As soon as the National Day holiday is over, cold dew comes, and it is time to admire chrysanthemums, but the well-known Chrysanthemum Exhibition in Gongqing Forest Park in Shanghai will not open until late October. I couldn't wait that long to let myself go, so I just left.

Speaking of Forest Park, it has been almost 10 years since I went there. The last time I went there was when I was in college with my parents. Time flies, and now I am a mother.

In line with the principle of having the strength to stroll after eating enough, before entering the park, I went to the whole family 1 kilometer away to buy food. I also found this appetizing scallion cake.

After eating, we set off for the park and parked at Nandaemun. At 11:00 noon on weekdays, the parking lot is very empty, and the car cost is 5 yuan/hour.

The park ticket is 15 yuan per ticket. I can complain here that the scenery map on the ticket cannot reflect the beauty of the park at all. It is probably taken many years ago, and the colors and pixels cannot keep up with the times.

I started my cycling journey from the towering cedar trees on both sides. The strong sunshine at noon was filtered by the lush leaves and only mottled light and shadow remained, which was cool and comfortable.

Not long after I set out, I was fascinated by the large tracts of sycamore trees. The trunks are strong and powerful, and the leaves are green and yellow, giving off a charming luster under the sun.

The leaves photographed from the bottom up are another kind of beauty.

Moving forward, I was attracted by a group of graceful figures from the corner of my eyes. I quickly brake and stopped to check. It turned out to be ginkgo.

The ginkgo trees in the community have turned yellow, and the ginkgo trees here are still waiting for Miss Qiu's arrival in green.

This was the first fork I encountered, and I chose the "Pujiang Range Rover" leading to the end of the park on the right. Think about the many forks in life. Some people said goodbye, some people walked down together but said goodbye at the next fork. How many people can really make it to the end.

Fortunately, this road actually led me to a purple sea of flowers.

It turned out to be verbena. From a distance, it is indeed a grassland dotted with purple stars. From a close look, the flower buds are beautiful, exquisite and elegant ~ I think it would be more appropriate to call it "Zi Xiaoxian".

Going forward, I actually saw a love-shaped lake, so quiet and peaceful under the protection of metasequoia, witnessing and blessing the newlyweds who came to take wedding photos.

The scenery in this section is really beautiful. The mountains, water, and trees are so simple, yet so charming.

Passing by a bridge, I saw a pond full of lotus leaves and lotus flowers. No, the lotus flowers should be gone this season, and the lotus flowers should be relatively big. When I went back and checked, it turned out to be a water lily. The leaves of the water lily had a gap and were in the water. The leaves of the lotus rose to the water without a gap. The name of the water lily comes from the fairy who lived in the mountains, forests and waters in Greek mythology. No wonder it is so poetic.

Further ahead is the layout area of the Chrysanthemum Exhibition that opened in late October. I saw many sections such as Shanghai Botanical Garden, Minhang District, Huangpu District, and Changning District. Unfortunately, I didn't see Dabaoshan ~

There was no stone road ahead, only a path leading to a forest. I didn't want to go back, so I headed into the forest.

It feels like there is a road ahead, but it is not a very formal road.

I kept riding and riding, but there was no one on the road. There were forest of trees here, some slopes up and down. The ground was full of fallen leaves and branches. There were occasionally a few benches. I even wondered if I had taken the wrong path.

Seeing that there was no road ahead, a corner appeared at the end, and another path appeared.

This path was narrower than the previous one. I continued to ride and ride. I saw that there was no road ahead again. I could actually lead to a suspension bridge. A lively playground could be vaguely seen on the opposite side of the bridge. It seemed that I had returned to the downtown area. Later, I learned that it was the jungle field at the northernmost corner of the park. It really lived up to its name.

Next, I went to the playground. There were many students here. A middle school student called me sister and asked me where I borrowed a bicycle. The old aunt was greatly satisfied.

Continue to ride to the "Autumn Forest Love Evening" area and see beautiful scarlet spotted leaves, red, yellow, and green. Aren't these the colors of autumn? But is this a "purple-leafed plum"? Tell anyone who knows it ~

There is the North Gate ahead, where there are many rides. Ripids forward, Ripids forward, Ripids forward ~ I said it three times for childhood memories, but I don't dare to play anymore. I look forward to being a clapping audience when my daughter plays in the future.

Many children on the lawn come for autumn outing. When they have children, they will think of their daughters when they see their children. Especially when they see parents picking up their children at the school gate in recent times, they will feel a sense of substitution.

Moving forward, I saw many dense trees. These trees should be old for many years. I stopped to take the last photo at this shocking scene.
