Villages in Shijiu Lake
During the flood season in Shijiu Lake, the village is like a giant ship floating in the lake
Opposite is Zhujia Village. We visited the village the first two times we came here. This time we chose to watch it from a distance here and appreciate it from a different angle.
Speaking of Zhujia Village, it is actually two villages connected, Wei Family and Zhujia Family.
The village is located at the foot of Fengqi Mountain in the southeast of Shijiu Lake. It falls against the mountain and rests on the water.
Shijiu Lake is a typical water town fishing village, with dozens of villages living along the lake. Villagers raise ducks and geese by the lake and raise fish in purse seine nets. It is known as "the sunrise fights for gold" and "the sunset fights for silver", and the villagers live a prosperous life.
At this time, Turtle Mountain was lying quietly in the lake, and it was completely impossible to get close to it. During the dry season, we drove directly to the foot of the mountain, which was another experience.
The weather is excellent today. You can clearly see the Shijiu Lake Bridge here. The bridge blends with Tiandi Lake and becomes a beautiful scenery of Shijiu Lake.
