I have heard about Tangshan Qifang for many years, because every parent-child spring outing or autumn outing in the kindergarten of my unit goes there. Every time colleagues who participated brought back dried beans or rice cakes. I learned that this place is a place with various handicraft workshops that allows children and their parents to experience it together. But I never had the urge to go alone for it. Today, I didn't feel sleepy after lunch and just thought about where to go. It wasn't suitable to go far away in half a day. I just thought I'd better go to Tangshan, where the distance is easy! These days, Tangshan has also become familiar with us. I suddenly thought of this familiar but unfamiliar Tangshan Qifang. Let's go and see this place that kindergarten likes to visit! From our location, the eastern suburbs of Nanjing, a expressway was smooth and it took more than twenty minutes to reach Qifang Village, located on the side of Provincial Highway S337.

There is a parking lot at the head of the village to park the car. There is a visitor center next to the parking lot.

There is an introduction to the history of the village in Mengmu Community in the Visitor Center.

There are also folk culture displays, local products and tourist souvenirs displays.

The village has a profound cultural heritage and is the birthplace of historical allusions to famous temples in the south of the Yangtze River-Zanglong Temple and Qinglong Bridge.

Leaving the tourist center and heading west, you will find one of the seven workshops, tofu shops, on a stone paved path and up the mountain.

Is there a cold beauty in falling down on the ground?

There are rows of benches in the large courtyard in front of the tofu shop, with small stone mills placed neatly on the benches. Think about it, if it were an ordinary day, this would definitely be an experience area for making handmade tofu. The hard-working people of Xiefang Village insist on making tofu using ancestral hand-made methods, such as stone grinding, gauze filtering the residue, and spot brine for shaping... For more than 40 years, every step follows the tradition and the material is real.

Because of this, it is said that the tofu of Tofu Shop is very mellow and fragrant and is deeply loved by tourists. It is the gold-lettered brand of Qifang. But because of the epidemic, this place has also been deeply affected and now it is left out in the cold.

There are sauce jars covered with big hats in the courtyard. For thousands of years,"sauce" has been the basis of the taste on the Chinese table. During the Three Kingdoms era, sauce primers were used to make sauces and made various sauces, which have been inherited and passed down to this day.

The cooked fresh black soybeans are fully soaked and fermented under the action of soy koji. Over time, they achieve unique flavor and sublimation of nutrition.

This is an oil workshop with a fragrance. It is said that the Panjia Oil Mill in Tangshan Qifang still maintains the pressing technology passed down by its ancestors. It is a traditional manual pressing technology. It selects raw materials without adding any chemical preparations to retain the natural nutrition and original flavor of oil seeds.

But all the seven squares are now deserted and deserted. However, it can be seen from the neat workshops one after another that Qifang once had a complete set of traditional craft processes to showcase agricultural and sideline foods to tourists. Here, children can more vividly and intuitively experience the processing technology of agricultural and sideline products of ancient working people in Jiangnan. Whether they are adults or children, they can visit the production of tofu shops, oil shops, wine shops, sauce shops, vermicelli shops, fried rice shops, and cake shops while practicing hands-on and experiencing the fun. No wonder this place is often the first choice for kindergarten activities.

Because of the epidemic, every workshop was left out in the cold, and some of them didn't even see the owners, which didn't take us much time. We just followed the road west aimlessly. I never expected to come to a beautiful place. A unique building with scattered heights and slopes.

Return to the village the same way and see the Chunxi Dianke wooden house on the side of the mountain on the other side of the pond in the village. On one side is a cluster of villas full of modern design and creativity

Cake Shop, I don't see purely handmade production here, but finally someone is selling rice cakes and other cakes. It looks like they have just been baked. I bought some to commemorate my visit to Tangshan Qifang.

Arriving in the center of the village, there is a village tree with lush branches and leaves.

On the east side of the village, there is a north-south-running Maxin River. At this time, it is in the process of sewage discharge and dredging, and what you see is an unattractive riverbed.

Accompanied by the Ma Xin River is the main road in the village. Follow the clean and tidy path of the village and admire the beautiful rural houses in the small mountain village.

Farmhouses are all running in cottages on one side of the main road.

The small farmhouse restaurants in the ancient countryside are all tidy and clean. The wisteria flowers blooming on the rattan stand are beautiful.

There is a large family of educated youth here. During the Cultural Revolution's movement of intellectual youth to go to the countryside, 49 intellectual youth from Zhenjiang, Nanjing came here to eat, live, and work together with the villagers. The educated youth and the members worked hard for two winters and winters to build mountains and collect stones, build stone piers, and pour cement slabs. They fought hard to build a pedestrian bridge on the Maxi New River-the educated youth bridge. It is a good idea to open an educated youth restaurant here so that these educated youth in their sixties and seventies can come back here and have a place to gather together.

Accompanied by the Maxin River in the village is a citizen activity area. The square has lush vegetation with scattered heights and heights. There are several pavilions shaped like agricultural equipment and some citizen fitness equipment.

Xinglong Bridge

The first one is the Qinglong Bridge built in the late Western Han Dynasty and is also the village bridge in Qifang Village. After more than a thousand years, it still stands here, which also makes us feel reverence.

The Qinglong Bridge is connected to the northeast by the Xinglong Bridge, which is said to have been first built in the late Eastern Han Dynasty.

Walking up the Xinglong Bridge to see the cottages, the murals in the cottages have a strong local flavor.

Ma Xinhe is being dredged and repaired, so it does not look ornamental, but in fact, judging from the display pictures promoted in the village, the scenery here is still very charming when the clear water is rippling.

The clean road is rich in vegetation on both sides, flowers, plants and trees complement each other, and the construction of the village environment has a new look. Rows of buildings are lined up, and the small courtyards in front of and behind the houses are lined with trees and lush with flowers and plants. This kind of living environment makes people feel comfortable.

The farm's watchdog is a real deal. When it sees such kind villagers as us, it keeps roaring, as if announcing that we should not enter its territory.

Go south along the village road, at the south exit, there is an old sluice at the southern end of the Maxin River. The gate bodies are all built with stones of different sizes and shapes, giving a rough atmosphere.

It can be seen from the construction vehicles in the parking lot that the beautiful village is still under construction.

The southern end of the road is actually the entrance of the village. On one side, there is a slender bus stop with a herringbone roof, where you can wait for buses to go to nearby villages. There is also a special bus tour line to and from the beautiful countryside of Jiangning.

The catchy song of Qifang expresses the characteristics of Qifang Village.

In the afternoon, I visited another characteristic village, for the sake of Qifang Village, which was characterized by craftsmanship. However, in this Qifang Village, which should have a strong local flavor, it was adjacent to and integrated with a modern Chunxi Dianke. Two styles, two characteristics complement each other in this land, each enjoying its own enjoyment.
