before the trip
The scorching heat failed to stop my determination to go south. In July last year, I swam in Nanjing for five days and went to several places every day. It was very enjoyable, especially after a day of strenuous exercise, and the feeling of sweating thoroughly was unforgettable. However, I also left a little regret because some attractions were not visited due to tight time. Therefore, this time, I will continue to visit the places I haven't visited.
The plan couldn't keep up with the changes, and the tickets to Nanjing had been bought. The next day, the child said that he would go to Nanjing with me, but he had to return to Beijing in advance if he had other activities on the 22nd, so Hangzhou could not come with me. So I quickly booked a train ticket again and chose the same train number, but I didn't have it in the same carriage after the ticket was issued, which was also very good.
Booking strategy:
I have been booking tickets on Ctrip last year, but I can book tickets many days in advance. However, this year, I can't book suitable trains within three days from Ctrip. I guess there are too many people booking tickets, and all the remaining tickets I see are 0, or replacement tickets. Fortunately, you can also easily book tickets with 12306, and there are sufficient tickets left. Don't forget to choose your seat when booking tickets. ABC is for three people next to each other, DF is for two people side by side, so C and D are the two seats in the aisle. You can also choose a seat when booking tickets for Ctrip.
This plan is to depart for Nanjing on July 17, leave Nanjing for Hangzhou on the afternoon of the 20th, and return to Beijing on the 23rd. The entire journey lasted seven days.
There is no financial budget, put enough money in the card, watch the flowers, only travel once a year, relax is the first priority.

17th Day1
The 17th is the high-speed train that departs from Beijing South Railway Station at 9:15 in the morning. Nanjing South Railway Station is the station you pass by. You can enjoy the scenery outside the window along the way and always read the tourism introduction about Hangzhou. In fact, there are not many plans to understand the history of people, scenery, etc. As common sense, it is also important to know.
The train arrived at Nanjing South Railway Station on time at 1:30 p.m.. Because Nanjing's transportation is very convenient, it is still very good to have a ride card. However, the Jinling Card I bought last year was gone. I replaced it with an automatic card vending machine. The cost was 50 yuan. I have to recharge it. Without hesitation, I bought a Zhihui card directly. You can take the bus or pay at Suguo Supermarket. It is said that this card is common in all major cities in Jiangsu. In fact, if you don't buy this card and use coins or banknotes to buy subway tickets, it will be very troublesome. There are still many people and you can't queue up for a long time, which will have some impact on travel. Nanjing's subways pass through important attractions, so it is still very convenient to have a card.
This time, take the subway to Wudingmen and get off. If you change to any bus, you can get near the hotel. I originally wanted to book the Egret Hotel, but I couldn't see the hotel's information on Ctrip. I guess it was because the decoration was no longer possible to accommodate guests. So this time I booked the Nanjing Tanhualou Hotel. It is in the Confucius Temple Scenic Area and a few minutes 'walk to the Confucius Temple Pedestrian Street, along the Qinhuai River. The hotel is clean, has a good location, and is convenient to go anywhere. I am very satisfied.
Check-in was quick, put down our luggage, rested for a while, and set off for a stroll and eat at the Confucius Temple. Confucius Temple is located along the Qinhuai River. Looking at the cruise ship, the water system, the dazzling array of shops and the bustling crowd, you will feel a sense of existence. I didn't have lunch on the train. I saw the stinky tofu seller at this time, so I took a serving. There are 8 pieces for 20 yuan. The taste is very fragrant. If I drink more water, I will be full! There is everything on the pedestrian street, because you have to give a duck gizzard to your relatives. It is said that the shop next to the statue of Confucius is halal. In fact, the only shop in the entire Fuzi Temple is a century-old halal shop, selling salted ducks and duck series. Very delicious. So when I found this store, I quickly bought it, filled out the express delivery form on site, and sent it to Beijing.
