The name Hanbi Tower originates from the Hanbi Peninsula in Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan. Lalu Island in the lake has been a sacred place for the local Shao people since ancient times, and it is also the origin of the English name of Hanbi Tower, LALU. A century ago, the Japanese built a mansion here named "Hanbi Building". In 1919, it was renovated and turned into an official guest house. It is said that it used to be the place where Prince Hirohito of Japan stayed, and later Chiang Kai-shek's favorite summer resort. In 1998, Xianglin Group acquired the original site of Hanbi Building and built a super six-star hotel-Riyue Lake Hanbi Building. It integrated international management concepts into Taiwan's cultural and creative leisure resort hotel brand. Currently, it has opened two Hanbi Building hotels in Qingdao and Nanjing in the mainland of China.
Walking into the lobby of Nanjing Hanbi Tower Hotel, the glass corridor made of glass curtains has bright and natural lighting, and the exquisite handicrafts are the tree of life, showing the image of plum blossoms, the city flower of Nanjing City. At the front end of the hall, a performance of celadon Ou music seemed to take us thousands of years ago, through the Six Dynasties, Tang and Song Dynasties, and listening to the sounds of nature.
Ceramics are a great invention in China. Musical instruments made from ceramics have become the best among musical instruments due to their difficulty in making and low yield. As early as the Six Dynasties, the performance form of celadon Ou Music, also known as the "Sound of Shuizhan", was born and was deeply loved by literati and aristocrats. In 1998, a variety of celadon musical instruments were unearthed in Yue Kiln, and celadon Ou music was recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.
After the melodious performance ended, my thoughts were still immersed in the elegant melody. I came to the front desk to check in, walked through the corridor and took the elevator to the room on the 12th floor. Plug in the room card and connect the power, the curtains slowly rise, and the Yangtze River and the opposite island in the heart of the Yangtze River slowly appear in front of you, with a wide view and excellent scenery.
Nanjing Hanbi Building has meticulous services and attention to detail. The 60-square-meter room has ample space, comfortable queen beds, and the furnishings reflect humanization. The wet and wet bathroom also has dual sinks, a comfortable river view bathtub, and carefully selected supplies. The feeling of being at home arises spontaneously.
What I am most interested in is this large bathtub with a river view. Looking out the window and going east, lying in it and taking a hot bath. Every pore in your body will be stretched out, and then making a pot of Taiwanese oolong tea will be comfortable.
In the other corner echoing the bathtub is an open-air balcony, which is very small in area and is arranged into a small world with a view of the wind. There are books and pictures on the desk, introducing the historical origin and background of Hanbi Building. The fresh and beautiful words are very consistent with what you see. The sink-designed power socket and the retro shaped slightly are full of literary atmosphere.
Put down your luggage, take a short rest, and go downstairs to the 180-degree panoramic lobby bar. Afternoon tea was served with a cup of fragrant coffee and exquisite desserts. Towels are available in the public bathroom in the lobby, showing humanistic thoughtfulness.
"Oolong tea, also known as green tea, is a unique tea category among China's several major teas. Taiwan has many mountains and an excellent ecological environment, providing unique geographical advantages for the growth of tea. We have all heard that "the fog surrounds the mountains and clouds make good tea." The average altitude of the mountains in Taiwan is more than 1000 meters. The high altitude ensures that tea leaves are kept away from pollution. The mist and mist are conducive to tea trees synthesizing more alkaloids and tea polyphenols, ensuring that the tea leaves are fresh and rich in nutrients.
In Nanjing Hanbi Building, we enjoyed an oolong tea ceremony display, and the tea aroma had a long aftertaste. There are 18 steps in the whole process: preparing facilities to welcome guests, blowing flowers in the jade spring, rewarding guests with Ye Jia, dripping with Meng Chen, heating inside and outside, immortal spring bath cup, warm fragrance cup, oolong palace into the palace, washing the dust, high mountains and flowing water, spring breeze brushing face, re-washing immortal face, phoenix nodding three times, dividing into fragrant dew, harmony between husband and wife, harmony between heaven and water, fragrance of lotus emerging from the water, fragrance of lotus, and tea.
There is also a boutique hall in the lobby, which is full of various products, exquisite craftsmanship and unique shapes, which attracts us to stop for a long time and watch them slowly.
Hold wine and taste the beautiful dishes of Huaiyang and Qinhuai, and enjoy the flavors of the Republic of China and Baodao. At Shuishalian Chinese Restaurant, we enjoyed a carefully configured Tablet-style family set meal.
The set meal combines meat and vegetables, with reasonable nutrition. It not only has an exquisite appearance, but also has a distinctive taste. Cold dishes and vegetarian dishes are fresh and refreshing, while meat dishes taste fresh but not greasy, with a long aftertaste.
At Ho jia9 Restaurant, we are dizzying with a hearty breakfast. Taiwanese flavor, local Huaiyang Nanjing specialties, and duck blood vermicelli soup are of course indispensable. In addition to dining at the restaurant, the room also provides a la carte room service.
Walking out of the restaurant, I saw a children's playground here, and the children were having a good time. In the lobby bar, a piano plays sonorous notes, and night slowly falls amid the rhythmic melody.
Walking out of the lobby is a lawn, which is also a venue for outdoor weddings. The lanterns are lit up, and the warm red color breaks the coldness of the night.
The night in Hanbi Tower is peaceful and comfortable. The lights are reflected in the pool, sparkling waves, accompanied by the gentle evening breeze, and the mood is relieved and relieved. Back in the lobby, in the blink of an eye, I saw a calligraphy and painting corner with the fragrance of ink and poetry, providing a place for calligraphy and painting lovers who like to splash ink.
Hanbi Tower Hotel not only pays attention to details, but also pays attention to experience. The hotel has set up experience projects such as tea ceremony, incense ceremony, and celadon Ou Le, and cycling is also one of them. In addition to the path along the river, Wanjing Garden, located on the southwest bank of the hotel, has a beautiful environment, fresh air, and the singing of birds and flowers. It is an ideal place for walking, jogging and cycling.
Rich experience, physical and mental pleasure, and emotional relaxation, we experienced a pleasant vacation time in Hanbi Building, and also felt the profound and restrained but unconcealed cultural connotation.
