Baba tastes more fragrant and soft!
Haitang Park is a suitable place to put on beautiful clothes and take photos. It is a very romantic place! It's also fun to get out of the park and take a carriage back to the parking lot!
After getting up in the morning, I first went to Cangshan. I lived very close to Cangshan. I returned the car and had breakfast. I went to the ancient city of Dali for two hours. After lunch, I took the bus to the railway station and prepared to take the nearly two-hour train to Lijiang.
One-day trip to Lashihai. After breakfast, the car picked us up. After about half an hour's drive, we reached our destination. There was a self-operated horse farm with a horse per person. We had a group of about 10 people. The horses lined up in a line and headed out of the village. Today, we experienced the life of the horse gang on horseback in Lashihai. We ate horse gang dishes (hot pot chicken) at noon, and the route we took was the ancient tea-horse road.
The Ancient Tea Horse Road refers to a private international trade channel that exists in Southwest China and uses the horse caravan as the main means of transportation. It is a corridor for economic and cultural exchanges among ethnic groups in Southwest China. The Ancient Tea Horse Road is a very special regional name and a unique tourist route in the world. The most spectacular and culturally mysterious tourist route contains inexhaustible cultural heritage.
After the trip to Lashihai ended, we asked the car to take us to Shuhe Ancient Town.
Shuhe Ancient Town, known as "Shaowu" in Naxi language, is formed by the spread and variation of the mountain shape behind the village. It means "the village under the peak." It is one of the earliest settlements of Naxi ancestors in Lijiang Bazi. It is an important well-preserved market town on the ancient tea-horse road. It is also a living specimen of the transition of Naxi ancestors from farming civilization to commercial civilization. It is a model of market town construction formed by opening up to the outside world and horse gang activities.
Shuhe is an important part of the ancient city of Lijiang, a world cultural heritage. In 2005, it was selected as CCTV's "Charming Town in China."
In the afternoon, we also ate at the most popular and well-known gourmet restaurant in Shuhe Ancient Town, which is frequented by many stars (Andy Lau, Li Yapeng, Sun Nan, Sun Kaili, Chen Zhipeng, etc.)
The environment is very good. On the way to visit Shuhe Ancient Town, there are many flowers planted at the door. All kinds of flowers are very conspicuous. There is actually a stream flowing through the door. This feeling is really great. The environment in the store is good, orderly, clean and tidy. The staff are super handsome and enthusiastic, and the service attitude is very good
Finally, there is delicious food. The main food is Yunnan's local specialties. It tastes good, is sufficient, and the prices are affordable. The best cost-effective restaurant we have eaten during this trip must be praised and recommended, and we must check in!
Today, we mainly walk around the ancient city of Lijiang. Compared with the ancient town of Shuhe, it is bigger, has more people, and has more specialty shops, so it takes a lot of time to get to know this place.
Lion Rock Park is an important part of the World Cultural Heritage Ancient City of Lijiang and a major attraction in the national scenic spot. Named after the mountain is like a sleeping lion, the ancient city buildings follow the mountain and surround the foot of Lion Mountain. Lion Mountain is the best place to enjoy the panoramic view of the ancient city of Lijiang and understand the history of the ancient city of Lijiang.
Overlooking the ancient city of Lijiang from Wangu Tower.
The highland barley crispy made by this family is very delicious. It is fragrant but not too sweet. Of course, the price is not cheap.
We didn't plan to go to the Yulong Snow Mountain this trip because there was little snow on the mountain in summer and the scenery was not as spectacular as the scenery we saw in winter. Therefore, we arranged the Yulong Snow Mountain, Lugu Lake, and Tiger Leaping Gorge on the next trip.
In the afternoon, we took the Didi Express to Shuhe Ancient Town and felt the beauty of Shuhe again!
In the morning, we chatted, teased the dogs, and watched the clouds in the sky. It was a pleasant time. In the afternoon, we continued to walk around the ancient city of Lijiang. After selection, Jingjing finally bought the African tambourine she wanted and learned how to play the tambourine on the spot in the store. Later, I tried making flower cakes, but the most meaningful thing today is in the Folk Handicraft Art Museum. I experienced the "Dongba Handmade Papermaking Skills", learned a lot about the Naxi national culture, chatted with the Naxi people, and learned their language. It was very interesting, and a few hours passed unknowingly...

In the afternoon, I found a coffee restaurant to enjoy the slow life of Shuhe Ancient Town. Because the time in Yunnan is getting better and better, I feel like I should enjoy it. The journey these days is quite tiring. Find a small shop and enjoy this quiet life. There is no noise or pressure of life. The family is happy. Isn't this kind of life what I pursue?
The small shop we visited was small, but the environment was very nice and warm. My daughter liked it very much. There were coffee, juice, desserts, and some red wine in the shop. My daughter especially liked his desserts. The waiter was very handsome and friendly. Friends who want to enjoy life in Shuhe can consider using this one! Highly recommended!

After riding the train all night, I finally returned to Kunming. Kunming is a flower city. Wouldn't it be a pity not to buy flowers? So we came out of the train station and went straight to the flower wholesale market. The flowers here were really cheap, several times cheaper than the flowers in Shijiazhuang. In the end, I chose two beautiful bundles of dried flowers that I could mail home.