It was soon past five o'clock in the evening, and we had to go to Nanjing's big brands for dinner. As soon as the door opened, it was already quite late for us to get the number. We waited at the door for nearly an hour before it was our turn. Zui Chungui, salted duck, steamed dumplings, fish soup noodles, feel free to eat all kinds of delicious food. The tone of Pingtan is played in the background, which is very artistic.
Because I took care of eating, I didn't take photos of the delicious food.
It was necessary to take a walk to eat and drink enough, so my children and I went to Bailuzhou Park for a walk. This was something I didn't achieve last time I came to Nanjing, and I had to make up for it this time. Bailuzhou Park is also designed for the common people. It is very delicious, no less than Zhanyuan, especially on the Qinhuai River. Cruise boats pass through the park's water system, and the night lights are very beautiful. It is recommended that friends who visit the Confucius Temple go for a walk at night. It is beautiful.
When visiting the park, I saw a man dancing. It was a dance of a classical beauty. It was soft and touching, with superb skills. I admire it!
Go back to the hotel to rest and go out for a rampage tomorrow.
I have to praise the hotel for its carefulness. There is a strong clothes line in the bathroom. In July in Nanjing, you will be sweating after walking a few steps. Every day after going back to the hotel to take a bath, you must wash and dry your clothes. It will be inconvenient if you don't have a clothes line. Even if you bring n sets of clothes, can you put the sweaty clothes directly in the box? They definitely need to be dried, so the hotel is very attentive to this convenience.
July 18 Day2
The top priority today is to visit the Presidential Palace. The child went to the Presidential Palace during graduate school, so he went to the Six Dynasties Museum nearby. We made an appointment to meet at noon and then go to the next attraction.
Tickets for the Nanjing Presidential Palace can be purchased online, which is two yuan cheaper than on-site purchases. After buying a ticket, swipe your ID card and enter the park.
Friends who have the opportunity can watch the promotional video of the Nanjing Presidential Palace. The pictures I sent are rather disorderly because I am visiting by myself and do not rent and explain. I just follow the road signs and walk around as I please. However, when I am in the mansion, I can feel the passage of history. From modern times to modern times, historical changes. Especially when I saw the exquisite gardens, I felt that the Presidential Palace was a representative place of history and culture.
Unexpectedly, five stray cats were found in the house. They were a family. Several kittens were playing around for a few months. Sanhua should be their mother, and one civet cat might be their father. The family happily repaired their hair, chased and played, regardless of the tourists 'watching. This kind of scene makes people feel like a lifetime ago.
Two hours later, it was already noon when we left the Presidential Palace. Next to it was 1912 Street. This was an Internet celebrity area, but the child didn't want to go. He wanted to eat hot pot. There happened to be a sirloin hot pot shop at an intersection. The young waiter was advertising on the roadside, so we went in, thinking that the hot pot shop in the bustling scenic spot was probably bloodletting. I ordered a mandarin duck pot with mushroom soup on one side and spicy soup on the other. I ordered beef, fish, mutton, vegetables, duck blood tofu, etc., a table full. The food was very full. When I checked out, the discount sticker posted at the door was less than 200 yuan. This surprised me. In Beijing, the equivalent table of dishes is less than 300 yuan. This location is so cheap!
When I am full and strong, I will take a bus to Yanziji. My children have never been to this place, but I have been to it. This time, I will take my children to stand on the edge of the Yangtze River and have a good understanding!
The bus is very convenient. Take No. 8 to get to Yanziji Park. It's hot at this time. It's noon, and even the wind is not cool. Although the air conditioner is turned on the bus, it's not much cooler.
Because I had to hold a fan in one hand and a towel in the other to wipe sweat, it was inconvenient to take photos on my mobile phone, so I didn't take photos here much. There were many photos of Yanziji in my travel notes last year, so I no longer post them here. The child stood on the bank of the Yangtze River, leaning on the fence and looking into the distance, feeling as if he were an ancient person. He couldn't help but become poetic. He ignored the mosquitoes and sat on a stone bench and wrote poetry. I tried my best to use a fan to insect him. Unfortunately, the written poems were never shown to me.
