Since I bought an annual travel ticket for Nanjing, I have plucked up the courage to visit many attractions that I wanted to visit before but dared not go, such as Yuejiang Pavilion and Mochou Lake, as well as Dabaoen Temple, where tickets are extremely expensive. Unfortunately, I only spent less than 200 yuan last time. In order to get back the ticket price, I planned this trip to Nanjing.

This time, I didn't go to those literary bookstores in Nanjing, but went to several Internet celebrity attractions, including the north gate of Ninghai Middle School where you can see the Magic Zifeng Building, and Huanya Catherine Square, which has many magical devices. These two places are very consistent with the characteristics of Internet celebrity attractions. Only 1-2 scenes are ok, and the rest are just fades.

Walk into Zhongshan and visit the unforgettable and beautiful autumn scenery

purple Mountain Observatory

The Nanjing Zijinshan Observatory, built during the Republic of China, has ancient timekeepers and equipment for observing celestial phenomena, as well as relatively advanced astronomical telescopes for observing stars in modern times. It is no longer used as an observatory, but only a popular science museum. Perhaps due to ticket sales, it is also open to the public on Monday.

At the Meteorite Museum in the Observatory, exhibits can even be sold at a high price! There are also various related derivatives... There are really not many such museums. In fact, Zijin Mountain has steep slopes and narrow roads, and it is not easy to go up the mountain. Many tourists come by chartered cars to play, and the driver will more or less explain it. Tickets for this attraction are not expensive, only 15 yuan, and are part of Zhongshan Scenic Area.

Baima Park

Baima Park at the foot of Zijin Mountain mainly displays stone carvings and cultural relics, including folk stone carvings from the Song Dynasty, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and even stone carvings from the Cold Palace in the Ming Dynasty! These stones, which have profound meaning to their former owners, are scattered throughout the park, making the experience particularly real, as if they have been there since ancient times. Even if it seems that it has been in disrepair last year, the park still charges tickets ~10 yuan/person.

Meiling Palace

Meiling Palace, located next to the Xiaoling Mausoleum and Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in the Ming Dynasty, was once the official residence of the Chairman of the National Government. It was also the place where Chiang Kai-shek and Song Meiling stayed, worked, and received guests. Originally built in 1931 and spent a large amount of silver dollars. As the "No. 1 Beautiful Villa in the Far East", this villa is surrounded by trees, like gems inlaid on a necklace, dazzling!

The area in the building is very strictly divided, and most of the layout is arranged in accordance with the way Ms. Song Meiling likes and is used to. The three sisters of the Song family are all very talented. Mrs. Meiling likes painting most. There are many of her paintings in the Meiling Palace, as well as her exclusive studio.

Although it is not particularly magnificent, judging from the exquisite materials, the decoration is indeed quite attentive! The living room is very style-oriented and is mainly decorated with Western style. Next to the bedrooms of the two masters, there is actually a large prayer room, which shows their piety for faith.

In the exhibition room filled with the life of the Jiang Song family, you can learn many historical stories related to the Republic of China period, as well as gossip about the two of them. Back then, the combination of handsome men and beautiful women made many others envious!

Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum-Stone Elephant Shinto

Autumn in Nanjing is really beautiful! Bang! Here! I had come to see flowers in the spring before, but I didn't feel so deeply. It wasn't until autumn came back and saw the gorgeous scene full of streets and gardens that I realized the praise those literary heroes and poets had given Nanjing. What they said was true.

Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is a must-check-in attraction when you come to Nanjing to enjoy autumn. You will be surprised when you enter from Gate 3. Rows of red, yellow and green tree shadows are reflected in the water, giving a kind of beautiful beauty in seemingly still pictures. This time The scene is very like a postcard I bought when I was a child.

The famous Shinto has an excellent color hierarchy. The beautiful scenery of more than 600 meters has a history of more than 600 years. The stone statues of divine beasts on both sides of the Shinto have been guarding the mausoleum of Emperor Taizu of the Ming Dynasty for hundreds of years. To be honest, I have long forgotten the cemetery I visited when I first came here. Every time I come to Ming Xiaoling, I will review this unforgettable Shinto.

Recommended accommodation near Zhongshan Scenic Area:

Novotel Nanjing Xuanwu Suning

Every time you come back to Nanjing, you can be surprised. This time, I stayed at the Novotel Nanjing Xuanwu Hotel. Although it is an Accor hotel for business travel, from the overall design point of view, it pays great attention to detail and personality. It adopts Nanjing's local basalt characteristics and makes a contrast between warm and cold colors. The simple and lively style is particularly capable, which is very in line with business travel attributes.

The hotel is next to Suning's headquarters. There is a direct bus from Lukou Airport to the downstairs of the hotel. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance. The transportation is very convenient!

The hotel room is comfortable and generous, with everything you need. The room I stayed in has a large balcony where I can sit on a single sofa and look at the view of Nanjing Purple Mountain. It feels super comfortable!

