I chose the lines of "eating" and "writing what to eat", which seemed easy to support, but going out to eat was often arranged too appropriately, and the "choice" was passively lost. Only when I went home and cooked myself could I restore my function, so I had a rare joy at ease.

If my greed is understood, it would be best if every part of the whole house is delicious. Even the bookshelves are a library where flavors can be randomly extracted. As for the best functions of the kitchen and household appliances, there are many weird and many...

Diversified "me" and personalized food life

I have recently been studying ancient European recipes and made Italian national fast-hand bread Focaccia. The word Focaccia originated from the Latin focus, which means "center" or "stove", because the stove was often built in the center of a house in the past. It is an ancient European bread, and it is a very simple bread baked quickly in a high oven temperature. I used heavy oil, but it was a combination of olive oil and flaxseed oil, as I wrote in the "Vegetable Oils Illustrated Book" I wrote in 16 years. In fact, rapid high temperatures are a good way to retain nutrition. Unfortunately, ordinary ovens heat up slowly, and even temperature control fails when it reaches high temperatures.

The original Focaccia bread recipe may have originated in the ancient Italian Etruscans or ancient Greece. People usually use olive oil and vanilla to flavor it, and sometimes they spread cheese, meat or various vegetables on top of their bread. Focaccia bread is actually the ancestor of pizza. At that time, it was baked in an earthen stove made of firewood, and the furnace temperature could reach hundreds of degrees Celsius at once.

I was the first to realize the importance of this function when making Sparky charred cheese, otherwise I wouldn't be able to flow inside and be fully cooked outside! So far, I only know that ASKO Yasco can satisfy it, and the temperature of the high-temperature pyrolysis oven can reach 275 degrees Celsius.

The biggest advantage of this oven is that there are no chemical residues in the cleaning method. Too much unburnt bread is needed. In the past few days, I have used another liquid seed to make Italian Ciabatta bread and Panettone bread respectively, both of which are very traditional.

The ancient Egyptians started baking bread 3000 years ago, but they didn't know that modern people don't like to eat many of the same bread at once. It's better to have multiple different flavors at once. A simple and crude earthen stove certainly won't work, but how can an ordinary household oven bake different breads separately at once?! What troubles me is that the fermentation time, baking temperature and duration of each bread are different.

Ciabatta bread is one of the representative breads in Italy. The baking time is relatively fast, 220 - 200 degrees, about 30 minutes. The freshly baked shape looks like slippers. Made from a "liquid seed" that has been fermented at low temperatures for a long time. The tissue of the bread has shiny holes of varying sizes, and the texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the more delicious it becomes. I really have so many reasons to eat it. The traditional way to eat it is dipped in Italian vinaigrette. Europeans also often make sandwiches. A friend in the United States shared Kalamata olive ciabatta with me. When I have better pickled black olives, I will definitely try it.

Panettone is eaten at Christmas. My liquid seed is very soft. When the poet Zhao Ye ate it, he said,"I'll be fine the moment I eat this cake today." Heat the oven to 160 degrees C and bake for 30 minutes. I had to oven these two breads twice, and it was too difficult to make sure that the other bread I was waiting for did not overferment.

Therefore, I have many requirements for the oven alone. It is best to realize the traditional multi-function oven while meeting high-temperature pyrolysis, steaming and micro-roasting. Anyway, at least I can simultaneously complete the fermentation and baking of different breads, so that no one's time or taste is wasted!

If the temperature control is strictly controlled, it can still be used as a fermentation box. As a result, ASKO Yasco achieved it.

The essence of creation is to treat everything as "alive". I once chatted with my friend Liu Zhanyun. He is a famous photographer and I am a disabled photographer. I carefully observed his almost crazy obsession with details when taking pictures. He was waiting, he was waiting for the light, emotions, and things to happen. He particularly values the trusting relationship with the subjects.

This is consistent with the feeling in the kitchen. The temperature, humidity and mood are right, and the dough is kneaded until it is just right. Only when the inspiration for writing waits, and the inner peace is enough, can you do it in one go.

There are too many moments you have to wait for. At home, living a truly luxurious life requires many things to be tailor-made, and it is best not to wait. For example, I can't live without coffee. Usually at home, I either hang around the stove with a coffee cup, or read and write next to the coffee cup, so I have to drink in a different way throughout the day. Godfrey Lam serves as creative director of the studio. He was educated in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. He also majored in Master of Architecture at Columbia University in New York, USA. Godfrey has never followed the trend, and has amazed the design circle time and time again with personalized original designs and bold ideas.

During more than 20 years of working in the United States, he has served for many world-renowned firms such as I.M. Pei, Rockwell Group and HOK Asia Pacific. He has been involved in designing various projects from North America to Asia, including the 2009 Oscar Awards Stage, President Trump's New York Hotel in the United States and the world's second-ranked top Michelin chef Alain Ducasse's restaurant in New York and Washington.

Godfrey and Bryce dramatically used color, materials and lighting in their designs to create an exclusive "life stage" for the owners. Watching his sharing, the dishes at the dinner party were all colorful and fragrant.

We all need to appear at formal occasions at the right time, and taking care of our clothes is also a headache. While chatting privately, Godfrey personally planted ASKO ASCO washing machine. This is the only household drum washing machine in the world that uses a four-damping support structure. Dry clothes can still be hung, and many clothes will naturally stand tall and straight when taken out, so there is no need to iron them.
