Passing by Taizhou Garden, I can't bear to give up and go for a walk! I don't know much about Taizhou gardens. I have the impression that I took my parents to play in Taizhou's Plum Garden a few years ago. Taizhou is the hometown of master Mei Lanfang, and Meiyuan is a citizen park built to commemorate Mei Lanfang. The most impressive thing at that time was the Mei Lanfang Memorial Hall in the park and spontaneous opera fans singing together. Looking at Taizhou Garden now also brings back memories of the past.
The periphery of Taizhou Garden is built with the most pristine blue bricks to make drywall. All walls are built with a "smooth and neat" masonry method, and the natural texture of the wall is "spelled" with brick backs.
The flowered windows on the simple clear water wall have their own posture and are by no means the same.
The prototype of Taizhou Garden is Qiao Garden in Taizhou. Qiao Garden was built during the Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty. It is one of the oldest gardens in northern Jiangsu. It is a relatively well-preserved private garden in Taizhou City and is known as the "First Garden of Huaizuo." I didn't go to Qiaoyuan when I went to Taizhou. Now it is also an interesting thing to see Qiaoyuan here. This picture has the characteristics of northern Jiangsu gardens. Let's talk about the building first. There is a single eaves on the top of the mountain, surrounded by corridors, and there are couplets on the eaves pillars in front of the door. Blue bricks and black tiles are not like the Soviet-style buildings with white walls and black tiles we saw before, but the black tiles and clear water walls with local characteristics of Taizhou. The cornices and the roof angles are neither as gentle as the northern areas nor as high as the southern areas. They are a kind of intersection of north and south buildings, highlighting the characteristics of Taizhou garden buildings. Surrounded by rocks and rocks, decorated with flowers and trees, the building is full of fun.

Taizhou Garden is not big, with pavilions and pavilions scattered high and low, with various sizes and shapes. However, the colors of the pavilions are all clear water brick walls, coupled with pine and bamboo garden vegetation is more simple, restrained and dignified. The pavilions and pavilions complement each other brilliantly, with flowers, plants, pines and bamboos dotted in them, with clear layers.
The garden is divided into two parts: the east and the west, separated by a courtyard wall. Hydrangea flowers are blooming along the courtyard wall. The blue-purple flowers and the blue brick walls are an elegant match.
Another major feature of the garden is its emphasis on the allocation of flowers and trees. The scenic area is dominated by trees, with high pine trees and Merlin trees on the rockery and beside the tall pavilions.
Bamboo and houses are hidden behind the mountain depression, and wintersweet and osmanthus are planted in front and behind the courtyard. At this time, hydrangea flowers are in full bloom along the path.