Yanziji Park is not big, so it won't take long to finish watching it. When we came back, we took No. 125 and got off at a place where we could change to the subway. After changing to the subway, we got off at the Daming Palace because I always wanted to visit the Ming Palace Ruins Park. Fortunately, the subway here is more convenient. However, as many netizens have said, the Ming Palace Museum site is basically nothing, only a few stones represent its former glory.
The entire park is a place for people to relax and entertain.
After coming out of the park, my children were already exhausted, but I still had the task of buying cigarettes for my relatives, so I took the subway to Xinjiekou and bought Suyan cigarettes in the mall. Unfortunately, there were not many of these cigarettes. I bought all the ones I had.
I took the subway back and went to Confucius Temple for dinner. I passed by several small supermarkets and bought cigarettes. It seems that every store has less stock and will only enter the next time after selling out. When I went to Nanjing's big-name stores, I found that there were too many people and I was extremely tired, so I decided to go back to the hotel and order takeout. The child ate two meals and seemed to be tired and hungry, but I chose fresh fruit yogurt fishing. Compared with Beijing, the food and fruits here are cheaper.
July 19 Day3
I went to bed earlier yesterday because I consumed a lot of physical strength during the day. Today's visiting task is to go to Zhanyuan. It takes two bus stops to Zhanyuan in the morning. Although the garden is not large, it can be said to be the first garden in China. The pavilions, pavilions and water are all available, and they are all a picture from any angle. There is also a display hall of the Taiping Kingdom here, which is extremely cool inside.
I saw an elderly couple dressed up in costumes and sang a song in front of the small pavilion. With the scenery, it seemed to have returned to that era. It adds some charm to this garden.
Coincidentally, another family of stray cats was found in Zhanyuan. The mother was a three-colored cat, the father was a civet cat. The kittens were similar to the cats in the presidential palace yesterday. Did they also travel?
I didn't stay in Zhanyuan for a long time. Two hours were very ample. After walking around the garden, taking photos and resting, I could come out. After leaving Zhanyuan, we took a bus back to visit the Imperial Examination Museum in Confucius Temple. I highly recommend this museum to my children. This museum has four floors, and there is also an on-site restoration of the imperial examination outside the museum. There are introductions of various methods in the museum, which are very clear and beneficial. Can have a good education for students. Because the museum was relatively dark and the taking effect was not good, I didn't take pictures.
Maybe the child ate too much yesterday, so he was not physically strong today. After visiting the Imperial Examination Museum, he made a fuss and went back to the hotel, so I also went back. It was only past three o'clock. Good, my clothes are wet and need to be changed and washed. But I still feel like a waste of time after I'm done. So I went to the Confucius Temple alone again. It's very cool at this time. It's probably going to rain soon. The cool breeze blows and it's very comfortable.
In the evening, people were still coming and going at the Confucius Temple. Cruise ships on the Qinhuai River set sail one after another. This time, I accidentally walked to Wuyi Lane. This was a place I hadn't been to last time, but this time I found it.
When I came to Nanjing this time, I changed my mobile phone, so the pictures I took were better than last year. I like the photos above very much and they are very textured.
I still ordered takeout at the hotel at night. I'm really too lazy to go out.
July 20 Day4
As soon as he opened his eyes in the morning, the child said that he would buy gifts for his classmates. I suggested that he go to the Confucius Temple early in the morning to buy them so that we would not delay our journey by train. The train leaves at 11:32 this morning. He returns to Beijing and I go to Hangzhou. After washing up, the child went to the Confucius Temple and came back in an hour. He took a large bag of three crispy gift boxes. It would have been better if he had bought them yesterday, so he wouldn't have to come here again today.
Pack your luggage and set off for the train station.
