Nanjing becomes a veritable "Jinling" in autumn. The Mrs. Jinling who "loves beauty" is the song. She collects antiques and designs her own clothes for the Republic of China.


However, she loves Xiangmei of bones far more than Xiangmei of skin. She recently opened a bookstore. I say you have fulfilled the dream of young literary and artistic youth at all times and at home. Li Yu, an aesthetic master in Nanjing, also opened a bookstore before.

A hundred years ago, Li Yu banquets, writes dramas, calligraphy and painting, and also prints and sells books. At that time, popular books such as "Water Margin","The Romance of the Three Kingdoms","Journey to the West", and "Golden Lotus" were all promoted by him. Only then did he truly become famous. The Nanjing cultural catering landmark "Red Mansion" operated by Gezi and Mr. Wu is a collection of this aesthetic life attitude "past and present". All the artistic and aesthetic life you can think of lies in their fields. Mr. Wu now runs eight historical and cultural ancient buildings, repairing the old and protecting them like museums. Every additional place is a favorite of singers. Mr. Wu only said that his wife would support her choice. Business between husband and wife is also aesthetic, and there is a universe between every inch.



Speaking of Li Yu's paintings, every grass, tree, table and chair are simple and graceful, and there is heaven and earth in the blank space. The spirit and beauty of those years were silently recorded in his heart by Mr. Wu, who learned painting when he was young. Only then did we have the current Zijinshan Courtyard!


Similarly, when the wife saw her husband's great efforts, she also used the simple word "support". Entering the door, a blue-tailed magpie was drinking from the spring at the door to quench its thirst. When it saw people coming, it suddenly flew onto the plaque. The character was written by the calligrapher Wu Zhenli. It is simple and has an affinity for great skill. This is like the "Shanxi Black" cast in the pool at the door. It is the purest and blackest granite in the world, warm and humble.



As I approached further, I saw the clear sound of chimes winding around the beam, metal, wood, water, pottery, stones... and then passed on. There is no rhythm, but it sounds great. Mr. Wu mysteriously told me that this song uses the Chinese pentatonic scale. The name is WU, which can be understood as the number five or "none". A feeling that the listener can explain openly.


I said to Gezi, weren't you secretly giving it to your husband? She blinked. These were all gifts from my husband. Just treat it as a gift from me to him.



Just like this natural tacit understanding, the further we move forward, the more unique it becomes!


Teacher Xu Jing's wine-colored ink treasure,"One Fragrance Congealing"(with red wine in the words), covers a golden toad stone, and the flowers and trees of Zhongshan can be seen outside the window... The two martial arts characters in Chen Kexin's "Martial Arts" and the shadow characters in Zhang Yimou's "Shadow" are also inscribed by Teacher Xu Jing, splashing ink like a river and sea.



As soon as I walked into the Purple Mountain Yuanmen Hall with the Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty, the traditional Chinese fragrance ceremony, tea ceremony and flower ceremony seemed to have begun. Mr. Wu said that this was his original intention of designing.


Those who are dusty will wash away their dust at a glance.



The accessibility and penetration of Zijinshan Courtyard makes people feel free of the oppression of being in an old-fashioned Suzhou garden house, and is as broad-minded as the exquisiteness outside the window. Mr. Wu chatted: "I hope to leave the space blank. The Yuxiu of Zhongshan does not allow me to fill the room too full. It is not beautiful. This has to be like my wife, both fat and thin, and has room for beauty. The main reason is to be arrogant!"



Therefore, Ge Zi complained about Mr. Wu's "harshness" and admired his courage: The Zijinshan Courtyard built by Honggongguan took two years to build is not so much a three-square-meter landscape restaurant as a three-square-meter garden guardrail. People eat inside, and wild animals also enjoy forest picnics outside.



The beautiful deer were not disturbed at all by the "nature" of the rebuilt Purple Mountain. The corridor that extends into the courtyard is integrated into the courtyard. Even I feel that there is a forest landscape behind the "Purple Mountain Courtyard". Looking at Meiling Palace, you point to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. Whether it is Pengcai Wonderland or Nanshan Dongli, they all intersect here.



Mr. Wu, like the deer, disappeared into the forest. He went to Zhongshan early in the morning to pick tea and camellia for his wife's song. It was a natural morning exercise.




