On the afternoon of the first day of my trip to Nanjing, I wandered through Purple Mountain. I visited several leisure places the next day.
Stayed at Orange Hotel on the first day. After making some inquiries, I decided to go to Zijin Mountain for a casual walk, and if possible, I would go down the mountain after watching the sunset.
It took about 15 minutes to ride a bicycle from the hotel to a mountain pass. I went to the small shop next to me and bought some food and drink and went up the mountain.
Walking through a pool and seeing someone swimming in it. This season is considered a winter swimming.
It was already past three o'clock in the afternoon, and the sun was quite good.
Maybe it's a weekday, or maybe it's a bit off the road. In short, there's no one around for the first half of the walk.
The thickness of a famous historical mountain is placed here, and no one feels desolate even at the moment, let alone the colorful late autumn.
The ancient trees on the stone walls complement each other.
It is inevitable to be noisy when approaching the top of the mountain. Cherish the tranquility at this moment and try to slow down.
Walking to a huge rock, I felt a little like climbing a mountain.
Turn over to the top and you will have a panoramic view of Xuanwu Lake. This huge rock was the most dazzling moment of Purple Mountain that day.
If you go further, you will merge into the asphalt winding mountain road. It was nearly evening, and you suddenly found that at the current progress, it seemed that the sunset could not be seen.
So he took a shortcut from the hillside to the top of the mountain. Halfway through the dense forest, I saw the red sun setting in the west.
The sun has set, so there is nothing to rush. I went to the top of the mountain to see if there was nothing special, and began to descend the mountain from a wild road.
As soon as the lights were on, Nanjing City also flashed in front of your eyes.
It soon became dark. I looked at the trajectory on my phone. Although it was a wild road, it was easy to fall straight down the mountain.
After walking all afternoon, I was a little hungry. I held a flashlight in one hand and walked down while eating beef jerky.
Unexpectedly, when I approached the foot of the mountain, I suddenly realized that there was a beam of light coming from the opposite side. On winter night, were there actually rangers in Zijin Mountain?!
A few steps further, I saw clearly-it was not a ranger, but clearly a very young soldier.
In front of him was a line of defense blocked by thick ropes. Right now, he's looking at me with a gun.
Climbing Purple Mountain, you still encounter a checkpoint? It seems that the soldier is very nervous-you have a gun in your hand, don't be nervous!
Just as I was confused, the soldier spoke first: "Stop!! %#¥@&*%。。。”
A few rounds of Q & A, I understand. The other party was carrying out a vigilance mission and was told at the same time that they would either wait in place or return the same way.
For me, who is hungry and cold at the moment, neither choice is good. Tried to persuade him, but failed.
After some negotiations, the leader of the soldiers came. After another lot of hard talk, the leader finally agreed to let go.
In this way, accompanied by a small group of soldiers, the leader led me through several checkpoints and barracks.
I went out of the mountain and returned to the roadside. I checked my mobile phone and returned.
At this moment, there was not a car or person on the brightly lit road.
In desperation, I dragged my tired legs and ran away along the road for nearly an hour before returning to the noisy urban area of Nanjing.
Walking Purple Mountain at night, I was caught off guard and my heart beat.
After experiencing this small setback, I made leisure arrangements the next day. I visited the museum, Qingliangshan Park and Laomen East.
and returned to Shanghai the next morning.
