When I wanted to replenish my toiletries, the housekeeper sent me a toiletry bag directly, which I could take back as a souvenir; when I checked out, the housekeeper warmly sent me to the first floor. When I saw that my luggage tag was hung on my suitcase, she also specially prepared a small surprise for me-the hotel's customized luggage tag.