I had breakfast and lunch (combined into one) with my children at Nanjing South Railway Station. It was wonton, a very large bowl, which was delicious.
I bought a ticket to Hangzhou East. It starts from Nanjing South Railway Station and ends at Guiyang North Railway Station, and Hangzhou East is the stop station. There were not many people who had just gotten on the bus, but there were more people getting on and off at the several stops that stopped one after another. Most people took to Tongxiang, Jiaxing, etc. However, this carriage in Hangzhou East is basically empty.
As soon as I got off the train, I was immediately infected by the "enthusiastic" Hangzhou, and it was extremely humid. After exiting the station, I entered the subway station. After reading the instructions for a long time, I understood that using Alipay's city service to download the Hangzhou Bus Card, which has a subway riding code and a bus riding code. After opening, you can swipe your card to enter the station. I got a subway card, entered the station, and took Line 1 to Ding 'an Road Station. After studying for a long time when I left the station, I swiped my card. In Beijing, I use a bus card, but in Hangzhou, it is indeed the world of Alipay.
Gaode Navigation got off the Ding 'an Road subway station and had to walk a few hundred meters to reach the hotel I booked (Hangzhou Xizi Cherry Hotel). The location is not bad. There are signs on the roadside, but the first thing I saw was the facade of Everbright Bank. If you want to enter the hotel, you have to go around the back.
Check-in was quick, and the tall female waitress at the front desk was particularly good, smart and had good service. I took the room card and headed straight to the room. When I opened it, we liked it. It was clean and tidy. Although the room was not big, it had everything you needed and had windows to the outside. It was very comfortable. Opposite is Yintai Mall and a supermarket to buy daily necessities. There is also a Hangzhou local specialty supermarket on the street in front of the hotel. There are various famous restaurants ahead, such as Hangzhou Restaurant, Dongpo Restaurant, Grandma's House, etc. McDonald's is also very easy to find.
(Please ignore the remote control. It was in the small black box on the bedside table, but I took it out to take pictures)
Putting down my luggage and putting on a light schoolbag, I left the hotel and headed straight for the West Lake. In fact, a few years ago, I came to West Lake for a training session and also walked on the shore. However, after all, I didn't come specifically to visit West Lake, so I felt a little regretful that I had to visit West Lake all over this time. The original plan was to walk around the West Lake, so can you see all ten views of the West Lake? I consulted a tour guide on Ctrip, and the other person said that it was too hot today to walk so far. Moreover, it was impossible to see all ten views of the West Lake at once. Some scenery would last until winter, some scenery would be spring, etc. Anyway, I'll go as far as I can.
Gao De navigates a few hundred meters to reach the West Lake. Sure enough, it shows that the hotel has a good location.
However, the weather is very bad. As soon as I left the hotel, I was sweating. After walking for a while, I felt like the sweat was dripping down. It was really hard for northerners to adapt to this kind of humid heat in the south. The overall temperature is only 33°, but the feeling is very hot. If sweating cannot evaporate, you will lose a lot of water. You must replenish water in time to avoid heatstroke. But I can still endure it. After walking along the West Lake for a while, I felt really tired. I happened to arrive at a dock in a park where I could buy tickets and take a boat to visit the West Lake. On board, you can visit the island with three ponds and the moon, then pick up your ticket and return, or sit to other attractions. The ticket is not expensive, 55 yuan for an adult ticket. Facts have proved that it is right to take a boat and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the West Lake without effort.
Some of the pictures above were taken on the way to the dock, some were taken on the boat, and some were taken while getting off the boat and continuing to walk. Among them, I passed many West Lake attractions. Because the place where I got on the boat was very close to a large area of lotus flowers, I chose to take the boat back the same way after visiting Santan Yinyue. After getting off the boat, I continued to walk along the shore. In this way, I quickly arrived at the place where the lotus flowers were in full bloom. It was beautiful!
