The summer vacation has not even begun, and Shanghai Disney tickets have increased in price. It's better to go to Songcheng in the hot summer of Shanghai. Shanghai Songcheng, located on the Expo Avenue, opened at the end of April this year. It is said that it triggered a wave of Shanghai tourism boom during the May Day Golden Week. Now it is hot, and Shanghai Songcheng is definitely a good choice for those who want to spend the summer, watch performances, splash in the water, and have fun.
Different from the Songcheng experience in other places, Shanghai Songcheng has more performances, more interactive projects, more suitable for young people, and can play more freely and happily!
What's more, in Songcheng, Shanghai, there is no need to worry about the scorching sun, because more than 80% of experiences, projects, and performances are indoors. Songcheng, which was transformed from the original Shanghai World Expo stage, has long been called "Oriental Broadway" by the media, showing the cultural charm of Shanghai and even China to the world and pushing the entertainment and leisure of Shanghai to new heights.
Songcheng, which is famous for its performing arts, is certainly worth experiencing more than just the "must-see performance in a lifetime: Love through the ages". On a weekend afternoon, the temperature in Shanghai was as high as 37 degrees, and I tasted an even hotter meal in Songcheng, Shanghai-the dining show "Passion Samba".
This is a meal show staged every night at 17:40 at Theater 5 in the park; everything is worth looking forward to with the dreamy lights, cool stage, and swaying mood.
Grapes and fine wines have been put on the table, and the dancers of "Passion Samba" come to the Huangpu River with the style of South American Samba. Smoked salmon salad, cream mushroom bisque, sea and land shuinghui of prawns and pork chops, as well as after-dinner dessert cakes, each exquisite dish, under the powerful musical beat, with the rotating bodies and swinging dance steps of samba dancers, push the dining atmosphere to a climax time and time again; let us in Shanghai taste the delicious food and experience the hot vitality of foreign countries.
I chose to go to Songcheng on a summer weekend. I arrived at 11:00 noon and left at 8:00 p.m.. I basically experienced everything I wanted to see and play; if I didn't spend too much time taking photos and taking videos, I would basically be enough to play for 5-6 hours a day.
Here are the specific recommended routes and check-in points for eating, drinking, and having fun:
First floor: Ghost Boat Experience--War Back to 1937 Experience--5D Real-Life Experience Drama of the Great Earthquake--Magic Street (you can have snacks at Magic Street for lunch).
Ghost boats and wars, excluding the queuing time, it takes 3-5 minutes to walk around and experience it. The ghost ship restores the story of the Italian luxury passenger ship Antonia Grasa suddenly disappeared into thin air with hundreds of passengers on board when it was sailing near the Bering Strait in May 1962, becoming an unsolved case; and the war of war will take you back to the Battle of Songhu in 1937.
The one I recommend most on the first floor is "5D Real-Life Experience Drama of the Great Earthquake", which is an experiential drama that is free to watch. The audience below the stage will experience the deterrence of the Wenchuan earthquake with the plot and the effects of sound, light and electricity; especially the audience sitting in the front row, they will feel the seats shaking violently and the ceilings around them crack. What is particularly commendable is that this is a real experience drama. Before its release, extras will be recruited on the spot to play roles such as the People's Liberation Army, firefighters, medical staff or ordinary people, realizing the dream of an ordinary person as an actor in a small way.
Walking out of the Great Earthquake Theater, it is already noon. On the first floor, there are Song Bar No. 1 Store, tofu shop, sesame seed shop, fried food shop, jungle barbecue, various drinks and other delicious snacks. You can rest in the restaurant and have some lunch. If you want to have a big meal at noon, you can go to the second floor.
Second floor: Songcheng Story Exhibition Hall and Restaurant Cluster.
In the Songcheng Story Exhibition Hall, you can learn about the past and present lives of Songcheng and its eternal feelings; if you want to have a big meal, several restaurants here include Shanghai flavors, spicy incense pots, local snacks, etc., which can satisfy your taste buds.
After passing through the variable space on the third floor, you will reach the fourth floor.
Fourth floor: Shenhu Traceability Bar-Qianggu Qing Street-Modern Times (Back to the Old Times)-Shanghai Qianggu Qing Performance (must-see).
The Shenhu Traceability Bar, Qiangu Qing Street and Modern Times (Modern Dress Up Hall) on this floor are basically a return to the story of old Shanghai.
Then, the fourth floor is also the main entrance for the Qiangu Qing performance. Looking at the ancient times is the only reason why I come to Songcheng, Shanghai next time.
The fifth floor is also a changeable space, and the sixth and seventh floors house most of Songcheng's indoor projects.
Sixth floor: Tianshang Market-Thousand and One Nights-Experience sloping houses, inverted houses, invisible houses, etc.
In the sky market, you can watch the magic lights flash; in this small market, there are many novel, lovely and exotic gadgets to buy. The fairy tale world with Arabic colors seems to bring you back to the story of the thousand and one nights.
At the end of the market, there are inclined houses, inverted houses, invisible houses, etc. that adults and children like to visit to accompany you throughout the summer with laughter.
Seventh Floor: The Horror of Liaozhai--Fairy Valley--Magic Ventrilogue--Fairy Cave Fantasy Space--Outdoor Cliff Theater
The Cry of Liaozhai is a haunted house, and the timid little lady must remember to hold her boyfriend's hand tightly; the Fairy Valley is like going back to the Hobbit era, a super good photo check-in point; if it's too hot, it is recommended to enter the Fairy Cave, which is not only a fantasy fairy world, but also very cool.
Cliff Theater is an outdoor performance venue on the seventh floor, backed by beautiful views of the Huangpu River and Lupu Bridge. When the sun sets, the beautiful ballet "Dance of Flowers" begins to be performed; the cliff concert is a romantic or tender music that makes people intoxicated.
After enjoying the Cliff Concert, you can go back to the first floor. Dinner is a must-experience dining show "Passion Samba". An hour or so of dining interactions and performances is always exciting.
After that, you can join the punk flash mob on Magic Street, jump to the strong rhythm of music, and return to the age of 20; then go to the outdoor music square to participate in the "color splash party" that is indispensable for coolness in summer, and spend the dog days in laughter, coolness and joy.
It's better to go to Songcheng in the scorching summer!