The garden landscape is small and exquisite, elegant and unique, and cleverly conceived. It is especially characterized by pine and cypress, strange stones, and flowers and trees to express the changes of the four seasons.
There is a viewing pavilion with flying eaves and upturned corners in the park-Laiqing Pavilion. The rockery in front of the Laiqing Pavilion is rocky, and the walking path and steps are made of rocks, which are integrated with the rockery, recreating the peaks and cliffs of nature. We walked through the winding path leading to the secluded scene to the pavilion.
Climbing the Laiqing Pavilion, the upper floor has white walls on both sides with flowered windows, and the sides are open for beautiful women to rely on. The attic is hollow out everywhere, and the breeze is blowing slowly. It is so comfortable.
Climbing and looking far away, you can have a panoramic view of the attractions in the park from another angle. A road leads to another garden.
The tree in front of you is vigorous and has an ancient appearance.
Now this pavilion runs a branded store. Taizhou Garden is not big, small and compact, with the same layout and landscape. It can be said that "although a sparrow is small, it has all the five organs."
Eight. Huaian Garden: Singing in the evening
I just saw a bridge on the river on Laiqing Pavilion and a garden on the other end of the bridge. Laiqing Pavilion, who got off Taizhou Garden, went straight here.
When you get closer, you know it is Huai 'an Garden. You can see the mountains, rivers and water in the garden through the door and window.
As soon as you enter the garden, the scene is open, with pavilions, towers, and winding corridors built along the water, setting off the vastness of the water. One picture contains many elements of the garden. In the park, pavilions, terraces, buildings, pavilions, and rockery are scattered, with winding paths, corridors, and flowing water circulating. Flowers and trees flourish all year round, making them beautiful and elegant.
The iconic building "Zhanting" in Chizhong Park floats in the heart of the water, with a bright view around it, and you can visit the Jingyang Building in Nanjing Park surrounded by mountains.
Huai 'an Garden refers to the "Qingyan Garden", the only surviving Yamen Garden in Huai' an. The predecessor of "Qingyan Garden" was the back garden of the official office in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has always been the yamen garden of the Jiangnan River and Water Transport Governors in the Qing Dynasty. Huai 'an Garden uses "Qingyan Garden" as an embroidery to show Huai' an's characteristics.
We turned left and wandered along the square pool. The garden takes "Fangchi" as the core and embeds the scenery of mountains and rivers. It takes the classic scene of "Fangchi Qingyan Shuixin Pavilion" recorded in the documents of "Qingyan Garden" in the past dynasties.
The view of Hefang Academy in the corridor is continuous with the square pool space in the park. The pool is surrounded by rockery, flowers and trees, and the landscape is spacious and spacious. Yuanwang Jingyang Tower decorated with dazzling lights on the top of the mountain. Here, the openness of the north and the exquisiteness of the south are in one place, making me sigh for the beautiful scenery.
The background of the garden Qingyan Garden is the western garden of the River Governor's Office in the Qing Dynasty. This once-prominent Yamen Garden is the only well-preserved Yamen Garden in the history of water control and water transportation in my country. It is known as the "No. 1 Garden in Jianghuai" and is the most representative classical garden in northern Jiangsu. The long charm of the water witnesses Huai 'an's contribution and position in the history of China's water conservancy.
The building was built according to the characteristics of the official buildings in the middle Qing Dynasty in Huai 'an area. It has blue bricks and white stones and is open on all sides. Now it is a brand store.
Banana Yin Hall sits on the north side of the garden, quiet and elegant.
The low walls of hollow bluestone bricks connect the scenery inside and outside the park.
Go around the north corridor to see the "Zhan Ting". The "Zhan Ting" under the lights in the rain has a unique charm.

Facing the mountains and high hills, we overlook the Hefang Academy and lie between the south mountain and the north water. The Hefang Academy in Qingyan Garden was built by Emperor Qianlong's first southern tour of the river. It was built by official Gao Bin to welcome the emperor. Later, it was mainly used to receive superiors for inspections, convene subordinates for discussions, handle river affairs matters, and make decisions on river management strategies. I visited several places in Huai 'an last month, but I didn't visit Huai' an's gardens. I didn't expect to see this "Jianghuai No. 1 Garden" soon at my doorstep. It was so beautiful.
Huaian Garden downstream in the hazy rain at dusk. I saw a garden that not only had the elegant and unique literati smell of the Jianghuai area, but also because of the Yamen Office. It not only has the elegant and atmospheric style of the northern gardens, but also incorporates the beauty and elegance of the Jiangnan gardens, allowing us to feel a kind of beautiful harmony.
Looking at the Jingyang Building in this time, it further highlights the classical aesthetics of oriental humanities. It was getting late, and he walked non-stop for several hours with the old man. This is the first time I came to the Garden Expo Park, a centralized display site for the gardens of 13 cities in Jiangsu. Today, we visited 8 urban garden exhibition areas in one go without deliberately arranging the routes. We would not miss them even if we passed by. Each city exhibition park creatively extracts the representative classical garden elements of the city, integrates and expresses local garden culture and garden skills, inherits garden classics, takes the past as the new, and reproduces the scenic scenery of Jiangsu gardens.
I'm a little tired. My parents are faster than me, and most of the time I follow their rhythm. After leaving Huaian Garden, we didn't stay any longer. There were too many beautiful scenery, and we couldn't move forward if we were not careful. So we headed straight to the Xipingmen parking lot and walked for 25 minutes. It was really far. If this mileage can be solved with small transportation in the park, it will be easier to visit the park.