Walking on, I saw the squirrel feeding ground. Three squirrels were running around in the tree. Tourists held food and lured them down. The courageous squirrels would come down and snatch it from the tree to eat, but the timid ones never dared to linger. It was very interesting.
I saw the broken bridge in the distance, so I guess it wouldn't be difficult to walk across. At this time, it is time to replenish the water source. There are stalls every dozens of meters, but it costs ten yuan to pulse such water, which is too expensive. It would be better to choose green tea and ice water. It would cost only 112 yuan to quench your thirst. Holding a cup of green tea water, rest on the bench by the West Lake, enjoy the scenery, and drink water. How comfortable it would be!
After drinking, I recovered a lot of my physical strength and continued to rage and set off for the Broken Bridge. I arrived in the blink of an eye. This is the place where Xu Xian and Bai Niangzi met. There are many people, but compared to the broken bridge on WeChat, it is still a lot less.
After crossing the broken bridge is the Su Causeway. There are different landscapes on both sides. No matter how you take pictures, it will be beautiful. The long Su Causeway quickly increased my number of steps to more than 10,000. Are you tired and hot? It was already evening, and the hot wind was gone, but what was replaced by a cool breeze. After crossing the dam, there is an island. After walking around the island, we can go out. Here are the Zhejiang Museum, Art Museum, Zhongshan Park and other scenic spots, including Xileng Yinshe, etc., but because of the time, we cannot enter and visit it. I originally wanted to take a taxi back to the hotel, but from a distance, the road near the West Lake was full of red lights and the traffic jam was extremely serious. I felt sorry for the taxi money, so I had better go.
At this time, night is falling, accompanied by street lights, along the road leading to Gaode's navigation back to the hotel. There are still two kilometers away. Let's stick to it and walk. However, I just happened to enjoy the night view of West Lake, which made it even more beautiful.
Finally, I moved back to the hotel with my legs. It had been more than 20,000 steps, and my legs were no longer mine. I ordered takeout, delivered it to the hotel, and drank free apple juice in the lobby. It was very comfortable. I went back to my room and started taking a bath and washing clothes. This hotel has no clothes lines anymore. Although there is laundry service, I still choose to find a place to dry it myself for hygiene reasons. After filling the water droplets in the bathroom, I move it to the pool to dry it, so that I can ensure that I have clean clothes to wear every day.
In fact, they were all too hungry. It was already past nine o'clock when the takeout arrived. You have to eat it, otherwise you won't have the energy to continue shopping tomorrow.
When I came to Hangzhou this time, there were only two places in the plan, one was Wuzhen and the other was Xixi Wetland. There are two full days in Hangzhou. Plan one place for one day, so that it will be less tiring.
When checking in, there were two travel agencies outside the hotel advertising and sending tourists information about various tour groups. I studied it carefully in the evening and felt that Wuzhen had a better day, but it was late and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to sign up. I'd better sign up in the morning.
Turn off the lights and break your sleep.
July 21 Day5
I wake up at 5:30 every day in the past few days, and my biological clock is very strong.
When I woke up, I called the travel agency. Fortunately, I could go to Wuzhen with a group today. I would return in the afternoon and pass through the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. I could visit and take a boat. I signed up for a pure entertainment group. No shopping, including the ticket, the total is 280 yuan. It is still relatively cost-effective, because if I take a car or taxi from Hangzhou to Wuzhen, the fare is much more expensive than this.
At seven o'clock in the morning, the travel agency bus came to the station opposite the hotel to pick me up, and then picked up other tourists one after another. Finally, the bus slowly rushed to Wuzhen. The tour guide Xiao Yang is very experienced. It was difficult for the tour guide to deal with the problem of tourists due to bus seats.
