This year's Dragon Boat Festival holiday can last for four days, and I have long wanted to go around Shanghai to find a place to relax. Zhejiang has been to many places, but Jiangsu has not, so I locked my destination in Nanjing.

One weekend, I saw a tweet saying: Gaochun International Slow City is fun, and there is also the lotus flower I want to shoot most. Buy a train ticket and set off.

Gucheng Lake Water Mancheng

How long it had been since I had not gone out for a walk, and I was looking forward to it so much that I asked several friends I hadn't seen for a long time to set out from their respective cities to Gaochun.

When we arrived at the slow city of Gucheng Lake, we went straight to the theme and enjoyed thousands of acres of lotus flowers. There are many lotus varieties here, with as many as 99 species, allowing you to see enough at once. In addition to looking at lotus flowers, we also experienced riding a bamboo raft in the Baihe Garden. A bamboo raft can seat 8 people. It takes an hour to tour the entire Baihe Garden by boat. We can also ask the boat boss to row the boat closer to the lotus flowers. Get closer and watch them up close.

There are sightseeing buses and small trains to choose from here. Children all like small trains. It is very good to experience riding a small train in Mancheng.

There are also many boat types in the park. In addition to the bamboo rafts we rode on, there are also wupeng boats and Internet celebrity glass boats. The photos are particularly beautiful.

Now is the good time for lotus flowers to bloom. The pink lotus flowers are delicate and dripping. I also saw white lotus flowers, which was an eye-opener.

Wherever we crossed, ripples appeared on the water, and lotus and lotus leaves danced in the wind. It was a beautiful landscape painting.

Many tourists travel as families. Everyone has stayed at home for too long and has to come out to breathe fresh air. In addition to locals, tourists come to visit, there are also many people from around Nanjing. It is most convenient to drive to Gaochun by car. The sun was a little hot, so they used lotus leaves as umbrellas to shade the sun. Not to mention, this method was good, and the shading effect was also good, so they suddenly felt much cooler.

There is also a water Dachong Pass in Baihe Garden. A 50-meter-long water slide is equipped with various shapes of floating mats, various shapes of swimming rings, etc. Children have fun in it. In summer, what children like most is playing in the water. To enjoy lotus flowers, of course, they have to play at Dachong Pass on the water.

The children's carefree smiles can infect us. They play in the water, and parents sit in the shade waiting to officially start their summer vacation.

When you come to Gaochun, you must try Gaochun's delicious food. Gucheng Lake Happy Fishing Hotel has shrimp and steamed garlic, blooming flowers and wealth, farmhouse rice crust, sweet and sour lotus root tips, and several of them are related to lotus flowers.

Sweet and sour lotus root tip, I think it is crispy and tender than lotus root slices.

Wrap vegetables with lotus flowers and eat them. Have you eaten them? They have the unique fragrance of lotus flowers. I highly recommend them.

Because it was the Dragon Boat Festival, rice dumplings were also arranged. This was the first time I spent the Dragon Boat Festival with my friends, and everyone ate happily.

Since it is called Happy Fishing Hotel, it must be related to fishing. After we finished our meal, we saw a wonderful fishing competition. Everyone's fishing speed was extraordinary. On average, they could catch a fish in 2 seconds, which was amazing.

gaochun Old Street

It seems that every city has an old street, and Gaochun is no exception. There are much fewer people in the old streets than in other cities, making it more comfortable for us to stroll around. Gaochun Old Street was built in the Ming Dynasty and is the main commercial street in Chunxi Ancient Town. After more than 500 years of continuous construction in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, a commercial street more than 800 meters long was formed. The Laojie Scenic Area mainly has nine scenic spots, including Guanwang Temple, Gaochun Folk Culture Museum, Yangting, Headquarters of the First Detachment of the New Fourth Army, Gaochun Folk Performance Hall, the former site of the New Fourth Army Office in Gaochun, Qianlong Ancient Well, and the ruins of the Jesus Church.

Walking on the blue stone road and entering a very distinctive and quaint bookstore, picking up a book and reading it carefully can calm people down.

In addition to lotus flowers, hairy crabs are also a specialty of Gucheng Lake. Don't miss them when you come in June and July.

In the evening, we stayed at Liuzhouhui City Boutique Hotel, a newly opened fashionable hotel. The room is large and has a cloakroom. As a boutique hotel, it is very popular with ladies. The hair dryer in the cabinet is Xiaomi's, which has a good mute effect.

Yaxi International

This is China's first "International Slow City", with battery car sightseeing lanes and walking trails. There are four seasons of flowers, thousands of acres of red maples, folk culture, as well as a series of very fun experience projects such as jungle crossing and tree canopy walking. It has also won many awards, such as the China Residential Environment Model Award, the first batch of characteristic towns in the country, and provincial eco-tourism demonstration zones.

Jungle Crossing is deeply loved by children. Children and children wear safety helmets and travel together. They also see a very loving brother and sister pair, the older brother pulling his sister and moving forward hard.

Here, in addition to activities suitable for children, there are also activities suitable for adults. Crown walking is worth recommending. It is composed of a glass corridor and an aerial plank road, and is 8-12 meters away from the ground. The glass corridor is much longer than that of ordinary scenic spots, with a total of 130 meters. It also incorporates a 5D rupture effect, so that friends who are not afraid of heights can have a happy walk.

Shuttling through the tree canopy, you can see lush and lush scenery and the waterway in the distance.

After walking through the glass corridor, we can go for something exciting. The rainbow slide is to sit on the tires and slide down by yourself. It looks a bit thrilling, so grab the handles and slide down. The further I went down, the faster I went down. Fortunately, I played it twice.

I didn't want to play canopy skating because I didn't bring replacement clothes and was afraid that it would get wet easily. After listening to the introduction, I said it was okay, but not very exciting. I took the same boat with my two friends and set off. Unexpectedly, it became more and more exciting. The splash was not big. When we finally rushed into the river, a wave wet us all. Fortunately, summer dries quickly and I still have a lot of fun. There is a little secret. It is best to take a boat in groups of two, so the momentum of rushing into the river will not be too great and it will not be wet.

If you like life like a paradise, don't miss the characteristic pastoral countryside of Youzi Mountain. There are off-site coffee and silent design here. I didn't expect to find such a distinctive shop in the countryside.

Biluochun is mainly abundant here

Looking at the tea gardens all over the mountains, my heart will calm down. During the tea-picking season, the mountains should be filled with the fragrance of tea.

Next to the tea garden is a green tea space tea culture experience hall, which is a foreign-related tea house. The boss gave us several teas. Gaochun tea was fragrant and delicious. We quickly finished a pot. You may not know that in summer, the easiest thing to cool down is not ice water but hot water, and tea is helpful to human health, so drinking more tea is good.

The teahouse is also a good place to cool off in summer. The clear tea soup is comfortable to look at.

After staying in a hotel, B & B is also worth experiencing. Here is a small mountain at the foot of Mao Mountain-Huazhushe·Zhengfu Cottage.

When I first entered the garden, it had the exquisiteness of Suzhou gardens, and I would forget that I was still in Gaochun.

I sat to the side quietly admiring the pictures only available in summer. This elegant life is what I yearn for.

It's really suitable for staying here with three to five friends or several parent-child families. It's as close as a family.
