Shanghai

Shanghai is referred to as Shanghai. It is located at the mouth of the Yangtze River and governs 16 districts and 1 county. It covers an area of approximately 6,340.5 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 25 million.

Shanghai is also called Shencheng, Huang Xie, a native of the State of Chu, known as Lord Chunshen. He is known as Lord Mengchang of the State of Qi, Lord Xinling of the State of Wei, and Lord Pingyuan of the State of Zhao. During the Warring States Period, the Huangpu River was a nameless river. There was an incident on the way to the site of the First National Congress of the Metro Xintiandi Station Madang Road Exit. I happened to encounter a bus on Madang Road getting off a bus of Koreans and walking into an inner street on Madang Road. I followed him and saw that this place is the former site of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.

The site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, referred to as the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is located at No. 76 Xingye Road, Shanghai City (formerly No. 106 Wangzhi Road). It is an old-style Shikumen residential building with brick and wood structures along the street, facing north to south.

The house was built in the autumn of 1920. Shortly after its completion, Li Hanjun and his brother Li Shucheng rented No. 106 and No. 108 Wangzhi Road as apartments and opened the inner walls of the two houses to form a family, known as the "Li Mansion". On July 23, 1921, representatives from early Communist Party organizations in various places, Li Da, Li Hanjun, Zhang Guotao, Liu Renjing, Mao Zedong, He Shuheng, Dong Biwu, Chen Tanqiu, Wang Jinmei, Deng Enming, Chen Gongbo, Zhou Fohai, as well as Bao Huiseng and Ma Lin, representative of the Communist International, secretly gathered at No. 3 Shudeli, Bayle Road (now the site of No. 76 Xingye Road) in the French Concession in Shanghai to hold the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The Bund is located on the bank of the Huangpu River in the central area of Shanghai City. The Shanghai Bund is also known as Zhongshan East Road. It has a total length of about 1.5 kilometers. They are called the "World Architecture Expo Group." On the other side of the Bund, the Oriental Pearl Tower and other landmark landscapes in Pudong are must-see places for tourists in Shanghai. The river, long embankment, The street view composed of green belts and beautiful buildings is the most characteristic landscape of Shanghai. The Bund of Shanghai faces the open Huangpu River and is backed by buildings with rigorous shapes and different styles. Due to its unique geographical location and its influence on Shanghai and even China in the field of economic activities in the past century, it has very rich cultural connotations. The Bund was once a concession of Britain and France, and Western powers operated, managed and built concessions in their way. The Bund became the earliest and most prosperous place in the Concession.

There are not many tourists. Strolling on the Bund, on both sides of the river, the high-rise buildings in Pudong and the Oriental Pearl Tower are full of tall buildings, witnessing the achievements of reform and opening up.