The singer could spend a whole day looking at the space given to her by Mr. Wu. After smelling the fragrance of flowers, she said that she gradually understood the blank space of "nature and life" that Mr. Wu mentioned.



Fragrant Courtyard, Deer Courtyard, Wind Courtyard, Star Courtyard, Moon Courtyard, Pine Courtyard... Suddenly all natural names represented this courtyard. The courtyard also seemed to be alive.



Mr. Wu said that beauty is not something incomprehensible, it is something that everyone can perceive. Indeed, when you go to Zijinshan Courtyard, every pair of ordinary eyes seems to have the ability to instantly seize beauty. Surrounded by mountains and waves, rugged rocks, crooked old trees, dense green bamboos, and clear streams... They all confiscated their own courtyards.



When the sun sets, at the end of the corridor where my wife likes to drink tea, this low-key painter in autumn is painting on the floor-to-ceiling glass of the "Purple Mountain Courtyard". In the hinterland of the mountains, Lin Lan is soaked! Silently rendering Jinling in Zhongshan into a colorful picture.


"Integrating buildings, courtyards, gardens, and mountains and forests to the greatest extent is a high-level expression." Mr. Wu said. Gray and black stone elephants, golden ginkgo, fiery red maple leaves, and the elegant Tang style and Song rhyme permeate every light and shadow.




I only felt the romance of an "aesthetician" until I made my own home an "orphan product" of urban aesthetics. This is a gift from Mr. Wu to his wife and to the entire Nanjing.



A century-old autumn fragrance banquet under the fragrance of osmanthus


To be honest, I don't like the gaudy osmanthus fragrance very much. "The stars and the moon are bright and thousands of spots are yellow, and half of the city is full of fragrant osmanthus trees." For such a quiet place as Nanjing's Zijin Mountain, it is a highlight. Autumn in Purple Mountain was comfortably "smelled" at Mr. Wu and Gezi's home.



Inviting friends to come to the Purple Mountain Courtyard, under the osmanthus trees, to experience an autumn feast is the way this pair treats guests.



Mr. Wu ordered a song specially selected for the first-class "Qi Nan". It smelled the fragrance of flowers and felt chilly air. When he inhaled it into his nose, he felt fragrant, numb, spicy, sweet and cool, and returned to his body. When I met Ge Zi, I ate seaweed cashew crispy cakes, which were fragrant between my teeth, and osmanthus rain tea was fragrant at the tip of my nose. I had a pleasant conversation.


It really hadn't even begun, and the saliva came wrapped in the aroma. The entire banquet is divided into five parts: autumn rhyme, autumn haze, autumn flower, autumn thought and autumn stone. The soup is lotus seed chicken head rice Huaiyang chicken fu soup, called "Qiulan". "The blue mist enters at night, and the white dew group begins in autumn." When lotus seeds and chicken head rice appear on the dining table, autumn in Jiangnan has already arrived.



The third chapter of the banquet,"Autumn Flower", is the moment of bloom. Crab-stuffed orange, a familiar ancient dish of the Southern Song Dynasty, has been given a unique ingenuity. The outer skin is an "orange" made of fish and scallops. Among them, crab meat and orange meat are brewed with traditional crab-stuffed orange. The outside taste is soft and slightly crunchy, and the inside is sweet and sour.



Fried rice is also a whimsy. The sweetness of chestnut is a gift of autumn. Mixing it with yellow croaker and roasted green onions in the East China Sea is really a "autumn thought"! It's what I think about day and night after eating.



In the fifth chapter of the banquet,"Autumn Harvest", the warmth of the small pear soup and the softness of the peanut ice cream are like the warm wind in autumn. Master Wang Yong's dishes are always considerate while soothing and delicate.



The lights in Zijinshan Courtyard are in the shape of a "black pearl", which just reflects the "Heart of the Ocean" necklace on the mountain. Teacher Meiyu chose Oda from Burgundy, with flowers, fruits and frankincense, which has the spirituality of ancient turbid wine.



In the luminous cup of grape wine, I was lucky enough to eat the small stove opened by "Qiu Xiang" that day. Dendrobium snail head Xishi tongue, and crab powder, chicken head rice, sturgeon dragon fish tendons, are crispy on the inside and taste progressive sweetness. I chewed, then sent a mouthful of clear and mellow soup into my throat, and the whole person was relieved.


