Kazimen is the veritable south gate of Nanjing City, but there was no city gate here. It was just because the Qing Dynasty officials set up a card here to collect goods tax. I guess it is similar to the toll station on the road today. People call it "Kazimen".
Today's Kazimen is a veritable southern gate of Nanjing's main city. The 21st century tower, which was built at the beginning of this century and looks like a harp from a distance, has become one of Nanjing's landmark buildings. It is also known as the 21st Century Square.
Kazimen Square is also becoming more and more beautiful. The green space in the square was renovated and upgraded the year before last. At the same time, circular hollow flower stands, arched corridor stands, and arc-shaped corridor stands were added to the square. These flower stands are full of colorful roses. It has become the most beautiful "Rose Corridor" in Nanjing, and an endless stream of citizens come to take photos.
These are mainly four varieties: rattan rose, woody, moonshine, and wisteria. They use flowers to create landscapes to enrich the color of the square. Currently, roses are in full bloom, which can achieve the effect of blooming flowers on the month and moving in different directions. They are in the corridor. The shelves competed for wonders and beauty, and it was very lively for a while.
Big roses are also planted on the elevated side of the square, setting off the green carvings next to it. The elevated side here connects Lukou Airport and leads to the South High-speed Railway Station, truly becoming a beautiful scenery.
Yuhua East Road next to it is also full of roses, and the road is dotted with roses. It can be said to be the first sight of Nanjing's South Gate, bringing more fun to the leisure of nearby citizens.
