Shanghai's Shengjian Bao has always been famous, and it is a special snack that I longed for when I was a child. It is also a must-eat food for this plan. "Dahuchun" is an old fried bun shop and intangible cultural heritage in Shanghai, so I specially went to the "Dahuchun" fried bun main store to taste it. The Shengjian buns here have solid meat filling, unlike ordinary Xiaolongbao. The Shengjian buns are made of dough, like a small steamed bun that cannot be eaten in one bite. I didn't expect the price to be very friendly to the people. One serving of fried four pieces is 11 yuan, curry beef vermicelli soup is 11 yuan, and chopped green onion fish round soup is 10 yuan. The crowd waiting in line for dinner in front of the door surprised me. I asked, and the wait would take at least an hour. This is unnecessary. We turned to the nearby "Old Man He" restaurant, which also took us half an hour to wait, but it was still within our tolerance.

I ordered chopped chicken, braised pork, shepherd's purse and yellow croaker soup, and fragrant grass head. The hotel's service is worthy of praise. There are stools waiting in line downstairs. When you go up to the restaurant on the third floor, the waiter will welcome you at the elevator entrance. The dining table has been cleared and the menu is served. There are about seven or eight tables in the restaurant. Guests are very quiet. The service staff stood quietly to the side, and the food tasted very good.

This time, I went to Shanghai for three days. I visited Nanjing Road, Huaihai Road, the Bund, Yu Garden, City God Temple, Shikumen Old Lane, and Shanghai Museum. I went to big restaurants and small restaurants. I ate Chinese food, tasted West Point, looked for the old and the new, and fulfilled my wish.

Overall, the "old" Shanghai has changed a lot. The buildings have been new and the streets have become more beautiful, but there are fewer pedestrians on the streets and even a little deserted. In the past, people who came and went shopping in stores, carrying big bags and small bags, and gathered around the counter to buy and buy goods.

In addition, eating a simple meal in Shanghai is really not expensive. A bowl of noodles at 12 yuan and a fast food of vegetable rice at 14 yuan are not available in Nanjing or many other cities. Everyone knows that Shanghai's housing prices are high, but they don't know that Shanghai's snacks and fast food are so cheap. Of course, if you go to a high-end hotel to eat, that's another story.