It took about an hour and a half to walk to Wuzhen. This is a century-old town with small bridges and flowing water, and people with rich artistic conception. I originally thought it was an Hui-style building with white walls and black roofs, but I was wrong. The buildings here are all small wooden and bamboo buildings built along the water, including the former residence of contradiction. We visited Dongzha in Wuzhen, which is a cultural landscape. Xizhai is mainly built after Dongzha. Most of them are hotels and places to eat and drink. If you want to visit the local customs, it is better to visit Dongzha. The tour guide took us on a tour of Dongzha. We could quickly walk through the 700-meter streets and alleys before going to eat. The food in the restaurant was still quite expensive. After all, it was in the scenic spot. I am lucky that I am traveling alone. I can order a vegetarian dish for lunch. It is not expensive. Why don't I order two or three for those who come for dinner? After dinner, we visited along the other side of Dongzha. At this time, I chose to take a rocking boat, where I could experience the beauty of the Jiangnan water town.
The last picture shows the former residence of contradiction. I didn't go in because it was on the other side of the river and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to come back. The tour guide said that there was no turning back when visiting Wuzhen.
The feeling of being on a boat is wonderful.
It was already 1:20 p.m. after visiting Wuzhen. We took an hour to the next attraction-the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. We had to take a cruise ship to visit the Hangzhou section.
Only by actually sitting on a boat can we realize the greatness of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. This is a river dug manually, and many working people have paid the price of their lives for it. The commentators on the ship are also very dedicated, telling the different scenery on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
After getting off the boat, we collectively pedaled back to downtown Hangzhou. Get off the bus near Wulin Gate and disperse. The tour guide suggested I take a bus back to the hotel because it was far away and there were several stops. But I still chose to walk, so that when I was tired, I could enter a commercial building in Yintai for dinner. I chose an old man's shop and tasted Sisao Song's fish soup, zucchini stir-fried shrimp and dried bamboo shoots, West Lake beer, and Dongpo pork. Everything was very delicious, especially zucchini. It was delicious and delicious, and I couldn't stop. I ate it all. You only have one meal a day, so you must eat it well!
After eating and drinking enough, I will go back to the hotel to rest.July 22, Day6
In the morning, I was still hesitant about whether to visit Xixi Wetland with the group. Later, I checked Gaode and found that there was a bus that could go directly, so I could travel freely.
Take Route 8 at the entrance of the hotel to Wulin Gate, change to Route 102 directly to the West Bus Station, and walk more than 300 meters to the gate of Xixi Wetland Park. But when I walked here and looked at the road sign, I found that the sign next to it also read Wenbo Outlets. Isn't this a wetland, but a commercial street? Where is the park gate, and should it go to the front? At this time, I was sweating profusely, and my mulberry silk clothes were soaked through. I had to leave. I couldn't go back as soon as I first came.
With the mentality of giving it a try, we continue along the road, hoping to see the ticket office of the park and find the right door. As a result, after walking a few hundred meters, I found that it was a commercial place such as a hotel meeting. I asked a girl passing by and she said that you could enter directly along a small road and it was free. I am very surprised. When I read Ctrip online, I said that there are tickets, but why are they free? So let's go through it with Gao De. As a result, the navigation led me directly back to the gate. At this time, I had been walking back and forth at the entrance of Xixi Wetland Park for an hour, and my physical strength had been reduced by most of it.
I asked a master at the door. He said that if you walk inside this gate, you will definitely find the museum and tourist area of Xixi Wetland. Then let's go. Keep moving forward with beads of sweat on your face! This is probably a disadvantage of free travel. If you don't know the way, you have to find it yourself, and you can find it smoothly by following the group.
Friends who come to Xixi Wetland for their own tours can enter through this gate and go straight along the main road. You will definitely see the fee-paying tourist area.
I walked alone for a long time, with no other tourists. At this time, I realized the importance of strengthening my beliefs and not forgetting my original intention. Without this awareness, it would be difficult to persist until the end. When he saw two gates on the road, the security guard did not ask and walked straight in. The first thing he saw was the bird watching area, and there was a chirping of cicadas in his ears, showing vitality. It was still hot and I could endure it without water.