The agarwood is burned out, and the wine is drunk. It is considerate for the host of the banquet to use suitable tea to transport the guests at this time.


Since you are all under the osmanthus tree, you may as well have some requirements for the light and dark aroma. I even appreciate the late-looking mellowwood, but it is elegant and extraordinary. The beauty of the artistic conception is just before it is destroyed. This is similar to the beauty of making tea with the "scenting" process in ancient China. Through long-term fumigation, the aroma of the flowers is penetrated into the inside of the tea.


This is also Mr. Wu's natural aesthetic emphasis. He said: When making tea, the aroma is never the most important thing. Even the Jiuqu red plum blossoms in Hangzhou, as long as you see osmanthus in the black tea, you can roughly judge that it is a commercial tea for tourists to take back as a specialty in autumn. On the treasure island of Taiwan, people drink osmanthus oolong. Local tea farmers who are knowledgeable will plant osmanthus trees next to tea gardens to enhance the aroma of oolong tea; during the baking process, dried osmanthus will be added to further add the aroma level. Tea customers do not need to see blooming osmanthus flowers in the brewed tea. At the moment of drinking it, the aroma of osmanthus slowly blooms in the nose, and when you enter your mouth, you breathe out like a rain of osmanthus flowers.



Later, I learned that the reason why air-dried osmanthus was so vulgar was because the aroma of ordinary osmanthus was not good enough. Good osmanthus fragrance is also like the rhyme of ancient paintings, light and delicious. An old letterhead during the Republic of China revealed the faint news of the beauty of the late wood and mellowstones. This is the mystery of literati's aesthetics.



Wanmuxi, as long as you are willing to wait, you can find it everywhere. However, the fragrance of Zijinshan Courtyard is unique. It comes from the century-old sweet-scented osmanthus tree "Jinling Osmanthus King" nearby. It is hundreds of years old. Smell it carefully, and the fragrance is distant, quiet and overflowing. The fragrance is like a beautiful woman who is beautiful and never tired of being there for a long time.



I specially visited the famous "Jinling Osmanthus King" on Zijin Mountain in Nanjing. In Linggu Temple, the tree is more than 100 years old. The variety is wavy leaf Jingui. The tree height is 7 meters, the diameter is 1 meter, and the crown diameter is 8 meters.



Now it is still full of branches and leaves, standing gracefully on the lawn like a huge umbrella. It is golden in color, has a deep and thick aroma, and has the long sweetness of candied dates.



As the tea soup rolls, the century-old osmanthus slowly ripples through the water waves with the tea leaves, and the osmanthus fragrance blows over your face in the rain and fog.



I drank this century-old osmanthus tea at Zijinshan Courtyard with my sister singer and Huaiyang cuisine master Hou Xinqing. I only realized its value when I tasted it. The aroma was so elegant and colorful!


Mr. Wu praised him that both sides look good when they are fat, swallow and thin, so the two osmanthus king teas at home are named "Green Fat, Red and Thin". Osmanthus rain tea uses pre-Ming Yuhua tea. The Yuhua tea comes from the "Yuhua Tea Garden" in the core production area of Zijinshan and was planted by Song Meiling. Osmanthus black tea is made of cinnamon, with a trace of caramel flavor in the aroma, which is combined with the rich and lasting black tea base.



It moistens the throat like rain and never gets fat and fragrant. This is the meaning of using a century-old osmanthus tree to make it slowly. The petals used for scenting osmanthus tea were collected by Mr. Wu and Ge Zi personally up the mountain, in the vast courtyard behind the Zijinshan Courtyard.



In Zijinshan Courtyard, you will have a cup of "red and thin" before dinner and a cup of "green manure" after dinner. You will overlook the mountains and watch the flowing water closely, and you will realize that the most beautiful thing is a half-day leisure.



After night, the late autumn fairyland is hidden in the courtyard in the forest of Zhongshan Mountain, accompanied by the lingering fragrance.



Everything is like a cup of fragrant osmanthus in the "Oriental Garden Feast" in front of us. We don't fight for it, but people come and smell it with the breeze.
