Wangongchi is facing the Red Mountain Gate of the "Linggu Shengjing". The gate of Linggu Temple is a three-arched foyer covered with green glazed tiles and red walls on both sides. The title on the middle gate was "Shengli of Linggu". There is a red wall and a side door on both sides of the gate, each with the books "Song Song" and "Quan Tao".
Through the gate, you can see the memorial archway on the central axis. Follow the corridor along the central axis to the steps
The commemorative archway is covered with green glazed tiles and arched eaves, making it extraordinary. The plaque of "Great benevolence and righteousness" is on the front banner. The plaque is engraved with plum blossoms on both sides and embedded with the Kuomintang party emblem pattern.
In front of the archway there is a pair of stone beasts carved in white marble
On the north side of the archway is the Wuliang Hall
Go down the steps and continue north along the central axis and look back at the monument.
A stone turtle lies quietly in the forest on one side of the tunnel
Above a few steps is the Unbridled Hall. There are three arches on the front and back of the Wuliang Hall, and arched windows on the left and right sides. The hall stands on a pedestal and serves as a mountain top. It is all imitated in a wooden structure that is majestic, solemn and stable.
The square in front of the temple is rich in vegetation and artistic. There are six tall ginkgo trees in front of the hall. You can imagine the brilliance here in late autumn. Maple trees are lined up on the east and west sides of the square. There is also a step up. This is a very artistic tree that has been pruned. I can't name it, but it is pruned with a unique character.
Two dragon-claw locust trees with claws and claws writhed like two charming dancers.
Looking back on the steps of Wuliang Hall
Tall ginkgo trees dot this ancient building built in the 14th year of Hongwu.
Walking into this country's oldest and largest brick arch-structure temple is really amazing. A building of such a span and size does not need to be nailed to pieces of wood, but is all built of bricks. The entire building does not have a single beam and column. From the base to the top, it is built with huge bricks to form the roof of the Guodong dome, and it is named Wuliang Hall. Such a size of a beamless building makes me amazed and curious. Since 1931, Wuliang Hall was transformed into a memorial hall for the National Revolutionary Army's fallen soldiers. It was named "Zhengqi Hall." The steles in Wuliang Hall are engraved with their heroic names. There are arched holes revolving back and forth in the hall, and there are cornices on the outside. This is the doorway leading directly to the north side.
Looking back at Wuliang Hall
Coming out of the Wuliang Hall is a semicircular flower-bed lawn with a wide view-Cemetery No. 1. When the cemetery was built, a semicircular wall hundreds of meters long was adopted, with curved undulating shapes, like Nanjing's city flower-plum blossoms. It is quite a combination of Chinese and Western styles. Now the cemetery has become a flower garden, surrounded by ginkgo and osmanthus flowers. In the middle of the lawn, a Jinling osmanthus king tree lives here.
From this square, you can look up and look up at the Linggu Tower, which stands tall in the jungle
Continue north along the periphery of the plum blossom petal-shaped cemetery
On one side is the Linggu Temple, which has a lot of incense. Yellow walls and black tiles, lush pines and lush forests, and a quiet environment. Inside this round door is Linggu Temple Suzhai Hall.
Bypass the wall of Cemetery No. 1 and see Songfeng Pavilion. It is a palace-like building. The roof is made of glazed tiles, and the "Pine Wind Pavilion" hangs from the eaves. Now Songfeng Pavilion has become a place of exchange for democratic parties.

Climbing up the steps and bypassing the Pine Wind Pavilion, a tripod and a tower are in front of you.
Continue north along the corridor in front of Songfeng Pavilion
On the front lintel of the first floor of the tower, there are three golden characters engraved in regular script: "Linggu Tower". The tower body is constructed of reinforced concrete and Suzhou Jinshan granite. Outside each floor, there are granite corridors.
It was getting late, and in order to catch the sunset, I rushed to the top of the tower. There is a spiral escalator built in the middle of the tower, which can follow the 252 steps of the ladder to reach the ninth floor. Halfway through on the fourth floor, pause for a while, take a breath, and calm down his rapidly beating heart. Then he reached the ninth floor with one foot.
There are several door openings around the tower body leading to the fence.
The central axis of the Linggu Temple Scenic Area facing the front of the tower body. My purpose today is very clear, that is, to climb the tower to watch the sunset, so I went straight to the top of the tower completely along the central axis. Stand on the Linggu Tower and look around the scenery of Zhongshan and the green waves of the sea. This forest of forests is like a undulating sea, majestic and magnificent.
Today's visibility is very good, transparent, and the city is highly recognizable. The lake at the other end of the forest is the lake water in the sports park. Because I live in this area, I can name all the residential areas.
On the east side of the rolling forest is the urban landscape.
The continuous Zijin Mountain on the west side and the urban area on the west side of Nanjing City are lined with high-rise buildings.
The verdant Purple Mountain hides the majestic ancient buildings with carved eaves and the modern urban symphony on the side of the mountain with undulating heights like a staff.
Among the layers of Purple Gold Mountains, the one closest to my blue-and-yellow glazed tiles is the Sutra Tower. The gray-blue Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum above the mountain range in the middle can be seen in all directions. The Zifeng Building is very recognizable in the urban scenery along the mountains.
At this time, the sun was hiding among the clouds, dyeing the clouds a beautiful orange color and a faint pink color. The clouds radiate a soft light through the afterglow of the sun.
Everything was extremely quiet in the mountains and forests. Because of the time, there were no tourists. I was the only one on the tower, and I felt even more how big the scene I was facing. The wind was very strong, and I could only hear the sound of the wind blowing the mountains and forests. Feel the tranquility of the world at the top of the tower.
At this time, I dialed the video phone to the children studying in Changchun. Changchun has been closed for 40 days. The children's school was first closed, and soon it was closed. During the epidemic, everyone experienced a different lifestyle, which was not easy. Share with him the Zijin Mountain he is familiar with and likes through video phone.
The sunset that is changing every second is the greatest makeup artist in the world. As the sunset changes, the sky, the earth and the city all change wonderfully.
Walk around the fence and take your children for a swim. I am glad that although he has been locked up and has faced unimaginable difficulties in his life, the child's mental state is good. Under the epidemic, our lives have undergone great changes, and only by adapting can we move forward. I hope the epidemic will pass quickly. When the children came home, we came here to watch the sunset.