Finally I saw the Lianhuatai Bird Watching Area. It costs 40 yuan. The waiter at the door asked me if I specialized in bird observation. I said no, I was looking for an entrance where I charged for tickets. She suggested that if I was not a professional bird watcher, I don't have to go in. You can continue to Gaozhuang. Today is Monday, Gaozhuang is open for free.
I saw the battery car terminal near Gaozhuang. I wanted to take a bus to visit it to save me heat and tiredness, but there was no one. I guess they hadn't gone to work yet. I came too early.
Keep moving forward.
Finally I saw the toll station. There was a tall sign next to it, which was the overall map of Xixi Wetland. I found that I came in from the south entrance. I had just walked a long way along the south entrance, not even one-tenth of the entire wetland. The inside was too big, and it was impossible to get out by walking alone. But an old couple walked into the free area after reading the sign. I thought there might be some places inside, so why not go in and have a look? As a result, they followed them into the free area. Who knew that this free area belonged to a farm. Although it was very big inside, there was no exit. After going in and making a big circle, he finally came back the same way and failed.
I could only continue to move forward and go to the toll gate to buy an official ticket for 80 yuan. The cruise ship terminal is not far from the door. The ticket is 60 yuan. I finally got on the cruise ship and enjoyed the wetland landscape on the water. It was simply beautiful. The waters on both sides of the river are abundant., lush vegetation, cicadas chirping and frog hooves, and waterbirds and wild ducks are always in view. In such hot weather, a boat trip to the wetlands is a great choice.
The wetland is very large. There are four ferry stops in total. Each stop has a landscape that can be viewed by disembarking on the island. Because I exhausted too much physical strength in the early stage, I didn't visit the island. Instead, I got off the boat and got off the dock, and continued from the boarding dock. In this way, I completed four consecutive stops, returned to the dock where I started, and then came out of the exit. I returned to Gaozhuang along the original road. At this time, there was a ticket seller for the battery car. I could take the battery car to the exit, which was the entrance where I hesitated when I came. The battery car happened to arrive and returned satisfied.
Today's experience has verified my determination to never forget my original intention. If I had not given up, I would have had satisfactory results. Imagine if I had given up because I took the wrong road, I would not have seen the beauty of the wetlands and felt the boat. Happy.
I took the bus back, went to Yintai Supermarket to buy drinks and snacks, and returned to the hotel to rest. I originally wanted to go to Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street in the afternoon, but I exhausted a lot of physical strength because I took the wrong road in the morning, and now I really have no energy to go out again. Moreover, my clothes are soaked through, and the smell of sweat makes me uncomfortable, so I decided to go back to take a shower and wash my clothes and rest.
Facts proved that my decision was very correct. While I was eating and relaxing at the hotel, it rained heavily outside. The rain and fog blurred my vision, and I almost couldn't see the shopping mall opposite me. If I were going sightseeing in the afternoon, I would definitely be soaked by now.
Today's experience has given me a deep understanding of the blessing in disguise.
It is said that you can travel thousands of miles and read thousands of books. How can I have more insights into life if I don't come out and experience it? Travel is sometimes a description of the words to experience and verify, and sometimes it is a re-taste of the words, so as to achieve satisfaction in the spiritual world through such interactions.
July 23 Day7
Get up early in the morning to pack up, check out, and go straight to Hangzhou East Railway Station. The G42 train leaves on time and arrives in Beijing on time in the afternoon. The seven-day and six-night trip from Nanjing-Hangzhou ended.
On the day I returned to Beijing, the sun was shining high. When I left the subway station, I felt the baking northern land without humidity. However, the temperature in Hangzhou was not that high, but it was wrapped in hot moisture, making it even more humid and uncomfortable. Therefore, most northerners cannot stand the weather in the south. Compared with those who work south after graduating from college, they need enough courage and endurance to adapt.
