Shuanglang is one of my favorite places in the past. It faces the Erhai Lake and backs Cangshan Mountain. Dali hot and sour carp is also a Dali specialty dish once mentioned on the tip of the tongue. Erhai fish is served with Erhai water, as well as local specialties such as sour papaya and plum sauce, giving a unique taste to the most popular carp.

The bigger challenge comes from wild vegetables, mint, which is no longer a small decoration on western points; houttuynia is not just a medicinal herb used when you are sick; the most amazing thing is that the newly born buds of pine trees in spring have become a delicious meal in the blink of an eye.

Following the chef into their kitchen, it was clean and tidy, with many strange ingredients and strange practices.

Milk fan is one of the most famous snacks in the local area. The Eight Monsters of Yunnan are selling milk into slices. That's what they talk about; the most authentic milk fan eaten here, the chef added some sweetness based on local practices, making the originally greasy milk fan suitable for all ages.

Snacks that are equally divided into meals can be another vast world. In addition to Yunnan people's unified hobby of eating fungi, eating insects is probably a more unacceptable hobby. At the instigation of a friend, I ate half a bunch and wanted to say that this is my limit.

Dali ancient city

The last time I came to the ancient city of Dali was three years ago. I didn't expect that you would still look the same when I came back.

Climbing Wuhua Tower to see Cangshan, I feel much taller than in previous years, but the most beautiful light of the sunset can still shine on every household in Dali.

There are also many small shops in the ancient city selling specialty handicrafts. Of course, there are also many snacks. You can eat until you are full along the main street. Snacks from north and south of the country seem to be seen here.

Lijiang ancient city

In the hazy night, I returned to the ancient town of Lijiang again.

When the lanterns are first turned on, the night is as cool as water. History emerges through the dark light and shadow. The customs and stories of the Naxi people for thousands of years will continue to be passed down; the bustling tourists from the original road will also spread out their own stories in the blurred night.

Lijiang's snack city is not big, but it is full of colors. Various tofu products cannot be named, but they are very attractive. I have photographed dozens of different snacks and posted some of them to express my feelings.

In Dayan Ancient Town at night, the most lively place is the bar, but I prefer to stroll around the town with the people. On the bluestone path of the ancient town, I leave the last sound of this short trip and pass by with other tourists. Looking at this colorful, bright and extremely lively ancient city.
