Although the name is ordinary, it is really not easy to cook such a simple dish for so many years and still be praised by everyone.
2. Shangri-La Hotel Jiangnan Zao Restaurant

There are many posters in the restaurant featuring the chef and his various dishes. The business is so good that it turns over even at noon every day.
The craftsmanship is really good. Many people say that this is the first time they go to eat and their impressions of several signature dishes are absolutely amazing. The rice cake is cooked with yellow croaker. The meat is tender and tender, the rice cake is soft and glutinous, and the soup is delicious and sticky; the fish head jumps over the wall. All kinds of seafood and fish heads are cooked soft and rotten, without any fishy smell, and the Jiangnan flavor of thick oil red sauce. In particular, there is a big dish "Da Shao Ma 'anshan Bridge" hidden on the menu. I only tasted it with regular customers. The thick eel sections are carefully opened, tender and springy, and the taste of juice is all in. It is very great.
3. Shenghe Mansion Luxury Select Hotel Hanglingge Restaurant

The chef is Taiwanese and is good at Taiwanese and Zhejiang cuisine, especially traditional cuisine. The utensils and plates are very beautiful. This beauty is not fancy, but makes people feel that it has aesthetic associations. The collocation of many dishes is very innovative. Let me talk about the dishes I most recognize: Chuanyang bean crisp silver cod, fried bean dregs, crispy, rough and fragrant, and form a wonderful contrast with the fine and tender cod; Danqing Liwei fried cherries, well, it is what ordinary people think of as Gongbao bullfrog balls. From the perspective of me as a foodie, Danqing is the dripping juice on the plate, which is beautiful, and the flavor of lychee is the taste. In the past, I always took my friends to eat in the Confucius Temple, but my satisfaction was not high. To be honest, only the traditional snacks from this house are really old. There are also many new snacks, such as steamed dumplings with plum blossom, peach blossom cakes, and black jade. Anyway, no matter how elegant they are, they can't be eaten inside the Confucius Temple, but they can't even be seen outside. They are exquisite and elegant. They are all made by hand, and the key is still very nice. If you want to talk about the professional level of Nanjing snacks, I think if you try this place, you can really taste Jiangnan's poetic style.