In the past and present lives of Confucius Temple, how many joys and sorrows have been recorded

Nanjing is an ancient historical and cultural capital. There are many museums and former residences, most of which is the Confucius Temple area. There are several attractions included in the New Year card alone. Tickets for each attraction are at least ten to twenty yuan. The level of display content and scenes is uneven. I personally think that the relatively large attractions are worth visiting. Forget about those roadside "former residences", not only do the display content obscure, but they also provide income-generating projects such as Hanfu rental experience.

Recommended attraction 1: Ganxi Mansion

A truly large family cannot do without a house with 99 and a half rooms. There are not many gardens in the center of Nanjing City that can be preserved so well. The Gan family is a prominent family in Jiangnan. The entire vast mansion has only one main entrance for family members to enter and exit. Both architectural planning and design style are of great research value.

Now it has been transformed into a folk museum in Nanjing City, which displays many intangible cultural heritage projects with Nanjing characteristics, including the production of gold foil, brocade and velvet flowers, white fairs that you can listen to in vain, and people's livelihood and folk activities such as weddings and funerals, childbirth and child-raising, festivals in villages and towns. It is a very knowledge-increasing attraction!

Recommended attraction 2: Zhanyuan

Since we are all here in Jinling, how can we not visit the First Garden? This was once the residence of King Sun Yat-sen in the Ming Dynasty, and it was also the Office of Jiangning's Bureau of Political Affairs and History. It was a rich place to serve as king and official officials in Jiangnan, a land of fish and rice and rich products.

Hong Xiuquan of the Taiping Rebellion also took a fancy to this place and fixed the capital in Nanjing. This era of "kings everywhere, short and glorious" laid the foundation for the Westernization Movement and summarized the failure experience for later revolutionaries.

Although I personally feel that the landscape of the "First Garden" is no better than that of the Presidential Palace, it is these fascinating legends that give this Jiangnan garden with the temperament of a "big family" a deeper meaning.

Recommended attraction 3: Six Dynasties Museum

It is said that Nanjing is the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, but what about the Six Dynasties? It was Wu, Jin, Song, Qi, Liang, and Chen, not counting the Southern Tang and Ming Dynasties, as well as the fleeting Taiping Rebellion and the Republic of China. The Six Dynasties alone left many treasures for Nanjing. Not only tombs, but also cultural and artistic attainments and religious edification, it can be seen that Nanjing is indeed a treasure land of feng shui.

The site of the Six Dynasties Museum is part of the original Jiankang City of the Six Dynasties. It is the most comprehensive site museum in China that displays the cultural relics of the Six Dynasties, and it is also the most systematic thematic museum that reflects the culture of the Six Dynasties. I like the display design of the Six Dynasties Museum very much, especially on the top floor. It uses various exhibition forms like a maze to tell everyone the story of the Six Dynasties.

To be honest, I would never enter the following attractions if I didn't buy an annual pass. Because they are basically buildings built later, and they are not big, there is really not much content to visit. If you want to understand Qinhuai's history and culture, it's better to spend money to travel day or night to visit the Qinhuai River ~ You can sit on the boat and watch the scenery while listening to the stories of those talented and beautiful women.

Former Residence of Li Xiangjun

Li Xiangjun is a famous prostitute in the Qinhuai River in the famous book "Peach Blossom Fan" by the dramatist Kong Shangren in the early Qing Dynasty, and one of the "Eight Beauties of the Qinhuai River". This is one of the most popular "former residences" of Confucius Temple, and the name "Meixiang Tower" is indeed exciting. Many tourists buy tickets to visit the boudoir of the "Eight Beauties of Qinhuai".

Wang Dao Xie 'an Memorial Hall

The memorial hall displays the political life of the families of Wang Dao and Xie An, two famous ministers during the Eastern Jin Dynasty. This was once the barracks of the Imperial Army in Jianye, the capital of Wu Dynasty. Because the soldiers wore black costumes at that time, the alley was named "Wuyi". The poem "Wuyi Alley" written by Liu Yuxi, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, wrote about these two high-ranking families. He lamented the changes in the world with the words "in the old days, Wang Xie Tang and Yan Yan flew into the homes of ordinary people".

Qin Dashi

This attraction is very small and can be visited in a short time. I gained a knowledge point here. In ancient times, if I won the first prize in the exam, the alleys near my home would be named after him. This Qin Da Shi not only won the first prize in the exam, but later became a teacher to the princes. He was quite talented ~

Even if I come to Nanjing frequently, I don't think I will visit these attractions. Even if I are not particularly famous, these ruins and former residences retain the city memories of Nanjing along the way, especially the 99 and a half-room residential design, which allows me to see the strength and style of a "high-ranking household"! Looking at these "museums" one by one, I found that reading thousands of books is indeed not as good as walking thousands of miles ~
